When fast food isn’t fast and over priced it’s a bad idea cold food that I had to wait for and staff got annoyed I didn’t want cold food that took 10 mins . Plus they tried to over charge me what a joke

Please train your employees how to make iced coffee or just read what the customer ordered ordered ice coffee and got milk and caramel with a little coffee splash on top

The hiring manger is really unprofessional I came in for an interview waited about 30mins she came out asked if I worked in a fast food before I said yes then she proceeded to say well if you don’t receive a call then I didn’t select you and just walked away!! Really be nicer and her appearance as a manger? was not ok! Please do better and I called ahead of time no one answered a waist of people’s time.

I thought I'll actually get my food quicker if I went through the drive thru. I was sadly mistaken they are making everyone park and bringing the food out. Why is this location so freaking slow and then they mess up my order.

This McDonald's is thee worst. You get to the pick up window and you have a bunch of rude workers telling you to park in a handicapped parking space because they are stalling to get the orders ready but want to keep taking orders.

My drive thru order was messed up several times. The latest time, they forgot to to put nuggets in my child's happy meal, leaving only fries in the box..extremely incompetent employees.

23 minutes in the drive thru for a quarter pounder is crazy.

We ordered food from 18350 NE 18th Rd, Miami, FL 33179 at 1:20pm on 5/12 and did not receive all of our food. We are traveling and did not notice in time to go back to the location. We tried calling several times, but nobody answered and the call was ignored. We ordered 3 happy meals. We are missing 3 apple slices, 2 chocolate milks, and an order of 4 chicken nuggets (one meal had only fries and a toy). We asked for 1 big kid toy and 2 under 3 toys, and they all received the exact same toy. The missing food was a significant portion of our ticket, and we now have a very hungry toddler on a car trip who was sleeping when everyone else ate, so we didnt have any more chicken nuggets for her. We tried submitting a complaint through the McDonald’s website asking for a partial refund, as we this was very disappointing and frustrating, but we couldn’t get the system to work properly. We will avoid this location in the future due to their reputation for forgetting food so often, and for the inability for us to try and make it right.

I work near this place and I have never had problems but today I came to place an order and I had a question because the menu said not available. I am waiting inside for someone to help me and a woman comes out who I don't know her name but she walks like a duck. I tell her I have a question and she ignores me. I tell her it's just a question and she keeps walking and walks away. She wasn't at lunch, she just ignored me and went for a walk to return to her position and even then she didn't face me. If you hate your job, it's not the clients' fault. It is not the clients fault that you are having a bad day. The two guys who work there serve you very well. But workers like this lady don't have to be there.

I don't know what kind of sick joke the drive through people were playing with me tonight, but I just ordered a six-piece chicken nugget happy meal and I was given a box with cheese. Yes, cheese. Unfortunately, I did not notice until I got home.

Absurdly awful! I arrived for a double-sugar black coffee. I managed to get cream in my cup somehow! I went in to have it fixed, and I was handed a broken cup. The coffee tasted like water and had no flavor. Absurdly awful! Whoever used that filthy mop to scrub the floor ought to be disciplined or given cleaning instruction. The management of this place needs to be held responsible for the poor quality of service it offers! I'm not coming back to this place!

I went to McDonald’s and got my money scammed from the kiosk. The kiosk said that the $17.65 was approved but I didn’t get my order. When I waited for my order it was running a little long and when I asked where my order was, they said that my order didn’t exist. I went on arguing with the cashier lady for 20 minutes, when I asked for the manager he was so rude and nasty and didn’t seem interested in solving my issue at all. I had to fill a dispute with my bank and go through so much just because of terrible management and customer service from this McDonald’s. Never stepping foot in here again.

Ice cream machine is sometimes always not working. Orders are always wrong after waiting at the stop sign for your food, im not sure why they tell us to wait there everytime.

For a person who goes to McDonald's once a year (granddaughters 🙄 go a little more often) I find it to be very expensive for the meals that we ordered. I'm willing to pay almost anything when I'm hungry but I know when prices are a little unreasonable. The restaurant was clean and so is the bathroom.

Me and my daughter went here for breakfast, and it was clean and quiet and quaint. We ordered the oatmeal and hashbrowns. We laughed and enjoyed ourselves. We even had a highchair that the manager assisted us with all the high chairs are properly cleaned after each use and everything was professional.

They should work on the times at nigth in the drive through, id been a few times up to 30 minutes waiting, with 5 cars in the line only, thats unacceptable

I usually come to this McDonald’s since it’s the closest to me , and when I went into the drive thru to order at the box , I guess this girl is new she has black long braids /Young, she was taking my order rudely , she does not know how to speak to customers , I’m ordering and she’s just saying MHM UHUHHH MHMMM very rude with attitude like if she doesn’t wanna work there, and I proceed to tell her hey I find it disrespectful the way your speaking to me and she’s like well ma’am that’s the way I talk and honestly instead of saying anything else to her I simply jus drove foward I wasn’t gonna waste my time with a rude worker like that. Like if you don’t wanna work , give good service be respectful to the customers that come here then quit your Job but don’t go work somewhere and hate the Job.

