Tony (manager) was super nice and cared for everyone’s experience. Sandy (our server) was sweet and quick with everyone’s orders. Now, Kenny oh my gosh he is chaotic in the best way possible LOL. He cooked our food to perfection and smiled all the way through. Overall, the staff is attentive, kind and provided great service. Thanks everyone!!

Tony is a great manager and was very on top of his workers. He is very involved with his customers and workers. Connie is an amazing waitress and is very outgoing. Mitsubishi is a great chef as well. Meals are pretty large here. Highly recommend

The young man we had took forever to cook our food 😩. A group came in way after we did. They were finished eating and packing up their leftover and our food was still cooking. We didn't enjoy it. By the time we received the meat everything else was cold. This was the worst Japanese Steakhouse I have ever been to.

I can't say enough positives things about my experience here. Connie was my server and before I could even think I needed something she was already checking on me. Kenny was our chef, very funny and talented. The portion sizes were great, you really get what you pay for. I ran into Tony the manager on my way out and told him how pleased I was with the service and he was very happy we had a good time and told me he'd love to have see us again.

Connie was very nice and accommodating. We where uncomfortable at a table when we sat down the other couples where already eating, so we where able to sit with new people that just started. Title: A Catastrophic Mess at Kobe Japanese Steakhouse Kobe Japanese Steakhouse is a complete disaster. The service was horrendous—over two hours for a meal that barely met expectations. When I complained, the manager was not just rude but outright hostile, refusing to accept any responsibility or blame for the awful service. After a staggering $600 bill, I was insulted with a pathetic $50 credit. This place is a disgrace, and their handling of complaints is even worse. Save yourself the frustration and avoid this pitiful excuse for a restaurant.
