Nice little place, if you like Filipino food this would be right up your alley. I liked my menudo, and the fried plantain was really good.

The kindest people can be found at this quaint little spot . If you’re a fan of Filipino cuisine look no further . Lola’s is the best kept secret which isn’t fair . Don’t take my word . Come see what I mean . A-maz-ing!

If you've never had Filipino food before, you're in for a treat. It's not fancy, but with flavors like this it doesn't need to be! They offer to-go and dine-in, and there is also a little shop connected for those hard to find items. Oh, and don't forget to save room for the halo-halo!

My new go to restaurant for Filipino food! The people are SO nice and SO welcoming. The food is authentic, affordable, and absolutely delicious. They offer a wide selection and have a small grocery store as well! If you’re thinking about going… this is your sign!

We came from N. Jacksonville, 1 hr before it closed. Food was not even warm, dry from sitting what appeared several hrs. She insists on you buying more, yet the food is not tasty. I tasted the food and tossed it. Too bad!

We accidentally found this Cafe driving around Middleburg. They have variety selection of authentic Filipino food, small like grocery inside. You can dine in or do to go. We love their pastries and Halo-Halo! I highly recommend this place. The staff are very nice and welcoming! Clean place as well.

We came here for the fifth time. Every time we came they closed even the website says they are opened. Finally we went there the sixth time. We love their food.

Went there for my first time today. Got lumpia, caldereta, BBQ pork & fried chicken skin. All of it was very good. They have good prices on the food too. The customer service was very good the man & woman I spoke with were very friendly and answered my questions. First time trying fillipino food for me! I will be back for more.

My favorite place to get lumpia in Jacksonville. The fillings are never skimp, the lumpias are nice and freshly made to order! Or you can get them frozen to take home and cook later. 12 lumpias come with 2 sweet chili sauces come out to be $10. I grew up in a blended filipino home so I have a good eye for quality lumpias. Will always return 😊

I bought 4 dozen lumpia this morning at 9 am for a party at 3 pm and order was completed perfectly! I also picked up the crackle ube cookies, and they were awesome. Each were a crowd pleaser for navy retired folks. ♥️♥️♥️ I highly recommend you check this place out SOON!

The owner and her husband are very friendly people. Drove out of my way for lunch to try it out heard great things. The food was mediocre at best. I got the pancit and chicken adobo two of my absolute favorites. The pancit wasn’t very flavorful and didn’t have enough vegetables in it. The chicken adobo was ok but again the flavor wasn’t pronounced. I put it in the fridge at work thinking I’d eat it the next day but I didn’t want it. I ended up throwing it away. I’ve had much better Filipino food locally. I feel the hot buffet is a downfall and everything should be cooked to order not just sitting in a hot well. I gave 2 stars because they were extremely nice and appreciative of our patronage. The food could use some help. I’ve never had pancit that was mostly noodles and hardly any veggies. I was definitely missing the snow peas and cabbage. The carrots would’ve been better if they were thicker cut and not so thin. The lumpia was different than what I’m used to. It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t great either. If you want my honest opinion on this review. I probably wouldn’t order food from here again. There’s better Filipino cafes in OP and Jax that’s closer.

Always look forward to going to Lola’s! Every time I go, I pick up a huge amount of my favorites… never disappointed and grateful for the Fresh food and fried to order Lumpia. Highly recommend! Don’t miss out, but if you do, more for us LOL!

The lumpia was prepared to order, and it was hot and delicious ! We ordered the Butter Shrimp at the end of the day and the shrimp was mushy. Pancit and BBQ on a stick were good. Facility was clean. Dine in and takeout available.

The lumpia is sooooo good. I had the curry chicken as well and it was phenomenal. Will definitely come again.

Having a Filipino Lola myself it was an absolute treat to stumble upon this place. The pancit, lumpia, adobo, humba and bistek tagalog are incredibly flavorful, and exactly what you want for a good comfort food meal. Lola, she comes out and treats you like family and makes sure you’re fed to the brim, just like any grandma should. Come in and show these guys some love!

This Filipino restaurant/store is by far, one of the neatest and well organized example that I have patronized. The prices are fair and the food were delicious! The service was also exemplary, very friendly and informative. We will definitely come back here for our Filipino food needs. Update: Just recently found out they will set up outdoor seating to accommodate pet owners who are looking to dine in! Just ask nicely and they will bring out a table and chairs for you and your doggie!

First time trying to order from Lola’s. Called multiple times, started a chat through google with no answer. Drove to the location only to find out that they are closed and will re open tomorrow. Normal business hours are 11-7 today and nothing was updated on their google my business page to inform their customers they will be closed. Very unprofessional and unfortunate because I love the cuisine.

Home cooking with southern texture. Clean place and spacious dining area. Clean bathrooms and yummy Filipino food. If your in Orange Park area, this is close to Fleming Island, Middleburg and surrounding areas.

OMG- awesome tasting food ! So thankful ! Wish we had this eatery in our area! The pancit was so good, wish they also had the combo noodle version too (canton and bihon) but at least we can special order/ cater it ! Loved the egg rolls because it’s how my mom makes them growing up (cooked meat, veggies and diced potato) and brought home frozen bag to cook at home 😃 -Will definitely go back when we are in town again!

