Employees cussing and fighting with each other, waited over 30mins for my food and it was cold when I finally got it, can see food prep area was filthy with food on the floor and counter tops. This store needs a serious overhaul with new management and crew!

Terrible customer service, employees are completely unprofessional, had to go inside to correct drive thru order and then a return visit after returning home. Employees cursing while communicating with each other at window

The order was messed up and the person I talked to said he made it and he wasn't fixing it up he knew it was right. But they gave us 2 chicken and 1 beef chapula when we order 1 chicken and 2 beef.

Pretty good, but they always seem to forget to add everything i order.

It's taco bell. It seems that you get what ever ingredients they feel like.

I was in the drive thru earlier today around 230 the young man was really nice but the lady that was with him was not as friendly and seemed to be angry that he was talking with us we get to Fishersville and our order was completely wrong I called down there talked to GM at least that's what he said he was what a joke he neglected to take my name so when I came back down I could get my original order that I paid almost 18.00 for this is the second time at this location this as happened their a joke will not be a third

Ordering on kiosk was a personal challenge for me, but I did it and it went well.

Took 30 minutes to get our food waiting in store. Two other individuals received their food before us and arrived after us.

Really weird dude in drive thru there that makes a point to single out my 12 year old daughter everytime we go through the drive through. To the point of discomfort. (Blue long hair, tattoos) I told her before she didn't have to acknowledge him. Last time we went through she ignored him and he yelled "hello I'm talking to you! And beat on her window and said answer me I'm talking to you! >there were two other children in the car but he always very creepily singles her out. He should just worry about doing his job and not being weirdly overbearingly friendly to young pre teen girls.

Lobby was closed but went threw drive threw and got my order

Why can't these drive thru orders get it right? I ordered the crunch wrap and when I got home, it was a chicken quesadilla. It's so frustrating to not get what your ordered.

As Taco Bells go this is probably the best in the area. Food is hot tacos are full. As customer service goes it lacks. Mostly due to the self check outs. Nobody says Hi any more.

This place has messed up every single order ive made and i keep making the mistake of going back. every once in a while to see if their staff is better, It never is. please just go to the village drive location.

This place can't ever get an order right if it's more than 3 items. Never have a problem with the tacobell on Shenandoah village drive

The staff here is so kind! They were out of what I wanted to drink so they upgraded me to a large size of somthing new to try and gave it to me on the house and apologized for being out. I appreciated their dedication to thaie customers satisfaction!

Do not, I repeat, DO NOT waste your money trying the chicken taco box meals!!! You'd need to by 3 to have enough meat to make 1 taco. This is absolutely NOT WORTH $10!!!pictures of the chicken taco and quesadilla attached. Three less than bite size pieces in the taco 5 in the quesadilla. Absolutely GARBAGE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEYY!!!!! On a separate note, Serenity is a delight!

Never can make food correct.. spent 50 on a door dash for 5 of the tacos to be wrong. i work fast food so i know how it is and to be honest you just have to be bad at your job to mess up that much that’s not just simple mistakes.

There's a fella there with blue hair that's usually working drive thru with a VERY lively personality and always great fast service and hes quite humorous, LOVE when he's taking my order! We need more people like that!!!

4 workers looked me dead in the eye and didn’t acknowledge me, just proceeded to be on their phones.

🚬 butt on counter. Floors smeared with a white spill of some kind. Person digging out of their trash and eating the food. Every table dirty not kidding I have pictures. Counters dirty and smeared with food.

Every time I’ve went to this Taco Bell it’s been horrible!!! Never can get a order right, horrible customer service burnt food… I don’t recommend ever going here

Staff here very slow. 2 staff smoking outside , 2 staff talking to each other inside and only 1 staff working. This location manager should fired. What the hell is going on here . Its always like that.

we went through the drive threw because it was getting late and we needed to put up the Christmas tree. the food was $30 and the amount of meat they put on the food didn't fit. the portions were not up to par to say the least. it was like a snack. the tacos had enough just not the chicken wrap

The staff here is nice enough, but this whole half-hearted approach to breakfast really blows. I really like Taco Bell's breakfast offering, however, this location, like others, don't open for breakfast until 8AM, and then, often I go at 8:20 or 8:30 only to be told at this specific location that the fryer isn't heated up yet, so half the menu isn't available. It happens frequently enough that it seems like TB doesn't really care all that much about the breakfast experience.

