The drinks weren't good ' long island ' but he food was

Stopped here for a quick meal since I was in the area. Tried the lamb chops and they were pretty decent. My server provided top of the line service and would be one of the reasons I would return.

Weekly visitor. Excellent steak. My Go-to for consistency. Wish they'd wash those darn greasy windows in their front doors!

Very good waiter, very clean, hamburger was good, but I wish there was someplace that would make old-fashioned hand-made fresh ground beef burgers.

It's my local hangout when I want a quick bite and a drink. Usually no wait.

It was just ok. I enjoyed My appetizers ( I was with a group) much more than I did my entree. Service was good, except for having to wait 10 to 15 minutes for a table while the restaurant was empty. I've been to worse however.

We dined in and took carryout. The food was great as well as the martinis.

The food is always great here but when we arrived we told the host a party of two but he was too busy on his phone to even look up at me. Luckily there was someone who came from the back to seat us. Who knows how long we would’ve been waiting until he got off of his phone. It’s very disappointing to be received in that way and not sure we will be back because of this. There was also a long wait on the server greeting us and on the food getting there when there was maybe only 4 other tables in the whole restaurant.

I usually do not take the time to write reviews but I decided that I have time today. I came in to have lunch with my friend today to celebrate my birthday and wanted to have drinks. I turned 21 literally a week ago and I have provided a vertical state ID to prove that. The manager himself was taking our orders so he stated that he doesn’t take vertical ID’s as a form of ID. I respected that even though I recently turned 21. I provided him another legal ID, I have a second ID from my country which was a legal AND horizontal one. He refused and said that “I’ve seen your other ID now and I can’t serve you drinks”. I would understand if I was only providing one form of ID and refusing to show another. But I don’t understand why he wouldn’t accept another form of ID. His attitude and dismissing behavior was unacceptable. As I asked him to ask someone else and that he is misinformed he said that he is the manager and we can leave if we want to. I only had one other company with me but it would have been a really uncomfortable situation if I was with a large group.

Didn't have to wait long to be seated, just 5min. Server is great, food is great, yeah. Steak is cooked the way I wanted (mid-well). Will visit again.

The kiddos were out so hubby and I got two bottles of wine and ordered some stake dinners, they were pretty good. Although I ordered an extra Mac and Cheese that they forgot they offered to have it ready for me to come back and get it or give me a gift card. The way they handled this over the phone was extremely caring and kind.

My reason for giving a 1 star for service was do to me going to this establishment two days ago (7/5/24). After completing the meal I gave waiter, Samuel K a tip of $10.00 in cash. For some reason he kept telling me I had to write the $10.00 on the receipt as well. I explained to Samuel if I do that he would be getting a 20.00 tip and instead of 40.00 being deducted for my check a total of $50 would be deducted. He claims it wouldn’t (like I'm stupid). I proceeded to write on the original receipt for tip “ pd tip of $10.00 in cash’. 40.00 total for bill to be deducted. Today 7/7/24, I receive notice a total of $50.00 was deducted. This waiter took upon himself to alter my receipt and got another $10 deducted from my card. I will be going back to talk to a manager. The worst part is this young man said he was new and he is already being crooked. Samuel K’s name will be put out there for others to keep their receipts for a few days like I did should something like this happens. He apparently didn't think I would find out but I did. Now he’s about to find out. If I could put a copy of my receipt on here I would. Locked my card because if he could do this being a new hire, whose to say he is not planning to take something else off my card. Update: I went to speak with the manager who was very pleasant and understanding. He will be crediting the unauthorized charge back to my card

Come here often but the last 2-3 times I've gotten seated in Jay's section. Not only is she super sweet but she's also efficient & has an impressive memory. Even when it's busy she still gives exemplary service. She's who will keep us coming back.

Food was good, but not exceptional. Steak was a bit overcooked, but my baked potato was done just right. My salad was just okay. Service was friendly, but a bit on the slow side.

We went to longhorn to celebrate and we were longing for a good steak, however we were disappointed. The service was below average. We had to keep asking the server for things and when we asked her for "Au- jus" on the side, she said they didn't serve that there. The steak was tough and it was all our steakes. However my loaded sweet potato was good. Even at the end of our experience we had to ask her for a bag to take our food home... we initially thought they had none, as the server just brought our containers....until.we saw her provide bags for the persons at the table beside us. All in all we were disappointed but nor deterred from Long horn.

