Servers were great. Even Alejandro (who was not our server) was very attentive and friendly. Third visit, probably the last. The hot chocolate was cold. It was so cold in the restaurant the toast and potatoes also came to us cold, probably on the way to our table. Keke’s is the coldest restaurant we have experienced in years. The Eggs were ordered over easy and came back well done. Our server did replace the eggs quickly. We noticed most people were wearing winter sweat pants and jackets, strange for August. They must be regulars.

Alejandro was amazing and friendly. He made me and my friends laugh and he was very outgoing. He also made sure everyone at my table was taken care of is satisfied.

Couldn't find anything good to eat and the coffee was not good. Had the bad coffee and left. Sorry

We love Keke's but it's service and food aren't what they once were. We waited a long time for someone to help us, I actually had to go up to the cashier and ask for help. Then the young man who helped us seemed to be distracted by some other people who may have been friends of his. But we ordered our food and drinks. My wife's omelette came out hard and cold and The toast she requested was forgotten. My burrito was a clumpy mess because it came out and fell apart as he laid it down. He asked if I wanted to remake it but we didn't have time as I had to go to a Drs appointment. I picked at it a little but neither one of us was happy with our meals. On top of that he never refilled our drinks. Not a good experience.

NORMALLY I maintain a 5-star rating. This morning (8/22), the management and staff berated a server who was AMAZING (I mean the best we have had anywhere in years). We wondered why we keep seeing different faces here every so often but it would seem toxic management is responsible for this turnover rate. Other staff was also treating the new server horribly in front of customers! I would never work here with that kind of management. I am reluctant to go back and support a business that allows a manager to treat the staff so horribly. Get a grip! Your food will only take you so far.

WOW! This place is great! I've lived here for many years and passed Keke's hundreds of times but never stopped in. What an awesome place. We wanted to try something new, and I was amazed at the service, food and cleanliness! We went in for lunch and had a wonderful time. Blaise was our server, and he was fantastic; attentive and courteous. He had to leave suddenly, and another server took over and he was great too! I watched someone clean an empty table and was really impressed with the care he took to make sure it was clean. I have to be honest; I've not seen this level of care in a long time. The Turkey club was massive and delicious as was the Portobello/ Pesto/ Mozzarella and Roasted Red Pepper Panini! You need to go to Keke's and let them treat you to good food and great service!

The food is great and plenty of it. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful. This is the second location I've been to and they're awesome.

They made me wait 30 minutes with multiple tables open a mother group came by and they sat them down like nothing happened when we told her she said sorry they didn’t tell me those tables where open unacceptable service from the front receptionist

Always a great option for brunch, Keke's offers a generous menu filled with something for most everyone. Friendly staff and pleasant atmosphere add to a lovely dining experience.

Manager very very rude even when I didn't have an attitude when I complained about having hairs in my food she only offered to get me 20% off and said we don't nt wear hair nets we wear hats and all of the employees did not have hair nets very rude never coming back here again and I noticed her constantly yelling and rushing the employees like if they were robots no sympathy in her face

I was greeted with great service and Ananda was the best we had in awhile. Hot food and the manager made sure we were taken care of.

This place was absolutely incredible! My boyfriend and I were nervous to come here as some of our friends have told us it was not that good but they were completely wrong. The pancakes are massive so I would recommend only getting one. Even though they are huge, the quality of the pancake is still delicious and they gave a side of whip cream that I enjoyed. I was able to have whip cream with every bite of my pancake. The tenders that came with the chicken and waffles were great as well. They weren’t dry or hard and very enjoyable. Staff was very kind and made us feel welcomed. Me and my boyfriend will be coming back!

We just had a delightful brunch at Keke’s. The food was good. The service was excellent. Our server was Chartrice. We were seated quickly. Everything was perfect. Give this place a try. We had a lovely waffle (crispy outside & light inside) with gorgeous fresh fruit. Delightful.

Great food, great service in a comfy diner type setting. Southwest omelet is a family favorite. Gluten free toast, free drink refills included to go offered at the end of the meal and many great menu choices are some of our top reasons for returning. Service has been excellent every visit. Home fries are delicious and not greasy.

We just moved here and I found Keke’s on google looking for a good breakfast spot. We ended up coming here three mornings in a row because the food and service were fantastic!! All the servers are so friendly, the food was consistently amazing and this is definitely our new favorite breakfast spot! Literally the BEST pancakes we have ever had, they are giant and so fluffy! I’m usually not an eggs person at restaurants, but the scrambled eggs were also so good! 10/10 for everything we had!

I love this place. However, the prices have gone up quite a bit, so visits will be less frequent

Hello I went to have brunch with my mother today, Friday, and our waiter was Alejandro and I just wanted to do a review that he did an amazing job. He was very sweet and nice and the food was delicious. Thank you.

