Bryana was such an amazing server she answered every question we had and did it with a smile every time we come we ask for her and she always greets me with a smile the food was great and so was her spectacular service thank you so much once again :)

Food was great Stephanie our bartender and server was great. She made sure we had everything we needed. Shelly the manager checked in as well as JD Wood the senior manager. Everyone made sure we were well take Ed cared of.

I’ve being coming to this Ale House for years and I’m always happy. Stephanie, our bartender, treats us like family. I don’t have to ask her for anything, she remembers what my wife and I like. Her partner in crime, Rebecca, is her twin when it comes to service. My wife doesn’t cook on Wednesday or Thursdays, so most times we’re seating at the bar on those days. We really enjoy the friendly staff here. The wings are the best. The best team!!!

I came in expecting chaos and instantly became a fan. First and foremost, the most outstanding part was the service. Everyone was incredible, from the host to the managers, but our bartender, Stefanie, stood out the most. They went out of the way to make sure our food didn’t sit under the lamps that they were on top of, and it came out exactly as ordered. Our drinks never ran dry. The bar was complete, and Stefanie was a charming, funny, kind machine helping everyone to perfection. I’ve never seen someone work this hard efficiently or professionally in a sports bar. It was a wonderful experience, and the prime rib was excellent—another surprise. If you’re in the area in the mood for good food, a wide drink selection, and perfect service, come here and ask for Stefanie!

I am concerned because I ordered a ribeye medium-rare, but I received "blue" which is essentially under "rare" even. Being myself, I kept quite, thinking that in places like this, one should not send food back or expect great service, so I ate it. I am sad that I didn't say something. I am sad that the chef doesn't know how to prepare a steak to proper temperature. I simply stayed silent and ate. Why am I like this? I deserve better. I also witnessed employee in red jersey at the bar, Stephanie, use a lint roller on another female employee in a black jersey with a white pearl hair clip, Steph, right by the bar cash register. This is disgusting. The check was presented without a check presenter like a piece of toilet paper. As I observed the team of employees around the kitchen and bar area, I noticed that all of them looked extremely exhausted and unhappy as well as unfriendly. I understand that having a job sucks in general; however, when we work front of house, we must stick these feelings up inside of us so that customers and guests are not affected by our unprofessional facial expressions and body language. Are my expectations too high?

I ordered the Buffalo Shrimp online to eat on my lunch break. They brought it without silverware and napkin. I was forced to eat with my hands. 1 sauce was missing. The taste was terrible. I regret ordering that cost me over $22 and had to throw it away.

Discriminated by the waiter. Took too long to bring my lunch. Ordered the pork shank and it was fried not baked. Ordered the cajun pasta and it was subpar. Waiters keep bending over by me and farting when they walked by. I oppose homosexuality. He was also unprofessional. The pineapple mojitos were too sweet and didn't have much alcohol. Don't waste your money or time.

I visited with my wife miami lakes Miller Ales House, the receiving girl upon entry, really needs to get replace, not that she is a bad person, but defenetly she is not a people person. A nice smile and a nice welcome would be super nice instead of a serious face like if she was bother. About our Waitress Z she was extremely sweet and caring and helpful, she was very nice explaining their menu and super fast in bringing our food and drinks. About the bar, we order a Mojito, however the drinks needed to be returned immediately, i dint even bother to drink it… it was that horrible. The Mojitos were nothing but Lemon Juice only It had to be returned twice. After that we just order Sweet tee, Bar crew were not awesome, But the aftermath of the treatment we received from out waitress was second to non. Manager arrived to our table to meet us and welcome us and ask about our drinks, he was Extremely educated and Polite and apologize about The bar poor job, between the Manager and our Waitress, they really made our experience worth the while. Please ask to be Served by Zaneya in wich means in Hebrew Gift from God, She really is !!!

Onion soup is delicious and my husband loves the weekday meatloaf.

Always a great experience thanks to Pam, Shellie and Craig! The newest addition, Dom, goes above and beyond to make sure your experience is one of a kind. I had a chicken Caesar wrap and a dessert pretzel that are not on the menu but SHOULD be the featured items.

Gave this place a second chance. Thanks to the regional manager. Always have loved this location and it was so refreshing to know that nothing has changed. The customer service is immaculate, the food was delicious and the over all environment was great. 10/10. My bartender was Stephanie. She definitely knows what she's doing. And she's doing amazing. Will be coming back.

The waiter was very good, but the food was not very good, and the table was dirty and clogged, I had to ask the waiter to please clean it and he very kindly cleaned it.

Excellent service! Our server Michelle was top notch…one of the best we’ve had anywhere. So friendly, welcoming, and professional. We didn’t even have to ask for refills or dirty plates to be removed, she was on top of everything. We absolutely loved her! The food (as usual) was delicious and the prices are unbeatable. Definitely our favorite spot to dine casually!

Had an amazing time last night at Miller's! They have a very convenient location right across Main Street, and while they looked pretty busy on Thursday night, we sat pretty quickly with our party of 3! Our server Julia was so sweet and made great recommendations for the night for our group. Will be coming back again, just for the service alone ☺️

The Philly Cheesesteak is fire here and it's a good place to watch a game drink eat and listen to music (mainly outside)..all around good place.

