Absolutely Atrocious DO NOT EVEN DARE. It's now 11:52 and I just finished leaving the drive thru of this Wendy's. I asked for cheese sauce they went from having to not all of a sudden not having. Your open until 2am this is starting to become like the ice cream machine at McDonald's. They completely messed up my order, food was ridiculously cold. Burger was def not fresh and of course with no bacon. My grilled chicken wrap looked like it got kicked down the hallway. And they forgot my 10piece nuggets. We asked for ghost pepper ranch sauce and dude in driveway literally stared at us to tell us that he out it in the bag himself. My boy you put 1 sauce for 4 orders. Absolutely disgusting and a waste of money. Never again!!!!!!! Oh and somehow the biggie bag chicken sandwich wasn't available but the number 4 chicken sandwich was 🤔🤦🏽‍♂️. Wendy's should really be embarrassed. Oh then I had to reverse to reset the timer and all that to give me old food that's been sitting? SMH and can we talk about the random French fry that was in my wrap like come on people we have to be better !!!

The guy that take the order is rude. He forget to complete the order and then she complete the order with attitude!

The food is good, but every time I wonder something, for some reason, it always has mistakes.

My grandson ate a Baconator. It was gone after four gigantic bites. It used to be my favorite bacon cheeseburger. I had a plain Dave's double, all the veggies, no cheese. Having that second patty really brought their beef taste forward. With a chocolate Frosty, I enjoyed my infrequent cholesterol refills.

18 minutes waiting to be served, I went to McDonald's right behind. The employees saw me and even the manager hid.

Nate was my cashier. He was so sweet from the start. It is a pleasure when someone as sweet as him serves you with the utmost respect and a smile.

Fast in and out through the drive thru. They got the order right. The new chicken ranch wrap is good with a little spice. They did leave the onion off of my wife's chicken sandwich though.

Their food is the saltiest food I ever had in my life it will give you instant high blood pressure and they messed up my order and had to redo it, They deserve absolutely no stars at all

DO NOT COME HERE. Youll get scammed out of your own food! They always forget something when u order & when u go inside, to tell them what they forgot, they catch an attitude as if your bothering them & they have they nerve to say "I'm doing YOU a favor!" What favor when I paid for my food??? U order large, they give u meduim hoping you don't notice. You order a chili & they give u the SMALLEST container, as if their paying for the Chilli out of their own pockets Lol ridiculous. GO TO A DIFFERENT WENDYS= WHERE THEY GIVE YOU THE FULL SIZE PORTIONS OF WHAT YOU ORDER/PAID FOR & THEY DONT GIVE YOU LESSER FOOD BECAUSE THEY SCAMMING PPL. PLUS THE CHILLI IS ALWAYS WATERY. NO MEAT. WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN.

I really love coming here until this overweight feminine man started working there and he gives me a problem every single time I come to this Wendy's I every time I come here he always gives me attitude and I don't know if he's doing something to my food. Today was the last straw I stopped coming here.

Worst experience on a Wendy’s drive through, or well on a drive through in general. They didn’t took well the order, they were in a bad mood and they didn’t listen to the orders, honestly, my worst experience so far in fast food drive through, and I have had some pretty bad.

Once again, thank you very much for the excellent service I received today. The cashier and manager, Andre, were very kind. I requested fresh food, and that is exactly what I received.

It's actually amazing how this location, literally, never gets an order right. Excellent case study of why ff workers don't deserve a living wage.

Of course, they don't want to work properly. i wonder why that doesn't happen in other neighborhoods' wendys .there is something in franchises ownership and hire the wrong team that matches every single time.

Ill mannered kids running the place on a busy Sunday. No one available to take my order. Some other kid scolded me since I was "just standing there"...I was saying, hellooo, anyone to take my ider. Skinny bushy haired kid asked, if I couldn't see they were busy. Fast food?? NOT!! I left before these juceniles spat on my food.

Thanks again I really appreciate the service I received today and the manager Andre and cashier was so nice I asked for my food to be fresh and that’s what I got…

This place is awful. They need intensive lessons on customer service. They are rude and sarcastic. They know you re waiting and keep you waiting even when there is nobody else in the store.

My best friend and I stopped here to get a quick stop and from the greeting at the intercom I've should've known this was going to be hectic. We were greeted so rudely upon arrival (first red flag ) so we begin to order and as were ordering the young women at the window was being rude saying slick remarks ( second red flag ) but because Their handling the food I was afraid she'd contaminate it so We kept quiet and just accepted the disrespect. We then pull forward to pay and receive our order , while handing us the drinks the cashier snatches the card from my best friend causing one of the drinks almost knocking it over and so we respond " oh my goodness " ( third red flag ) she then proceed to threaten us while communicating with another co-worker while informing the co-worker that she doesn't want to hand us our food so she doesn't do something to us ( the window is open so we can hear her very clear ) We honestly should have cancel the order and gone somewhere else .Just over all a terrible experience Thank you to the young lady who handed the food to us Krissy or Crystal ( I can't remember but she wears rectangle small framed black glasses she was an angle please move her to team lead or a promotion because she was just stunning ) but the young women at the cash register needs to be removed or trained properly. I normally do not write reviews because I do understand not everyone is having a good day but to go as far as threatening us is absurd and extremely unprofessional and I know that is not was is learned nor tolerated in the Wendys franchise ! I would understand if I was being rude but even before I placed the order I was greeted so rudely " Wendys , what you want " ??? Both my best friend and I work with customers so we know that's not the proper way of acknowledging someone. The day was Nov.05.2023 around 10:30-11PM if that helps reward the young lady that handed us our food . I will never return to this location because im now afraid due to the threat .

