Went shopping and the cashier Trish was training a teenage boy. I had a solar light that didn’t have a barcode. Trish didn’t want to check the price she said it was going to take a while and when I said that I still wanted the solar light she canceled my transaction told me to move out of the line because it was not the other customers fault that I still wanted to purchase the light. She was EXTREMELY RUDE in front of other customers and the trainee. It was embarrassing.

Ordered a 6’ step ladder with free delivery. Didn’t deliver the day they said but were supposed to deliver the next day. That day they sent an email saying they tried to deliver at 9:58am but couldn’t. Complete BS! We were home all morning and no one showed up! Three hours later……”sorry we couldn’t deliver your item, since we couldn’t your item has been cancelled”. What??!!! We will NEVER order anything on line from this shitty company again!! Don’t waste your time!

Walmart is okay but just getting more and more expensive

This walmart has a problem maintaining proper stocking levels. They are consistently out of stock on items. Plus some employees are very rude and inconsiderate of customers. I have learned to buy as little as possible there. Aldi and Publix get most of my business.

Hello, I just wanted to say the greeter at Shores store Denise the lady with the little bird on her shoulder. The other night we unexpectedly bought a 50 inch TV. We had a friend with us. So no room for TV. She over heard our dilemma and offered to watch it while we dropped everything off and my boyfriend came back and picked up. And this was 10:30 at night. It took longer than he thought got back at 11:10 she stayed after she clocked out to make sure there was no problem. She definitely went above and beyond.

It's a busy store. But I found what I was looking for. It was a great experience when we needed info in the pet department. The employee was very helpful. Thank u. . Just a add on. The store is more fuller with food an other things an extra employees

Prices are getting too high YES

I find this location dirty. The shelves are always messy and the employees never speak even when you make eye contact with them. I only shop at this location when I absolutely have too.

The Subway, which is in this location, terrible, always a problem, if you can get them to serve you, when there is no Internet, they are limited to the options they want, I know there may be a problem one day, but there always is, not recommended, and if the owners saw the comment, they should review my opinion and they will see their sales

Went in for my birthday and got a totally awesome deal for a computer and a printer. Picked up a few extra things that wore a good deal. Try to find steel toe work boots for my fiance but it was very limited and not well-stocked. Wish I could remember the guy's name in the electronics department because he went above and beyond his job and was very informative, and knowledgeable we really appreciate everything he did for us.

Love Walmart. This one is calmer then the rest . Friendly staff mostly stocked. Great deals. 7-19-24 still a great walmart. Not really any complaints.

3rd appointment made to get tires installed. Appointment was 1 o’clock. Sitting in car for 40 minutes yet to be acknowledged. People pulling up and parking, going inside and coming out with technician to look at car

I waited over 30 minutes for my order pick up. Cars in both sides of me pulled in, received their order, 2 more pulled in and received theirs while I was still waiting. I tried to get the attention of 3 males who had been taking out orders and walked within 2-3 feet of me and was ignored. I finally called and was told they would bring my order right out. It was another 11 minutes before my order was brought out.

The store closed their customer service during open hours and their excuse was. They were too busy and and they needed to get some customers out of the store so not helping them was their solution.Don't go to walmart anymore.Boycott walmart

Manager with purple hair is convinced this store doesn’t take coupons. When she asked to see the coupon she then told me “she can’t read” (I can’t make this up) and walked away without a response. I decided to take my items to self checkout where surprise, the coupon worked. Just a heads up for fellow couponers to only use self checkout at this store and if there is a problem with coupons, ask for assistance from another manager. Ya need a more friendly person on the self check out. That old lady always looks upset. Doesn't say welcome or anything at all. Not even a smile poor miserable looking person.

I took my granddaughter to Walmart and got her a few outfits at great prices. She is 9 years old. We had fun shopping.

I went to get groceries and spent $67, they charged my credit card twice when I explained this to the cashier she told me it would go back on my card that was 4 months ago.. I've yet to get my money back..