Our server Alejandro was a delight from start to finish. He greeted us warmly, took our orders with a smile, and checked on us regularly to ensure we were satisfied. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and offered great suggestions. We felt well taken care of throughout the meal, and we would definitely recommend this server to anyone looking for a truly exceptional dining experience.

It’s a clean nice looking place and the servers are friendly. However the home fries are severely lacking in flavor and the eggs in the Eggs Benedict I ordered had runny whites. I don’t like to complain so I was hoping my server would notice I hadn’t touched my plate and ask. No such luck. I left hungry. UPDATE. Had breakfast last Saturday 6/22/24 and the food was great. Our server Alejandro was amazing and suggested ordering the home fries extra well done, so good. Alejandro made other excellent recommendations and was attentive and friendly and may very well be the best server we’ve ever had anywhere. ❤️

I have always loved going to Keke's. The food is delicious! But I had the best experience today thanks to our amazing server, Alejandro. He anticipated our needs before we even asked and was very friendly and fun!

The food was fabulous, the service fantastic. The only not good thing I can say is it's a bit pricy. $85 for brunch for 4 is a bit much for me.

I had a great experience there, unfortunately another customer attacked me for my appearance (non binary) but the hostess was quick to ask them to leave. Although embarrassed, the staff did apologize and made me feel more comfortable.

I was at your restaurant yesterday with my family. My wife used the bathroom and then we had a rude customer come to our table because they had an issue with my wife using the bathroom and quickly made a scene. And your employee's asked them to leave and apologized to us. Thank you for outstanding customer service. We appreciate it.

For Father’s Day we were taken care of very well not waiting so long to be seated. Our server Alejandro did an amazing job serving with a positive attitude and good jokes. The food was delicious and well done. Truly enjoyed the atmosphere here due to the wonderful server that took good care of us and made us laugh. If you come here please ask for Alejandro.

Our server, Daymalis; was super!! Full of energy and bubbly spirit. Spot on with our order and refills of soda. I should also mention the food tasted exceptional! We will be back again!

Keke’s was a fantastic spot for breakfast with my group! I went for the Florida waffle with home fries and crispy bacon, and it was so tasty. The waffle was fluffy, the home fries were just right, and the bacon was perfectly crispy. Our waitress was awesome—super friendly and always on top of things. Even though there were six of us ordering, our food all came out together, hot and exactly how we wanted it. It was impressive! The vibe at Keke’s was really nice, too—casual and comfortable. The place was clean, and the staff seemed genuinely happy to help. The best part was definitely the food. My waffle was amazing, but honestly, everyone’s meals looked great. It’s clear they know what they’re doing in the kitchen. I’d absolutely recommend checking out Keke’s for a delicious breakfast. Whether you’re craving waffles like me or something else from their menu, you’ll leave satisfied. Good food, friendly service, and a relaxed atmosphere—what more could you ask for? Stopped for breakfast on our way back to the airport. Great place for breakfast. Was like a much better version of IHOP. We all had french toast, just different varieties. The French toast combo came with a generous amount of bacon and the glass of milk was pleasantly bigger that I expected. We were still very satisfied when we finally boarded our plane a few hours later. Glad we stopped by and will have to do this again next time.

Went today with my wife for some grub, my waitress was chantrice and she was wonderful ! I was being very very annoying I know , but she showed great energy, & a very hard worker . You would be crazy to lose this woman . 😁

AMAZING place! Tye the hostess was our waitress today as they were busy and she was amazing. We come often and we always have great service and atmosphere. The food never disappoints. My fav is the waffle and hubby is a ham and egg sandwich.

My sister and I went here to have breakfast before shopping! The server was great! The food was horrible, though! We both tried to eat the eggs, potatoes, and toast, but it was awful! We sent it back and have them removed from our tab! The tea was great, though! Even though it was $5. I'm unsure if I would go there again! I've lived in Lakeland for 3 years now. 1st time I've been here!! Not a great experience!!!

I was referred by so many individuals when I arrived here a few days ago. When they first opened, my family and I arrived here early in the morning, and I was overjoyed. I was not let down by the waffles and chicken that I had ordered. I have never been more looking forward to breakfast, I will tell you. In a heartbeat, I finished my breakfast. Without a doubt, I will return here when I spend more time with my family. The staff is really kind and patient, and the costs are fair. Our waiters enjoyed our company and filled our refills. I wish I could rate everyone of you ten stars. Without a doubt, you guys deserve it.

Always great service and great food. I've never encountered cleanliness issues. A little pricy but not too much more than other establishments and the portions are huge so you get your money's worth. Love this place.
