Lunch special is hard to beat pizza and a drink for 5$

Horrible, pizza was cold and half cooked, the side cup of pizza sauce for the cheesy bread tasted rancid and the cheesy bread was stale, the whole order was just bad... just going across the street to Hungry Howie's for cheap pizza from now on...

This is pick-up only. But, the employees there are so kind and efficient. The food is delicious and a great value. We will continue to patronize this establishment for years to come.

Ordered pizza online for delivery. The pizza was cut horribly, the pizza was super doughy and not cooked all the way through. The toppings were excessive, looked like they just dumped whatever toppings were left in the container onto the pizza. Truly disappointed. Won't be ordering from here again.

The place is filthy. I observed a guy standing outside on break, went straight back in the door past right by the sink without washing his hands and started making a pizza. Person on the front register kept wiping his face with his hands and was taking money and never washed his hands before handling the food given out to the customers. People get sick from germs. Please, please, re train all your employees at this location. This is not sanitary and people can get sick! My grandson likes their pizza, but we can no longer patronize this company. I tried calling several times to see what specials they had, nobody answered the phone.,So I drove there and they realized that the phone was dead and needed to be charged. I asked what specials do they have and was told that their store doesn’t have any specials at all. I was totally shocked and confused because I was just in Charleston WV visiting family and the same company Little Caesars had all kinds of special deals… I was very disappointed because I was told that all Little Caesars were different franchises….

Asked the guy at the window if he had any pepperonis available he said yes we have one. I asked if it was fresh. He told me yes just came out of the oven after receiving my pizza. Pizza was barely warm to the touch not fresh out of the oven. Also rude customer service in store had everyone waiting 15 minutes before they took anyone’s order. No cars in drive threw so I left store to go into drive threw. Wouldn’t have wrote a review if the guy didn’t lie right to my face about being fresh out of the oven I wouldn’t have bought the pizza knowing it wouldn’t be fresh

This pizza tastes like cardboard.

This place is always behind on orders. Never had my pizza waiting ready to pick up. Always needs to wait after ordered online and getting there. They need to pick up the pace. Owners needs to hire more staff and train employees better. Their lack of leadership shows.

This place has gone downhill. The pizza is always burned and tastes awful. I won't go here again.

Hot and Ready items aren't usually ready. I've adapted and now order EVERYTHING through the app. No problem! The little Crazy Puffs are a new favorite, so I ordered those tonight. Burnt. Massively burnt. Blech.

Employee was great, pizza/ breadstuffs combo was great and the little pizza puffs were great. It would help if the had another chair for those who need to wait and parking if very limited but still worth the stop. Prices are unbearable as well. Would recommend it for sure.

Usually a busy place.i had to drive off a few times. Wings are super small. The store was understaffed. But they did their best. Pizza is ok. Price is ok . I like the garlic butter sauce.

Can't beat the price. Pizza is pretty ok. They're regularly slow to make the order, even if you order ahead on the app.

I had the new Puffs and they were amazing! I called my order in for 2 orders, they were ready when I walked in, hot and fresh! I will order from here again:)

I placed my order online with a pick up time about 2 hours from the time I submitted my request. When I arrived, my order was not to be found. I had to wait for my order to be made. I used to manage 3 Little Ceasars in Clearwater and St. Pete, FL. I know the high standards and quality of the products made. Unfortunately, the atmosphere and employee moral was really lacking. I was compensated for the problems that occurred and glad that the same standards applied that were in place over 30 years ago

I came during a peak time and went through drive up window..with 5 cars in front of me still got through line rather quickly. All three pizzas were fresh and hot. The cashier at the window was polite. Highly recommend

I was having a horrible day with no faith left in humanity and had to abused autistic people that i was caring for and i came to puck up a pizza for them but didnt have change so i told them id go get gas and return when i did i was told my pizza was paid for by the manager i was so touched by the generosity but insisted on paying for my order and did and it was hot and absolutely delicious. Not only did i get my belly full i got some faith back in humanity on a day that i honestly was at a very dark and low place in life.

Worst pizza of my life! Wanted extra sauce and got regular, wanted 1/2 mushroom and 1/2 green pepper and they put both on the full pizza. It was not even cut correctly. Tried to call and they refuse to pick up the phone. Most unprofessional staff. Probably a bunch of kids who think they are entitled to so much more because they have to work, but do not follow the rules. I WILL NOT GO BACK!

I placed an order for delivery and it never arrived, they charged me, I complained and they told me that I don't appear in the system, they robbed me in the face, I don't buy anything there anymore, very bad job.

Little Caesars has been the best deal for a quick ready to go pizza. It seems as though they need to be more attentive to the cleanliness in their dining area and boost the morale in the atmosphere a little.

Everytime - I order ahead - basic menu items and when I arrive it is always excuses - “sorry pretzel crust is not available,” “sorry we ….” I smile and drive away, because I already paid in the app and know the workers don’t need to hear me complain. Last time for me, just thought the other times were possibly believable. Maybe order in store, I did try that at the other location and while it did take over an hour because they were donny a shift change, food was excellent.

