The food here is always on point. Flavors and texture and freshness. I have no complaints. The service is always good too. Always a smile, always sweet. Excellent service. A++ Ambiance is quiet, not a lot of people dining in, which makes for a better experience, I think. It's not crowded bc most people order for takeout or delivery. Which means food rotation happens faster than timing due to food spoilage. Which is best in my opinion. Alsi, they have excellent music overhead. I always leave with new faves to add to my music rotation! Sorry about bot leaving a Pic. I ate my food b⁴ I remembered to tale a shot. I will return and take one next time...promise.

Whether I order for here or to go…I always get fresh food and friendly faces…I love it here!

Kona Poké is a favorite in our family! The food is always fresh and delicious! They seem to be consistently out of a variety of soft drinks. The service can be lacking from time to time, and the tables/chairs/counters tend to be a bit sticky.

Everyone here is super friendly! I need to give a special shoutout to Isabella. The last time I visited, she was incredibly thoughtful, providing recommendations in Spanish when needed, but mostly speaking to us in English since we're trying to practice it more.

Hello, i came in here while I was at work and didn’t know what to order. I was greeted by Isabella and Jennifer. Isabella recommended a new pulled pork bowl. Her service was amazing from start to finish. The pulled pork bowl was even more delicious that what I had expected. After a long day of meetings on Wednesday, May 8th, I was running errands, and I came to this location for takeout. I immediately was greeted with a big smile and very welcome to the location by the front agent Isabella. I ask for recommendations and she did wonderful. I’m not normally the kind of person to write reviews like this but I had to share how wonderful my experience dining here was. I walk in to be greeted with beaming smiles and a warm welcome. I didn’t know what I wanted and Isabella and Jennifer were so incredibly nice and helpful with figuring out what I would enjoy in my bowl. The food turned out amazing, definitely my new favorite spot for when I’m craving a poke bowl, or even just craving good vibes.

This place is a little Gem. Poke is delicious and service is unforgettable. I placed my order incorrectly online and they called me to set me right and we were on our way with food to fill our bellies before a flight. This is way better than airport food yall! Best last stop before leaving Florida ever!

Delanie is absolutely wonderful. All the staff is so nice every time I come in, but Delanie and I had a great conversation while she prepared my food. My team from work often gets lunch here because we love the food and the people are always so nice. It’s one of our go-to food spots. Please share my praise with Delanie! She is great!

Update..since my last vist,a month ago.This place has turned to BAD situation,dirty,the service is so so,NO personalities,robotic vending machine vibes.The food is VERY different in a VERY not good way.The sauces are stale,old tasting, the serving sizes are child like.Just not a good place anymore.All the good reviews are from the old Kona,not this new one.

I eat lunch here frequently for all of their healthy options. The food is always fresh and delicious. The service is always friendly. Today Blue helped me and provided excellent service. I highly recommend this to anyone that appreciates fresh healthy food. They have some less healthy options too if you feel like splurging.

You get free ice cream if you leave a 5 star review, which seems a little…not right. But, this place is actually very good and I drive 20 minutes from Deltona just to eat here. I would give 5 stars either way.

This place was recommended by a friend! Isabella was wonderful in helping my nephew and I determine, which bowl to select. She gave recommendations based on what we like. My Nephew selected one of her recommendations but I opted to make my own. It was the first time there and now we look forward to going more often because of the service Isabella offered plus we enjoyed the food. He enjoyed his bowl so much that he forgot to take picture. Lol It was awesome experience.

I am in the hospitality industry and consider myself a harsh critic of the dining experience. The reason I love kona is because the food is always fresh and a nice bang for your buck. The reason I continue to come back to this particular kona is because Keanna is the absolute best! She always greets me with a smile and is always upbeat and positive. We are new in town and tried the Sanford location. The food was excellent and Blue was especially helpful and nice to our young daughters. The volcano shrimp was fiery and delicious. We highly recommend for a healthy meal.
