Emilio was our Bartender. Outstanding service. The Manager Ben came around. Very welcoming. We use to go to the one in Pines before they closed. Definitely our new location 😁

Nice place with a real down to earth owner! The space is nice for watching games and grabbing a cold one with friends.

I’ve been eating here for about 3 years but recently I’ve noticed that the experience has gotten even better. The quality of the food has improved and the service has been on the rise as well. A great alternative to Flanigan that almost never has a ridiculous wait time.

Whoever the new management is, is driving your brand into the ground. I have been a loyal customer of yours for years and love you guys, however the way this specific location is being ran makes me never want to come back!

The wings were awesome, drinks were delicious. The staff were attentive, friendly and swift. I admire the owner for assisting the staff with whatever that needs to be taken care of. The whole team is phenomenal and will come back again 🙇🏾‍♂️🙏🏾.

Not a fan of management switch recently. Food hasn’t tasted the same and getting 20+ wings with no flat is insane. Spot I went to frequently since it’s around the corner. Looks like I need to find another wing spot

Chris was a great server on this Sunday afternoon, and I would love to see him around on Wednesdays after our kickball games on Wednesday night. Amazing, quick, and attentive service from him.

They are in transition to new management and the food quality has gone down. Before they had Julian and his staff and it was amazing place. We would go there every Saturday after baseball for lunch. This time we went we encounter a lady that works there and told my kids from the team they needed to be quiet because there are others in there and don't wanna hear them. They are 5 and 6 year Olds. It's a sports bar and you want them to stay quiet? We need the old crew back they were amazing.... the old manager was Julian and our servers name is Vicky (amazing person) SPORTS GRILL BRING BACK JULIAN AND HIS CREW BACK. DONT LET THISNPLACE GO DOWN. we have been coming here for the past 3 years. #MAKESPORTSGRILLGREATAGAIN!!!

Food was terrible. Don’t come here. The staff are rude as well it took so long to get our food and when we decided to say something the waiter got frustrated. Over all cool place but definitely needs some work.

We are regulars here and we typically do not have an issue. However, change of management has made it difficult to get an order fixed. We ordered a burger with extra bacon but the burger selection was incorrect and only two strips of bacon were on the burger when we paid extra for more. When we made a complaint, the burger was remade but we waited 45 mins when the order typically takes about 15-20 mins. The order was also given back until we made a further complaint. One of the employees was rude (we think it was the manager) when we received the correct order and we could tell we were being told lies and excuses for the incorrect order. He approached us with rudeness and seemed unaware of the situation as he blamed us as he said the second order was correct not knowing it was the revised order and not the original order which was incorrect. There is no accountability or communication among the new staff. One lie that was told was that the burger selection was no longer on the menu when that is not true as I looked it up on the website. All I ask is to take accountability and have correct information before being impolite and blaming the customer for the incorrect order. The two stars are for the correct order tasting good, but the service was not right.

Wings are top notch with a side of fries! Don’t miss out on their special grill sauce! The nachos were super cheesy and the drinks were well made. The beer menu is super extensive. Our Server Victoria was amazing! Super friendly and made sure we were taken care of.

Sports Grill? Sports Bar? Who cares? Don't come either way. Unless you like patty melts where all they do is flip the bun over. Or frozen burger patties. Or paying $3.50 for sweet potato fries instead of regular ones. Or not knowing the wine prices, and when you ask the server, he doesn't know either. Maybe we should have just gotten beer and wings. Perhaps the beer price is on the menu. After a 5 hour drive to Miami, we were hoping for a place to watch March Madness and have some decent food. This place darn near ruined the night.

Great food, and even more amazing service! Good restaurant for to go out on the weekends and catch some sports. And their specials are even better! Make sure to ask about all the different specials they currently have!

