Rude employee. Then she had the audacity to hand me a burn pizza.

Unfriendly front staff. Box 📦was hot 🔥,,, the pizza 🍕was cold and stale.🥴😫😫 Update I tried to put an order by phone 📱 Waiting 55 minutes, I tried 4 times, but there was no answer. Management at this location is getting from bad to worse. By next time, it will be P. J . Pizza 🍕 .

I visited Little Caesars because I was in the area with a coupon. The slices n stix and chicken wings were hot and ready when I arrived. The bread stix was seasoned to perfection, and the wings were good.

Very fast. Pizza is always ready on time and accurately done to perfection. Thanks for awesomeness 👌

Even leaving a tip, hopefully for a better service, my order took over 30 minutes, on my receipt was specified clearly with a thin crust supreme and a thin crust Pepperoni and it took a while to figure a way to get the pepperoni done. It seems that they are "Lost in space". Not going back to this place...!

@owner and management, get more staff, stop being cheap and get 2 to 3 associates per shift. 1 person cannot handle the store alone. its a busy store, Stopp over workin employess.

The same thing has already happened to me twice, you order a pizza with little sauce and they seem to understand that I want them to put extra sauce on it. I will not buy again when the brunette lady is at the checkout because the 2 times I have gone when she is there, both times they have given me the pizzas that taste like more sauce than pizza and cheese, it seems that they send the order with extra sauce. That doesn't happen to me with the dark-skinned boy, nor do they always give me perfect pizzas with the boy with braces.

I use the App for quick and easy pick up, the Dip dish are my favs but the extra most best are also very good! The kids loves this pizza.

Hot and Fresh, I live closer to another but prefer this location. Service is great, food is fresh.

On 01/19 evening I went to pick up my order, but I missed the place cos the outdoor night light sign was off. I just went again this evening 02/26 and the sign light was still out. I pointed that out to the employee at the register and said he will report it to his manager. Let see how long will be before they will fix it for the customers' care.

The new manager/management is horrible, expecting you to speak Spanish is ridiculous, ! She speaks Spanish to you and when you tell her you do not understand she is speaking to curse you in her language! I do no respect this environment any longer as I tolerated this behavior for months! I have been coming to this location for years! Very disappointing! When you call before coming there is NEVER AN ANSWER!

I was the second person there when I entered. Noone acknowledged me. They were all in the back working. The wait was short though and my hot and ready was ready as soon as I ordered.

Close early, no pizza, tried to sell me a regular pizza as a $7 one, refused to make another. Retarded manager doesn't even speak English

Pizza is NEVER ready. They never have more than 1 pizza hot and ready. And the lunch special is NEVER READY. They need new management.

Terrible service, when they cancel your order, it takes 3 to 5 days to return your money. They don't give you a reason why canceled your order. Doordash provides the delivery service and they don't give you a reason either.

Not very sure about this place. Lol But for great and amazing pizzas, I’d suggest 1000 degrees or some italian places for better experience.

Probably one of the most incompetent locations in the history of the Little Caesars franchise, hands down! They will charge you for a stuffed pizza (see pics) but then box and deliver the regular unstuffed pizza or they'll cancel your order 20 minutes prior to scheduled delivery without warning after you have already been charged. The cancelled order was for a school pizza party and I did not get a call nor any refund, but only disappointed fifth graders prior to Christmas break. Since this location does not pick up the phone, you'll have to go through your bank to dispute the charges for services/products not delivered. If you can pick up your order or even better, order from another location that would limit the risk because you cannot rely on this particular location in fulfilling your order. Welcome to the new horrible American disservice in Miami.

No atmosphere at all, just order on line and pick it up, but very good prices and quality. Friday's pizza night at my home.

Place needs new managers. Every time I place an order it’s never on time I placed on an hour ago and it’s still not ready. They never update the app to let u know it’s ready. Pizza is never in the online order pickup place so pizza gets cold. Also ask for BBQ WINGS…. They put a small drop on my wings.

Corporate be aware that the girl with glasses and curly hair up front served me a pizza that made me sick to my stomach and smiled in my face as i asked for parmesan and red pepper and told me there isnt none. Get rid of this person she seeved me bad food and food poised me. Horrible you lost millions in business because of her. Horrible i cant even phethom the disrespect i have received. She was also dancing in front of the store as she seeved me the bad food while she laughed it off it off as she denied me crush red pepper and parmesan cheese.

There used to be chairs. The deep dish lunch special is off the app; call it in before weekdays at 2pm.

Order on the app, arrives they gave my order to someone else not sure how since you punch in a code to the machine and then had to wait 20 minutes while being asked every 2 minutes what did you order again

Went there to redeem my t mobile offer. They didn't know anything about the offer , and I couldn't communicate with them because of they didn't speak English very well. I ended up going to Marco's pizza.

Nothing was hot and ready… in the past I would go to little Caesars and they would have cheese and pepperoni ready for someone to pay and grab … they didn’t even have cheese ready and told me 10-15 minute wait after taking my payment. I stopped here because I thought it would be a quick in and out but looks like I’m going to have to wait.

Went here to try the batman pizza and i really wasn't expecting it to be so good the cheese was nice and melted. with a garlic favor that hits you right away once you bite into the crust. I will come back to buy pizza again soon 😋.

I just bought the nastiest supreme pizza half cooked and old ingredients. Not fresh. They should closed this location before people gets sick. The manager Kevin Cepeda will refused to exchanged the pizza. I hope the corporate will come to inspect this location, my family could got sick from bad food . Very bad experience. Don't buy here. The pizza was delicious . The bread sticks was okay .

Mr. Manuel was awesome, kind , attentive, charismatic, customer satisfaction oriented . I'm originally from Chicago.. not a fan of 'junk food' pizza.. but little Caesars on Miami Gardens Dr in NMB are freaking great and an exception! Hot, delicious and fast delivery with DoorDash! I can still hear the pepperoni sizzling when it arrives! 😃 Thank you!

Pizza Pizza! Little Caesars is always convenient I have picked up very quickly they had it nice and warm and newly done, not hard and old. They also delivered to me quickly!!! I love Little Caesars.

My favorite place! If you order through the app they will have your pizza really fast.

Good pizza for the price. However they are usually UNDER STAFFED, so I have to wait a lot. Unless you order to pickup inside. I always manage, sometimes even run into Publix for a quick pick up,while my special 🍕 is baking.
