great place to grab homemade ice cream. they have many flavors, both classic and seasonal. some favorite flavors include cherry vanilla, coffee, and black raspberry. their soft serve ice cream is also really good with a nice thick texture. they are always well staffed and greet you immediately once you walk through the door. pre-packed ice cream pints are available, but if a flavor you want isn’t pre-packed they will scoop a pint for you right then and there. they also have ice cream cakes for sale and with the option to customize the wording on it. there’s seating inside and an outdoor seating area if you want to enjoy your ice cream outside. one of my local favorites for ice cream for myself and my family and we keep coming back!

Had some awesome ice cream at this hidden gem with some friends. Food: a great array of homemade ice cream, I ended up going with the seasonal “apple dapple” which was cinnamon, apple pie, graham cracker, caramel, and more in a delicious serving. To be honest, nearly one of my favorite flavors from any spot I have been to (top 10). Service: the young ladies working the shop when it was crazy busy was both awesome and super kind. They worked incredibly efficiently. Ambiance: really cool designed building with a classic ice cream parlor flare in a way. Love the outdoor benches/seating.

I think it is about time I left a review for Last Licks! I was an employee here for five years and worked with the Saporito’s throughout my entire highschool career. Not only is this ice cream THE best I have ever tried, but every single flavor is good. I have grown up and traveled but haven’t found a single place I like more than Last Licks! (probably somewhat biased but it’s true for me! i recommend banana creme pie, red velvet oreo, all of the ices, and the soft serve is top tier and i don’t even like soft serve!) Not to mention that the store is CLEAN. If you are looking for something to bring as dessert, Danielle and her employees work tirelessly and diligently to keep everything stocked and top quality. Danielle’s cakes are unmatched in my opinion, especially with her customer service and welcoming personality. She is very flexible and creative with designs but absolutely knows what she’s doing. There is absolutely no doubt in my mind that the Saporito’s, especially Danielle, care about their community. They give back, support, and bring happiness to the town I grew up in. They supported me like family throughout the time I worked there, and I absolutely recommend stopping by or continuing to support this family!

Danielle made my son the most amazing football birthday cake!! It was even better than I imagined. But more importantly Danielle was so kind and accommodating.. the first time I got off the phone with her I told my husband “I think I just talked to an angel” lol! If you’re looking for a custom cake this is the place to go!

Good ice cream extremely pricey

They have a wide choice of flavors. Would hope that they add new ones like fresh ginger, fresh turmeric, etc. especially for the winter season as those flavors would generate body heat.

Employees greet you the minute you walk in with a warm and welcoming smile. Cater to your every needs and are always positive. This place is clean, the ice cream and Italian ice tastes really good. Can’t go wrong with anything you choose from here but I do have my faves. Love this place.

I got the cookies and cream dipped in rainbow sprinkles on a wafer cone for my daughter and a quart of the nutella crunch. My daughter ate all of her ice cream and it was a decent sized. The nutella crunch is creamy, soft and very delicious.

Absolutely phenomenal! Last Licks is my year-round go to spot for anything ice cream! The staff is so kind & attentive. I am always welcomed with a smile when I walk in. Their selection & variety of ice cream is incredible. Love this place!

$5.00. 2 scoops. Thought not a bad price. The scoops couldn’t be any smaller. What a rip off. The salty Carmel was really bad. No flavor at all. Denville Diary 1000% better. Never again at this place.

The seasonal flavors and all years flavours are delicious! They are great with samples and always patient when my friends and I go and help us pick what we want. Always great customer service here. And the waffle cones on the bottom have a nice little chocolate surprise! Plus homemade.

I cannot recommend Last Licks enough, especially working with Danielle on a custom birthday cake for my daughters first birthday. She took the theme/ideas I provided and literally ran with it. Danielle exceeded all expectations! The cake was such a hit and it was all the guests talked about. Danielle was easy to communicate with, approachable, and super kind. I can’t wait to order more cakes from her. Thank you so much!

Great place for off beat flavors that you don't really find in supermarkets. Kids love it. We tried Strawberry and Pistachios. Strawberry was hit but Pistachio was miss - the ice cream had strong essence flavor. We liked this place and will be definitely making more visits.

This is my terrible photo of the best ice cream I've ever had. SERIOUSLY! I've been there three times this week and will be back two more times before I leave town! Staff is always super friendly, always willing to answer any questions, give samples, and you'll take more time picking out what you want than actually waiting in line and checking out! (Tell them to add a tip to your cc purchase if you don't have cash! They deserve it!) I'm not saying Graham Slam is the best they have because I want it all for myself! I wish I could take some back with me! Thanks for everything! Yum!

Friendly staff, quality and consistent ice cream and quick service. Never waited more than 5 minutes, no matter how long the line is. The place was even open till 9 on Thanksgiving eve and staff working that night was ever cheerful. We love this place!

We love going to last licks, whether it’s the summer or winter. Everyone working there is very friendly and efficient. Long lines sometimes but they move fast. I know they make their ice cream in-house. Before COVID when you were in the store we would often see Dan making the latest flavors. My favorites are red velvet Oreo and brownie batter. Red velvet Oreo seems seasonal though. Oh, be sure to pet the cow.

The service was good. The young lady was very sweet. I had a small cone w/choc-vanilla twist & my friend a medium soda. The ice cream was delish - very fresh. The reason not 5 ☆ is because I thought that for a Coyne and drink $6.50 was a bit high. I did enjoy my ice cream though 😊🍦😊

We have loved coming here for years! No place in the vicinity beats the homemade ice cream of Last Licks. Ask for the seasonal ice creams! We also absolutely love their cakes.

I would say it's here or McCool's for best ice cream in the area. While the former is in downtown Madison and can get crowded, this place is a little out of the way and never has an excessively long line.

Holy Cannoli could be one of the better flavors I’ve ever had. But every flavor I’ve had is great. Their cakes are also incredible and they do a great job customizing them.
