In my day, as a fast food worker, we were expected to get an order out in under 3 minutes and we did it with a crew of 3 and never missed the mark. In your day yaw don’t even take orders anymore and customers are lucky if they get all of their food if it’s hot, in 15 minutes or less… we are not the same This store doesn’t announce your number, when it’s ready, or carry it to your table, or clean their nasty restaurant at all. They ran out of dome lids for milkshakes, probably because the employees used em up while drinking their own shake by the counter. Manager has no care about her customers whilst listening to her earbud music, and arguing with other male manager and throwing food, napkins etc onto the floor all while cussing aloud. We could hear it on the other side of the store. Not worth revisit I thought the Verona one was bad. Employees eating chicken nuggets directly off line while working drive through as well. I have yet visited a single McDonald’s in this region that hasn’t fallen apart. And these MFers want more money? Honestly wanted to slap that female manager for her childish behavior .tried to give a second chance I wanted them to succeed. The only good thing about the place was the the young managers swiftness in filling the order they apparently never got from the indoor kiosk. gonna have to mark this store as a no go.

I only ever use the drive-thru, but I have 2 suggestions: 1- When only ONE of the "Any Lane Any Time" lanes is actually open, close only the INNER LANE! Or else COVER that sign with a "RIGHT LANE ONLY" sign with an arrow or something. I love the 2-lane system, but we can't see your crazy little yellow concrete block with a bare pipe sticking up until we leave the inner lane and lose our place there. 2-Plant a couple more parking lot shade trees please; it's hot!!

Please tell me how I visit the Waynesboro, VA McDonald’s near Target and ask for a receipt and the “girl” at the window says they are out of receipts! This is after she seems to consult with a rude woman who must have been the supervisor, team leader, or something. I reiterate that I need a receipt and “the supervisory person” tells her to have me move up. I tell her to just forget it and give me a refund. The girl at the window tells me I’m going to still need to move up anyway (after the supervisory person says I’m not refunding it). I moved up and did not comment because the next thing was to call Waynesboro city police - I did not have the food. At any rate, I move up and “the supervisory person” brings new a receipt and my money and basically shoves it out of the window. There are so many things that went wrong here… A paying customer deserves a receipt, how can you be “out of receipts?” Someone also needs to tell the “supervisory person” that it’s not okay to interact with customers and have her cell phone sticking out of her bra in plain sight above her shirt! Don’t they have a uniform anyway? I guess not since she was in plain clothes. How is this a good example for the employees you are supposed to be managing?? It seems to me it would be better to hire employees that are willing and able to be groomed for higher positions… and have a sense of customer service. This was definitely not the case! What did I do? I left and went to Chick-Fil-A (and will not go back) where there is definitely a different standard! 💯 P.S. This is after a visit a few weeks ago where the manager told me they were not taking drive thru orders because they had a bus and were too busy! LAST STRAW! I see why they have 3.4 stars!

The dining room smelled like a dirty bathroom. We waited 20 minutes for a $3.50 bundle. The guy making the sandwiches (Ethan) was messing around and talking to another worker while there were 10 tickets waiting. There were flies buzzing all over the counter. Go somewhere else for food. Trust me.

Literally smells like sewage, for starters. Hoping that’s coming from the clientele and not the restaurant itself. Been waiting behind a large crowd for 15 minutes after having to order my own food on the self service screen. I don’t usually do fast food but really needed something quick and thought coming in might be faster than waiting in the long drive through line, could have gone to Kroger and made myself a sandwich already.

No more McDonald’s for me!! Worst McDonald’s yet, or maybe it’s the sign of the times. No personal interaction while placing orders, you have to order from a kiosk. Today, we ordered a simple meal of two biscuits and one coffee, we got our biscuits in about 10 minutes, but they were out of coffee??? Finally got the coffee after we finished our biscuits, but I had to stand at the counter and wait until I finally made eye contact with one person out of about 5 people working the orders for the drive thru and requested my coffee and their reply was “well you’re not the only one waiting”. That’s the last straw for us! No more McDonalds.

