Food is really good, staff are nice, busy.

Popped into town to pick up something in one of the many lovely antique shops. Stopped here for lunch. Had the Greek salad with chicken. Dressing was a bit sweet for my liking but that didn’t spoil it. French dip was great and the desert of lemon marscapone cake was delish the had a special for a bottle of wine which made for a wonderful start to finish for about $60ish dollars portions were very good so felt a great value

Really good food that's "kinda" affordable. The staff makes the difference here. Very friendly and personable. Service is pretty fast and we've never had any issue.

6 of us had to wait outside. We were 5 minutes early. NO other customers. Host man was very rude!! He even locked the door behind us. Food was bad. No taste & very expensive!

Absolutely AMAZING food!! We had the French dip, crab cake sandwich and the shrimp po’ boy, amazingly fresh ingredients and the taste was to die for. Friendly and sweet wait staff and the restaurant was spotless. Definitely would recommend you stop and eat here!

This is one of my favorites, no question. First impression was, “wow this feels clean.” I keep trying different things in the menu which isn’t something I typically do once I find something I like, but here it seems like there’s no risk- it’s all good. Everything is fresh. Take the chicken Philly for example- delicious. It has several flavors, but all distinct and not at all mixed together like something that was prepped earlier and simply warmed up. The dining area and kitchen are spotless, and the atmosphere is pleasant. This restaurant is not an old broken down diner barely hanging on but someone’s pride and joy and it shows in everything. I highly recommend Magnolias.

Great downtown Arcadia seafood restaurant. Love the new location with all of the menu favorites plus some new additions! The spicy tuna poke bowl was absolutely delicious.

SO good! We had the calamari- nice light fry and not chewy, crab cake sandwich and the shrimp and grits (the best he’s ever eaten, nice deep brown roux). Friendly staff and nice atmosphere! We’ll definitely be back!

Delicious food. Very friendly staff. Pristine open kitchen. Food came fast and plentiful. I am glad we decided to split a lunch. We could barely finish it. It came with some of the most delicious freshly made hushpuppies I have eaten. I highly recommend it. Cute town of Arcadia, FL. Worthy of a day trip!

Miss the old location and the reasonable prices. Two clam strip dinners and two glasses of tea should not come up to 60.00 then add the tip. 70 dollars for two meals. This is not a 5 star restaurant. On top of waiting over half an hour for any food at all. I won't be going back. I'll be telling all my friends not to bother unless they like wasting money and time. Sad. Edit. Per the rude response I'm changing my review to a single star. Would give 0 if possible.

This restaurant has the Best Fried Shrimp and Steamed Shrimp Boil Dishes in Florida. Also, has incredibly Fresh Salads. Plenty of other menu items for different tastes. But, Absolutely Incredible Shrimp & Seafood. Definitely worth the trip to Downtown Arcadia Florida

We drove over to Arcadia to see the antique shops and historic area. We just happened to walk past this restaurant. The food was very good and the you could tell the employees care about their job. I also felt like the prices were reasonable. We plan to eat here when we visit the town again.

Amazing seafood dishes. We had the crab cake sandwich without the bun and the cajun shrimp pasta! The crab cake was really just all crab meat clumped together just excellent! The pasta was cooked perfectly the cajun cream sauce was amazing!

This is DEFINITELY a hidden gem. Quant little spot, but the atmosphere and food are too die for. The calamari was perfect, and to be quite honest, the BEST I've ever had. The alfredo was MOST DEFINITELY on point, and so was the Cajun. We had a bottle of Cabernet, which was very good as well. The granddaughter had the hamburger and fries, and she loved it as well, and she's a picky eater, which in itself says a LOT. If you get a chance, do NOT miss out on this place or the AMAZING food.