If you're ever deciding to go to this Wendy's at night time. Don't ever do it. The drive through is a joke. They always get the orders wrong and when they see you are taking forever they make you wait in the front. Today they did all that again and when I asked for a sauce they forgot to add they told me to go around again and wait in line because she couldn't come back outside to where they told me to wait for my food again. I will definitely be calling corporate and they wonder why the McDonald's across the street is always full but they never have a line and can't even take care of the very very few customers they get at night time.

The only Wendy's near my house. The past experiences were fine, but my last visit was on Wednesday 6pm. No ketchup, the drink machine had no drinks. The management in this store just sucks.

I only go to the Wendy's a 441 and Pembroke Pines. The food is always good and the cashiers are professional

There was this server there I'm going though a hard time. She was so nice I told her I'm sorry I just came from the nursing place. My eye got so watering and I told her how could some one just wants to give up and not go forward in life. She just listen to me as she is getting my order I want to thank God for putting her there thank you so much just for listening.

Lately the customer service people are very rude and treat you very badly, especially if you are white.

I arrived at Wendy's for my work break Sunday afternoon at about 1:30pm. Oddly, it was a ghost town. No cars in the lot, no customers except for an old couple that was still sitting after they had finished eating. The cash register was unattended and after about 3 minutes of waiting, the young petite woman who was looking at me the whole time, finally reluctantly slowly approached the register. She walked to that register like if she was about to walk to her execution or something. No smile, bad attitude. I quickly ordered the biggie bag so that she didn't even had to ask. "I'll take the $5 biggie bag with the double stack, regular Coke and BBQ sauce." Immediately she jumped up and gladly responded, "We don't have BBQ sauce.", as if she had won a prize or something. She said THAT with gusto and enthusiasm. She filled a cup with ice and handed it to me, even though the soda fountain machine in the lobby has been broken for ever and never has Coke. It dispenses hot and flat soda. I asked if she could give me the drink from the machine in the back, she refused. She said there was Coke in the fountain. When I tried the fountain Coke it was hot and flat. The young man at the frier station placed the nuggets and fries in the bag. The girl on the sandwich board made the double stack and placed it where the finished food goes. The girl from the register decided she was going to punish me for asking about the soda. She kept talking in the back to busy workers letting the food just sit there. The place was completely empty! There was no type of rush. I was the only customer there and it was like pulling teeth.

Specifically, this place is very poor. I have had good food and service elsewhere

Went to go pick up at 9:45 PM and all the employees straight up looked at me and ignored me until the main cashier was done laughing at his coworkers and then started helping me. There was a blonde lady at 9:48 PM grabbing items STRAIGHT FROM THE FRYER into her hand with no gloves. Nasty behavior even for fast food

What a dump!!! Not a clean table in the restaurant!!! Service was awful, waited over 5 min to place my order…and I was the only one in line…only one in the restaurant!!! People came in after me then the manager said they just closed…it’s 3:45 in the afternoon!! Wow I cannot believe how far this place has fallen. To many other options than to return here, Subway next door and McDonalds across the street. Yuck!!!

Worst fries ever. Wendy's says their fries are better than McDonald's, they are not, always cold, tasteless and you have to beg for ketchup. This restaurant sucks

My grandkids and I went out for lunch at Wendy's it was amazing they messed up the order and we was able to get the correct order plus keep the order that was wrong and don't forget the strawberry frosting they said it's for a limited time only so I'm going to let you tell me how good it is 😊

Slow and it wasn't that busy and then the fries are such a disappointment use to be real good. But the #1burger was slapped together and sloppy. Not all Wendy's the same but give this one a miss Wendinites.

The female Jamaican manager at night is demeaning and a piece of cheap. She talks to her workers like they are below her. She would be fired if I managed her and I’m just a secret shopper. Don’t go at night because it will break your heart in how she speaks to people. And the Spanish guy who was at the drive through, don’t give up. Evil people don’t last long. (She wasn’t rude to me, listening to how loud she was, and how nasty her mouth got caught my attention) New manager needed.

Decent location. Never crowded. Friendly staff. Always willing to help you get exactly what you want. And plenty of parking in the front and back. Also a 24 hour drive thru for people on the go.

I need corporate to know EJ is the Best. No matter how busy the drive thru is He is always smiling and He usually works late night shifts. Thats not easy. I have seen time and time again him help everyone he even speaks some spanish to help customers place their orders. My orders are always correct. I have also seen him take care of drive thru and go prepare our meals all at once. He is Excellent Exceptional and Should be acknowledged. He deserves a big bonus for all his hard. Kindness and. Smile. Thank you EJ for always smiling and never being rude to your customers. I cant say that about other fast food places. God bless You⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Wendys's tiene que mejorar su atención al cliente. Esta es mi segunda experiencia,una fue en hallandale,pésima atención, por eso deje de ir por mucho tiempo. Y ahora en north miami beach,creo que la empleada era nueva y nadie la ayudo para que me diera precio de una bebida,algo tan elemental.

The best item is the "Bacon and Cheese Potato" with sour cream and the Bourbon Bacon Cheese Burger!!! Great Service!!!