It was my birthday 🎂 and all was very good! Our server and his manager were exceptional!👏. It was stuffy/ hot in the restaurant. However, the lights were dimmed, and my party became comfortable! I enjoyed my birthday tremendously🥰

My girl Snoopy was on point with service on Father's Day! She was busy w/tables & was still really attentive! We appreciate ya! (Pics-Jack n Coke/Outlaw Ribeye/Full-Rack of Ribs/Shrimp Appetizers) All were a 10!😋

Best steak I have ever had in a longhorns. Too bad I had to be in Maryland and not where home is.

I arrived at Longhorn Steakhouse at 1:50. Ordered at 2:00pm, drink came at 2:15, one bread for seven of us at 2:20, appetizers came at 2:35, refill and water ordered at 2:30 still not here. Called waitress again to remind her again. 2:40 refill came. Now 3:04 order came. Medium rare is like well done. At this point, no complain, and just eat and get out. Case closed.

Upon arriving to texas longhorn my mother and i were excited contemplating another great dining experience as we had a few days before. However, when we arrived there was noone at the host booth and i told my mother, “ do we seat ourselves?” Suddenly, Kat appears and i inquired, “do we seat ourselves?” Kats response was abrupt, sharp, and nasty.“ Kat said, ” No, and proceeded to escort us to our table where we waited 10 more minutes while waitresses were walking by us not acknowledging we were there. I got up to locate Kat to find out when someone would service us. Within about two minutes more we were greeted by our waitress whose personality superseded the host welcoming us and inquiring what we wanted to order. Our waitress, carmen, helped relieved the sour welcome at the door. Carmens enthusiasim, professionalism, and friendliness changed the atmosphere for us a great deal. While we waited for the appetizers, i observed Kats demeanor was much more pleasant with patrons of a lighter hue and then i pondered what kats problem was. At any rate,. Kat shouldnt be a host unless she can treat all patrons the same. She wasn't pleasant and killed my appetite. Carmen improved the dining experience for us but next time, we’ll dine at texas roadhouse instead.

Upon arrival, the two hostesses were texting on their phones, we had a party of 3 and reached the hostess podium. They both looked up and looked back down to use their phones. We were never greeted. I then said: hi we called ahead, they asked my name and one of the hostesses walked away, the other one said :well, go follow her. Honestly that's enough of a reason to walk away. They are the face of the company, and the first person the customers see. If it wasn't because we were on the road and decided to stop at Longhorn before going back on the road we would have turned around. It took 12 minutes to get silverware after asking for it a couple of times. The food, yes was great and no complaints there. I will however recommend working on customer service because from the moment we walked in to when we got our food, it was a very disappointing experience.

Picked up takeout yesterday they forgot the salad and wouldn't answer the phone for any type of refund and threw up the whole meal just a few hours after eating it complete waste of time and money when they give you food poisoning.

2 coffees, iced tea, 8oz. Steak with lobster tail. 2 sides: a sweet potato with butter and cinnamon, side salad with white balsamic vinaigrette. Appetizers: firecracker wraps and boneless chicken (my wife having dreams about the firecracker wraps). My son moaning at every bite of his chicken tenders. We could not finish all our food! Server Cool as a fan! Hostess calm taking us to our seat. Need I say more!

I am very disappointed in the service from our serving staff and floor assistants. Rayana seemed as if she didn’t want to be in the building, the bussers looked as if they hated their lives, communication was sub par. When we were trying to confirm what our orders were, Rayana C just walked away. And of course, the food came out wrong. Things weren’t put in, orders were doubled up. Good that was delivered was slammed onto the table or dropped onto the table half hazardly. A cheesecake doesn’t weigh that much and I’m sure in the onboarding process for most restaurants it states you need to be able to lift up to 50lbs. When you go out to a restaurant, a store, or any location that you are paying for a service, you are paying for an experience. And this experience was very disappointing. It wasn’t just our table either. It was observed at other tables as well.

Last week everything was good 5 stars. But this week, everything went downhill. The noise level was terribly irritating when you had all the waitresses in one spot, just being loud as hell in my ear, trying to enjoy slightly overcooked steak with a dude staring. There goes a peaceful place to have a deceit meal. So inconsiderate. I wanted to order more, but she disappeared for the longest. The drinks were watered down anyway. There is no tip, this time, I almost regret giving a tip last time. And I eat at longhorns like weekly. Just not this Longhorn. it's been a while. I'll stick to Columbia or Virgina. This one could use more professionalism. I wasted my money this time for sure. Give me a f ing headache

Place is always nice for dinner.