Ordered a #2 with 0 customization at the drive thru. Was told to pull up to the stop sign directly in front of the food window after paying. This was to trick their order completion timers. I sat at the stop sign while watching at least 6 cars behind me get their food before me. They had forgot about my order because they wanted to cheat their system. When I got my food, the fries were way overcooked, and the burger was sloppy. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE, WELL NOT BE RETURNING TO THIS LOCATION.

They refuse to order Mayonnaise. Day after day they don't have any. Unacceptable for a sandwich restaurant. It's been going on for months. The ice cream machine is always "not working" especially on the weekends. Also employees who deal with the customers need to at least understand if not speak English. Two weeks in a row in the hottest month of the year they still have no ice cream or shakes on Saturday, unbelievable !

It seems with the invested increased usage of kiosks and apps for ordering, they are saving money by hiring fewer people. I get it. But service is suffering. I ordered a coffee and some fritter on my app. App said it would be ready in 2-5 minutes. And in the old days (like a year ago), i believe that works be true. But it was more like 15 minutes, and i had to ask a worker walking by about it to get it that soon. I ordered the coffee with cream and sugar. Tasted like no sugar. And the guy that i had asked to check on the order looked at the order, said "5 creams", and i said "and alot sugar". With all that, no sugar. One more thing, the bathroom smelled awful. I know, it is a bathroom. But i went to a store next door to use theirs instead. It smelled fine.

Drive thru cashier at 10:30 AM was very friendly, front cashier at same time had great smile and was helpful, and breakfast was like I remember it being years ago. Excellent visit

Just horrible! I came in for a black coffee with 2 sugars. Somehow I ended up with cream in my cup! Went in for them to correct it, I was given a busted up cup. Coffee had no flavor, tasted like water. Just horrible! Whosoever wiped the floor with that dirty moped, should be discipline or taught how to correctly clean. Management should be help accountable for the lack of service this location provides! I will not be coming back here!

Hey folks! Just swung by McDonald's for a quick bite and I gotta say, it hit the spot! The Big Mac was deliciously satisfying, and the fries were crispy and seasoned just right. Plus, the service was fast and friendly. Definitely coming back for more!

It’s laughable how terrible the customer service is at this specific location. They seem to go out their way to always put someone who doesn’t speak English to take your order. There’s about a 20% chance you will get what you ordered. And when you point out what’s missing, you’re told to go around the drive through and order again. Not expecting fine dinging experience here but maaaaan is the bar set low lol. I’ve worked in restaurant industry for 13 years. The owner is really doing a disservice to the buisness with the manager they’ve hired.

The workers there don't listen. Asked for plain honey, got honey mustard twice. Asked for a double cheeseburger meal and got a salty quarter pounder meal and no fries. Asked for a caramel Sunday, and the guy didn't know what that was and told me it was unavailable. The manager came over and told him it was ice cream. I will not be going back.

This place needs to hire people who speak english and have good customer service… If you don’t like your job it’s simple quit. This job gets Haitians that recently came to the states with no english whatsoever and a horrible attitude. They’re slow and clearly don’t have any training in what they’re doing. Telling people to come inside like I really wont knock them till the end of their shift. I guess that’s why they work there.

I ordered a hash brown and bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. I got to the window and the team member told me they informed her they did not have biscuits and would I like to substitute it for the McMuffin? I politely told her no thank you, and I was taking the breath to finish my sentence, she said “let me check” and walked away. When she came back, she had a bag in her hand and said “$5.35”. I paid and then left. I was excited because I thought they actually had it. Turns out, she did give me a biscuit, but the sausage and egg. That’s not what I wanted. If she would have taken the time to listen to me, I was trying to tell her, if they don’t have it, no worries I will only take the hash brown (I was craving it). So now, I left with a sandwich I did not want at all, nor did I eat. My husband, who just came off a night shift and just wanted to go home, told me not to worry he would eat it so it would not go to waste. If not, it would have to be honest. This location always has poor customer service and communication. No matter the time of day. Shame.

The food was so terrible I had to return it

McDonald's had a very good chicken nugget bundle! I wish I would have took a picture how they had the nuggets all in line in the box! The person that worked on the food Line was very meticulous and really cared about the presentation of the food. The food was very much hot and definitely good. One of the signs of it being hot there were oily stains on the cardboard box! Lol! So whenever you get a chance stop by the Miramar parkway plaza McDonald's in Miramar Florida! You won't be disappointed! The work shift time was 6:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Saturday! On 03-11-2023 when I picked up my food.

I tried to buy chocolate ice cream at this place but they had no chocolate at all. Service at the counter was slow and there was only one customer ahead of me. She didn’t ask me nor did she give me ketchup or napkins. We were dining in. I saw one of the cashiers opening a bag of ingredients with her mouth when she couldn’t tear it open! Pretty sure that would be. Health violation! Avoid at all costs!