This place is an example of a good experience. My family and I were attended by server Josh y. , who went above and beyond to provide us an excellent time. He was zinging zingers to our table like a mad man, while attending to several other tables as well. At times we were calling him the octopus with his elite ability to be everywhere. Staff was phenomenal as well, making it truly seem like a family work environment. Will be back, and will make sure to catch Josh the mysterious

new to the area and ordered from here. was already annoyed when i saw they didn’t include any of the ranch that came with both my salad and zingers or the extra i paid for. the part that exceptionally bad is the salad that was used. there was so much of it i couldn’t eat any of it and had to throw it out. first and last time ordering from here.

The place is nice, was clean, we arrived at 7pm on Tuesday night and we did not have to wait for a table. The food tastes great and the drinks came fast, the lady who was taking care of our table was very nice but seems like she had many tables or was distracted because most the time we have to look for her to order extra things. But overall the experience was good

Knew the price was to good to be true,ordered shrimp and steak with Mac and cheese,and medley veggies,Mac was cold,and the veggie was succumb with water on my plate causing my shrimp to be soggy.Took a long time to get my food probably because the cooks was eating while making my dish.My buddy sent his plate back because it had hair in it.He order a fish and mash potatoes with gravy.They remade his plate and he enjoyed the gravy.The fish was cook very well.My other buddy order quesadilla which was 10 seconds from being burnt.I truly believe the employees was on drugs.No communication.If the steak takes 6 minutes to cook don't make the Mac first.Me personally I enjoyed the lemon water.

Couldn’t take a simple request to have something on the side over the phone for a to go order. Can’t do it online either. Then waited 10 minutes on the phone to simply get chicken on the SIDE, which they still can’t do.

I Oder food from Uber eats , it was missing items my stake that was $33 dollars was hard and burn and cold , not happy with the service lately.

Ordered baby back ribs through a delivery I Was dying for them and took advantage of the Monday special. I had so many expectations; juicy, falling off the bone. Well, no such thing. Could only eat one off a whole rack. The meat was so hard and tasted NOT fresh...like it was two days old. Miller, do better. Don't dissapoint your cuatomers becuase it is a delivery and dont serve old food.

When we arrive we put our name on the list and were told 30-35 min. Some of us got drinks at the bar others waited by the hostess. It began with that it took 10 minutes to get a text that I was on their waitlist, but after a long day I wanted to give them some grace. 30, 35, ...45 min still nothing. We watched them seat all the young groups of 2, 3, 5 some that arrived afterwards. Then they tell my husband when he asked that they were prepping a high top outside. Which he immediately asked her how that would work for the 2 elderly women with us? They obviously can not climb up on a high top bar stool to eat. 5, 10 more minutes. With open tables in front of us. We ask the manager if we could have them. He then says we couldn't sit us at those tables because those 2 tables, in a section of 8 other tables, had been closed for the night. That we needed to wait for 2 more tables in that same section to clear. 😡 Let me tell you that waitress should be pissed! An 11 top table would have left her a nice tip. 🤨 This manager was not willing to help in any way. He kept saying it was a busy Friday night, that they were short handed, and that it didn't work that way. Excuses and Mismanagement is what I heard👂If nothing else this guy should be FIRED! The thing is, you see, our group was not the crowd the Ale House wanted in their sports bar on a Friday night at 10p. As I said, SHAME ON YOU Ale House! With management like this and these business practices your establishment should close! If you read this don't go there and spend your money 💰 they will not know how to treat your family with dignity or respect and will not be willing to help serve you when they are capable of doing so. No worries, we ended our night in laughter and had a great dinner, with a very happy waiter, at Denny down the street. 😊 Maybe you should learn from them Ale House! ~photo for reference

This is the best place to go. I'm been there since open. This is my home. I love everything food,staff, management & corporate. If u want to have a great time, food & the staff all of them.,starting kitchen all of way to servers.This is the place.. Julia was our server for Today after coming from a end of year show and a birthday we came with a group and she was very attentive to our needs. She listened very carefully to the orders, made no mistake, and even paid attention to ques for a birthday dessert. We definitely had the full experience thanks to her attention to detail. Took long to be say, observed some parties get sat even though I arrived before them. Server at the front table was Max, seems like they didn’t care too much about following the seating list. Food was good, waitress wasn’t fantastic either. Could use some training on restaurant management.

The place was clean, pleasant, the tables spaced a good distance apart, everything was clean but the service was bad, after they took the order, it took 40 minutes to bring it, they asked for drinks and he forgot to bring them, and the place was approximately 50% full. of its capacity.

Visited Miller's Ale house with some business associates, I ordered a drinks asked for it neat. And they brought it with ice, then just poured out the liquid into an empty glass, drink was very watered down. I was really surprised I've been going here for over 20 years. More embarrassed than anything because I was boasting about the place.

How can you have cigarette smoking and vaping all over the outside and not be able to have someone smoke a cigar on the outside tables away from everyone? That’s just ridiculous. Doral miller ale house does it. Never had a problem there.

This place is good for some beer and some appetizers they are usually super busy. The pasta is great as well. They are open late so if you are looking for a late snack and beer this is the place to go. They always have important games playing so it’s a must!! Good customer service as well.