My family went to this establishment to celebrate my aunts birthday. We ordered our food at 7:38 PM at 8:28 PM, I asked the server where our food was and requested to speak to a manager. I was told that the manager was busy and was there something they could do to help me. Again, I requested the manager yet again but no response. We were then told that the kitchen was backed up due to to-go orders. This was never communicated to us prior to give us the option to decide if we wanted to stay. When the food finally arrived over an hour after we ordered, it had to be returned due to poor quality. This restaurant needs an overhaul on the management side.

Friendly staff good food service good only training needed is that when a customer asks for a decaf coffee at end of meal don’t say sorry we currently don’t have any brewed🤔

Longhorn is always a hit or miss when you order takeout.They don't seem to care how they prepare your food when you're not dining in and they consistently forget items from your order but last night was the worst food we've ever gotten from them. I bought four steaks for my family and 3 of them was so charred it was inedible due to the bitterness and dryness.We picked up our food close to 10pm or l would have returned it all for a refund. It was such a waste and disappointment.

I was at Longhorn last Saturday and Sunday. Saturday's (May 4) visit was ok. It was just me so no wait time but it took a very long time for my meal to come. My waitress Julie or Julianne was very sweet. She forgot my lemons for the water and never brought my bread however she was very sweet and polite. She actually said it was a pleasure serving me. I never hear that. Another waiter saw that she needed a little assistance and he came and brought my lemons, bread and huge salad to hold me over. His name was Adrielle and he had a very kind spirit and nice smile. Very sweet and polite young guy. It was crowded so I kind of understood why service was slow. They both deserve 5 stars for service. Sunday's (May 5) visit was the absolute worse. 40 min wait but I was ok with that due to the crowd. Once we sat down, after about 30 mins I had to go up to remind them we need to put in our drink order. Our waitress clearly was not focused. She forgot the lemons for my water and someone else brought it to us. She finally came but it took about an hour and 15 mins for our food to come. She was not attentive, she was nonchalant not focused. she kept forgetting the small things. smh She had the nerve to ask if I wanted my change. I gave her the $4 because that is the service she gave us. I usually tip no less than 20. I don't even remember her name and that is bad because she needs to be called out. Young black girl with a wavy lace front and long eyelashes. She was working at the table behind the bar. smh I got there at 5:53 and food was served at exactly 8pm. My husband and I waited only because we were just talking and entertaining ourselves. I really Longhorn would invest in a deep cleaning of the restaurant. The fixtures are oily and dusty and the carpet is stinky and give the place a very stale smell. The bathroom had me gagging. I walked in the restroom and walked right out..... I could not stay in long enough to take a pic. Mediocre.... I probably won't be going back.

The meat was not as tender as we expected it to be. It was chewy. Service was very slow the last 2 hours of business.

Came here on Friday night with my husband and the server Adrielle was impeccable. Polite, thorough, and precise. I always have good service when I come in and the food is good but the service always makes it better.

My first time going there me & my boyfriend caught really bad stomach aches from the liquor! Wouldn’t stop throwing up. We tried again and it was the same experience although we didn’t get liquor so it has to be the food! I caught really bad food poisoning throwing up constantly for about 2 hours straight ! Worst experience ever! Also took long to come to the phone so i could let them know what had happened!

Worst experience ever!!! Not only we had to wait over 45 mins after being notified that our pick up order was ready- multiple items were missing, and on top of that we find a bug in our salad!!! Are these people not washing their vegetables?? Extremely disappointed 👎🏽

Lamb chops at Longhorn we're absolutely amazing and cooked to perfection.. who knew? Restaurant was a little chilly it was like they had the air conditioner blowing even though outside.

This is one of the few times I have left such a low tip in many years. I really felt bad for the server, but at the same time our experience was not pleasant. I took my family there for, my mom, uncle, auntie, brother, and sister were in town. Where can I start? My mom's food steak came out 20 minutes earlier than everybody else. The waiter said I can reheat it when the rest of the food comes out. We said OK. It was not the best option, you don't go pay premium for steak to eat it "reheated" which would also ruin the steak. Most of the steaks doneness was completely off. My auntie ordered a well done. She got a rear steak. She sent it back to be fixed. It came 20 minutes after we were done eating!!! I ordered a medium porterhouse I got it well done and dry as hell. My sister ordered her steak well done she got it medium rare. We asked the waiter to make sure there's no bacon on our baked potatoes. My sister-in-law found bacon and her baked potatoes, we sent it to the kitchen to be fixed, they gotten us another one also with bacon!! And it happened for a third time. By the time they got it right we were ready to order dessert!!! I really bad experience, it ruined the family dinner. The check was for $325 for an event that left everyone unhappy, I left only $10 tip I wasn't gonna leave anything originally, but our waiter was nice. I thought she was going to remove at least one order or give us some kind of discount to compensate for all these issues. Had she done that I would have left her 18% or %20. But I'm not leaving a $55 tip for a meal that bad.