Love this place always get the pork and the chicken adobo with the pancit. The plantains are one of my favorites as well I’ve never had a bad experience here and very friendly people.

Outstanding. What a delicious asset to Orange Park/ Middleburg area. I got the Menudo (made w/pork not tripe) and it was the most incredible comforting, flavorful dish I’ve had in a long time. It definitely took me by surprise. I also ordered Chicken Pancit which is the best I’ve had in the Jax area. It was seasoned to the 9 and I was wishing I bought a bigger portion. I also ordered the Lumpia which were fried to order. Crispy and full of meat filling you could make a meal out of a couple of them. The Grilled BBQ pork on a stick pan was so good. Great smoke and a thin sauce on it was all it needed. The meat was the star. I also got some fried kind of dough and a cassava cake, both I’ve never had and they were divine. Lola was the nicest and funniest woman and she loved telling me what was in each dish she had out. I can’t wait to go back and experience even more. Come in and give her food a try. You’ll love her and her food.

I visited Lola’s while out on a business trip and it is one of the best choices I’ve made! If you like Filipino food or have never tried it before , then I highly recommend Lola’s. Her food is delicious and matches with Filipino culture. I also can’t forget to mention how friendly and welcoming the owners are! They are very friendly and truly care about their customers. I will definitely be coming back again whenever I am in the area.

What a great spot for aurhentic Filipino food. My wife and I tried it out after seeing the great reviews. Our only tegret was not getting the names of the ladies working there. They were extremely friendly and helpful. Explaining every dish and even giving us some samples to try. Everything was delicious. We will definutely be back!

Food is delicious and I'm so thankful they sell some things as well. Now I don't have to travel as far for things like Mama Sita's sinigang mix and Filipino snack foods.

Ate here before their grand opening and wasn’t a big fan of the food. The pancit was ok. The lumpia was ok too. I don’t recall ever tasting potato as an ingredient in lumpia but I did here and the mush texture threw me off. The BBQ sticks had great flavor however they had a lot of chewy fat. The staff is very friendly and the new place looks great. Going to give it a couple weeks and try again.

1st time here food was fantastic! Lola was so kind and explained all the different food to us. We will definitely be back.

Friendliness of staff was great, but the food was not good at all for me. I've eaten a lot of Filipino food and have even been to the Philippines and have never had potato in my lumpia (nor am I used to it being the size of an eggroll). If I wanted big noodles in my pansit I would've ordered lo mein at a chinese restaraunt. I prefer glass noodles only. The flavor was ok. The pork adobo tasted more like chicken adobo and was too salty for my taste. I ordered one meat and one side and was charged for 2 meats and 2 sides. I didn't realize it until I looked at my receipt in the car, so be sure to double check the pricing. I didn't make a big deal about it because they're a new business and I like to support. Lastly I ordered a pack of the siopao and hopefully it is good because I wouldn't come back to the subpar food that I tasted this time around. Not a good first impression. The staff made this a 3 star experience but the food received no stars. IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER'S RESPONSE: Let me address a few things for the 'owner'.... 1. To start....you were NOT "sorry for the way that I felt" or your response in its entirety would have been a bit more considerate. You were offended at my honest review and instead of genuinely inviting me back to try your cuisine again you insulted my taste buds by calling them "finicky".....VERY unprofessional and unwelcoming. 2. My receipt shows that I was charged for 2 meats and 2 sides. Your combo meals show 1meat 1side and 1meat 2sides. I didn't see a combo for 2meats 2sides so you can understand my confusion about the charge and that's why I suggested to others for them just to double check the pricing. If I wanted to I would've come back inside to have it corrected. I have no problems doing that. And I'm sure you all would've obliged. I will state again that my reason for not coming back about the charge was to support the business. 3. Lastly, it is VERY fair for customers to give authentic and honest reviews/feedback of their experience whether favorable or not. It may not be what you want to hear, but it is up to the business owner to embrace that feedback should they choose to, address anything that can be factually corrected, and make the customer feel as if that feedback is immensely valuable. This is especially true in the case of a brand new business. I appreciate your offer to return. But will respectfully decline in lieu of my "finicky" taste buds. Thank you.

Came for the chicken siopoa and ended up picking up the beef lumpia and chicken pancit. The lumpia was amazing. I have only had lumpia a few times but this was hands down the best and my family really enjoyed it. Chicken siopoa was very good. It was the main reason I visited and I was not disappointed. The Pancit was my husband favorite and first time we both tried it. I like it as well. Coming back next time for the bbq chicken! I recommend this place.

Stopped in on way home from work got the family some pan it bbq stick adobo pork and lumpia and I will say I was impressed and will be coming back quite often they even had steamed buns and was delicious you should really stop in and give it a try you won’t be sorry also got a chance to meet the owner/cook her and staff are very friendly and make you feel welcomed

Great customer service. I didn't really care for the lumpia. I want pork or chicken in my lumpia not ground beef and potatoes. Potatoes make it mushy. Pancit is good but needs a little more seasoning. I'm not trying to be critical but have eaten Filipino food in the Philippines and is just a different experience. I will try it again if you make a more traditional lumpia.
