I saw a post on FB and decided to give it a try and not regret at all great food very flavorful when there today and got the taco tuesday special 4 street tacos with rice , beans and salad for only $8.50 a huge portion too also we try the guacamole wich they made it fresh was great and never try before bit order agua Fresca de piña super refreshing and churros very good as well definitely we gonna come back.. Recommend meats Al pastor, asada and barbacoa.

We ordered delivery and really wanted to give this place a chance but it’s wasn’t good at all no flavor everything was bland or full of grease. The rice and beans bland, the salsa, very very watered down, and the fajita mix was full of grease. The guacamole had no flavor. I would be willing to give this place another chance if they added flavor it just tastes like the love of cooking went out the window. Ok I had to come edit it the best part was the tres leches now that was baked with love soo good. After looking through the reviews you can tell a lot of fake reviews and some professional for photos so u can tell they are fake don’t waste your money unless u just go for the dessert which is the only good thing this place has to offer. FYI if you don’t like the food and you post it here the owner will bash you. I have seen it in other reviews it’s horrible it’s called listen to your customers if it’s not good fix it

Ok so the Birria Tacos are wonderful. Most people don't make them correctly, but here they do. The tacos were really good. Tried each kind of them. Also the street corn was good. Kind gals behind the counter. The flan was also good. We wanted to try the choco flan - but it was sold out - and the tamales but they are only available on the weekends. We drove out of the way a bit for the tacos and it was worth it!!

Fabuloso! As you are coming into Lake Alfred, don't blink, or you will miss this tiny gem. This has to be the best place that has inhabitated this corner of this line of shops. Small shop with a side bar with two stools. Everything else is take out.Super friendly counter person took my order and advised me of a 25 minute wait. I suggest calling ahead as everything is cooked to order. I ordered the 4 street taco platter,sope with carnitas and the chicken soup. The sope was perfectly cooked and generously stuffed. The street taco platter was very good for the price. The tacos were filled with nicely seasoned chicken and al pastor,topped with onion and cilantro. The accompanying rice and beans were very nicely done as well. The chicken soup,where do I start. Flavorful red broth brimming with huge chunks of shredded chicken, avocado, and more vegetables than I can list. Off the chart, amazing! A meal in itself. Stop and visit,you won't be disappointed.

If you're in the area and want real authentic, delicious Mexican food this is the spot. Place is small. Not a lot of eat-in space but the food is delicious.

When did yall stop serving kids burritos???

I ordered some enchiladas and they added a cheese that was super bitter. They should be a little more responsible with what they serve to their customers.

I have ordered from here twice. Today I got take out, elote, beans&rice, and a burrito. I ordered the burrito with no meat, I noticed it said it comes with peppers & onions. I have medical issues where I can’t eat peppers, and I didn’t want any onions, just a “plain” burrito. So, In the comments box I asked for no onions& peppers. Still got onions and peppers, more veggies in this than rice&bean. The elote is good, nice to have in this town. The rice& beans is good but rice a little dry.

So fresh, delicious, and affordable! Everything is just so good.

Las Comadres is a small tucked away business providing the strongest flavors to the local community worthy of being reviewed by top of the class critics. The food is authentic Mexican cuisine with a high level of attention to flavors and textures that make the best Tamales and tacos around for miles. The atmosphere is most pleasant, with the restaurant being very busy taking online orders. The prices are comparable to that of other local Taquerias, resulting in their saturday exclusive Tamales to be sold within 1-2 hrs of their shop opening at 10:30 am, as of today. Lastly, their customer service is quite friendly with the receptionist being kind and staying with them for the last 3 years and beyond. This is a family owned restaurant that you should visit if you are looking for authentic, after all, thousands of customers from Orlando and Tampa visit the location regularly.

