It's been 3 times that I've asked for sauce and they never make it for me, when I ask for the Spicy chicken sandwich they give me the Classic one, they don't respect what the customer asks for.

Worst experience ever, I order through the app and waited 20 minutes before I can pick it up. Supposedly it was time to pick up, the app had a glitch but I was charge and order was never made. I spoke to the Manager, she said couldn’t do nothing about it. So she refunded me my money back and I had order again and wait. Manager had no customer skills at all.

Walked in on a Tuesday afternoon...was at counter waiting ro place order for over 5 minutes. All the employees saw us. Never approached us to take what would have been a large order. They simply did not want to work. Would rate lower if possible

KFC is a great place to eat fried chicken. Great mash potatoes and gravy, potatoe wedges, popcorn chicken, corn and yummy biscuits. Always very tasty, quick service and nice fast food ambience.

Food is amazing, got The 12 piece nuggets, when I opened the rapper of the biscuit And I saw two Dead big Flies. One on the biscuit And the other Just In the rapper. I was very disappointed because it was my local KFC. Count on the chicken Not On the biscuit.

Para mí es el peor de todos los KFC, no es la primera ves que compro y jamás había puesto una reseña pero la calidad del pollo no es buena, parece refrito y quemado, siempre empapado en grasa sin contar que le dices al que te coje la orden que no pechuga y ponen los que mejor les parece, debe mejorar en todos los sentidos.

Don't order their meal boxes. Over $13 and you'll get 4 chicken strips and a few fries. Worst KFC I've seen so far. Mine also had cole slaw: extremely small.

The chicken was dry and the legs and wings were so tiny the add them ti the bottom so you can see and usually they always give me less than what I buy

I ate a 4 piece original meal last night at the Miami Lakes KFC! I love fried chicken but rarely is it any good so I was prepared to be disappointed! The chicken breast was thick and juicy! The dark meat was plentiful and delicious! It was lightly breaded and perfectly cooked! I live 2 hours away but may drive there just to satisfy my cravings! Its very odd a fast food chicken place would have such meaty chicken!

This KFC was inconsistently open due to lack of employees, but now they are back on track with new hardworking friendly employees and they're stocked up again, so I'm a happy camper. Yay!!

The food is good and fresh but i alway have a problem like the manager is always taking order and he dispatch the order. So he takes one and dispatch that one so it takes long. Also they are always short staff it's a mission on getting sauces and utensils. And the biggest thing that bothers me is that they don't have a napkin dispenser in the front so you don't have to bother a employee. KFC plz send help to this place thanks

They have one of the most delicious spicy wing combos in Miami. Make sure you get the combo with the corn and dr pepper it is a particularly nice combo.
