I travel a lot. Wendy's at almost every location has deteriorated in quality over the last few years. Was my favorite for years, now we look for most anything else.

Chicken sandwich good french fries sucks

Person at the register said I need to look at your order on your phone. When I'm picking up my own order.People order their food on an app and go and get there own food. Just A disgusting experience

They have a sign in the drive thru for the family nuggets and it’s online when I got to the window I was told that they could only sell me 2 10 pieces. I ended up ordering the family nuggets for pickup through the app. When I got inside and was waiting for my order they were calling other mobile orders out by name so that’s what I was waiting for. 30 minutes go by and I ask the guy at the counter if my order was made and he pointed to some bags on the counter (that they sat there on the counter over 10 minutes ago they were not in the mobile order area and my name was not called at all) and said that “maybe that’s yours”.

I WALKED IN, FOR A TO GO ORDER. NO-ONE WAS AT THE REGISTER?? I HAD TO YELL,"HELLO, IS ANYONE HERE??" ORDERED A REGULAR BACONATOR, LARGE FRIES, AND A LARGE ORANGE DREAM FROSTY. THE FRIES WERE ALL STUCK TOGETHER, LIKE ONE GIANT FRIE!!! THE BURGER WAS GOOD, BUT SLOPPILY THROWN TOGETHER!!

Well this is a waist of time . 12 bacon jr cheese burgers and there is no bacon... How am.i to check before leaving.. and how is Wendy's going to compensate that?.. that's roughly $15 they just stole from me.. and a false service..

The people running this Wendy’s are very incompetent individuals. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on! Absolutely ridiculous.

I have been to Wendys from FL, to Missouri. This one is the very best I have ever been to. Food is always hot, Service is the Friendliest, It is very clean. Thank you all for doing a Great job.

Absolute garbage service! We were the only car in the drive through… and still screwed our order up… seriously how hard is it to get an order right? And Yall seriously want $15 an hour, that’s a joke if I’ve ever heard one.

I regret this adjective only because of a person named Samantha, she treats Latinos like dogs, it has happened to all of us in my family that is why we no longer go to Wendy's... they are all nice but she spoke to me so badly that I cried. When she is not there I will return

The price goes up and the size goes down. At least now they have someone dedicated to checking your bag to ensure you get what you ordered. Ask for utensils or you may have to eat your baconator fries with a spoon or your fingers. Ask for straws and napkins. The Grease is too old and the fries taste refried. The burgers are overcooked. I love the Frosty but it is down to maybe half as big as it used to be. This was once my favorite and only fast food place. Sadly this is no longer true.

Under staffed n very poor service

Don't know the workers name but there was a worker there when I was delivering for doordash in there for a pickup and I asked for a cup holder sleeve and there was a witness involved and I asked for a cup holder the person grabbed the cup holder sleeve and tossed it at me very rude.

The manager came to help with not only to help order but expedite as well as put my to go order together. You guys rock, and my kids enjoyed their food

I tried chicken wrap and it was ok but wouldnt buy again. What I do recommend is Taco Salad. They have half or full size. I love it and good bang for your buck. Customer service is good. I ate inside.

SOGGY french fries and CRISPY chicken sandwich. The ONE piece of lettuce on the sandwich was brown and soggy. Chicken nuggets were soggy also. THE most DISGUSTING food ever. Never again

Food is filling and good. It was expensive but worth it. Always love the food. Best chili. Specials are good, too.

Wow. For the price we paid for our food it was horrible. My husband got the pretzel bacon pub and said that the patties were dry and the fries were horrible. I ordered my combo and they asked me if i wanted large and I said no but thats what they gave and charged me for. My sandwich was ok but its not what i wanted. The light in the drive through menu was out and I couldnt read it to choose something different so I went with what I knew. We will not be going back.

I just question the price of an item and the manager did not like it. He told me go to McDonald's and I believe next time. I will but his customer service skills needs to be dealt with.

I was told at 6pm, I can only order the NEW frosty cold brew ONLY in the morning! Manager too lazy to make coffee?? Such a disappointment for the new product.