My husband, daughter and I went to this useless restaurant on a Sunday afternoon and we were neglected, ignored, disrespected, forgotten and embarrassed for no reasons or maybe we are Africans dressed in African attires. We got this restaurant some minutes before 2pm and we left 3:30pm without being served. People that met us there were being attended to and we felt like an outcast. I have never being treated so shabbily in my life

Without a doubt, a quality restaurant. I love their ribs and ribeye. The meats come out tender and juicy. You can notice the preparation and spices. For my taste. A meal prepared at the moment. I will be back

We went for a dinner at Longhorns Steakhouse at 13600 Baltimore Ave, Laurel, MD. I wanted to share my bad experience at this location, because this can’t happen again. For second time we were having dinner with my parents and family because the first time everything was wonderful. Sadly the second time we arrived before 6:00pm to have a great experience again but our server was a Lady that never use a notebook for our orders and made many mistakes. First of all we waited around 25 mins to be attended at the table and after the long wait the server showed up, we ordered some appetizers and we asked the server to bring the kids food and appetizers all together, after a while we finished all the food on the table(appetizers) but still waiting for kid meals and 25 mins later I called the server and I asked for the kid meals and she said I FOR GOT! I’M SORRY. After 20 mins the food for kids arrived. We were waiting for the server about 40 more mins to order the main dishes and I called our server again to take our order. I noticed that other customers arrived after us and they have finished the dessert and my family and I were still waiting for our food. After almost 40 mins of waiting again I called the server with another worker she arrived and again said IM SORRY FOR THE LONG WAIT, we took the order, I ordered a ribeye with a side of salad, broccoli and asparagus, my parents ordered a porterhouse well done, and we waited again almost 40 mins for the food and I my head was about to explode. I called the manager he told me his name TRAVIS or something like that, I explained the bad incident and he just told me that because was Sunday they were very busy (I didn’t see that on other tables) and I told him to turn around and see others tables that already finished their food and were sit after us, the manager was trying to avoid it telling that because they ordered chicken and the chicken cooks faster than steak (when the other customer ate steak in front of us). The manager offered me a dessert and I was WHATS WRONG WITH THIS GUY??? THIS MANAGER REALLY NEEDS TO BE PROPERLY TRAINED FOR THIS KIND OF SITUATIONS because seriously, he was lost. Well, after that conversation he promised to double check our order. After around 10 mins our food arrive but the porterhouse supposed to be well done but was rear ( basically they cooked it for 5 mins) wow, I asked the server again to fix this and after 15 more mins finally the steak arrived (I forgot to mention that the server brought my side salad 5 mins before I finished my food). We were sitting there for a little bit more than 3 hours. The First time eating at this Location the food was great but the second time we went, everything was horrible!!! I can’t come back to this place. There are many other places with better service than this place. I hope that they can do something to improve the service because this is unacceptable.

Went to this location for a work party for lunch and food was absolutely amazing. They did under staff the waitress so she did her best. But would recommend this place especially with the chef.

I ordered the spinach dip as an appetizer. The chips that came with it were oily and soft. I would’ve preferred them to be crunchy. My entree was a medium-well Ribeye with asparagus and Mac & cheese. Everything was cooked to perfection! I really enjoyed my dining experience. I also had a glass of Cabernet that was pretty good. I tasted my lady’s ribs, loaded baked potato and broccoli, that which was fire as well!

Long Horn will ALWAYS been a go to for us. I’ve been eating here and at this location for YEARS! I have never had a problem with the service or the food. Appetizers that you can never go wrong with: Wings, Fries, and Spicy Chicken Bites Entrees you can never go wrong with: Crusted chicken Parmesan Brussels sprouts and broccoli (the Brussels are AMAZING- I asked them for the recipe lol) Ribeye, mashed potatoes, and rice Drinks: Texas margarita is solid! My food always comes out hot and delicious. My drinks are NEVER watered down The kids foods always come out at a good temperature and first The waiter or waitress is always respectful This last visit though- there were so many nats flying around and that was a bit uncomfortable for me so I gave 4 stars to the atmosphere.

