I ordered online a stuffed crust pizza but the pizza I got had no stuffed crust. Then, while checking the reviews for this store, they have a tendency to not give you what you ordered. Avoid at all costs!

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME WE ORDERED FROM THIS LOCATION THE FIRST TIME WE GOT THE WRONG INGRIDIENTS NOW WE DID NOT GET WHAT WE ORDERED WHICH IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE THE SUPER HAWAIIAIN PIZZA ALL WE GOT WAS A PLAIN CHEESE PIZZA NOT WELL DONE THE WAY WE ORDERED IT. I'M SO DISAPPOINTED I MISS THE PAPA JOHNS FROM WEST KENDALL

As I read the reviews, everyone’s comment was more focused on the customer service than cleanliness and food safety. I requested my money back after noticing one of the employees putting all the toppings of my order without gloves, the apron seemed like it has never been washed, then he came to the register and handled the register.

I placed a large order with Hatice who was very pleasant, prompt and very helpful while making my selection as I have never placed an order before. Hatice answered the phone every time I called, an order of 15 pizzas 16" each of different kinds and 4 brownies. The order was delivered on time. Every thing was just as it should be. The conference went well, all were satisfied with the pizzas and brownies. Thank you Hatice.

I ordered a take out XL NY style Pepperoni Pizza and redeemed an offer for a free chocolate chip cookie. What a MAJOR disappointment! I don't do delivery as I cannot justify a $5 delivery fee and the usual $5 tip for an average $15 order, but, as my last two take out orders were not ready when I arrived (despite the app advising such) this time I decided to add a $5.03 tip to my $14.97 order... just to see if it helped me get better service. IT DID NOT. When I arrived at this location's drive thru, I sat unacknowledged for 5 minutes, despite 3 employees looking directly at me, before a young woman came to the window and got my information. She immediately returned with 2 boxes, both with my name and order number. The pizza, however, was NOT what I ordered, and was clearly someone else's. I waved for assistance, the young woman returned and upon inspection of the box and pizza stated: "you're right, that's weird" then disappeared without another word. 11 minutes later she returned with what appeared to be my ordered pizza and apologized for the mix-up. Unfortunately, when I got home I found it to be luke warm; with no discernible sauce and, at best, maybe a handful of cheese spread across the entire XL pizza. I scraped off all the cheese & pepperoni and piled such onto 2 slices (adding additional cheese as well) rather than dealing with a second return. On a positive note, the cookie was surprisingly tasty. I will be contacting the Store Manager as well as Papa John's Corporate and will update this review accordingly.

First time 🤔 👀 I go to this branch of Papa John's Pizza 🍕 🤤, I liked the place clean and tidy. They serve you excellently 👌 Spanish and English......a plus point for those of us who are Bilingual 😆👏they care about taking your order 😉 👍 👌, and they are super fast. the dispatch.....I highly recommend them the 🙈 😉 closed. Thank you for your excellent attention.

They have good costumer service

I normally have good service with the staff especially the morning manager/ Owner. On December 21st 2023, I experienced the worst service from the night manager, that didn't explain the reason why he canceled my online order in which the money was taken for the purchase of the pizza special. They were attempting to cancel my order, did not anticipate that I was in front of the store when I ordered from my car. I walked in at 9:50pm and the store close at 11:40 pm. I asked the night manager to explain to me why are you canceling my order and the store is still open. He instructed the staff member to cancel my order anyway.

I normally have good service with the staff especially the morning manager/ Owner. So I have ordered from here a couple times using the website. The order process was smooth and the ability to totally customize your pizza down to the type of sauce and cook time was great. The first few times I went I picked up the pizza. The first time I ordered messages were sent to me informing me the pizza was ready for pickup. When I went in I was provided my order upon arrival. The last pickup order I did no messages were sent and when I looked online at the Pappa tracker it stayed at order received. After 45 minutes I decided to just go and see if it was ready. Apparently I had been sitting there because by the time I got home the pizza was no longer warm. The final time I decided to do delivery. The tracker was stuck at its on its way but never gave me the eta or real time tracking which the website promotes. Pizza did arrive about 40 to 45 minutes after the order was placed. I live 5 minutes away from the store location.

