Kevin Pham best hibachi chef!!!!!!!!!

Went to dinner last night and decided to sit at a normal table instead of the hibachi area. All of us had the same issue, the fried rice was so bland, zero flavoring or eggs. We were extremely disappointed. However the protein options on out plates were good.

Our server Gillian was soo sweet and amazing and was very attentive! Our chef Baki was so funny and awesome to interact with as well as cooking amazing food for us!!!

Chef Kevin Pham was very enthusiastic and made our meal even more enjoyable. It was a great family experience.

Chef Kevin Pham was thoughtful with our kids gluten friendly meals. He was a little less entertaining that other chefs but he also asked if we’d been there before and I think catered to the fact that we had been. The server also knew gluten free needs and she was careful to provide what our kids required for this. The food was delicious as always. I forget how very loud it is in the restaurant but that’s probably just part of the usual birthday experience. Thank you for a fun birthday dinner night out with my family!

We have been eating at Kobe for 25+ years and the consistency of the food and service is so reliable and amazing. We have passed on our love for their food to our son. We have also had Kevin as our chef more times than can remember and his showmanship is equal to his cooking skills, top notch!

My husband took me here for our first anniversary of being married we were the guys last customers of the day you could tell he was tired, but he still made our anniversary so amazing. We were the only ones at our table and he was so cool. It was the best experience ever and if you don’t stop and get their fried cheesecake. You should be arrested because that is the most amazing dessert in the entire world I have craved it since the day we went 💖

Our chef was Hiro. He was the best chef we have ever had at a Japanese steakhouse. The food was cooked to perfection and he was extremely entertaining. Was told that he was the most requested chef and we will do that the next time we come here.

We’re celebrating my sisters birthday. Kylee was a great waitress. She was very knowledgeable on the drinks and made sure she asked the bartender on certain drinks. Hiro was a great chef. He did such an awesome job entertaining us. He made us laugh and kept us happy. Victor was a great manager. My sisters youngest daughter missed singing happy birthday and he was able to do the birthday song again so she can sing to her mother. Such a great time. Thank you Kobe for having these awesome people working there and making my sisters birthday awesome.

Exceptional dining experience. The hibachi grill is amazing, offering entertainment and delicious food. The chefs are skilled and engaging, making the meal a memorable event. We love Kobe - it’s the BEST teppanyaki restaurant in town! The flavors of the soup, salad, noodles, rice & vegetables are supreme. We dined at the Longwood location for my birthday on 7/9/24 & had Chef Kevin Pham. He was awesome! We had a great time & the food was delicious as usual. It was our first time dining at this location and will definitely be back again!

Our chef Hiro was the best we have ever had! Usually you get the same presentation from the chefs but he did new things that we have never seen before!! (I won’t spoil it) Our server Kylee was on point as well. Great experience tonight!

Fuji was the best chef me and my family has had here in a long time!!! his service and food were both amazing. genuinely was excited with his performance!!! He was hilarious and very kind to the people at the table. Helping the 2 kids at the table by cutting their meat smaller for them and being very attentive to the guest whos birthday it was.

Very big portions and the our chef was hilarious and sweet. I’d recommend trying the sirloin and chicken duo. Left with a full container of food!!!