Ordered a pretzel crust pizza and waited for delivery, only to open my pizza and find a regular cheese pizza. When I called to let them know my pizza was wrong, Kayla said, "Oh, we don't carry those anymore". But my receipt says I ordered a pretzel crust. I pre ordered at 3:30 for a 5:30 delivery, giving them more than enough time to call me, and ask if I wanted a regular crust. I did not, or I would have ordered from one of the 5 pizza places that deliver to my house. Will not order here again.

Great pizza. Thin and crispy is really thin and crispy. I ordered well done and I got it! Great pepperoni. This is just a pick up place so the atmosphere fits the need. I recommend this place all day long.

This particular store I've been twice and both times I was highly disappointed by their Pizza. They either just don't care what goes out the door as long as they get Your Money or they just surviving by the name alone. I will never go to this particular store ever again. Might just as well flush your money down the Toilet 🚽

It’s a pretty clean place fast service. The pizza is really good and they’re always throwing sales as far as atmosphere. It’s a grab and go spot so not much for atmosphere.

Went at 8pm on Sunday ,they only had 4 hot and ready, I needed 5, they refused to make anymore!! They flat out refused, no reasons, they don't close til 10pm , I will refer everyone to go else where!!! They are in the business of turning down money, not good for that business, should really think about a different staff for these times!!! Ones that aren't flat out rude and lazy, not making any money during these hours??your staff is why!!!

I ordered a Pretzel Crust pizza with Pepperoni and paid for a Pretzel Crust Pepperoni Pizza and received a regular Pepperoni Pizza and when I went back through the drive thru I was told that I received the correct pizza and that they ran out of salt and that there was cheese on it. Well I told him I have ordered the Pretzel pizza plenty of time and that this is not the pretzel pizza. Such an arrogant man that doesn’t care about his customer service. I went through the drive thru and had to wait an additional 25 minutes and had to go back through the drive thru to pick it up. And then told that I was wrong and that he was right. Even after me showing him. Not sure I want to go back here there is no customer service at all with this place just rudeness and no care to get the orders correct just push out whatever to the customer with no care.

So this is the 2nd time I have ordered the crazy stuffed crust pep pizza and it’s is terrible. The 1st one had some much butter or grease that the box was falling apart. The 2nd one I was very clear on my instructions of how I wanted the pizza and it didn’t have stuff crust. I tried to call to order the pizza and no one would answer the phone and when I called to complain about the pizza no one would answer the phone. Almost every other time I have stopped to get a pizza I would get it home and it would be so messed up with the cuts it’s ridiculous. One slice will be an inch thick while another one would be the size of 3 slices. The staffing in this place needs an overhaul. They never have any pizzas ready either.

Said my order would be ready by 6:05. Waited inside until 6:45 and still nothing!! They finally bring out ONE pizza when we ordered 3! This is not gunna feed my family of 4. This place is always severely understaffed and needs to be closed down!!!

I love this Lil Caesar's! First, the employees are great!! We talk and joke around every time I go in there. Their prices are great! Their attitudes are great!! and they always have my food out to me, quickly!! Daniel is the BEST employee there, btw, and he definitely deserves a RAISE!!! Js. :-)

It was ok, I had the 4 quarter calzoney, and bread sticks.

We ordered ahead of time got there at our assigned time and our order was not ready the told me it would be 10 to 20 not a big deal but they gave me my order in 5. Awesome get home and there was so much pretzel salt all over the whole pizza not just on crust. Hubby thought it was parmesan. We couldn't eat it. Time before we went and the manager acted horrible because I asked why I couldn't go in to get my order after I ordered online. She yelled at me about safety procedures due to pressure wash guys in parking lot. I get it but why yell at me instead of using kind customer service. They are always always understaffed and employs look miserable. Bet it has to do with management or lack there of.

Got trapped in their drive through lane for 25 minutes. Get to the window and the kid says 40-50 minutes for 1 pizza. Then he just stares at me as I tell him I’ve already been waiting an obscene amount of time trapped in the drive through. Ridiculous!

I love Little Ceasar's food and I've become quite a regular here. I would order the Crazy Bread or Cheesy Bread... However on multiple occasions, they have handed me food that is dried up, crusty, and just disgusting looking. On on occasion I was on a 1 hour break and spent 30 of it waiting in the drive thru because they only had one worker. I finally order my food and they said it would be 5 minutes... I went in after 15 and they completely forgot about my order. I left without accepting my food cause I was out of time and had to eat a bad of chips for dinner. I've told them about it in the past and it will be all good on that visit, but on future visits, I get served trash food again. Even after telling them about it, they STILL charged me for the meal. Their workers do not care. They do not smile. The last time I went to visit, not only did they give me dried up food, but even when they took it back and gave me a fresh one, it was hard and dried up too. Don't ever eat at this establishment. It is NOT worth your time!