Not the best Walmart it could use a lot of improvements.

Searching for item in hardware department could only find one package and needed two. A young man named Khang helped me look. He even got a ladder to search the top shelves. He apologized profusely that he couldn't locate the shelf pegs. I thanked him for at least looking. I left the department and this young man came to find me when he found them. Talk about customer service.

For health reasons go elsewhere. I don't need to say anything else

I had to wsit over half an hour in Jewelry Dept and no one came to help. 3 phone calls to the store letting them know that I was Waiting and No one came to help.Very disapointing that this happens over my Walmart in Silverspring shores . Thanks Juan

The self checkout it a sham. Pay your workers and add on cashiers.

Great store great prices. This store is always stocked. The staff are always friendly. Every time we come to this Wal-Mart we find everything that we needed. Again great store and well stocked. Prices are rising everywhere. Wal-Mart is the place to go to save.

Their customer service is horrible! I placed an order for pick up. I waited 45 mins and still nothing I called and was put on hold for them to pick up to tell me I just have to wait. So because your store was running late so am I late to drop my kids off late for work.

This location has become a circus. Bad manors customers, shelves not stocked properly. Just try to find an employee in the store. Parking is atrocious. I Don't trust their meat dept. here. If I didn't no better I'd say the change their out of date meat to a new package with a new date. Much of the meat looks like it's starting to brown.

I’ll give it 5 stars for it being clean and great selection of veggies and fruit. However, since they put in the self scan I feel that every time I go on that line either they stop my order and rerun something to make sure I added rely. Of course I did. They have this computer on their phone and it can shut down any self check out and check your bags. I was also doing my mystery shopping and I had specific things. Like was it faced or in the same place as on the plan o gram. Well I was followed by loss prevention guy and he finally said that I can’t go taking pictures of the stores products and I told him I can especially if it was Walmart who paid the company I work for to come into this store and check off all the problems or praise. I had to show my credentials and he stood right there in front of me and then another guy came as well. Haha jokes on him cause he called and verified my information. They got a very poor grade needless to say and I was free to go. I refuse to do any more mystery shopping there.

They were out of refrigerated dog food. So I had to go back to Silver Springs store. I was disappointed because I made a special trip to the Shores store. It use to be so much nicer & worth the trip,but it's getting as bad as Silver Spring s people are so rude.

Love it there , convenient for me. Produces area need some up grading i usually go in after 2pm after I get my son from school , most off the afternoon the produce section is either empty of the product too long n no good off use . I brought Hawaiian butter rolls twice in 1 week was in a rush didn’t check bread , got home n the bag inside had literally water even though the bread expired date was good the bread tasted so stale n sour .

They have my dog food and Dave, who always goes beyond in customer service.

Of the Walmarts in Ocala, in my opinion, it is one of the ones with the most variety.

This store was ridiculous today. It's Mother's day eve and besides self check they had 4 registers open. We got in the shortest line and the bl9nde on the register was clueless!!! She kept having issues with every order she rang up. The isles were stopped up with employees shopping for puck up orders. The whole experience was very frustrating!

Been waiting almost month for my rings that were ordered early for my birthday and still nothing I am calling and calling and nobody can answer the phones you need to get new employees that can do their job this is ridiculous that customer service cannot answer at all makes me very upset that we spent money like that and nobody can tell me anything or answer a darn phone

Waited over 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. Paid went out to my car and noticed the tires hadn’t been rotated, brought it to their attention and thru said they “forgot” and wanted me to wait another two hours. Take your vehicles literally anywhere else.

The store manager appears to be experiencing difficulties in ensuring that essential items are consistently in stock, necessitating frequent visits to other Walmart stores located further from my residence. I kindly request that these matters be addressed promptly to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers and improve operational efficiency.