Where do I start? Let’s see how about I placed my order received confirmation My order is ready for pick up I get to the store and No one knows where my order is. My order never came through the system but on my Confirmation email said it was ready So mind you I already waited 30 minutes for the order to get ready another 10-15 minutes to drive to the physical Store Now I have to wait Another 30 minutes for my pizza to be ready then another 15 to drive home. I pretty much waited two hours for this pizza service at the store was horrible. Everybody laughing people throwing boxes of pizza, slamming them down. I would never order from this place again please stay away from this place they wouldn’t even give me any type of compensation for waiting for so long Papa John’s you have to do better

If you are going to order from this Papa Johns, I highly recommend you order in the evening. Shaun is the manager is great. Over the years, I've had to call to upon delivery because the instructions weren't followed. After another incident, I simply told the delivery person, who apparently relayed the message to Shaun. He called me immediately and apologized and told me to call him whenever I place an online order. Since then, the pizzas are delivered as ordered. I've developed a rapport with few of the delivery personnel, who are super friendly and courteous and professional. Kudos to Shaun and the delivery team!

If I could put 0 stars I would!!! I ordered a pizza at 2:35pm for delivery. It is now 5pm and I still have not received the pizza. The delivery person (Sonte) states he delivered the pizza but I DID NOT receive the food. This is unacceptable and fraudulent! I need a refund!

Worse decision I made. The only reason why I gave a 2 is because I spoke to another manager about this a couple days later and they sounded like that cared. I stayed at a hotel that had local pizza company’s which I’ve always supported but I had a taste for Papa John’s. I was emailed that it would be 40 min on delivery. I waited 1 hr so I went down stairs (stayed at a hotel) to catch the driver then called to see how long he would be. Manager put me on hold for several min which is understood because “they were busy” no problem. He tells me give the driver 10 minutes he’s on his way. I waited 30 min with my tip on hand and called back explaining I’ve been standing outside since our last conversation and he never showed.. Put me on hold and told me the driver put the pizza in my hand and that it was delivered. So that was insulting. After a min of non reasoning I asked for my refund. I don’t do bad reviews because I understand people need their jobs but I expected greater customer service out of the manager.

I used like the pizza from this place, now is a disaster. My daughter makes better pizza than this people. Don't waste your money

The lady there, all she does is degrade her employee's, the way she treats them and the costumes as well. Left out of there with such a headache, that even though this place is across the street from me will NEVER, go there for Pizza and, 🍕 it is a shame because the Pizza is good, soo maybe you want to call 📞 for your order.

Only reason as to why I’m giving you guys 2 stars instead of 1 was cause the pizza was made on time . Everything else on this order was a disaster. Stuffed crust pizza had no cheese in it cause it popped out of the crust. I also ordered that cheese pizza with EX. Cheese but somehow I saw more marinara than cheese (most of the cheese you see is from the crust) . The new Oreo stuffed bites were by far the worst part. They were dryer than the desert, no cream inside and no drizzle at all! Very disappointed. Can’t even call and complain cause nothing gets resolved with this store they try to offer you a discount for your next order .

This is the worst branch and delivery service ever.. the order is delayed for an hour while it is reported delivered on the website. Not recommended at all

Received the notification that my order was ready, arrived at the restaurant to have to wait til the order was made all of 27minutes. While standing waiting at the store, it was a bad experience. To hear the conversation of the employee there, such vulgar language the whole while. Very uncomfortable the whole time. Only thing good was the wings. I have second thoughts, about returning to this restaurant. Bad experience.

