Very good place to do your shopping and find everything you are looking for such as food, household items and much more. I highly recommend this place! Very clean and very good working staff!

The assistant manager and the manager have a hard time Understanding allergies and can't make a proper sub. The right way, when someone has an allergy. My husband has an allergy. There is only one person is Elena there that can accommodate my husband's sub. I have been in there 3 times in the passed week trying to get him a sub.

Everytime. This is the third time at least that I've gone to this Publix and everyone has a bad attitude. Do yourself a favor and go to a different Publix if you can.

This is my neighborhood store so I shop here often. Never had any issues. Always plentiful in stock of items and I enjoy their great customer service and their sushi too.

Small, but very clean and convenient. My only issue is that the store is so small that the selection of products are limite HOWEVER, in their defense, Middleburg was MUCH less populated when they came here.

My family loves Publix fried chicken and we are dark meat eaters so this last order we made was for June the 8th went in on Wednesday and ordered a twenty piece dark and three Breasts told them I would be by to pick up at 5:00 Saturday rolls around I go in to pick up the chicken and it hadn’t even been cooked no phone call had food being made back out the house to be ready to sit down at the table when I got back to the house so everything would be hot and fresh to eat and celebrate my sons birthday So I found the on duty store manager I believe his name was Josh and told him the situation and I told him I had the same problem the Saturday before Mother’s Day had to wait 15 minutes then He went over to the prepared foods department and came back and told me he had put the chicken down and it would be twenty minutes and then he said I’m gonna make sure your taken care of and blah blah blah and that was the last time I saw him and I had told him that had I ordered the chicken Saturday morning there would be no problem if it wasn’t ready but I took time out of my day to come in earlier in the week so they would be prepared if a large chicken order I finally got my chicken got home to table of Lukewarm made from scratch Mac and cheese and homemade mashed potatoes

Publix is consistently delicious with their bakery items and bogos

This was my first time calling ahead to place an order. I ordered two subs. Due to my limited mobility, I rely on insurance-covered transportation to run errands, including picking up my medication from the pharmacy. Therefore, I decided to order two subs in advance to save time. While one sub was prepared correctly, the other was missing several ingredients. Unfortunately, I did not check the order upon receiving it, assuming that a reputable establishment like Publix would ensure accuracy. It was only later that evening, after the store had closed, that I discovered the missing items. I am deeply disappointed with this experience and will be contacting the store tomorrow to express my complaint. I hope that they will offer a satisfactory resolution to this matter.

I may be a little biased when it comes to all Publix Supermarkets having worked at one for almost 6 years but This location.... awesome as expected. I do see team members that work the self checkout sometimes not interact with customers (in all fairness.... that's sometimes why customers use it) but that wasn't the case here. I didn't get her name but this young lady was very nice, professional and pleasant to talk to. Oh.... and, of course, they had my favorite Peach Tea which is exactly what I needed!

Very disappointed in the Deli department. I ordered a few times at this store and this will be my last time. I ordered online for 3 sub sandwiches and arrived at the store 5 minutes early, computer told me they'd be done by 12:25. I waited. When it was 12:30, I asked someone about my subs. They told me they were waiting for the meat to be cut. Another 5 minutes and I questioned them again. A employee said that they were busy. I told them, I ordered online and the order should of been finished by 12:25. I have to get back to work. If this was the first time, it would have been ok, but it happened every time I order online at this store. No more.

Store was good. Layout was ok, just a little unfamiliar with it so took a while to find some things.

Dear Deli Manager: When you have a line of customers and two of the three sandwich makers are working online orders, you need to take care of the customers in line who are waiting. We are paying customers, too. And not the first time, either. Wait time: 10 minutes and counting….. Shopping is not a pleasure!

Pub subs here are trash. Bread is always stale. They put soo much lettuce you cant even eat or hold the sub. One person working the counter. Always a mile long line. Pre ordered still waited 25mins and the subs i was able to leave wit were a mushy soggy waste of money. One person in the deli 3 people working a sample table...

Went in at 11 am on a Saturday to get popcorn chicken for 12 kids. All they had was spicy and refused make any normal... at 11 am... on a Saturday...rude and unhelpful.