Waited for 1 hr and 30 mins for food then I find a hair in my food. Other who arrived after us were getting their food faster and the waitress barely checked in on the table. They did take off the food with the hair

I love Crabcakes and they had the best crabcake sandwich I've had in years! 🦀 I had it with Cajun spices and their Magnolia sauce. It had large lumps of crabmeat without the fillers. So good! Their fries were good and had a seasoning on them. I was too full for desert, but will definitely be back. Michaela was a great waiter, always checking to make sure I had everything. Highly recommend! 💜

If you haven’t been to Magnolias Restaurant in Arcadia yet, you’re truly missing out. Especially with their new location right downtown in the historic district, just a perfect,classic, window front restaurant to have really good food, followed by really good service. 100% best restaurant in Arcadia. All I can do is echo the praise so many others have offered...but, it was such a refreshing change from most eateries these days I felt compelled to add my kudos. This is real food prepared fresh and delicious in ample portions. I'm very picky...and I had no complaints.

We were surprised to find this little gem in the small town of Arcadia. If you find yourself passing through or stopping by don't miss an opportunity to eat here. Our server, Eve, was a delight

Great place to eat for lunch or dinner. I had chicken fingers and they were awesome. My friends had the catch of the day and OMG was it good and huge piece of fish. Definitely a place to go back to. Thank you for the great food and service!

I wish I could just leave one word to explain how good our meal was tonite. If you have ever seen Ratatouille the Disney movie you will understand. I had the ribeye steak and ordered it medium rare. When it came out a was a little more medium than I usually like. I did not say anything to the perfect waitress, but because she saw me look at the ribeye like oh no its not med rare she checked with the owner and he assumed he had overcooked it and was just taking it off my bill and was apologizing for it. I told him absolutely not it was honestly better than any steak I have ever had at Peter lugers, Ruth Chris or 99 percent of other steakhouses. He is a master at what he does and I say thank you I will definitely see you again. And just a side note the coleslaw was amazing too. Thanks!!!!!

Passing through to get to Jupiter and needed lunch so I ordered to go from here. Wait staff was all super nice and helpful along with the food being great. Ordered the fish and hush puppies which really hit the spot. Can't speak highly enough about this establishment as it was perfect for what I needed and you could tell they cared about the customer. Even the way the food was plated was done with a thoughtful touch for the to go order.

We wish we lived closer because this is a great dining experience. Fresh seafood. And they even peel the potatoes for fresh fries. Very good service also.

The waitress Eve was terrific. She had the perfect combination of friendliness and efficiency. She took my request for substitutions in stride and offered additional accommodations for my tastes. She was observant without being clingy. I can envision her running her own restaurant someday. Ask for her by name if you go here -- Eve. The food was good; not excellent. I ordered a side salad without croutons. It consisted of tough greens and I needed more dressing to help it be palatable. I also ordered the grilled shrimp which were medium in size and tough, but well seasoned. The steamed broccoli was absolutely perfect. The baked potato had been baked, refrigerated, and reheated, leaving the flesh that gray color. It tasted fine, but I know I was its second choice. The sauces offered were seafood, tartar, and the house horseradish. The horseradish was excellent. The tartar was ranch dressing with relish. The seafood sauce was good, but too hot-sauced for me. The unsweet ice tea was home brewed but I had to wait too long for the refill. I parked on Oak Street and walked the antique shops before and after going for lunch. (Best be forewarned - there seems to be only one public restroom downtown. It's in the park next to the hotel.) The decor was a little spartan, I expected brightly painted walls and tasteful paintings. It's small, but clean and well organized. For being a seafood restaurant, the choices were mostly beef and chicken. All the seafood (fish, scallops, clams, or shrimp) can be grilled, battered, or baked, so that was good. I'm glad I asked Eve if I could sub out the fries and coleslaw. My salad, grilled shrimp, 2 sides, and tea came to $28. That's a lot for lunch. But Arcadia is a tourist town, so I didn't mind.

A hidden gem! It isn’t fancy but the food was excellent and the staff friendly and attentive.

When we first arrived, I wasn't too sure what to expect, but what a pleasant surprise! The food was very good, the portions were huge and the service was polite and effecient. The interior could use a refresh but we'd go back!

Located on a one-way street in Arcadia, this restaurant was a bit of a challenge to find but ample parking was available across the street and just before reaching the building. The eatery is located in what appears to be the lobby of an old hotel. The ambience is relaxed, unassuming and local. A nice waiting area was provided and after a short, 10 minute wait we were seated. The waitress was friendly and efficient. The food arrived promptly and in good proportions. The fare was standard American with a few seafood options. Our meals were tasty and adequate but not remarkable. The deserts were not made in-house which was a shame given the southern feel of the establishment. There was no rush for patrons to depart and we were able to linger over desert. A real pleasure in the current Florida tourist season.