Best restaurant in the area. Their wild west shrimp and wings for appetizer is so good. Menu are even more delicious.

Shared a night out with friends for a dinner party. The service was exceptional. The staff was friendly and patiently waiting for all all the quest to arrive . The food was hot and delicious. The menu needs some sprucing up, and the service needs to match the expense....new servers with little experience ....lots of missing items and long wait for basics like water, your drink, bread basket while you wait for order

Great shrimp lobster soup. I'll go just for soup.

I ordered grilled shrimp and had to send it back. It was stretchable. My friend's chowder was so cold that we were wondering if it was prepared overnight and refrigerated. There were five of us. The best part of the whole meal was the waiter and the strawberry lemonade.

I hadn’t been to a steakhouse in a long time and had forgotten just how good a freshly-prepared steak is! Everything was delicious, but don’t go if you’re watching your calorie intake, lol. Tons of sugar on my sweet potato, tons of dressing on my salad, and my husband’s mashed potatoes were a butter volcano!

Salt salt and more salt! Everything was so salty we couldn't even eat the food! Complained to waitress hopefully she told the cooks....

Please check your receipts and bank accounts to ensure that you were charged the correct amount. (Someone tip there self) after getting a cash tip. I will never go to this location again. GUESS MY TIP GIVEN IN CASH WASN'T GOOD ENOUGH.

I walked in, by myself, looking to just sit at the bar. All the barstools were taken but there were plenty of tables available within the bar area. I approach the hostess and ask her if that area is self seated. She proceeds to tell me, “The server really doesn’t want anyone else sitting there cause she’s really backed up.” I stared at her for a few seconds thinking she was going to laugh and say she’s joking… no, she was serious. I said, “Oh… I mean, it’s just me, by myself…” she just stared at me. I said, “alright. Thanks anyway, I’ll just go.” And I walked out. That was wild. I’ve never, ever had that happen before. In all the places I’ve been. Unbelievable. Completely unbelievable.

Vivo a solo 2 minutos de este restaurante y tengo un año viviendo cerca de este restaurante no me avía animado a entrar y vaya sorpresa que me lleve porque la sopa de papa me hizo recordar a un restaurante que frecuentaba ase muchos años atras y me transporte a ese tiempo porque estaba casi igual o mejor de buena , en cuanto ami aperitivo que pedi pensé que solo iban hacer unos tres camarones y para sorpresa eran mas de 12 por un precio muy considerable pedi una margarita de mango y vaya que fue de buen sabor con muy poco hielo 🧊 y con muy buen alcohol elegí quedarme en el bar y la chica que nos atendió fue muy atenta y amable Gracias por este servicio claro que volveremos .

The food was good after having spices and salt removed. There is way too much salt on potatoes, vegetables, and seasoned steak. Bread and salad were good, we only noticed onions missing on the salads. Blue cheese dressing was excellent. Fresh ground pepper at the table made everything better. Waitress was outstanding and made the visit a pleasure. I'd definitely want to go again.

Good steak house restaurant, nice decorative dining room and atmosphere. Menu has a lot of choices, besides beef dish, also WOW appetizers and super friendly staff service. Price is reasonable.

Der Empfang an der Tür war noch okay danach kam die männliche Servicekraft (Brille kräftig Glatze) und fragte auf gut deutsch ob wir es uns überhaupt leisten können hier zu Essen weil wir Jeans an hatten das war die erste Frechheit danach kam er an den Tisch und wollte ständig mit seinen Händen die Soßen vom Tisch zu grapschen also nicht zu empfehlen

I came in for the first time to a Longhorn in MD and I met the server that was filling in for a bartender, because the regular bartender didn’t show up. But I would highly recommend that Ms. Denise be a bar tender. She gave everything it needed to and the drinks was amazing. The only reason for the 4 starts is because a worker dragged a bag of trash from outside through the lobby and dinning room to the kitchen while it was leaking and wasted 2 cups of coffee on the floor. That’s is unsanitary. Other then that Denise was the prize and the cooks of course

The food was on time, and the waitress was good without attitudes. That one in Laurel was good as l have been to many branches.

The staff is always very nice and attentive no matter how busy the rsetuant is.

Everything is perfect, I love this restaurant the food was amazing and so was the waiter he was so patient with my sister and I. He didn't rush us and he kept checking on us every chance he got. Thank you so much G!
