This restaurant was very good, but apparently it change management and now is very bad. The food is below average, pizza tastes like Domino's or Costco's. Service was awful, there was just one guy cooking, selling and waitering, and obviously everything was late and not particularly good. The atmosphere was also pretty bad. It felt like they were remodeling but stopped and left it like that. I'm definitely not going back.

Simple , good, pizza and wings. Nice staff, extremely casual. Simple wings that taste good.

I ordered a pizza and they canceled it, they stole 35 dollars from me

Very sad first time ordering Online, unfortunately it gave me no option to change the sauce. When I went ahead an tried to change the sauce they said they just had put the pizza in; which hadn’t even been a minute into ordering. Tried to change it and the reply was sorry we just put it in the oven and then offered to cancel, was told “ if you want you can cancel it online. I was told “the payment will be payed by Uber because it was canceled.” Basically saying there not losing anything! Left mortified. They were being lazy rushed and were not willing to remake it. Horrible service ! Was willing to pay for the change in sauce but they weren’t willing to remake the pizza with the correct sauce . Lost a customer . 👎

It isn’t the Mario the Baker that was great 20 years ago. While known for the garlic rolls, these were awful, not crispy but looked microwaved and too garlicky. The chicken parm is still delicious, but the service is less than to be desired for how much it was. Will be the last time I go. There are other warmer places available for Italian nearby

TERRIBLE!!! We ordered a take out of a chicken parm dinner and a pizza. I got home and where was the chicken?? I had a dinner packed container with no chicken breast. Instead they put 3 thin slices of chicken as small as a half dollar and smoothered it with breading and sauce. I called immediately when we got home and spoke to Jessica to complain. She told me Stephano the owner was not there and he would call me back. Now over 2 weeks later and me calling back many times, no call from them. What a shame. They used to be good and reputable. They raise prices $47.00 for the 2 items and cut out the meat and don't care.

Ordered pizza and then find out the bathroom is out of order but employees bathroom apparently works but they refused to allow us to use their bathroom. Told us we could use the one at the gas station next door and they even said theirs was out. I find that odd. Felt very unwelcome. Felt like we were an inconvenience. When she brought pizza to table she just placed on the table and said nothing. Very disappointing. We had tried the one in west palm beach and everything was great and expected the same.

Ate there today. Tables were not clean, restrooms were out of service and the lady working the counter was rude. When I ask about the restroom the lady working the counter told me I could use the at the gas station on the corner.

My wife orders us pizza from here often, in the last maybe 2 months something has changed, the garlic rolls used to be the best around, my last 2 orders the garlic rolls have been hard and truly unappetizing after the first bite. Something has also changed about the pizza but the pizza is still a 4 out of 5 for me. Not sure what changed but please go back to whatever you were doing before

Do not order food from this restaurant. They send the food unsealed. They obviously do not care about their product or their customers. Stay away.

Service is non-existent at this spot ...... No one is at the front, they just hang out in the kitchen...... Burned spaghetti and the Veal taste like cardboard.... What a horrible place...

No one was at the register to take the order. We shout out several times to get service. We ordered water and it took more than 20 minutes to bring it and don't dare ask for ice, there isn't any. The food was served like food court mall in aluminum containers and Styrofoam plates. Not Parmesan cheese available. For that service the food was expensive.

Food was fantastic and delivery was very professional. I would highly recommend for Catering also.

No cheese ravioli Only 2 garlic rolls ( had 3 before) Prices are to high for fast food I ordered cheese ravioli and gave me spinach ravioli

Honestly pepperoni pizza was to plane for me, not much to say, reasonable pricing.

Stopped by after my competition, needed some carbs. Ordered the chicken Francese and a pizza and it was amazing. The place was very clean and I cant wait to go back next time I'm in Miami!

Order took 15 minutes longer than Slice's ETA. Then the pizza was burnt. Had to wait another 20 minutes to get a new pizza. Place was not busy. Pizza was not worth the wait

place is good place to grab your food and go . workers are very nice and i never had a bad experience. only wish was i knew ahead of time they didn’t have highchair for kids . the. i probably would’ve planned to take a food to go . other then that i love this place .