I’m not sure her name, but there is one female who is nasty and rude every single time we visit this location. Today, she proceeded to hand me the wrong drink, and when I told her her response was. “well that came up on the screen” Even though I was able to show her the order on my phone. And the order was still incorrect, but she closed the window and didn’t come back to it. I am so sick of wasting my money at this location and will not be returning.

The manager would not unlock her cashier's resistor for a little over 5 minutes. When he asked her to unlock it she acted like she couldn't hear him. This is an example of poor leadership. The food wait time was way longer than it should be for how empty the place was. The wait did give me time to notice all of the flies and how sticky the floors are.

Stopped by late to grab dinner..9:30pm.. walked in used the kiosk to order my food.. I order two double hamburger with extra onions and pickles and ketchup..Since I didn't want the mustard and wanted extra onions it made it a special.. both burgers had a white ticket attached that said extra onions and pickles and no mustard..and both damn burgers had cheese on them..SO I couldn't eat them..That women did that on purpose because it was a special..Even with a ticket that states what is supposed to the on the burger ,these idiots can't do that right.. So $11.00 wasted..And on top of that,one of the burgers didn't have pickles like usual..They screwed the order up on purpose..

Drive up. Waited 10 minutes. That's fine. I was told i needed to wait. That's fine. I then sat there for 10 minutes and they brought my food out. Half of it. They gave me the wrong drink. 10 more minutes past and nothing. I walked in and they were still cooking it. Meaning they forgot the entire order. Used my app. STILL didn't get all of my food. Also the burger wasn't cooked all the way so that's nice. How does a burger be cold that was freshly made. Spent 20 bucks for a kids meal and a big mac that was inedible. Disgusting.

By far the slowest, most inaccurate order filling McDonald's in the area. I've had to enter the store countless times to get my curbside order after seeing several other curbside customers park, have their order brought out and leave. Food-four stars because of discrepancies with what I ordered. Service-one star because of speed and accuracy of orders. Atmosphere-5 stars because I'm always in my car.

I gave this place one star. You can't give it a rating without a star. Avoid this McDonald's at all costs go somewhere else, go hungry, this place has the absolute worst service I have ever seen. This store should be reviewed by McDonald's corporation and if they can improve it it should be closed. Never before have I been yelled at by a counter person complaining that they can't find employees and it's the reason they have to handle the drive-thru and can't handle the counter inside. This store is an embarrassment to McDonald's corporation.

We arrived at this McDonald’s around 10 AM. When we went to the counter, we were approached by Mike, the manager, who informed us that they don’t serve lunch until 1030. He saw that we had two little ones with us, and we were on a road trip back home for Christmas and asked us what it was that we’d want to order for the kiddos. He immediately said that he could take care of us and get us a kids meal made so that at least we could feed the kids to get back on the road. The staff were kind and helpful and Mike went out of his way to make sure that we were taken care of! This is a great place to stop!

It's MacDonald's so I wasn't expecting a lot but you do expect kind of the same quality. They had a lady working drinks who seemed lazy and like she didn't really want to work. She totally burned my wife's coffee (mine was pretty good) and while I was waiting for my drinks a guy had to come in from the drive through because she had messed up his iced coffee and put sugar in it.

Overflowing garbage cans, surly team members. The young lady who brought the order to the table took the placard and tossed it onto the stack. It fell to the ground. I said some days are like that. She said I'm so over this place. If she's not happy in her job she should seek employment elsewhere. Another young woman emptied the trash while i was there leaving a big wet trail of garbage liquid as she dragged the bag outside. Just overall not impressed with this location.

This McDonald’s has done a 360 in the time I’ve seen the new manager marquis. This store is cleaner than I’ve seen others. He has the most kind way to handle his customers. His professionalism is a must experience. Very kind young gentleman. I will be bring my family back to this location being I live 5 minutes from this store no longer do I have to drive to Main Street store.