They need a bar for people waiting for tables in the lobby,for more profit..,it could use greenery to soften things.Our waitress was enthusiastic and efficient.my husband's shrimp and grits good,my blackened shrimp bland,fresh cut fries were not fresh,they were old and tired.

This is a first class eatery. The food was delicious and well presented. Seafood was a specialty, but their other menu options were delicious as well. The food prices were very reasonable for the quality of the food. The wait staff was very friendly, attentive and courteous even though they were short staffed. There was a notice posted at the hostess' stand explaining that they were short staffed and for customers to be patient. We didn't think the wait for service was any longer than it would be at any nice restaurant. The beer and wine list featured a nice variety and the prices were reasonable. We will definitely be back in the future.

This is a diamond in the rough. The decor isn’t fancy, which was fine with us. They serve on a first come, first serve basis. Our wait on a Friday night was approximately 45 minutes. Our server, Eve, was very good and very friendly. Our appetizer came out quickly. There was a little delay with our entrees. But they were worth waiting for. Excellent food!!! Key lime pie for dessert….yummy! We’ll definitely be back. Two thumbs up! 👍👍

What an unexpected surprise! I had the ribeye and it was as good as one I would get at Burns or Charley's. Hushpuppies were amazing, they are served with honey and boy are they flavorful. Wife said her claim strips were the best she had ever had. All in a very simple unpretentious atmosphere where I was not underdressed in shorts and a tee shirt. Anita was our server and was just really friendly and helpful. This is an amazing hidden gem.

My sister's and I ate there on September 25, and had the crabcake sandwiches with hush puppies. The food was super good! They were like the crabcakes that we would make in Maryland. And the hush puppies were the best I've ever had. Keep up the great cooking. The server and atmosphere were great also. Can't wait to come back again.

Very good seafood. I recommend the fish & chips. By the taste of their food I would think they change the deep frying oil on a daily basis. French fries and hush puppies are most outstanding. Service is fast and friendly.

Was just passing through Arcadia and stopped on a whim. Other than a slightly longer than expected wait time between ordering and being served, the food was outstanding and our waitress, Aundrea, was attentive, friendly, and when I asked what people do for fun in such a small, seemingly barren town, she took a minute to fill me in. Reasonably priced, great food, and waitstaff who are friendly and outgoing.

Just a fantastic right in the heart of Arcadia. A gentleman on the street told us about this place and we are so grateful. Great food great service and open Airy atmosphere. Locals love it and you will too

Magnolia St Seafood is a must if you find yourself in Arcadia. The food was way above par and cooked to perfection. The staff knew what on the menu was still available- - and yes, it goes that fast! Parking is in the back, and well worth the extra lap 'around the block' if you miss it on your first pass through Arcadia.

Loved this place. The menu options were almost too good to choose one selection from and definitely made me want to come back to try more. Very elevated and nicely plated food. Would definitely recommend!

Came in on a Saturday for lunch while checking out the antique shops on Oak Street; it was just a short walk. The service was wonderful, our waitress was very friendly and genuine! Food was great, very fresh. I had the coconut shrimp and I finished the whole meal! Will definitely be back the next time I’m in town :)

We were in town for the weekend and ate here twice. The food is excellent and the service is even better! The first night my boyfriend had the magnolia shrimp pasta and I had coconut shrimp. Both were very good. The coconut shrimp were the largest I had ever seen and delicious. Hush puppies were also great. I also enjoyed the cole slaw. Both meals were great!! Be warned though you get a LOT of food. The second night we split their 1/2 pound burger. I’ve had a lot of burgers over the years but this was one of the best. Cooked perfectly and the brioche bun was perfect. French fries are hand cut and served hot-no sitting on a warming tray. We were going to try their white chocolate raspberry cheesecake but they were out so we had caramel cheesecake which was wonderful. All in all a great experience. I’d recommend this gem of a place to anyone who wants a memorable meal.