Ordered 2 deluxe cravings boxes, both orders was missing a taco. Y’all gotta do better

Ordered the jalapeño Mexican pizza and kept tasting burnt plastic, kinda just summed it up to the food being gross until literally a long stringy piece of plastic came out of my food. Disgusted, apparently was eating more than just your regular fast food chemicals. I give up coming here.

Cashier JyiQuan is an asset to this company! His customer service skills are on point! Don't let this young man go anywhere else....give him opportunities to rise and shine!!!! But typical taco bell tacos, normal sweet tea but amazing customer service!!!

Had Austin W wait on us and I have to say he made it an enjoyable visit.

Random chicken bones outside in the parking lot starting to smell (probably been there a while). Maybe under staffed? 4 people in the kitchen, I walked in, only one inside, ordered, then proceeded to wait half an hour. Somehow. They lost my ticket? Literally. Not impressed. I asked the poor kiddo if they had it yet at the 30 minute mark thinking maybe they had to make the cinnamon things or whatever still and that's why the two online pick up orders happened before me, me the two other counter orders. He was just as confused as me. While I didn't have a problem with the cleanliness of the store in general, I wasn't pleased with the 'we clean these every half hour' signs; Cause clearly they didn't, in the 45 minutes I was there. While not overly dirty, there was the typical t.p. scraps that flutter about and odd dirt bits in the bathroom. Food was acceptable. I will say by that point I was so hangry I'm not sure I even really tasted or enjoyed it. But it didn't upset my stomach and it passed the smell test. The kitchen appeared to be clean, and overall in good general order.

The people who work here at night are definitely a couple tacos short on the combination platter. Can't give back the correct change when the computer is doing the math for you. Didn't ask if I wanted any sauces, and when I did ask for them, the guy rolled his eyes and mumbled something under his breath. Sorry he had to go out of his way to move his arm 16 inches to the right to grab a few sauce packets. The daytime crew is much better.

They was out of lettuce. I said fine just put extra sour cream on taco. There was NO tomato or sour cream on it. The nacho Supreme chips was stale an I could put all the meat on a spoon. It was just cheese an chips. Girl at drive thru never Said a word. Took my money an gave me food an walked off. I'm still sitting there an she just looks at me. I said I need my drink.. she handed it to me an walked off. Could have said hello, thanks, your amount due is...,can I help you but never spoke a word. No receipt either so I couldn't do a complaint. Waste of $10.

I ordered ahead of time. Somehow my order got lost so I stood around waiting for the order to be prepared again. It took about 35 minutes to get My fast food. Not a good experience.

Does not follow their online hours. Says they're open until 1am when they're not. Lights were on at 12:25 but no one took my order. Drove up to the window to see that the order screen and equipment were running..employee cars in the parking lot indicating they're open...but employees no where to be found. Could see their take home food bags though..smh

We stopped in for breakfast week before this and was kind of nervous about it but it was fantastic!! Staff was friendly and caring and the food was very very good. Stopped back in for dinner and was pleasantly surprised again! Yay Taco Bell!!!

Ordered Mexican pizza and all I taste is bitter oil. I wonder how long also they actually changed the oil that they fry the tortillas in because it tastes disgusting.!

Went here around 10:30pm. Absolutely terrible food I got 2 grilled cheese burritos with EXTRA chipotle sauce and it came plain with no chipotle sauce and barley Any meat at all. I also got 2 chicken chipotle snack wraps and those also came with zero chipotle sauce and no cheese. I got a drink that was just over halfway full. There excuse was we only have 2 employees tonight. Why even keep the place open if your not gonna make anything right and waste people’s money and food. Terrible experience definitely won’t be using this Taco Bell In waynesboro again.

