Mackey's always provides an exceptional music and a wide selection of beer and ale. The people are friendly and the atmosphere makes you feel welcome.

Good bar good bartenders. The owner is friendly. They also serve frozen pizzas so there is a bonus for food. Who doesn't want food after some drinks ? Classic dive bar & they also have slots & darts. Great place. I love coming here with my friends. Every time I always have fun. I highly recommend this bar!

There is an amazing selection here. The craft beer selection was huge. Good kareoke some nights and Lee, our server was professional, charming, and fun. We are planning on going back.

Mackey's Hideout is always a welcome experience. It's the place to go to watch a baseball game, chat with friends, friendly strangers, the owner, and listen to music as musicians stroll in to demonstrate their talent on their various instruments. And if you have a favorite brew, they've got it, which makes your visit to Mackey's Hideout well worth your time.

Sometimes, A bar is just a bar, but this place definitely books some awesome bands while still managing to keep the drinks reasonably priced, and has some decent food. I was only there for the music and didn't take pictures of the food but will definitely be back to rip through the menu and re review it accordingly. The price for admission for bands are a little high, but it is a smaller venue, and i know they have to pay the bands and such but $20 to see a cover band is a little crazy. I'll definitely be back but will only be blowing my money on food and drinks than the music. Cheers

This place is the ultimate dive bar. It's an old school type place but it definitely can hold some cool parties especially with the bands that come through. Some good music is here.. and they give free stickers! Amazing!

Been going here for 8 years now! Been less often that I've been stopping by but when I can make it in, I still feel at home! Live music, patio and great live music!

Great dive bar, love going there for lower prices drinks. Don't expect to order a Mai Tai or any other fancy drinks, this is your old school salt of the earth drinks. Ooo, and it has an outdoor patio!

Shhh, don't tell anyone you've found the hottest ticket in the County and beyond! This gem has all the facets that makes for the best of times anywhere. You will not find a better place with better music in the county and then some! How this place became the hot spot for the best in music is beyond me but someone here seriously knows who's who and what's hotter than Hades. And with that incredible beer selection to happily wet anyone's whistle, a great mix of top shelf spirits and the staff that will add smiles on top of your smiles too plus great pizza as well!! But then you know that because you have found "The HIDEOUT" ...Shhh * I should note, a couple years ago my Son had dropped his wallet with more than a few hundred dollars in it. It was found and returned with all the cash. This not only speaks well of Bill and his people but of his customer's too!! 💓

Hideaway is the perfect description for this place!! It's complete with a hidden parking lot and away in the country where you're even less likely to be spotted. Craft beer menu is solid and they change it up often but they also have domestic beers at good prices.

It looks like a dump until more people come in and a concert starts. Then it isn't that bad. Music can be too loud.

Bands, brews, the outdoors, socially distant good times. Dress warmly, bring a chair, and have a night out that you you are not going to find anywhere else. Friendly staff, ample parking. Just go. Check the music schedule and go, people. Mackey’s is a music institution.

I would not say I disliked this place but it wouldn't be a place many would go and like just by appearance alone. It is a local pub that could use a gigantic face lift. First impression is "rough". However, the server was very nice and we all had a good time. They have a large outside seating area as well. Good size selection of craft beers.

Bill Mackey has to be one of the koolest bar owners alive, I like going there because of their music scene which kind of almost solely exists there, I'm not a drinker so I drink their craft root beer on tap which is an awesome alternative to alcohol.

Great spot for music and libations. We went on a Saturday, it was a full house and they had 5-6 local acts playing all night. Love to see places support the local music scene and this place seems to have created quite the following doing so. Great job!

drove from antioch to mackey's to see alabaster. this place doesn't look like much from the outside, but there are few places with as vast a selection of beers i've ever seen, they also have quite a selection of bourbons/whiskys. they also hire good bands.