It's not the best Mexican I've ever had, but it's a great price for decent food. It's easy to feed a crowd on a small budget and get plenty of food and options. Their shrimp cocktail is amazing, the birria is alright, and the street corn is a little too salty for my liking. The guacamole is really good. Staff is friendly, but make sure you go back over what you ordered just to make sure everyone is on the same page. They are also super fast and easy to get to. I like this place and I'll definitely be coming back.

im obsessed! just found out about it around mid last week and have ordered 3 separate times already lol the esquites are amazing! 11/10, truly my favorite in town. ive had the pozole once and the burritos twice within my 3 times ordering, the pozole is really good and i got it very hot and fresh and it was a great portion! it came with tortilla chips to dip into it which was great for the price the burritos are delicious as well, great portions and fresh and it even comes with the lettuce on the side which i LOVE. i just cant sing enough praises. 100/10 experiences this far and will definitely order here again!

Super, super delicious, I was visiting from Texas and I was delighted with their delicious food and the sauce. Not to mention, I'm a Mexican, if the sauce is rich and spicy I'll come back.

It was my first time going to Las Comadres. I ordered some tacos and soursop water and omg it was delicious!!!! Place was really clean. The ladies were very attentive and cordial. Definitely going back for more soon.

The ceviche was very bad, no lemon, no salt, the portion was small, and the burrito I ordered was meat and I could count the pieces of meat. 3 squares of tamate and the smell of cheese, your food is terrible Can you give me the number of your cook so I can give him a job but in construction because the kitchen is not useful for pure verrrrrg send me your address so I can never go again if you want to know bad and good restaurants in central Florida follow me on tik toc like @ rayroller2410

My wife ordered the Christmas tamales; they are simply the best I've ever eaten. Food was ready on time for pick-up as promised. This is our new go to place now for Mexican food.

I had the special of the day, 1/2 loaded nacho and two tacos, I chose carnitas and absolutely loved it. I will be going back, and plan to try everything on the menu.

We've ordered from door dash twice and can't get enough of their food! Prices are fair and the food is SOOOOO GOOD! We've order the tacos, quesadillas and loaded nachos. Best nachos I've ever had in my life!! That's not to say everything else wasn't the best, it's definitely amazing food but I've never had a place do nachos so well!

We have ordered from this restaurant twice in the last week, delivery via DoorDash. We are 12 hour/shift nurses, and are typically starving by the time we’re able to sit down to eat (for 5 minutes)… lol Can we just say OMG?!! This food is AMAZING! We’ve had a variety of dishes between us, and everything tastes wonderful and is packaged so well for delivery. We are absolutely hooked and look forward to our next lunch break! P.S. The Mexican Street Corn in a Cup is Heavenly!

I love birria tacos and so far here in Lake Alfred this are the best great taste and the caldo also comes with beef not like other places that they only give you the caldo plain. The ceviche is good for my taste needs to feel more the lime and salt but you can added to your taste too. The aguas fresca of watermelon ufff delicious. And I will love they will have more space inside to eat there.

Food was amaizing! Authentic and delicious. Not very helpful to those that do not speak Spanish ordered alacart instead of meal due to no English menu and they offered no help when i asked. You are right what I ordered is not on the menu it was a daily special in Spanish no English on menu but food was amaizing, I will eat here again!

There is nothing better in a 20 mile radius! This is ALWAYS our go to for authentic and amazing Mexican good! The restaurant is clean and well kept and the service is great! The loaded nachos are amazing! Their chips and salad are the best around and their combination plates are great! I highly recommend!

I love the atmosphere and the quick service. About the food, please don't blame me. I have an obsession with the food. So good. I want to be Mexican after eating here. Also, I love chatting with original Mexicans; their accent is lovely. If you come to eat, we probably meet there—my second home.

This is the second time ive eaten here , the first time it was soooo good! But this time.i ordered through uber and the tacos had this smell to them that literally made me gag like i threw up in my mouth. Idk what it was. The one taco i ate before the smell hit me was alright. Only way to describe the smell is wet dog? Idk. The street corn was overcooked and smothered in mayo and basically nothing else.

Omg this place was fantastic! First time trying Birria Tacos and it was everything I hoped for. The customer service was great too!!

My family gets take out from here in a monthly basis and it is consistently cooked and delicious. Their tortilla chips and thick and perfect for the guac.

The food was amazing. The lady who was working the front counter was by far the nicest person ever… very pleased with our first visit to this wonderful restaurant.
