Bad presentation, cold food, raw meat, very bad service

WENT DURING MY HOUR LUNCH LAST WEEK! THE RESTAURANT WAS NOT THAT BUAY AND HONESTLY TOUGHT WILL NOT BE ON TIME BUT MY SERVER BROUGHT MY FOOD LIKE I ORDER AND ON TIME ! CHICKEN ON THE BARBIE WITH FRIES AND BAKED POTATO SOUP THE DESERT TOOK IT HOME BECAUSE WAS FULL DELICIOUS HIGHLY RECOMENDED

Stopped bye for lunch at about 12 noon on a hot Saturday. Quick service & seated promptly! Started out with the blooming onion, house salad, then the bone-in rib steak( I asked for medium rare but it was served medium, no problem) with a sweet pototo & mixed vegetables! I added the Brussel spouts! Nice dark bread & butter service. What a super lunch! Noemi was outstanding. Shout-out to Mathtew & Patrick! Great staff!

The server Andrea and the manager DeAngelo were outstanding. They were attentive and very kind.

This place was famous for its prime ribs. Now it would be the worst in the world. Even though I had called to be sure there was something, and we didn't go early to give it time for it to not be raw. I also asked the waiter and he said it would be okay. Afterwards they sent the manager to say that he was good but not a medium. He showed it to me and the cow was almost alive. I told him I wouldn't eat it like that. The telephone operator, the innkeeper, and the manager deceived us. Besides, the salad didn't taste like anything, the bread was dry. Everything is very bad. I loved this restaurant but I won't go again. The one in sunny Isles is good but avoid this one in Flagler.

Staff is always a pleasure. Quick to act and with a smile on their face. Come back every time for their treatment.

I recently came to the restaurant for my graduation dinner and had an amazing time. The manager richy was very helpful and attentive when it came to making sure that there was room for all of my family.

I have been visiting this Outback for over 20 years and I have to say Noemi is by far the best waitress I have come across hands down, humble just a beautiful soul, I wish only the best for her

Not every place that claims to have tender beef does. However all I can say is when a steak melts in your mouth it was cooked perfectly 🤤

My recent experience at Outback was one to remember. I haven’t been since I was younger and it was so nostalgic. Richie, the manager, really ensured my family and I were set with everything we needed. Great energy and service!

I had a great time at this restaurant and it was all because of the manager Rich. Truth be told, without his efforts my rating would have been zero stars. I had issues with my food being undercooked and no matter how many times it was sent back the cooks could never get it right. Please train your cooks more!!!!!!! Rich went to the kitchen himself and overlooked the preparation of my food after the many failed attempts and got me a free desert for the inconvenience. As long as he is there, I will be back!!!!

We really enjoyed our time at Outback tonight. Our server, Justin, was on point. He made sure we had everything we needed. Our entrees, Alice Springs Chicken and the Ribs were to die for. The cook made our dinner to perfection. We will definitely be back!

My filet was perfectly medium baked sweet potatoes &broccoli were perfectly cooked! My Margherita was just right! I will be back and highly recommend this restaurant!

Meat does not have flavor. Chicken was good. Shrimp is to seasoned and soggy.

I always enjoy dining at my local Outback. Service was great, food was excellent and steak was done the way I like it. Dessert cheesecake was delicious, it wasn't cheap but great quality and a portion large enough for two people. Manager Sarah is a great person to deal with. Thanks. I placed a to go order for lunch and upon arriving at home and going through my order my loaded baked potato was only a potato with nothing. My loaded baked sweet potato had nothing on it. The Dead Sea is not as salty as my french onion soup.

I remember the last time that I went to eat at an outback steakhouse was probably a couple years ago. The baked potato was overcooked hard. The steak was about a half an inch steak full of griddle and Hard to even cut with the knife. This was my Lunch for the day I had anything since yesterday But let me tell you something I will never eat at an outback steakhouse again

Been living in Miami Lakes for the better part of 20 years, this Outback's location has always been 'challenged'. That is until Vinny came along. As manager, he just makes everything right and now has the restaurant humming. Hope he sticks around.

Terrible service. Took over 10 minutes just for someone to get out drink order. Food came out wrong. Servers just standing around at the bar drinking. Manager walked by our table 4 times but never asked how we were. My glass sat empty waiting for a refill for easily 10 minutes.

So I rated the food 2 because it’s just what it is, and I rated the service 2 because it was take out Uber eats and I called after I ordered and I begged the girl that answered the phone to ask the cooks not to burn my bloomin onion for the 3rd time that I’m giving them one last chance. Guess what it was just as burned. Thought maybe 3rd time was a charm my mistake. I’ve seen all positive reviews dining in so I guess they know better not to serve food like that in person. Well I can say I won’t go for a forth time. Thank you but no thanks.

I forgot my purse in the booth I was in and 1 of the waitress took it called in for it and they keep askin me the color I would tell them the color then they would ask me what's the name of the purse..HOW MANY PPL LEAVE THEIR BAG..NO CAMERAS NO HELP NO NOTHING!

Our waiter Yoyo is the best and the manager Vinny always checks on us. They both nake sure that we are happy with our visit. This keeps us coming back week after week.

Outback doesn’t disappoint and this location is exceptional regarding service and food. Seating is immediate, food is tasty and prices are very fair.

i ordered to go the other day and the person who attended over the phone and in person was very nice and professional. andrea was the one who helped me throughout the service and she recommended the steakhouse quesadilla which was sublime. would 10/10 recommend coming again to this restaurant.

So the food was good salmon rice and broccoli and mashed potatoes and the butter bread Fie and blueberry lemonade and the mild wings Fie and our waiter was fast even tho he has 2 other table so we make sure we give him a nice tip…

Priscilla our waitress was AMAZING. We have been to this location before, and to be honest have no always had a good experience. This time it was totally different.

Our server Christian was not only super fun to talk to but delivered excellent customer service. The food came out rather quick but it was still hot and flavorful. Will definitely be coming back.

I’m 10 years old and I’m writing a review about this place outback it’s so good it’s always good every time you come here the Caesar salads are always good and the onion soups are delicious every single time you come here the the meats are really good and everything everything every time we come here is delicious I don’t know why people write these things as 2 stars And and it’s really good. I don’t know. I don’t know why people do this. I love this place I’m taking and this place is really good. I think I definitely recommend this place. You really got to go to this place. If you read this, please please go to this place and it’s cheap. It’s really cheap actually like we go to other places and they’re not cheap. They’re a lot of money.