Today I paid $14 for a lunch special that included one slice of pizza I paid extra for one topping and 6 chicken wings. The wings were a joke . 6 tiny wings like they were from a baby chick. Barely any meat. I ordered the slice crisp and it came out like the cheese was melted 5 hours ago and the cheese and crust completely white not crisp. I was not offered a new order when I complained probably because they knew all the chicken was like that . You need to do much better for $14 for such small amount of really bad food. I have sent so many people over there from my business. I wish there was a tab to add photo !

So explain to me why there are dog's 🐕 at the restaurant. Near the kitchen in a stroller. I'm extremely disgusted that an employee bring a pet during work hours. I will no longer be purchasing from this establishment again. Heavy set(Fat Women) hispanic cashier is touching the dog and the food ewww. I'm extremely allergic to pet dander. I'm going to inform the heath inspector, this is unexpectable. P.S she never washed her hands🤢🤢🤮🤮.

Best food ever! Honestly I’ve tried Pizza and Chicken Wings in many places and this place is now one of my favorites. This was the first time I came to the store and it’s really nice, front people and everyone is so cool. I normally order on UberEats but this time I came in and it was awesome.

I have heard about this place from a coworker before and thought I should try it out. I was a bit hesitant due to recent reviews that were left, but all I have to say is, be the judge yourself!!!! This place was soooo DELICIOUS!!! My order was vegetable lasagna and chicken alfredo with garlic rolls. It was soooo fresh and hot which I was happy that it was freshly made. It was seasoned good, the garlic rolls are amazing, I just say, be the judge yourself and try this place out! 10/10

Walked in and no one was in the front. I kept saying hello and someone in the back responded “one second” I told them no problem. 10 minutes went by and no one came out to take my order….

Lunch was the best @ Mario’s. First thing the staff greets you, very friendly btw. The music was amazing and service was phenomenal. After the service, you walk to the dinning area the place very pristine and organized. Now let’s talk about the meat lovers pizza, it was fire 🔥 really good, and tasty 😋🤤🤤 it is to die for, you have to try it. And my friend also got a Stromboli, the presentation was phenomenal and inside was very cheesy but also delicious. If you still don’t believe me😉 here have a look👀.

HORRIBLE DO NOT ORDER!!!!! We waited 2 HOURS for our food and we did not get 1 call to even tell us where they are or what was happening until we called for the third time and they finally had the excuse and said “there is some trouble the driver is having with the car” lmao The most cliché thing to say- why not then ask us to cancel the order or have us come pick up instead before making us wait the 2 hours. This is what happens when you have careless employees running a business they do not care about who more then likely literally just forgot to put the order in and don’t care about getting a bad review it don’t effect there paycheck right? Lol please fire these people or if it is the owner CLOSE UP SHOP you suck. P.S THE FOOD STILL HASNT ARRIVED ITS NOW BEEN 2 and a half hours lmao

This is what you get for $17.00each so called lasagna. Waisted money dry food. The manager Diego refused to refund us. The plate looks full but open it up and it's dry. From the heat it spreads out. Has no meat in it cheese is hard over cooked. Staff called the manager he said that this is normal service. The Original owners must be turning in the grave. I had to come back and post. The reception is dry in friendly they didn't even get up. They did try to help but the manager told them no and would not answer any of the calls or text. They tried calling while I waited. Waisted 45.00.

Ordered two lasagna with extra rolls. What I received is an insult to the original owners food. For 17.00 you get a kid portion, no sauce lasagna. I actually went back because it just had to be an error. The cashier said that the manager Diego said it was correct. He was not at the location but told her no to the exchange or refund. He would not answer when she called back. Don't waste your money or time ordering here. So Diego, your sitting at home relaxing and don't care about food quality. To top it off they shorted us on the garlic roll. Didn't matter anyway just waisted my money.