Best Breakfast! Never know when the dinner room is open to eat inside. Great food. I wish they still opened earlier for breakfast (a two hour window to serve breakfast is hard to make when your a mom of 4)

Went to this taco this morning and a man spoke through the speaker to come to window, Once at the window said they don’t open until 9:30am. So waited at 9:30 went to order and He said the same thing come to the window. Then told me that they can not do breakfast because they didn’t have time to prepare everything! WTF… I’m done with this Taco Bell not the first time this has happened! So unorganized! DO BETTER.

I love it. Friendly employees. Tacos well done and hot. It is a healthy place to eat. Modest price. I recommend it. Buen sitio para comer, los tacos caliente. Buen servicio y buenos precios. Lo recomiendo.

In 2022, I have come to the realization that customer service is just not a priority with chain restaurants. Nobody wants to work and those that do, lack very basic skill sets. Tonight, felt like I ordered from Squidward at the Krusty Krab. No personality, no people skills, and my chips n cheese were 85% crumbs. I would have been better off eating ramen noodles tonight. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this miserable joint.

I went to drive through tonight and the customer service was terrible. The person handing us our food was rude. I asked if everything was in the box (12 tacos and 3 beefy burritos) and she assured me that it was. When I got home there was only one burrito. I’ve tried calling multiple times and every time it says the line is busy.

They close at midnight now so what’s the point. I would give a higher star count but multiple times I have shown up before close only to be given excuses or they just crouch behind the counters to hide. Use the other Tacobell. This one is worthless.

Food was good but every time I come in on my lunch break they beg people to take a survey and "say something nice" the gave me a receipt that wasn't even mine and asked if I could go online and do a survey and mention his name

I had ordered a five-layer burrito. The time was 5:50 pm. I have no idea what this was that I received. There was a smear of cheese, beans and possibly meat. Folded up like a paper football. WTH

Much better than last time I went. We had quit coming here due to how rude the staff was and the quality of food. My husband and I decided to go again because we got off work late. The young lady in the drive thru was very nice and the food was much better.

They have a greater group of people working now. Went thru the drive thru and it was fast and order was correct and delicious...

I know staff is hard to find these days, but someone needs to seriously look at this location. Food is not prepared correctly. The dining room is closed 90% of the time (handwritten notes posted all over doors stating "dining room closed due to lack of staff") 85% of the time they close the drive-thru due to lack of staff. Management is a joke they are just as bad as the regular employees. Why is this taco bell even open?! This location needs some serious help!! I will never return to this taco bell!!

Was going to rate this place 5 stars because it was nice see them picking up the place and keeping it nice and the window attendant was nice however I specifically ordered a steak quesadilla with no creamy jalapeño sauce. Open up the simple order and full of the sauce and also it was “cut” up like a 3 year old cut it .

The cashier couldn’t even speak to the menu options, just giggled and stood there awkwardly. The kitchen staff, what a joke…one should have known to prepare for disappointment with the obvious disregard for cleanliness and standards. With 5 visible employees, you’d think your order would be delivered quickly and accurately. Nope, just more opportunity to goof of in front of those waiting for them to do there job! $18 spent and all I got was 3 soft tacos, a bean burrito, a drink and some stale chips and cheese. Then when I called to complain, it was obvious that it doesn’t get any better at the leadership level, they could barely answer the phone and deliver a proper line of basic communication.

Treats doordash drivers poorly. Won't make orders until you arrive at the store, then make you wait and come through the drive through later.

Drive thru staff was great and burrito well made

Dropped in for a quick lunch yesterday. They were slammed and understaffed with hiring signs everywhere. Service was a little slow but the employees were working extremely hard. The food came out better than any taco bell I've had in a while. Have a little patience, they are doing a good job.

The drive through was down so we had to go in! Food was fresh, and good. That is if you like Taco Bell.

In realty this probably a 3-star place but for what it is, a fast-food mexiCali joint…I kinda dig it. They are consistent and there are plenty of options on the menu.
