Just enjoyed an amazing meal! Started with lobster baked oysters and escargot. Both exceeded our expectations. We then shared a bowl of the seafood chowder that tasted amazing! My husband enjoyed the smothered tenderloin tips and I loved the baked haddock. I ate all of my haddock, while my husband brought home half of his meal. The cocktails were amazing, I only wish I could remember the cool names. The espresso martinis were some of the best we have tasted. Great way to celebrate our 50th anniversary. We love Rick’s!

This place was amazing. I ordered the mahi mahi plate with all its delicious fruits. I would give the place 5 stars except... their menu is online only. Very modern yes but a bad call for encouraging good date habits. My date had left their phone in the car, and I considered doing the same but chose to silence mine instead. We are way too dependent on our phones these days and my date and I agreed that we want to disconnect from them more. And to challenge the problem further, my phone didnt have reliable internet service, and the restaurants tablets werent working online either, so we had to use the waiter's phone. Is online menus only, really the way to go?

After many word of mouth recommendations, today was our first visit to Rick’s. We are new to the area but I wish we knew about this place a long time ago!! French onion soup, quite possibly the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot. Ahi Tuna tacos were simply amazing. And the Grilled Cheese with short rib was equally outstanding. Easily rivaling the food was the service. All of the staff were very warm and friendly. Our server Andrew was not only extremely good at what he does but his personality really stood out as well. You couldn’t ask for more. In case you can’t tell, my wife and I truly loved our experience here and will definitely be repeat customers. If you haven’t been here yet you need to put it on your list of places to go. You won’t be disappointed!

High price for local nh bar food with small portions

Most dishes have bacon & cheddar cheese on them - heresy w/good seafood. Huge tv screens w/sports does nothing for ambiance and the staff sprays chemical smelling aerosol on the table right next to us while we were eating ( who uses aerosols anymore ?)

Everyone there is on point. We sat outside, in the shade, and started with delicious cocktails. Tuna Tacos were a hit at the table this time around, but we’ve eaten from across this menu many times. 10/10 A+

Always a great place to have a wonderful meal and great drinks. This is our go to for special occasions! We are lucky to have Rick’s in such a small community!

Went with friends Rick and Laura who are local. We had a great time the food was excellent. The Staff were wonderful. A must stop if in the area.

We had an amazing date night at Rick's Place. Andrew was our server he was beyond accommodating, relaxed, described the food so eloquently and just made you feel at home l. I forgot the other staff members names who checked on us and other tables outside but they were all so nice and excellent customer service. The fries were delicious and definetly ranked as one of the world's best fries. We had the Seafood risotto and the Haddock both were seasoned and cooked to perfection. As someone else mentioned definetly a spa for your tastebuds. We ended with the Blueberry baklava and coffee. Treat yourself to a relaxing night out , sit outside and treat your tastebuds.

The food was so salty I had to pick out the scallops and shrimp could not eat the risotto Onion soup was really salty The martini was weak

Best restaurant in southern Nh by far. The quality of the dishes is top notch. Ten years cooking in fine dining has made me very disappointed by most restaurants Rick’s didn’t disappoint it’s like a spa for ya taste buds

We loved everything about Rick's Food & Spirits (except maybe the parking). This was our first visit and will certainly not be our last. The food was excellent and the service was beyond compare!!

Stopped in for a appetizer and beer,first visit. Great location in old England home, floors can be tricky. Food was great ,menu had plenty of choices .Will be going back for dinner .

What a great place to go for dinner. The menu always has interesting choices. We have never been disappointed.

Great top shelf food and drink in an old house in the middle of nowhere. We tried this because we were referred to it by a family member. Otherwise we never would have found the place. Glad we did find it. It really is in the middle of nowhere. The dining areas are nothing special--you either eat in the bar or at a high top in the main dining room but ovrall the place has a sports bar atmosphere. Nothing fancy. The menu, however, is very high-end as are the drink selections. We had the ceasar salad for an appetizer and the steak tips. Ceasar was excellent and the tips perfectly cooked. Great portions. The Dunks mushrooms were fantastic. We even had dessert, the chimichunga. Excellent. Sevice was flawless. A little pricey but would definitely go back despite the drive (for us anyhow). Note to Management: Covid is over and even my teen children dislike reading the menu on their phones. Print some menus and laminate them if you must. Also, thank you for disclosing the "non-cash surcharge" on the chalkboard as you walk in but maybe 50% of your customers register that and maybe 50% of those even know what it means. I'm sure not everyone notices the surcharge on their bill and I'm also sure 100% of diners hate junk fees. Call it what it is--a credit card fee. Better still, just raise your prices 3% and do away with it and give a 3% cash discount. That would sound sooo much better...