Literally the longest wait ever. This is the worst service every single time I come here

just went here around about 12:30pm, service was slow, no communication between staff, we asked for two spicy sandwich meals and they gave us the complete opposite of our order… waited for about half an hour to even order our food.

Service was slow as molasses (at 2:52 pm) and there were only three people inside and some customers in Drive thru, a total of 7 employees behind counter working that i could see manager was one of them. The whole setup is wrong and slow a total of 20mins total to just get a Daves single, Asiago chicken sandwinch and small fries for a whopping $17.09 and to add more insult both sandwishes were cold and the hamburger was dry, the fries were hot and good i also ate it in the parking lot the Burger was lukewarm at best this is ridiculous and unacceptable don't even bother going to Wendy's. In my opinion the whole place needs to be retrained including the manager and layout of area where they prep food redesigned correctly for speed and making sure food is hot or close enough.

Hard time with the drive-thru voices, but food was good. Great view, while waiting for drive up.

Ordered 2 bacon double biggie bags. One sandwich had a bunch of Itty bitty way over done bacon bits. Other sandwich (mine) had a single bite of bacon. Thanks for the ridiculousness.

Wendy's is pretty classic as far as fast food goes. Their burgers are better than the other 2 big names & their French fries are getting better. The chocolate frosty is awesome for dessert.

Came through the drive thru last night, my food was cold and the purple headed chick was so rude. She pushed all the food in my hand. When I asked her why was she being so rough she states she’s on a timer and slammed the window. Like I told her I have worked in fast food before but ain’t no way this was acceptable. It’s a better way to do things. If she don’t want to be polite to customers and hates her job put her on the grill or make sandwiches. The only thing that was good cold was my chocolate Frosty.

I seldom go because I have NEVER received everything I ordered. My baked potato with butter, sour cream, and chives had no butter nor sour cream. So I have a dry potato and no fork to eat it with. My kids meal with apples had no apples.

Cold fries, dirty counters by soda machine, no forks

Just went through the drive thru and notice that no one wears hair nets and fake lashes and fake nails while cooking our food… it is ridiculous that they work in the food industry. I Got home and sure enough… a nasty hair on my fries🤮🤮🤮🤮… spoke to manager “Donna” and asked her “ is it a requirement to wear hair nets and she said yes… no one was wearing it when I drove thru the drive thru… she said what is it ? I said I found a nasty hair on my fries. No apologies or anything and asked if I wanted another order of fries…. Really? So I can have more hairs with it… don’t think so… they are so dirty there, workers look sloppy and dirty… it explains the nasty hair on my food…never again!

This Wendy's is terrible. Food is okay but service is awful.

Stop by today for a quick lunch at about 11am on 8/18/2023 while ordering my food I couldn't get my eyes off a gentleman where he show and incredible work ethic and workmanship. He was from corner to corner helping every one during rush hr. He was incredible with a great attitude. After we sat down to eat It still kept my eyes on him with his positive motivation tour's every one, and not to mention that he didn't call people just by there name he will refer to Mr and Mrs. I had to call him over to my table and shake his hand and thank him for his help and give him recognition on his positive motivation and a great work ethic... if I got the name right, thank you Mr. Nolan for a great lunch brake and me and my wife where so please to have you there to serve us.. If I was corporation you'll be a district manager to teach other stores your routine. Keep up the great work you are displaying behind that counter top.. bravo 👏 👏 👍👍

It was actually the best experience I've had at a fast food restaurant in a long time. I let the manager know it was great on my way out.

Don’t easily acknowledge customers, and seemingly no desire to hustle in the kitchen. Walked out with my grandbaby with no concern.

Awesome customer service from the girl at the front counter. They were busy and Ihad seen her run around and had prepared her bags ahead of time, very organized. I had told her that I feel bad because I can imagine people and how mean they can be to someone who is working so hard.

This wendys has gotten so much better over the last couple of years. Better customer service and the atmosphere. Annie is the best manager and the higher up is amazing. They always welcome me in.

