I love the food here but lately there are almost never thin noodles but only thick ones and the vegetables are more cabbage than anything else.

I see these Quickway Japanese Hibachi spots EVERYWHERE!! Guess what? I’ve never set foot in one of them!! Well…today I changed that. I’m curious to see what they are hittin on!! . Just good enough to fill you up, & great price point. Their Shrimp Tempura Rolls (with fried shrimp, seaweed, wasabi, & pickled onions $5.95). DELICIOUS. Again, good, it will fill you up!! Their Shrimp Tempura (3 fried shrimp with their Yummy dip *$.50* $5.95). DELICIOUS!! I forgot to add that in the video, but crunchy, good, that’s it. Their Spring Rolls (4 rolls with teriyaki sauce $3.65). DECENT. A tad bit dry, & flavorless. Their Chicken & Shrimp Hibachi (with chicken, shrimp,fried rice, noodles, sesame seeds, teriyaki sauce, & green onions $10.95). LIKE THAT!! Ok this was tasty especially with their teriyaki sauce, & plentiful!! Their Bento Box (with beef, shrimp, fried rice, noodles, 2 chicken dumplings, 2 spring rolls, & 4 California rolls $12.95). I love this place. My family loves this place. The staff is always so helpful and really nice. The food is always hot and fresh.

A hair in my food. Reached out to customer service weeks ago for a resolution and never received a response. So I’m posting about my experience, be careful ordering from this location.

Food was made quickly and was super fresh. The taste was excellent. This was my first time here, I always see my friends getting it as take out and decided to bring my family to try it. We really enjoyed it. Only thing constructive, I will say is that their appetizers weren't worth the money, but the main dishes were excellent 👌

Usually, this establishment is great in all areas. However, my visit to this establishment was not great. The portion size was completely off. I was given a huge portion of noodles and less protein. 😔😔😔

DO NOT EAT THE SALMON SUSHI. I eat here about once a week and always love their hibachi and occasional sushi roll. However, on Wednesday, January 17th, I ate a salmon roll and fell ill about 6 hours later. It’s now Saturday the 20th and the symptoms have worsened. I am going to the ER to review what’s happening. I repeat, DO NOT EAT THE SALMON SUSHI. Likely bacteria or anisakiasis has caused severe abdominal pain and many other symptoms for 72 hours now.

Well it was my first time going here and well I saw one of the guys stuck his bare fingers in someone’s tray and ate a piece of chicken we locked eyes cause I caught him and he tried to look like he wasn’t chewing and frowned at me cause I saw that so he just decided to go by the sink to finish chewing…let’s just say I’m not coming back to this location only because the guys that cook your food are nasty unsanitary I also posted it on TikTok

They are stingy with shrimp and chicken servings. They charge a .50cent “ to go” fee. They were sweeping the floor and vacuuming while preparing and serving food. No thank you. Save your money.

Food is always good and served hot and fresh. I recommend to get teriyaki sauce and yum yum sauce on the side and put it on the food it makes it 10x better.

The food is flavorful, but it usually takes a while to get your food. The atmosphere is OK it's just an old building.

Spring rolls crispy on the outside but were a bit mushy inside. The Beef & Shrimp combo was okay. A little greasy and the noodles were 'meh'. I swear the noodles are spaghetti noodles. More than likely my last meal from this establishment. It used to be so much better.

My wife, daughter and I tried Quickway last night and really enjoyed their food! Location is 905 Washington Blvd - plaza next to LA Fitness. We ordered (2) Beef & Shrimp with Rice, Chicken & Salmon with Noodles, (5) piece Dumplings and (3) piece Shrimp Tempura. Everything was absolutely delicious & flavorful. Great portions too as the three of us have enough Leftovers for another meal. We dined in their small dining area. The dining area was more like fast food style. Most definitely we will be back! Great value too as most entrees are around $10.