I hate to give a one star review, but you knew you handed me an old stale pizza. Shame on me who didn't open the box before I left the establishment. Caution when you go to this Papa Johns.

Picked up pizza and it was hot.

Called at 11:30pm on a Saturday and they said they were closed. Arrived at 11:38pm and they have the doors locked. Just wanted a quick pizza on my way home from work. Two TM’s inside and one in the delivery vehicle all lights on.

Ordered: 2 pizzas + a 2-liter soda Opinion: Your experience at this location can vary wildly each visit. Sometimes maybe good, sometimes maybe bad. For the best deal, check the specials on the app. I do love the local partnership with a shelter (picture included). A couple chairs for guests could make it more tolerable for guests who need to wait. It would also help if there was a sign that stated how the store IDs orders: by order number, name, phone number, etc. Notes: Pick-up can be done in store or via drive-thru. If you use the app, go by the original time estimate; it might say it's ready on the app faster than the estimated time but there's no guarantee that's accurate. Be prepared to wait an extra 10+ minutes.

I called to place an order the person who answered the phone had to be under the influence of something the person could not speak clearly nor was understanding what I was telling him. He couldn’t even provide me with the right address to the establishment… Who hired these people?

The entire service is awful, I order online from this store and they decided to call me 2 hours after the order was placed to tell me “ do you still want your order” they didn’t even bother to bring the pizza regardless nor apologize for the inconvenience. Customer service totally sucks.

I placed an order last night for delivery. 2 pizzas. One arrived burned with a black bottom basically and the other had a gooey uncooked middle. I contacted customer service with my complaint after calling the store and being hung up on. Was told I can have a promo code for 2 pizzas in lieu of a refund and I agreed. And now I haven't received the code, have been hung up on twice after called the store and I have 2 inedible pizzas on my counter because I don't know if I should take them to store or not.

Everything was perfect this time. I have had a rocky road in the past with quality at this location but this time it was great. I'll have to order a few more times and after that I'll update if needed.

Ordered 2 pizzas. The driver had them in his car for over an hour after he left the store. Once he arrived, the driver handed me 2 boxes which were not even closed. They were literally wide open. Both pizzas were BURNT, COLD and were flooded with sauce. We were frequent customers so I called the store. The manager was rude and wanted me to wait outside for the driver to come back so he could get “proof.” Proof? The manager already knew that the driver had the pizzas in his car for over an hour before came to my house because I called him. Try another location since apparently new management in this store is subpar.

This place is full of terrible ppl, SO DISRESPECTFUL when they approach you for no reason fight and they look each other when don’t understand instead ask again, they prioritize with friends that come to this store when customers are waiting here and the worst part is THEY SERVE ALL INGREDIENTS WITH HANDS WITHOUT GLOVES!!!! 🤮🤢 I ASKED MY REFUND AND NEVER COME BACK….. I love papa Jhons pizza and I have no complains about the flavor in this restaurant. However cleanliness its a concern. While I was waiting near the counter I saw a small roach in the empty pizza boxes behind the counter.

We ordered online for delivery, and the Papa John's tracker was fubar so we didn't know if the order went through. So we decided to roll up and see if the place was open because sometimes the mothership Papa Johns forgets to turn off the online ordering during special times like Christmas Eve. So we rolled up and pulled into the drive up ramp and asked the woman on duty about our order. She confirmed receiving the order, and offered to bring out the pizza if we wanted to wait since the delivery driver was slammed. We circled around and settled in thinking we'd have to wait - but like 10 minutes later she ran out with our order - prompt as heck! It's a Christmas miracle. Great job by this franchise!

Ordered 8 heart shaped pizzas for my night shift Behavioral Health staff at Aventura hospital. I ordered for delivery at 7:30pm. They arrived at 7:27pm. Pizzas were hot and perfect! Also ordered brownies!! Thank you for letting me show my appreciation to my staff! They have worked so hard to care for our patients. Thank you again Papa Johns!