Expensive and got my order wrong

It's one of the closest Wendy's to my home, it's nice to have but the floor is always sticky and tables done get clean on a regular basis. This particular time we went the burgers were a little dry. We found the fries to taste good.

Apparently shift change is OMG hard. But the manager helped when I went in and asked why I had been parked for over 5 minutes for an order of fries. She was apologetic, got me fries and comped me a small frosty. So it worked out just confused us.

The food is always hot and fresh , really good for fast food . I'd pick over McDonald's anytime.

Ask them for a fresh worker pretended to hear what I said shook his head yes and then handed me the burger right after I ordered it no way could have got done that fast if I ask for it to be made to order

avoid if you can, a bunch of teenagers who don’t care at all about the food or service. I always have to check my bags and even still there’s always something missing when I get home.

I miss your broccoli cheese potatoes

2 times now that I was given spicy nuggets instead of regular. Normally love wendys and have never had a problem but I can't eat spicy nuggets and paying $5 for a biggy bag after work when I haven't eaten all day is really upsetting.

So far this Wendy's has never failed me. The place always seems fully staffed and coordinated. Usually lean towards the biggie bag bargain items and they never miss. I used to be a mickey D's guy but Wendy's has got it going on since the pandemic. Love the Coca Cola freestyle machine too, that's a big plus.

We haven't stopped into a fast food place in the last 2 years. However, we thought we might give it a try again. Pleasantly surprised to say the least. The young lady at the counter was very pleasant to talk to, the order was served accurately and at a pretty good price. Little cold inside so we sat outside. I'll go back again!

The most incompetent staff I've ever experienced at a Wendy's. Scientists must study this post-pandemic breed of employees as they cannot comprehend a simple order. When you hear someone say, "No mayo and no tomato," what do you hear?...No honestly, not a trick question. They have ruined my order 5 times now. So the last time I went there, I gave the cashier my order and I said to her, "if you don't select "no mayo" and "no tomato" on your register, the order will most probably be wrong. She's a know-it-all and she said, "oh no, I put "only lettuce" so they'll get it right." I said, "I seriously doubt it." Lo and behold, the God blessing order was wrong again! Now, when a customer is telling you they don't want mayo and tomato, you should seriously follow their directions and, on your fancy little doohickey, select the same items to be excluded; the safest way to do it. "Only Lettuce" does not tell anyone that the customer also does not want the mayo and the tomato. I am just shocked at the lack of training and the lowest level comprehension at this location.

Never have all the salads on the menu and baked potatoes are never ready. Cashier was rude to us and other customers and on her phone. Very unorganized and unprofessional whenever we have gone there.

Try to use my "buy-one-get-one free sandwich validation code tonight because I did the survey. And could not because even the manager did not know how to cash it in. Poor management at this location. Manager would not even make the initiative to give me my free sandwich. 1 star rating from me. Any good manager would at least learn how to cash in coupons for surveys being done by good patrons. And any good team player would take it upon himself to figure out. It can't be that hard. I can probably Google or YouTube it myself and do it as a non Wendy's employee.

Stopped in for a quick lunch break during a conference. My companions got bread-less burgers. I got the four for $4 so I could enjoy a taste of everything since I don’t get out to Wendy’s often!

We drive out of our way to eat at this location because the Wendy's in Belleview is terrible. Service is slower but the food is always fresh and good.

Seen them mixing up food in bowls on the floor. Something wrong with the coke. Could not drink it. Didn't get a straw at the drive thru. Had to go back around.

Every time I go to this restaurant something happens,lines too long and the lobby is worst too slow, you spend all that time in the drive tru and the cashier told you in the intercom they don't accept debit cards 😠🤬🤬 I lost faith to Wendy's i don't bother no more to go.

I used Wendy's chicken nuggets as a part of my experiment. I put two McDonald's chicken nuggets on her plate and to Wendy's chicken nuggets on her plate. She ate both Wendy's chicken nuggets and didn't even attempt to bite the McDonald's chicken nuggets 🤔
