The food is great! Had amazing Kimichi Jagae and Galbi! The only downside is they do not have small plates like other Korean restaurants does in DMV. The Korean food is still pretty good!

Fantastic food and service! We tried spicy pork bulgogi, kalbi ribs, fish and shrimp and chips, sesame chicken, shrimp fried rice and cucumber kimchi. All tasted fresh, seasoned and cooked just right. Excited about the left overs! We will return.

I went with my wife, our roommate, and my father in-law. They already had nearly a full house - a sign of a good place, by my reckoning. They said it would be a little bit before they could make our food, since two tables were waiting before us, but that was fine. Maybe it was the good company, but it didn't take that long, and everything was delicious. It was my first time having Korean.

The family was looking for Korean food after a longgg trip through Alaska and found this place. As someone who has lived in NY and NJ eating really good asian food, this place is phenomenal and better than most Korean restaurants in NY and NJ. The bulgogi, bibimbap, and kimchi stew were legit. The fresh kimchi was perfect (a major barometer for a good Korean restaurant). What surprised me even more was that even the Vietnamese pho was delicious and I bet the Chinese American dishes are too. At the end of our meal we had to meet the chef and she was so nice! The service was also great! Fairbanks is very lucky to have her.

My family stopped in here tonight and was immediately greeted by the sweetest server. She was incredibly nice, so good with my daughter. The food was amazing. I loved my order of the bibimbap. Will definitely come and order food here again.

I was pleasantly surprised to find a Korean restaurant in my first visit to Fairbanks, Alaska, and I went with low expectations, expecting basic quality. I WAS WRONG. It was pretty amazing quality, better than many other Korean restaurants in big cities....home cooked like meal at its best. So good that we asked to meet the chef, and Okhee was very friendly and humble chef. Thank you for making our trip a better one with your cooking.

Writing this as I'm eating their Ramen. They have a nice variety of food to choose from and a very comfortable atmosphere. Amazing service and food

GREAT food. Great service. Only reason not 5 stars all around is it gets kinda hot mid-afternoon. My overweight self was kinda sweating. Skinny people will be ok.

Lunch was a pleasant surprise today. The hostess/waitress was very polite. The restaurants atmosphere was clean and relaxing, the menu was full of my favorites. The food that I ordered was delicious and the food that my coworkers ordered has me looking forward to my next meal there.

KC’s! Not KFC!! There was a mixture of culture on this menu. They have Korean, American Fare, Vietnamese and a hint of Chinese. I had the Kalbi and tried some of my buddy’s Bulgolgi. The meat tastes marinated instead of just drizzled with sauce. The portions are well what you pay for it. Worth it. The flavor “meats” the criteria. The only negative thing I can really say is maybe for them to marinade the meat just a bit longer. That’s just my preference. The waitress was attentive and kind. It’s a rather small place and didn’t see an area that can host a large family. KC’s Kitchen gets two thumbs up from me.

A surprising menu for this place. I had a great beef bulgogi with yaki mondu. I think it's the best I've had since I left Korea back in '84. Kind of tough to find Korean places where I live these days. Excellent food. Plenty of it.

I didn't expect to find such delicious and authentic Korean food here! We tried the seafood pancakes, kimchi jigae and the bulgogi. Everything was really good! You can even buy their homemade kimchi. 10/10

We stopped in for lunch and was pleasantly surprised, thought it would be just cooked Costco food but it was EXCELLENT taste and filling. Very good Pho yummy orange chicken.

We ate lunch last Sunday,the food was amazing. Best fish and chips since H Salt. Can't wait to go back. The Crab Rangoon was homemade. We ended up ordering another order of them. Definitely 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

It’s a hidden gem and I’ve tried many of the foods here. It’s small inside but feels nice and homey! The food is definitely made by scratch and love.

Only one waitress. She was working really hard to take all orders n serve food. She was stressed out. Works in the back didn’t even try to help. Table Aren’t being properly cleaned. I wait on my for 45 minutes. It sat for 20 min. Food was disgusting. Will never go back.

This place is AMAZING!! The food was absolutely incredible, and the staff is so friendly. They were sure to keep checking on me and my boyfriend and even complimented us several times. We will definitely be coming back!