I have been going to Mario's for many years. I lived in North Miami Beach and used to go there at least twice a month. I moved to Boca Raton 8 years ago and EVERY time I am in that area I get take out. I was there on Wednesday and picked up two Veal dinners that I ordered with ziti and got spaghetti, Additionally they did not include rolls with the dinners. I never heard of being served dinners without bread. I called the manager today and was told he would not be there till tomorrow so hopefully he will see the review and correct the problem. I was so looking forward to the order as I don.t get down there very often and I was very disappointed.

After being a customer for over 5 years. Today after a long day of work, I called to place a order.(Around 11:10ish)After placing my order and getting in my car. The car wouldn’t start. So I called to inform them that I wasn’t going to make it…..(around 11:14) the lady on the phone told me that I couldn’t cancel because someone needed to pay the pizza that was made……. I told her that I need to figure out how I’m going to pay my car instead and that I am sorry for canceling my order then hung up. The lady called back to inform me that I shouldn’t call and order if I didn’t have the money…….. I am soo DISAPPOINTED!!!!!! DO NOT COME HERE

For years this was my favorite place, unfortunately, the last couple of months I’ve had a horrible experience every time I go in or call. Not sure if it’s a change in ownership or new staff, but I’ve gotten horrible service every time, and food quality has diminished. Definitely will have to find a new local pizza spot as I will not be returning.

The worse food in town, I ordered a chicken Alfredo and its was literally a soup, the bread was burnt and also we are visiting miami for few days and they didn’t give us utensils, im supposed to have utensils in the hotel or what, no napkins, the food and service the worse, they made the food only because they had to!!!

Pure Garbage. They actually make Dominoes Pizza taste amazing and doable compared to this Pizza spot. half burned pizza and also tastes like watered down dough not prepared all the way. If you wanna go to any amazing pizza spot, go to Steve's Pizza on Biscayne Blvd. They are amazing in every way! If you place a pick up 20-25 min ahead, they'll be done on time if not quicker for your Pie. Over here at Mario's, they tell you 15-20 and im still waiting 40+ min sometimes, no joke. As I said in the first line, pure garbage, dont waste your money here unless you want a bad slice and to waste your energy, money and time

Ordered 4 large pizzas, two with pepperoni and two just cheese and tomato sauce. All four pizzas were extremely extremely salty. Extremely disappointed, ordered while working the overnight shift in the emergency room at Aventura Hospital. Not only were they extremely salty it was also expensive.

This place can't compare with the original Mario the Baker. You order at the counter and get your own paper plates and napkins and soda. Pizza was just ok. Prices were high for such a do-it-yourself type place. I won't go back!!!!!

The first pizza I got here was great and I planned to order again. The second pizza was the worst pizza I had ever had. Clearly someone here knows how to cook a pizza and others do not because the person who cooked the first pizza would have never cooked the second one. Cheese slid right off.

Garlic rolls were good however I do not recommend the chicken Parmesan.

Very average, bland pizza. Their Italian rolls were also underwhelming. Not anything near a NY style pizza - it had a thick crust and lacked seasoning.

The pizza is not as good as it used to be I don’t know if it’s the pizza maker or they changed ingredients. The garlic rolls are still The best January 19 today. Gave them another chance and I ordered the Stromboli. It was tiny for $20. And I refused it and left.

Totally inadequate employees running your business. You can’t possibly stay in business with that staff running your business. The front end girl taking your orders had no clue that you even sold tomato sauce with meat in it. If your business is slow, I can tell you why.

This disgusting hole in the wall is the absolute worst! The food is garbage, the staff is unhygienic, lazy and uncaring, the floors are sticky, the odor is foul and there is no Mario. Food delivery apps are ruining take out.

First time trying out their large cheese pizza and it didn’t disappoint. As soon as I picked it up you can small the dough. Once you take a bite you taste the delicious sauce and cheese. The pizza doesn’t flop it hood up well , it’s crispy.