Went to one of the movie nights, it was great! Food was fantastic, drinks were clever and delicious. And the presentation was awesome.

Another off the beaten path local joint with phenomenal food and staff. Well worth the visit.

Attended an anniversary party at this restaurant. Everything was amazing from the friendless of the staff to the outstanding food. They offered a separate vegetarian dish for my sister and she raved about how delicious the veggie burgers were and luckily for us she shared some of the best fries we have ever had! Can't wait to return and explore more options on the menu!

Some of the best food and drinks I've ever had! Friendly staff who genuinely love what they do and it shows. Super kind and accommodating. If you haven't been to one of their movie nights, you're missing out! They do get busy even on weekdays so be sure to call ahead.

The food is very good. Menu is constantly rotating with fresh ingredients. Greg is bouncing around the whole place, helping everything run smoothly. Desserts are homemade by his mom. Go in with an open mind. There are little extras on everything that I wouldn't normally go for but really add to the flavor. It can be a little loud at times, but a good spot is a full spot. Make a reservation.

Food was good. Ordered a sirloin med rare. Thin cut and medium. Had a martini. On our bill was additional charge for the olives. That's really dumb business.

From cocktail to dessert everything is exceptionally executed. Always delicious. In my opinion what makes Rick’s stand above others is the service. They are always friendly and cheerful.

I’m not quite sure how anyone could rate this place lower than 5 stars but for us, the food was amazing! Every thing was so good and the co-owner went out of his way to make the experience awesome

Great food and cocktails; attentive and pleasant staff; and great atmosphere in sleepy Kingston. Recommend reservations. We dropped in and luckily they could seat us outside at one of the fire pits. Our first time there, but we’ll go back frequently.

Have been meaning to try Rick’s forever and so glad we got the opportunity to stop in today. The menu featured a lot of unique dishes, from apps and entrees to dessert. We had the duck bao buns, caeser salad, seafood ramen and jambalaya and all of it was beyond outstanding. Love that they have mocktails too. Something for everyone here; definitely an area staple. The service was also top-notch. We had Andrew as our server and he made sure we were well taken care of and that we had fun while we were there. Great place, 5/5 recommend.

Loved the atmosphere and food, liked the ala carte options. The wife and I ordered a main and shared sides.

Andrew was our server tonight. Hands down one of the most attentive, polite, diligent and hard working servers we’ve ever had. He was able to recite all of our appetizers, entrees (including how we wanted our steaks cooked/sides/etc) all back to us and our party of EIGHT people all stared back at him in awe - all the food came out perfect, and the drinks were also amazing. Andrew had an awesome spirit/energy, and it’s obvious he puts a lot of care into what he does for a living, which I appreciate so much! Thank you for an awesome experience. The owner was also super down to earth, easily sold us on an upcoming movie night - which they host and offer courses that match whatever the theme of the movie is…..such a cool and memorable small business. Will definitely be back to visit and share the word about the local spot!

Love this place! Staff is so sweet! Drinks are always amazing. We definitely will be back. The movie night tasting menu was amazing. The chef came out at the end which was lovely as well.

Went there on a Thursday night and place was full but service was fantastic and super friendly staff. Food also great, got french onion soup and fish Dino tacos with garlic fries, will definitely return!

Great food, always a grand time

We made an impromptu stop at Rick's on a beautiful spring night and enjoyed the outdoor seating. Our waiter, Chris, was AWESOME; engaging and humorous. His recommendations were spot on. Our food and beverage options all were delicious. Love that locally sourced products are used. We will definitely be back to try some of the other menu items.