Tl: DR - Overcooked food with lots of salt on it to cover up the dryness of the food. Had to seat myself. Not welcomed by the staff. Dirty tables. Just moved into the area. Looking for my new local sports bar to go to watch games, eat wings, and drink a beer at. Sadly, Sports Grill Miami lakes is not going to be that place. Came here today for a late lunch with my wife. There is ample parking but the strange signs that say "Red Parking Permit Required or you will be towed away" was a bit peculiar to see in a shopping plaza where people are encouraged to park where it is best for them to be able to access the stores. Walking into the Sports Grill, there were what seemed to be two large groups eating at tables. We were not greeted by any of the staff. We waiting at the front door near the hostess podium for a few moments. After about 3 minutes, we decided to grab menus from the podium and find a place to sit. As we went to a table we noticed there were crumbs on it. Not a problem as that the people working here were busy. We went to another table nearby the first and found crumbs of food there as well. Third table was fine but the lack of greeting and dirty tables began to make me have doubts about this restaurant. After waiting for about 10 minutes a waiter came to our table. He spoke in a very fast and hurried pace and seemed to be in a rush. We ordered water and a soda. The waiter said he would be back to take our food order. That took another 10 minutes for him to return. We ordered the boneless wings when the waiter returned. The waiter told us that all their boneless wings are dark meat. I asked him if that means that it is just chicken thighs with the bone removed and he said, " It is just dark meat." I don't think that the waiter was being rude on purpose but he was speaking fast and a bit jittery in his body movement. It seemed that I should be faster with my food request for the order so that he could hurry back to the kitchen and other tables. Food came out and it was....over cooked. The boneless chicken wings seemed to broiled more so than grilled. The seasoning on the chicken was mostly salty with very little other spices, herbs or flavor atop. It tasted nothing of buffalo sauce. Being that the boneless wings were described as buffalo they also were unbreaded. I get that is common for many places to not share the full description of the food but with wings being such a highly debated food it would be nice to see a bit more description of the food items. Otherwise, I would chosen something else to eat. With the food having a higher amount of salt to them, the need for refills of our beverages was needed. The water only checked on us one time before we were all "salted out" from the food. Honestly, if I had more refills, I could had eaten more food. My wife and I noticed that the second group of customers in the back of the restaurant were going back and forth into the kitchen. Maybe they work there and were their on their off time but they were not wearing any sort of uniforms so they appeared to be customers with cups in their hands that walked back and forth to the kitchen. Another 20 minutes went past and still no waiter. My wife had to go to the bar to ask for the check. To wrap it all up: bad service, bad tasting food, and long weight times, confusing groups of people who took up the wait staff's attention. It was not fun. I will be marking this place off of my list of places to go to. Suggestions to make things better: Clean tables after customers leave. Have more employees during busy times for shorter service times. Review the menu and cooking methods of the foods as well as adding better descriptions of food items on the menu. If these things are done then I might consider coming back to eat here again.

I usually go to the o e at Doral but I was passing by and decided to give a try to this one. The servers are very attentive and the wings are the best as always!!!. I definitely come back!.

Had a great time! I’m from cincinnati and came down on a business trip staying at the hotel near by. The bartender and I had a great conversation and everything was on point! He recommended me a beer, and it was delicious! Will definitely be coming back my next business trip. Awesome service and great food!

I’ve been coming here for a while with one of my friends and tonight was awesome! Had a few stella’s and some special grilled wings which were awesome. Our server looked busy but was still there making sure we were well taken care of. Food was delicious.

I love the Sports Grill, except I hate the choice of music. I’m sorry but some Rap music is not suitable for family restaurants. I do not enjoy music using the F bomb and N word. When I hear these so called song I just leave. I really believe the music choice needs. Evaluated and perhaps restaurant style played. The restaurant at one time had a juke box, its gone. So we as customers are at the managers choice.

Been coming to Sports Grill for the past 15+ years. It had been a while, but it didn’t disappoint. Special Grilled wings, all flats, with miami heat sauce and bbq sauce. Love it.

Always a solid choice for game days/nights and casual good eats, wings. Burgers are delicious too.

AMAZING SERVICE by all! I was dropped last minute by another catering company and had no time to try and salvage the day. I had 100 hungry employees and no chicken wings. I called up the owner and she and her team turned around 400 chicken wings and 10 basket of fries in less than 2 hours! Everything was delicious! I don't have the words to thank them enough! The kitchen crew must hate me. LOL. I will forever be grateful. This place will forever have my loyalty!

Food was good as usual, but the service was VERY slow.

Every time we come to this place is a problem. Today someone forgot to put in my order that I called over the phone and when we came to the restaurant they didn’t even know what I ordered. Last time we sat down on a table and the lady who took our order came to the table to let us know that she had forgotten to put in our order after 20 min waiting. The food is good and is super close to the house but I don’t think I want to continue getting disappointed by their service.

don’t come here if you’re hungry on a busy night. the servers are all running around like chickens with their heads cut off and don’t have a good system on what tables to serve. wouldn’t come here ever again. also very dirty in the inside.

Entitled-adolescent severs that treat you like their making you a favor. Incapable to clean your table before you sit or remove empty plates after you eat. Overpriced food completely unjustified by quality and quantity. Small portions. Expensive drinks. Be ready to pay 13 dollars for a beer.

Food is decent only thing bad about this place is. If your not a Dolphins fan I would go to another Bar cause they Will NOT play your game unless it's Miami

Horrible. My family and I walked in. Self seating. The smell of dirty mop water was a little overwhelming but we were really hungry. First table we sat down at, was falling over by itself. We moved to another table and waited to be attended. 4 servers walked by us, looked at us dead in the face and didn't ask if we had been helped or at least had the courtesy to tell us someone would be with us. I got up and walked out after waiting for 20 minutes with no service.

The food is delicious. It's kid friendly which caused my bad experience. There was no structure in place for family's to monitor their kids. The kids were just let loose which makes it bad for others even parents withgood kids. As we were being seated a couple made a comment that we were smart to leave and come back after families had gone. If they post rules for keeping kids bigger ones seated and the must be escorted to games by an adult it would be great.

The food was amazing, tasty and well prepared. I have made Sports Grill my to go spot when ever I need to unwind. I truly recommend this place to hang out , watch a game and enjoy good food. Hands down, my favorite sports bar to dine in. Great service and even greater food. From the appetizers to the burgers to the wings and even to the desserts; such great food.