A long time customer lost. The last 3x delivery men, bring cold pizza. I asked over and over to bring them on time like they did for years and years. But now someone with half a brain changed their system. Today I told the order taker NOT TO SEND COLD PIZZA AGAIN. It took over 1 1/2 hour +, I called back, still not sent. I am maximum 10 minutes away from their business. Finally my order was sent, arriving cold 25 minutes after I called. $82.00 pizza now in the microwave. $10.00 tio extra for delivery, AGAIN COLD PIZZA. Just what I asked not to happen, Happened . Steve's pizza is further away, but still gets here hot. Skip this guy, get a frozen pizza, Why? You wind up having to warm it up anyway, and never taste the same. Go Retro, back 30 years when the real West Dixie Mario's in North Miami treated customers Great.

Totally disgusting. This is not the mario the baker that I grew up with. First off when they serve your food in a tin with plastic utensils on a dirty table for an eat in meal you know what you're in for. The garlic rolls used to be the best in town and now they aren't even hot and are stale. The pizza was so dry and nasty that my 6 year old wouldn't eat more then half of a slice. The chicken parm was horrible, it tasted like a greasy tin can and again was overcooked. Sad but another one bites the dust.

ok first off the pizza was good dont get me wrong....but I ordered a greek salad from here and found a dead fly!!!!i was shocked,mortified, and straight up disgusted :(!!!it was just there with its little body laid out on a cucumber like how did ya'll let that happen and i was almost done eating the salad too but by the grace of god I found him on that cucumber before i ate him :( please..and the salad wasnt half bad but like that ruined my experience for sure :\ sorry to leave a bad review but yall need to get it together!!

The food is OK - the pizza tastes fine nothing special. We ate in and the people working at this place are very nice and helpful and were also quite attentive. The garlic bread however tastes horrible, please don't get it. Otherwise, nice little place to get pizza, tho there are other, much better options in the area.

It's been a long time since we were thee last. However, we found the quality of the food needs improvement. They serve the food in take-out pans and smother it tomato sauce. I ordered spaghetti and meatballs and had trouble finding the two tiny meat balls My wife ordered the Lasagna and found that it had very little if any meat and was smothered in cheese. I doubt that I would ever go there again, although there was a time, it was one of Favorite Pizza joints.

Fast food style with plastic forks and no table service. Poor atmoshere, high prices, but tasty food. Better to choose a place with service.

Today was my first time going into Mario’s, literally the first time ever. I was with my mother in law and my husband. I can say with full honesty that this was the BEST pizza I ever had. we got a large cheese thin crust pizza and a pasta salad and everything was amazing, establishment was clean and very spacious and again the food was phenomenal. I met Ramsey, super cool guy very nice and very polite and I definitely recommend this place to eat. It gives you mom and pop vibes very very cool place to eat.

I came to eat lunch here with my crew after work. We ordered the lamb gyro’s & pepperoni pizza. In short words, if I had the possibility to give 10 Stars, I would. This restaurant delivers flavor, authenticity & amazing food. It’s been a while since I’ve had a Lamb Gyro of top quality. We don’t live close to the area but we will definitely come back 100% My crew & I were amazed with how good the food was. The staff was very kind & provided excellent service. 10/10 recommended!!!

Horrible food. Stay away from this place there food has no flavor and is stale. They also do business on Uber eats as Brooklyn Calzones and wild wild wings. They have to use ghost restaurants to sell their food. Don’t fall for it.

I ordered 4 Meat Lasagnas on Father Day, I waited 1 hour for them and I had to throw them all out they were all filled with salt. The garlic rolls filled with grease. it was disgusting. I have called this business numerous times and have spoken to 2 different managers who promised to give a credit on my cc and I am still waiting. I am still waiting!? I have spoken to Ramsey and Owner of the bussiness and I am placed on hold without a call back. So, update, after 2 weeks, i was finally issued a credit for $25. On July 29th, 530pm, I called Ramsey to place an order and use th credit they had issued me and when he got on the phone he told me that because I had put a bad review online I no longer Had the credit anymore and he hung up on my face. I highly advise not to order and or deal w these unprofessional people.

Ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was delivered without pepperoni…. for a cheese pizza it was average. The garlic rolls……… were terrible. Cannolis were the only thing we were happy with, but we only got 2 of the 3 that we ordered. Will not be eating here again.
