Order was ready for pickup and everything was perfect!

I keep coming here because of the Great Service, cleanliness, and amazing fresh Food. I’m always leaving with happy memories and happy full belly. Ha ha. Overall I recommend this place to EVERYONE.

I made an online order, and the order went through twice, and I was charged twice. Within minutes, I received a call from the Manager, who goes by Boo, asking if the double order was an error, and my charge was reimbursed. It is so rare for a restaurant to be proactive and ensuring the right thing is done. Very grateful for Boo.

My friend & I enjoyed a quick meal here, before going to a movie nearby. We each had chili & a side salad. I only ordered the chili after my friend assured me that it was not very spicy. It turned out that it was spicier than usual that day! I only ate half of it -- & lots of ice water! But the mixed green salad was very good, as was the service.

Good sandwiches, salads, soups. Added bacon to my sandwich and got the tiniest piece of bacon I’ve ever scene, not worth the extra dollar I paid for it. Friendly service.

If you haven’t checked out, McAllister‘s deli yet, you should try it out as soon as you can. It’s not just that the food is really good, or that the ice tea is the best I’ve had, it’s that the whole staff from the chefs to the counter, help to the shift leaders to the bus, people all acknowledged me and said hello and offered to do anything. I find that in this crazy world it’s rare that you have a genuinely friendly place where you can come. Relax enjoy some delicious food and be treated like a good friend. A+ material. I would hire any person on their staff!!

Since I found McAlister's, I eat out nowhere else. Great menu choices, priced affordable, delicious food and rewards. What keeps me coming back is the outstanding staff. Helpful, informative, and friendly! Eddie is my staff favorite, I always go to her. From day one, she has helped me understand the menu and informed me of the senior discount and reward program, which I finally signed up for. She's always smiling and so pleasant and knows just what to suggest when I order, like make half & half. I've never had a bad meal! Thank you, everyone there, for doing such a great job! They are out of potatoes...alot! So if you plan to get a spud and your online order says error, that's why. Its actually pretty ridiculous since that is probably the best thing that they sell.

The service was spectacular. They kept checking back to see if we needed anything. The food was fresh, tasty, and of great value. I ordered the Chipotle chicken bacon spud. There is a huge portion of chicken on this potato! I also had a peach lemonade. It was refreshing and had the right amount of sweetness.

This is a chain restaurant that serves deli style foods in the form of fast food. Inside, there’s plenty of seating, a good atmosphere, and lots of people working there. Our cashier was friendly, and our food came out in a reasonable time. The food itself isn’t that impressive. Although there’s nothing wrong with it, it just didn’t feel as impressive as other sandwiches. The four cheese and the ham sandwiches were average in quality. Overall, would recommend going somewhere else.

Ordered Uber Eats here a few times. They consistently mess up items on the order and it’s sub par quality. I really like the one in Tampa but this one is bad. I actually got a burnt piece - not overcooked - but like actual charcoal this go around. I wanted to complain on the app but I can’t find the option. I would recommend avoiding this location.

Over priced. Food was generic. Wouldn't recommend

The food is great, however, there is always conveniently error messages on the app when trying to apply rewards to an order. This isn’t anyone’s fault who works at this McAllisters location but it is super annoying that they have this “reward system” and when you try to apply the rewards, the app gives an error message, despite having enough points.

my favorite meal from McCallisters is the pick 2: ham & cheese melt and the chicken tortilla soup, it is delicious!

