We were looking for something new and close by our home and we found this nice quaint food truck. My girlfriend and I decided to get food Tristan’s and it did not disappoint. I ordered the breakfast while my girlfriend ordered a chicken and steak quesadilla. Both items were absolutely phenomenal and filled with meat. Yummy!

Pulled pork omelette on Cuban with veggies and Swiss cheese! Definitely 💯 % worth checking out!!! Great local truck at a great price with excellent food choices! Delish!!

As an update to the review below.... I am a total regular customer. Today I tried the Saturday BBQ Pork Ribs. I am not surprised..... They are totally delicious. Moist and super flavorful. I can not say enough good things about Tristan's Amazing Bites. Try this place. I they aam a transplant from NYC. Breakfast sandwich's are an art form in New York City. Tristans Amazing Bitess makes the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had. Service is great, price is right and this food truck is spotless. I highly recommend Tristan's.

It no longer exists except for a small glass enclosed food heater on the cashiers counter at the gas stations mart!

First time customer. Had a breakfast sandwich on a roll with eggs, bacon and cheese. Service was fast and sandwich tasted great. Convenient spot if you travel on Cross Creek Blvd. On the west side of the plaza now with seating. Recommended!!

Super yummy !!!! The guys at the stand were really kind and the food got out quickly— could definitely tell the ingredients in my wrap were quality (especially the meat) and it was simple but absolutely delicious. My little brother ordered the godfather on Cuban and crushed it (it was also scrumptious/delectable). Will be coming back when I’m in the area again for sure!!!

THE GODFATHER SANDWICH IS AMAZING - it’s not too greasy and it’s not too overpowering with peppers and sausage - I told my man I was hungover and he helped me out - great reccomendations great food!! Eat here - I would rather come here then go to first watch or KEKES
