I enjoy going to that particular Publix due to the people that work there. The staff is always friendly and willing to always go above and beyond for their customers.

The meal is the best option any time I don't want to cook. Is only $8,99 is fresh and healthy. I like when I see employees using mask in Publix because while they are asking about what do I want on my sandwich, the saliva with bacterias can't fall on food and make me sick, they have protection and I feel confident.

Bryce and Nicole at the Rocksprings location was amazing great customer service. no one had to ask Bryce to help. he made sure my cake was fixed and that i had cake knife and candles

Not sure why or how a person ends up in a Customer Service Desk or blue shirt role at this location without understanding even the most basic customer service principles? Only stop here when desperate. Hoping the state park spring people can keep them open despite of themselves. ⭐️⭐️ - They had exactly what I needed, sucks they ran me off :( 8/2,2024 - 1pm

Although I love publix. This one is not my favorite. Very tight on space, smaller store that doesn't carry a lot of different items. Good for maybe a quick thing or two. I call it the 7-11 of publixs

Solid location, not the biggest with the most choices but the staff is always nice and helpful as expected from Publix. Even the sub ladies are nice when you order 10 minutes before closing.

Easy access, friendly and courteus staff

It's one of the smaller Publix I've shopped at. The checkout was quick. As always the staff are very friendly and helpful.

Publix has been discontinuing products that I now have to order from Amazon. That is an added cost to me when you factor in shipping charges. Lots of the food rots to quicky and Publix has not started sustainable food production and transportation. The greenwise program is not green.

I got what I needed with a little help from the people that work there always glad to help even when there bizzy they will stop what there doing just to help that's really commitment

Among many good products, they have healthy Italian bread made with ancient grains.

Service desk was very helpful. They were proactively asking if I needed additional help, which I did.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. Store is smaller than some other Publix but always well stocked. Sales are also always posted and highly visible. Produce is fresh and very reasonably priced. Excellent wine selection. Make sure to register your phone number and use paperless receipts as you will get $2 off your purchases quite often.

My favorite little Publix! Great customer service. I love that they have lots of high school and college students working the front and veterans in all the other departments! I especially love Esme in the bakery!

The layout was so different from what I'm used to, it felt like I walked in from the back of the store. Lol It was clean and quiet when I popped in for some water and fruits!

Very fresh fruit and vegetables including lots of organic things. It is located near a park and nicer than average houses.

This was a W/D before Publix's got the location so it is a smaller format store (less sq.ft., few selections, smaller departments, etc) Good basic selection, nice people, typical Publix's pricing (Aldi's will better them on any "brand" item and leaves them in the dust for produce, dairy and frozen.

No sushi chefs on site. Just about 8 premade bland trays.

Good place to shop for groceries and more.

Theresa from the bakery handled an emergency no other Publix was able to execute. Theresa is a wonderful employee/community member and saved my son’s birthday party. I wish everyone was like Theresa and took the extra mile.