Easily the most under rated place in town. Super modest, unassuming restaurant that will make you want to return over and over to try all the exciting menu items. I had the beef bulgogi with some veggie fried rice. The food was phenomenal, the bulgogi was so tender and flavorful with the perfect blend of salty savory sweet and pepper. And the fried rice is like one I’ve never had before, so light and delicate with no soy sauce but so flavor, masterful chef in this kitchen. I will be returning to try the Korean short ribs, the ramen, the pho, and bibimbap, where else can you find a line up like that in town made with such love care and precision. I won’t give any credit that isn’t deserved and I have high standards, and this place exceeds those previous set standards. They have raised the bar.

All I can say is....the Korean short ribs are to die for!!! I'm an absolute carnivore and since finding this delicious treasure, I can't stay away. Friendly staff and owners and an amazing selection of tasty dishes.

Absolutely amazing flavors! We ordered the General Tso and the Beef Pho, both were delicious. the General Tso had the perfect balance of spice, best in town! the Pho was light, delicate, and flavorful. The waitress and chef were on point and super sweet. This restaurant will now be one of our go to spots.

What a hidden gem. Food was amazing but the service was even better. They owner makes you feel like you are at home. If you want authentic food and a service that makes you feel welcome, this is your place. And prices… you are in Fairbanks Alaska, these prices are fair for this level of quality of product and service.

I'm a huge fan of Pho, I've found that most general "Asian" Restaurants don't get anything quite right. Pho is a hard dish to get right and KC serves, Korean, Japanese, and Vietnamese dishes, so my expectations were not set very high. The atmosphere is bright, clean, and simple. The menus are printed in bold large letters, this is big for me, I hate having to squint to read it or put on my readers. The service is very friendly and efficient. I spoke to several of the staff and from the banter in the back they are almost all Korean. I expect that the Korean dishes are all spot on, but I came for Pho. I tried it straight from the kitchen as always before adding what I like to enhance the broth. The broth was delicate, it had some dried garlic on top that threw the aroma off for me, but the actual taste was very good. Like all good Pho, the longer the individual ingredients steep in the broth, the better it gets. There was no fish sauce or garlic chilli sauce as condiments. However, with garlic they added on top and the red chilli paste that was on the table I made it work. Overall, it's very good for not being a Vietnamese specialty restaurant. Definitely give them a try. If I had more time in Fairbanks I'd have gone back for the Korean dishes.

The owners, Curt and Ok, are quality people serving quality food😍We got their beef bulgogi, spicy pork, and crab rangoons, and all of it was the best we’ve had since sampling food actually in Korea. Their recipes are from scratch and made with the necessary passion to “get it just right”. We’ve had other Korean food while visiting Fairbanks, and KC’s is bar none the most deliciously authentic🤤10/10, 100% recommend; everyone needs to give their food a try.

My family and I came here on our trip to Fairbanks, and adored the food! We ordered the seafood pancake, fish and chips, and kimchi jigae. We met Yuni and her sister, and they were lovely to chat with. They even gave us a few side dishes to try. 10/10 would recommend!

Warm atmosphere and lovely people! Update- I went back and tried the food! I had the Kimchi Jigae and it was phenomenal! My friends had the Pho and they said it was the best Pho in town! Amazing, real service and super elegant atmosphere, a fantastic place for a date, or night with friends. Can't wait to go back and try everything on the menu! We kept commenting on the freshness of the food, the clean and elegant atmosphere, the friendly and fun service, and the mind-blowing fresh takes on Asian classics.

Absolutely delicious food!! My hubby liked his bulgogi and my Kalbi short ribs were amazing! The potstickers were probably the best I’ve ever had! The people are super friendly and the dining area was nice and clean and actually quite modern for a small cafe sized place. You can’t go wrong here! We will be back!

Some of the absolute best food in Fairbanks that I have ever had. Definitely was sizzling coming out of the kitchen! So fresh! Best sesame chicken in town, crispy outside and juicy inside! Beef short ribs very flavorful. I was surprised on a Saturday night there was almost no one in the restaurant because the food beats many local spots by far!! 10/10 would highly recommend!

First time trying KC’s Kitchen I ordered chicken wings, Pho, and Beef Bulgogi. My new favorite of all 3! I asked for the Bulgogi extra spicy and they didn’t disappoint. Flavors are unreal and portions are very generous. Service was fast and employees were wonderful. Great parking. Beautiful restaurant outside and in! Also!!! If you’re a regular Pho eater, the beef and meatballs are next level. Way more flavor than I’m used to in town :-)