Food not up to par but some good and then some not but it is up to your taste...some maid service not the best but everyone wants you to feel happy...friendly people...ocean view rooms with a balcony is a must...at night you can open your doors to let breeze and sound of ocean in as you drift off to sleep. They do not use the liquor as advertised...off brands which are just that...a little "off" but liquor beer and soda in your room is nice..try it...you will see...we will be going back but I think a five day stay is long enough...we were definately ready for home at about day 5 and 6...stayed for 7

Someone changed my review to 5 star and typed that everyone at this store was great! NO! I called Lakeland about the incident on August 1st, 2023. The cashier was incredibly rude when I said no wonder our Publix stock didn't go up. My point was providing substandard service will keep customers from coming back. Just unbelievable!

I went to pick up a cake I ordered and the service was fast and friendly!

It's time to shut this publix down, remodel, and replace employees. Why should anyone have to wait in the deli section 5-10 minutes, while four employees stand around and look busy. This is the second time I've had to wait as the only customer in the deli. I should have kept driving when I saw the lack of cars in the parking lot. The worst part was the smell in the produce section. I don't know if a sour mop had been used or the fruit was bad. Whatever it was I've lost my appetite for the night and probably tomorrow. The condition of this store explains the bugs in a box of dry pasta previously purchased. Wal-Mart is a much better option for me. The employees are much nicer and I don't have to wait to be serviced. I've also never left Wal-Mart wanting to donate the food I bought because the meat section smelled better than the produce section.

With no fresh chicken combo's available, the deli staff placed me a 1st in line order for upcoming batch, placed it aside as I continued shopping to avoid waiting. That's top notch service most other dell's wouldn't even consider. Great people and great service every time.

This Publix isn't as good as most. It feels dark and dated. No self scan. It lacks the choice that you find in other Public stores, but that might be because of the locals that shop there. Nice enough and pleasant/friendly staff as always.

My wife and I bought some already made original wings, went home to eat them with the potato salad we purchased. Wings were way spicy. We called to complain. The assistant manager sent a gentleman to our house with some freshly made mild wings. Very happy with the correction. All though he didn't look pleased. First and lasting impression s makes all the difference. But we will continue to shop there as usual.

I wish Publix employees didn't ask me if I have any plans for the rest of the day. I don't divulge personal information in public. You never know who is listening. They also sometimes ask how my day has been. That question doesn't bother me as badly, but still, it's asking a person to divulge personal information. I know that I sound paranoid, but anyone around me can judge a lot about my life by looking at me, what's in my cart, and how I pay for my purchases. I don't care to share more than is absolutely necessary. Any police or personal safety expert will tell you that I am right. I mean, if the employees were trained in appropriate responses, like what to do if a person was in distress, and if Publix managers were actually capable of helping people out, that might be one thing. But your local Publix store is not a psychiatric or social service agency. Publix employees are told to ask questions like this in order to promote a friendly, down-home environment. What ends up is that sometimes their checkout personnel get pushy or insulted if I decline to answer. Even if their employees take it in stride, I don't want to tie up the line explaining my objections to their questions. In conclusion, it's silly and unsafe to ask customers these questions, and I wish that the instruction and encouragement to do so would quit coming from corporate headquarters.

This Publix has the absolute slowest deli. I'm talking 10-15 minutes per sub. I can't even get a sub on my hour break in time because they are always slow as hell

Clean store and very informative and friendly people.

Despite having a tight parking lot with lots of foot traffic, this store is always kept clean. The employees are willing to stop what they are doing to assist you which is practically unheard of nowadays. Even the check out experience is worth the wait in line sometimes. The cashiers are always friendly and the baggers always offer to assist. It seems as if a supervisor monitors the entrance and exit in a friendly manner, allowing for employees and customers both to approach openly. People always complain about the prices at Publix however, to get customer service like this, I’ll gladly spend the extra few dollars. Store manager (always seen on the floor as well) to the employees that collect shopping carts, great job and thank you for great customer service.

I simply love Publix. Groceries cost a little more but they're fresher and better. Customer service is 5 star. Stores are always 5 star. I do wish they'd bring back apple cinnamon Kind gluten free oatmeal packs 😭

Amazing visit. An employee showed up behind me and put my groceries in my car, and returned the cart. My prescription wasn't ready.. the went ahead and filled it in less than 30 minutes. Very nice experience.