Every time I go in here there is someone in the back on the grocery side of the store obnoxiously banging on an extremely loud buzzer. It is so loud it the sound carries clear to the other end of the store. This will go on for an extended period of time and is painful to have to listen to.

Clean store, coolers have been broken a lot lately

Love this store. It is super clean and organized. Pedro Trujillo has great customer service, always willing to help and very knowledgeable. He definitely makes a great difference. Highly recommended.

A cashier by the name of Angel went above and beyond to assist me. He was about to start his shift when I pulled up beside him with my car in the parking lot and asked for assistance. He was gracious enough to let me know that he was just about to begin his shift but asked what assistance I needed. First I apologized to him because he didn't even clock in yet then I told him I needed help removing a few heavy boxes from my online order I needed to return. He told me ok sure just wait right here and I'll get someone to help me. Sure enough in about 5 minutes he was back outside by my car with another employee ready to help. The two young gentlemen unloaded 5 boxes probably weighing 80 lbs a piece, placed the boxes on a cart for me and asked if I would like for them to take it to the service desk for me. Wow I was speechless! I said that would be great and that's what they did. I parked my car and when I made it to the service desk the cart with my boxes was right there waiting for me. I had to let their manager know the amazing experience I had with these two gentlemen. Thank you for making what would have been a tedious task amazingly easy. There should be more employees like these two men and more people that are this caring and thoughtful. 👏🏽🙌🏽😀

This store is in a downward spiral. You are not going to get service at this location, and they pride themselves in that. The manager is too busy in the kool-aid aisle looking for hair products so don't bother with her.

Preston the manager of the auto Department really cares about his customers he was understanding and he definitely went above and beyond to make sure that I got an appointment to have my tires installed, it’s people like him that makes you want to continue to spend your money with them.. Ordered online. Half our order is missing. Called store. They refuse to look into it. Say it's a online issue it's not even them. Walmart sure took the money but didn't get deliver the goods

Shopped clearance, lots of good deals winter clothes, children's clothes & babies

I've shut them for groceries and displaces clean. But today I went for an oil change. Couple things that I'm not happy about. First thing is that my car takes. 0w20 synthetic oil. They put 5W30 synthetic. Second thing there was oil all over my car. All over the engine block all over my door handle and all over my car fenders. Inside of my door there's oil all over it.

This place has a big issue with very rude, overreacting and prejudiced employees they even argue between themselves and call others with the "N" word. It's 2024 already but I dont think that matter of prejudice will never end, but this is business at least pretend and do your job instead of not helping out the customer like it suposed to be right...! The place got a little better removing most of the expired products out of the shelf but still some products on the shelf cutting it very close to expiration.

Took my truck in for a tire repair and oil change. Wife picked up truck. She asked if I asked for an oil change which I did. Found out they did not do oil change but didn't tell anyone. Receipt stated the oil filter was out of stock.

Was rather surprised...hadn't been or even KNOWN there was Walmart all way that far...myself living other end of county but definitely a great store I'd take the drive to go to again and purposely stop when in the area. Much nicer than most Walmarts.

Been doing delivery since we moved to Belleview. I’ve never seen such incompetence in all my time. We never had this many issues until we moved. Items always missing from the order and items delivered to the neighbors house. The address is on our mailbox and on the house!!! How do they screw that up? This Walmart sucks! If management reads these reviews I want a phone call!

Most of the staff they have are horrible. They are some of the most unfriendly people. Customer service is a damn joke.

I rarely do a pickup from this Walmart because of stuff like this … sugar was put in with noodles and a big can of chicken noodle soup so it tore the top of the sugar bag up and went all over the place. There was a small produce bag for my cucumber but the cabbage was just in a Walmart bag .Its not a HUGE deal, but it’s the principle. Why do some of these shoppers not bag like they do their own or their family’s ?! It’s not all of them , but I’ve had more than a few bad experiences with this Walmart pickup location. We were just in a rush tonight so decided to do so. Do better !