Foods not up to par seem like managers just pushed the food out and don’t care about quality and the owner is super greedy way overpriced with his food. I wouldn’t recommend getting anything with ice. They don’t clean the ice machine as well and the managers like to sleep with the employees, no matter what their age is

Early Sat afternoon, 5/25/24, they were out of 'spuds'-potatoes---I opted for a fresh grilled chicken caesar wrap--it came ice cold---was told supposedly that it was made at time of order---but no way, it had to have come out of a fridge----it had only lettuce on it---no seasoning/sauce--I asked to have it warmed up/nuked, it was done only minimally---in addition, the chicken was like precooked, not hot, and the chicken was not seared when it was supposedly pre cooked---the chicken was extremely dry. I was given a small container of caesar dressing after I noted there was none in the wrap. The staff/ladies were basically trying to help out, but their extra efforts could not fix this cold, lack luster chicken caesar wrap. The staff/ladies were overall doing super in light of the issues---and one did come to our table (was with another lady) to refill our iced teas.

People behind the counter were very nice. The dining room itself was poorly kept and dirty w/dishes on quite a few tables and the ones without things on them needed to be wiped down. The floor was also dirty. The food itself was not bad, however they were out of chicken which is a good portion of their menu.

First time here, and had a deal from T-Mobile that I had wanted to take advantage of. I had the Chicken Caesar wrap and my guy had the Black Angus Spud. Such deliciousness! I will be coming back in the future.

They greet you as you walk in and say good bye as you leave. Making you feel welcome and appreciated. Food was fantastic mixed with service and atmosphere, nice place we will be going back.

I am very happy to have one so close to my home. Sometimes, it's late. I do not want to start rattling pots any pans. Their food never let's me down. Prices are fair and the Mgr. of our location, Laurie never let's any patrons have to ask for anything. She is always aware of what is needed at all times.

1st time here. was craving Pastrami; glad I stopped in. The food was great, LARGE portion. huge deli menu! The restaurant was clean, as people left someone came right out to clean and sanitize the tables. However, what really impressed me was 3 young ladies working the counter. It was evident that they enjoyed their job I was welcomed as I entered the store, I was told please let us know if you have any questions. Boo was the manager, she was helpful with my selection and sides, she was very pleasant. Great role model. Cashier, Eddie, smiled and said thank you. let me know I did not have to wait for my food they will bring it to me. Demaya brought me a to go box, she smiled and said looks like you need this, I appreciate people who anticipate needs. I worked for a casino 24 years and have taught classes on how to give great guest service and today I appreciated what I rarely see anymore. Thank you!

I stop here each shift to grab a Large Sweet Iced Tea. These sweet souls have my drink all ready before I even make my way inside. I mean every single time…they got my drink ready for me! They’re gonna make me cry…I appreciate each and every one of them! Highly recommend ♥️

Vist this establishment on sunday take out the bread does whole up to the suff on the sandwich return on monday order the Rueben what a waste of money mac cheese very salty runny.this will be my last trip there.

Ordered take out. Pulled up hit my name . Drove to the window. Got my tea. Sat 5 minutes.Asked to pull forward. Sat 10 more minutes. Usually service is better. Clerk came out asked for my name. Came back out with my food. So had it been ready?? It was a half a sandwich and half a salad. Should not have had to sit over 15 minutes especially since I ordered online and paid ahead of time. I set the time for pick up. Why did I wait.?

Mom and I just arrived from out of town. She has a ton of food allergies so McAlister's is one of the few places she can eat. From the moment we pulled up, space was so welcoming, the employees were so hard working and are so attentive and clearly love their jobs and the food was delicious!

My family and I have come here often the last few months and everything about this place is great. Service is friendly and fast. Place is clean. Great tasting and selection of food.

McAlister's always has solid food, but what really sets this location apart is the amazing staff. I've never been treated so well by such friendly people, who really went above and beyond to make our experience great. That kind of service goes a long way to make an otherwise normal lunch exceptional.

I have pretty high expectations for the food quality at McAlister’s. The Gibsonton location did not disappoint, but the real stars of the show are the staff. I came in at the end of a rush and no one looked flustered. Jaquista took my order and was clearly enjoying the day. The rest of the workers were a well-oiled machine. The runner was perfectly helpful - even with random requests from guests. The kitchen staff was efficient and clearly front and back of the house were working together rather than individually to make the entire dining experience top notch for everyone involved. The other front end folks were an excellent face of the company. I definitely recommend this location as a great place to stop for a quick bite.