The reason that I gave them, overall, three stars is that I had to have a conversation with the young man at the cash register and, eventually, two other employees concerning what I deemed an unsettling issue. While placing my order, I observed the cashier PUTTING HIS FINGERS inside the container in which the food goes. Now, I'm looking at his fingers, then back to his face while getting my card out of my wallet to pay. I said to him, "No offense, but you're placing your fingers inside of the container where you're going to put my food. That's not sanitary and none of you guys have gloves on." A lady (who I believe is either the manager or assistant manage) came over and wanted to know what the issue was. I explained it to her and then asked for another container, and they immediately complied with my request. Although this situation was handled to my complete satisfaction, I am not happy that some employees at some restaurants practice something as unsanitary as this. Hopefully, others reading this will encourage safer, more sanitary practices out of restaurant employees.

Food was absolutely delicious! 1st time here, but it won't be my last. They gave you plenty of food. You can feed 2 or eat twice from one order. Everything was hot and you are able to see them plate your food. Guy at the register wasn't very friendly, but the ladies plating were. They were busy, but maintained a smile the entire time. Will definitely be back!

Today I got the shrimp tempura sushi, my absolute favorite, along with chicken dumplings. They are always so so delicious!

Took a little longer than usual , almost 15 mins for the food . It's flavorless fr , I see why I rather go to an actual hibachi restaurant lol

The hibachi combos are DELICIOUS!! The staff was very nice and professional. Food was served in about 5-10 minutes fresh! Definitely going back!

As of the time of this post the noodles are more akin to spaghetti; Not spiced well either. The sauce provided is now watered down from what it once was.

Decent Quickway location with friendly staff. The location was clean and had plenty of seating. The Chicken Bento box for lunch was great.

It was very meh. Looks ok, but nothing really had any flavor to it, even the wasabi. The place could definitely use a good cleaning too. It's cheap, so you can give it a shot, but don't expect a lot

I drove for 30 minutes on Saturday, January 7, 2023 and I arrived at this store at 9:50 pm and they didn't want to assist me, they said they were already closed, but at the front door and on the Google page it says that on Saturdays they close at 10:00 pm. This is a big lack of respect for customers, if I had arrived at 10:00 pm I would understand, but I arrived before the informed time.

Watered down "Happy Sauce." Unlike Columbia, no spring rolls, dumplings, or sushi. I'll go to the Columbia Quickway next time.

The staff is always very happy, they have very good customer service and the food is always fresh and hot, thank you very much for always maintaining your human quality.

I've been going here for years but for the last year and a half or so they're terrible. I'm not sure if it's the staff or what. But the rice is undercooked and hard. They don't put any meat compared to what they used to especially compared to other quickway locations. And if you order online it'll say it's ready and you show up and still wait 10 mins.

I only give 3 stars because the food is delicious, affordable, and the portion is generous. But I do have an issue that is constant. I was there three times and ordered the same thing (chicken and shrimp bento box) all three times I received steak and chicken instead. Today, not only did I get the wrong protein combo but it wasn’t even put in as a bento box. I was not upset because I wanted sushi anyways so I ordered it on the side. I asked three times to make sure there was wasabi and soy sauce with my order. I was assured that they were in my bag. When I got home I realized the same meat combination mistake and to my major disappointment, there were no wasabi and soy sauce to go with my sushi roll. These condiments should be automatic. Who can have sushi without them? I couldn’t even enjoy the sushi as I would like. You all really need to have a better process. I have not gotten an order right yet….

Ordered the beef, chicken, and shrimp hibachi. Asked for the fried rice without the peas and carrots. Friendly service, delicious food and good portions. Definitely coming back.

I have been going here for years and this indeed is a FAST food. Food taste delicious, some healthy options and chicken is cook to perfection.

HAD A ORDER OF 6 ITEMS (ORDER 18) AND EVERYTHING WAS WRONG, WHEN I TALKED TO THE MANAGER SHE ACTED LIKE SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT. NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE.

