Nice neighborhood Peruvian restaurant. The food is very good, comparable to similar cuisine in Tampa (like Terra Sur.) We had dinner on Friday and it was busy, not crazy, no wait. Good, attentive servers. Started with Papa a la HUANCAINA nice potato dish with a yummy creamy sauce. I had Lomo Saltado, which was spot on. My wife had Arroz De Mariscos, a large portion, very good. Definitely will go back and likely will be one of our "regular spots".

I ordered takeout from LIMA. This was my first time trying out Peruvian food in Florida. I saw the good reviews about the place. I ordered the chicken fried rice which was well seasoned and tasty. The portion size is enough for two servings. I had leftovers for my meal the next day. The hostess who took my order was pleasant and helpful. Her recommendations in narrowing down my choice of entree were helpful. The price was a bit pricey for chicken fried rice. The place is well-kept. There is plenty of parking.

By coincidence I have the opportunity to visit the restaurant 3 times this week. Had friends from Sarasota and Orlando. They order green spaghetti with steak, they did not have it. Big disappointment. The service and food are excellent but the menu needs to be reviewed. No tamales.

We were down in FL for a weekend wedding and picked up food from here both days. Absolutely recommend.

We have been here multiple times and never has there been a bad meal. Every dish is always cooked well, fresh and flavorful. They have specials and surprise dishes often. We really enjoy Lima and highly recommend to anyone looking for authentic Peruvian food.

What a delightful restaurant! We had the Yellow Tail Snapper and Lomo Saltado. First time here and everything was exceptional! Our waiter, Pablo was great and the food was perfect! Thanks we’ll be back! The snapper dish was almost too beautiful to eat!

The food here seems simple but its just cooked and seasoned so well. Ate my chicken in the car ride home lol. Very generous portions and wasn’t expecting the rice and beans to be so good. I wanted chaufa rice as a side, but the guy working there said the reg rice and beans was good and he was right. I think it’s the best I’ve ever had…Had the pollo a brasa which came with two yummy dipping sauces. Looking forward to coming back!

Excellent experience in a cuisine that I didn't yet have the pleasure of enjoying. This was my first real taste of Peruvian food so I can't speak to authenticity, but the service and taste of the food was terrific. We had the Peruvian rotisserie chicken and the lomo saltado. Starting with the chicken it was juicy, delicious, and very well-seasoned to the point where even the pickiest among us couldn't get enough of it. Then the lomo saltado was a very tasty dish with a sort of fusion that is apparently typical of Peruvian food in general. It had hints of Spanish and Chinese influence, but the beef was incredibly tender, vegetables were cooked very well, and the sauce was unreal. To build on a cliche, I may not know Peruvian food, but I know what I like. I definitely recommend this establishment.

Excellent service, good Peruvian flavor! Best place we have been to with 100% authentic flavor in all of Florida. We ate fish ceviche, choritos a la chalaca, and grilled chicken, everything was excellent.

Great spot for Peruvian food. We tried the pollo a la brasa, side of fries, and ceviche mixto. The sauces are great. The red rocoto sauce is our favorite. The restaurant was nice and clean as well. Our son only eats fries when we go out and let me say that the portioning is perfect. Not like other restaurants that give a small amount of fries. Will definitely return. Update June 2024: Tried the weekend special dish which was Locro with Mahi Mahi and it was AMAZING!!

If you are Peruvian, you must pick Lima. Food had %100 Peruvian flavors. Service was quick and excellent. You won't regret it!! If you are a Peruvian like me, you really have to come here... I had already given up hope of finding a good place until I came to Lima. The service was fast and pleasant. Lime. will not disappoint you!

We tried this place on a recommendation, the food in general was very good, very good flavor and good portions (the only thing was the shrimp chupe) which looked more like a stew (since it had rice) but the rest was all very delicious, we tried the rice with milk and it was incredible

The food was good, we liked the Lomo Saltado, the meat was tender and the flavor was good. We would love a menu with more alternatives but from what we eat we enjoyed it

Not sure why there aren’t many South American restaurants since their cuisine is pretty good. And you won’t be disappointed in Lima. Most of the dishes we ordered are good in their own way, with unique South American flavors. Seafood is fresh, too.

We arrived and were greeted with smiles right away. It was our first time and they offered to and did explain the menu. Everything we ate was super fresh and cooked perfectly. My only disappointment was that we did not try any dessert and that we haven’t visited this restaurant sooner!!

The food is so flavorful and juicy. Mouth watering, dream inducing marinated rotisserie chicken, sauces that slap, fried yuca that will make you say "French fries who?!", and perfectly balanced, luscious limey mixed ceviche. Get the sarza criolla and put it on your chicken, you're welcome. The staff is really nice too. I've done delivery, take-out & dined in-- Lima never disappoints.

We are regulars at this place. The food is great and the service is outstanding.

The food and service were very good. However I personally dont like restaurants that include the tip with the price of the food. If they do it should be disclosed to the customer before hand. A tip is a tip not a charge. It seems that some places are making the customers subsidice the waitresses salaries for the benefit of the establishment. Not ok.

They have to be putting crack in their food it's so good it's ridiculous. Even using doordash my order is always correct, hot, and ready for glutinous consumption.

I've been several times because I like their menu. However, yesterday I was surprised when they imposed an 18% tip on my account. I think it is not correct. Especially because I always pay the tip in cash. I felt pressured to give a value that, although deserved, does not have to be mandatory.

We often use the metric of “does it leave you smiling when you’re finished” and in this case, it passed with flying colors Thank you so much to our server Juliana who made the experience so much better

I typically order on Uber eats or DoorDash but I’ve eaten here countless times and the food is ALWAYS on point. My favorites are the lomo saltado (the meat is always so tender), the rotisserie chicken and aguadito, which is perfect when it gets cold outside. The Jalea is the best I’ve had as well. The seafood is very fresh. The food is always well seasoned and cooked perfectly.

Out of state and discovered this gem. Every dish we ordered was awesome. Very flavorful, cooked just right, reasonable priced and staff are very friendly. We ordered twice in 3 days. Best Peruvian food I ever had! Will come back next time I’m in Tampa.

Wow! What a fresh take on pollo saltado! Came here on the recommendation of a friend and they were right! The chicken is fresh, rice perfectly cooked, brown sauce is delicious and there’s plenty of it which I love.! Veggies are also extremely flavorful. Service is fast, friendly and efficient. Fries are marvelous. If you want really tasty Peruvian style cuisine stop by, highly recommend ! I’ll return for certain!

When we lived in Green Bay Wisconsin, there was a little place about 4 hours north in the UP. We would spontaneously ride there on our Harley's just for their shrimp appetizer. Lima could easily be that place that I drive an hour-and-a-half for. This place has no business being that good. Everything we tried was amazing. Pablo helped us so much by recommending some amazing meals and drinks to try. We have never eaten Peruvian food before and now it is going to be in my newest addition. Thank you so much!