The portion of food is much smaller than before. Plus when McAllister offers promotional coupons for BOGO, but the 2nd item is 25% off so technically it's not free.

Usually I like to say third times the charm, well that certainly isn’t the case with this place. While I really wanted to like the place (I do enjoy the food) the service has consistently been lackluster. Three times and EVERY time they have somehow found a way to give me the wrong order! The first 2 times I was luckily in store, but explain to me how you can say someone’s name with the ticket of another order staring you in the face? This last time, we did drive thru pick up. My name is on the large electronic board, I say my name to the guy in the window and they still manage to hand me the incorrect order (come to learn this was the ‘manager’ who handed the incorrect order) Unfortunately, I didn’t look closely as I thought this was an elementary task however realized it was the wrong order at home. When I call in to explain what happened (and request a possible courtesy delivery) they state they are unable to do so and I need to come back in. No offer of a discount for the 30minute drive. According to their ‘manager’ they are unable to provide a discount because this would ‘cost them money’. Maybe they missed the part where they gave me the wrong order and had to now remake 2 full orders? You know what they offer, a FREAKING COOKIE! When I stated I felt a 50% discount was fair the ‘manager’ literally began to laugh! (Mind you my order was only $20) Tina M, I have your order! What a mess 🤯

My first time there I really thought the place was nice very clean looking staff is very helpful you order at the counter to the table they bring your food to you there's someone always coming around asking you if you want more to drink if everything's okay overall a very very nice place but very strongly recommend

Loved my BLT!! Fresh Avacado and bacon was plentiful. We also got a ham and cheese melt and it was delicious. 10/10 recommend. The girl at the register was very helpful to us- we ordered her favorite sandwich which was highly recommended.

My first time ordering here. I did an online order for the garden harvest turkey sandwich. I asked for no vinaigrette got it. Didn't get any avocados that were suppose to be on there and asked for provolone cheese and didn't receive it. The sandwich was ok but definitely not what I ordered

Ordered online and picked it up at the store. Got home and was missing some extra cheese dip and sour cream for my nachos. I called them and drove back to get the missing items. They were very kind and gave me a free dessert for the inconvenience. The food was great! I’ll be back! Very nice girl at the drive thru too.

Great club sandwich. My daughter's kids' meal was only 3.49! Honestly, it was a breath of fresh air to spend under $30 for lunch for my wife, daughter, and I. Same price as mcdonalds now days and just a little healthier. I can't complain with that.

Very attentive group of young people. I was shocked everyone just doing their job very chill and at the same time on top of their tasks. I didn't see anyone sidetracked with phones or goofing off. 10/22/23 @ 6 p.m. Will be visiting again food was also good.

The food is great and has always been consistent. The Reubens and soup are great. Decided to go with the club for the first time and was a bit disappointed because there was from what I could see, one piece of bacon, the turkey and meat were balled up in the center, and it wasn't cut in the triangles so whoever made it must have had a bad day. Before today I've had dozens of good experiences so still recommend it.

The manager knows and welcomed me when I walked in. She knows I've had health issues and asked how I've been doing. Very nice lady and I set with her while waiting for my food to go. Very nice people and good food!!

OK 1st of all this place is amazing to come and sit down or take out. Not many places have the same presentation in both categories but this place does hands down. 2nd the new witches brew lemonade for October is amazing. Definitely gotta try it! I love this place!!!

This place is very good. The food is good and hot with fast service. Every time I've gone to eat there, the service from the employee is nice and pleasant. Some people truly try to make your dining experience nice and are very friendly. They have a lot to choose from, and just about everything is excellent quality!

Been twice and always get the french dip sandwich. It's a pretty good representation and always comes out hot. If you are in the mood for a good sandwich, this place is pretty good for a chain.