They keep your plate open while you’re waiting and they have it exposed to the elements. As the line moves your plate is sitting there with your meat getting cold. I stay 5 min from this location and my food is not even warm

The restaurant illegally charged me for a plastic bag when it's not mandated in PG County.

The food was amazing cooked to perfection, they did and outstanding job, I don’t usually write reviews but I had to for this place, you won’t be disappointed !!!!

Food was good but the place was packed, and the waiting time is quite a lot, It took more than 30 min just to pack my order.

I ordered the beef and shrimp bento box. Everything was fresh and delicious! I would have given them five stars but I got noodles and wish I would have gotten fried rice because the noodles were not seasoned at all. They were just like boiled noodles. So I'll make sure I get rice next time. The spring rolls were crispy and filled with vegetables. The chicken dumplings were flavorful. The meat and shrimp wasn't overcooked and the four pieces of California roll sushi were good. I'll definitely be ordering from there again.

Perfect Price, Food, Customer service, and Timing for waiting. They know what they are doing. Plenty of customers are in and out and I know they return. Too good not to!!! One of my favorite restaurants the last 2 years.

The food is fresh, cooked and yummy. These guys are way much better than Panda Express. Everytime I order my food, it is the exact same taste and never a miss. My friend suggested this place and since then I am hooked to these guys. They also have a special when you order 5 orders the 6th order is free. Love you guys.. thumbs up 👍

My all time favorite Quickway! I don’t live near it anymore but I always make the 20 minutes dry just to eat at this specific one. The manager is so extremely nice and pleasant! Food tastes the best at this Quickway. I haven’t had a single experience that wasn’t good in the 4 years I’ve been eating here!!!

As much as I love the food. I have been here twice since I’ve moved close to the area. I usually order online x2 extra spring rolls. I pay for it! But I only get one order.... and when I call ... No one answers.

Good food.., but they don’t listen or pay attention to online orders or on the phone. I’ll specifically say no peas and carrots and of course my meal will have them. Or I’ll order noodles and get rice. It’s just always something with them. But I do like the food.

I feel safe to say that I had a magnificent lunch here the other day despite the new stigmatism of this new so called"Corona epidemic". I tried the tofu Bento box that was freshly prepared in front of me on the spot and from the fried vegetables to vegetable dumplings, spring rolls, California rolls, fried tofu and lol mein everything was great.

The food is always so good. And the price is awesome. If ur a couple, by the third visit, u get a 1-meat (shrimp, chicken, steak, or salmon) meal free. So for less than $20 it could very well feed 4.. When we get out meal free, we paid $12, which is awesome. We always get our own plates, and the next day or later on in the day, we have a whole meal left over. And the yumyum sauce is soooooo good. Definitely worth it.

Bless Staff And I always get the same dish..I only think of the laurel Quickway for lunch and I got my team eating there. That tells you that our squad are quickway lovers...

Exactly as expected! Quick and tasty hibachi food. I got the tofu and thought it was decent. I already knew the chicken was fantastic and wanted to try something new. Definitely a great option when you are craving this type of food!

Sushi is so good. The chicken, beef, shrimp and salmon are really good. Make sure to get yum yum and teriyaki sauce on everything. Lastly, make sure to get a card and have the cashier stamp it, after the tenth one it's free 😊

I didn't like it at all. No customer service. The food had no flavor. It was hot, muggy & 2 flies all around to sit 2 eat. My beef was not quite done. Spring rolls were small, mushy and nasty. The white pepper sauce they have sitting in bottles by the fountain drink machine, help the food taste a little better🤷‍♀️

This place does not disappoint. My 7-year-old loves their noodles and chicken. I love their spicy cucumber and onion side-it complements the chicken so well. Keep doing what you’re doing.

It's too good to be true. That's until I tried it and my goodness is it amazing a friend of mine took me here about a year ago and I liked it but this time I tried something different there and it was amazing it was some of the best hibachi I have ever had. And for its price, even better.