Wish it was closer to my house because the one in belleview closed down a few years ago. Miss getting little Caesars every weekend.

Great service this was a door dash pickup and I had a short wait but the guy working was cool as a cucumber with all the customers who were not pleasant he handled everything in the most professional manner.

Paid for stuffed crust with olives and extra cheese. Reciept was correct. Pizza was not stuffed crust. Guess I have to check the crust now before I leave....

They gave me a cold hard pizza , and then refused to give me my money back. I don’t recommend them at all. They were very rude and it’s not on the receipt that they don’t give refunds. This place is absolutely terrible. And I will call corporate.

Waited on our pizzas for 10 more minutes than they said, which is fine, it's Friday. But the banana peppers were white and so old, it ruined the pizza. Glad we had another one. Check the age of your toppings. That was disgusting. Otherwise the other pizza was great.

My family and I have ordered from here several times and the food was good. However the order tonight was terrible! The pepperoni pizza had 1-2 pieces of pepperoni per slice at most, and half the cheese was off. The cheese pizza wasn't cut and the crust was wet. The crazy bread, which is our family's favorite, was paper thin... there was nothing to it at all and was barely edible. Not sure if there are new staff but the food was a huge disappointment, especially since it was for our son's birthday party and no one wanted to eat it

Ordered online stuffed bread sticks, and a deep dish sausage pizza. The pizza was cold and very little cheese. No where did the menu say the bread sticks were swimming in a garlic Parmesan sauce. There was only 3 and they looked like they were ran over, flat as a board. Very disappointed.

Ordered my food the person taking my order called out what i ordered then handed me the recipt that was missing one item i told him what i ordered and he got rude and said i read the order back to you and you said it was right so he added it to my order waited 20 min to get my food got all the way home and they didnt give me one of my pizzas i have been calling back to back and cant get an answer from them or the circle k beside it like really these people could do better

Ordered from DoorDash. Received half the order, and called to rectify the issue. Says they're open until 10, and nobody is answering. Been calling since close to 9. Super disappointed.

Seemed to be a new crew. Really busy and swamped, overwhelmed. Very little cheese, and almost no sauce on classic cheese pizza, thin crust burned 80% around. Lack of attention to detail.

We went through the drive through and had to wait 15 minutes for the hot n ready pizzas to be ready so we parked out front for them to be brought out to us which kind of sucked. Alwayskce going here for the price and convenience but disappointing this time. Especially since I noticed their pizza isn't as cheap as I thought it was anymore, guess I hadn't been paying attention to the prices lately or something but definitely not as cheap anymore.

Ordered online. Large extra pepperoni and 2 bags of bread sticks. Picked order up that was in their hot pizza box. It was not even kinda warm and there was barely any pepperoni on the pizza for an “extra pepperoni” pizza! Breadsticks are extremely doughy and not good. Extremely disappointed.

I would give this more stars but it's all depends on the time of day that you're visiting. Sometimes the pizza and or cheesy/garlic bread are made freshly, and sometimes it's like eating school lunch.

Worst customer service! The young guy and older lady that worked tonight really needs to work on their customer service. Also need to learn how to cut a pizza the correct way. I’m sure no one wants to drive all the way home and their pizza is not even cut the correct way.

Sat at the drive thru window for over 20 minutes while not even a hello. Then people kept coming and going while we sat and sat. This was absolutely the worst experience ever. I would never recommend this place ever. Ill stick with any other pizza place except for here. Then tk see an employee (mgmt) I upside smoking a cigarette while there has not moved a bit.

The pretzel crust pizza is the worse I’ve ever tasted. They overload the crust with pretzel salt making it difficult to eat.

Ordered 2 pretzel crust pizzas. One cheese and one pepperoni. The cheese pizza was a plain cheese pizza with no pretzel crust. The pepperoni also was a regular pizza with plain crust, they sprinkled some salt on it and it was not fully cooked. Tried 5 times to call and can’t get ahold of anyone. Will be calling higher up.

Haven't learned to calculate opportunity cost... Let employees have the abandoned pizza if they want it. You pay them anyway. Don't unload it on faithful customers who know the difference. I'm not one to complain. But this is an easy fix. The car in front of me must of orderd something that needed to be made ( again okay ) but for the love of God have them park and bring it out them.. to make my car and idk how many behind me weight 30 min is insane!!!!!! Even McDonald's will pull you to a spot. This is not the first time this has happen. Please fix this management or business owner ..

Always busy but worth the wait.

As with so many pizza offerings, I am soooo tired of not having the dough fully cooked. Raw dough. Check out your next pizza and you we see, frozen ( by instructions) or fresh. I took a piece back to Ceasars to show them, they apologized and refunded the price. (great customer service) I always order to have pizza well done, run it through the oven twice, they think I am crazy, and it still comes out semi cooked? I am not scamming for free pizza. I just don't want to eat raw dough! Obviously I don't eat much pizza lately...
