People are friendly, it's clean, quick service. Reasonable for a gas station/hot food.

they continuously disappoint… Once again my doordash order was beyond screwed up.I got the 3 pack of spicy chicken sliders and 3 pack of burger sliders (perfect for the toddler for quick lunch/dinner). Not only where they not properly made with ingredients listed/requested, the buns were soggy and smashed, they weren’t wrapped fully, ingredients were everywhere except on the slider and These idiots put the chicken strips where the burgers where suppose to be and vice versus. Called the store immediately and he said there’s nothing he can do about it and that they were “busy”. As a previous sheetz employee I understand busy but the order I got tonight was a lack of care or probably someone under the influence knowing this area…. Such a disappointment! Do better Sheetz

If I could give less stars I would, Ive now order from this particular sheetz at least 3 times and every time they've messed up the order. I am finally fed up don't come here it's a waste of time and money.

We had a great experience last Tue on July 4th! The gas was on sale for I think $1.77 per gallon. The girl who helped us was very nice! She was friendly and helpful despite the long lines of cars to get cheap gas. The store inside and out was very clean as well. We would definitely recommend this location!

I've never had any issues here with the service or the food. We come here often and it's always a good experience!

Jenna, the supervisor, is the owner's greatest asset here. She handled my order professionally and efficiently. Although they didn't have my order, she offered solutions to meet my needs. Thank you.

The staff were nice, the food was delicious and they did a good job, they were cleaning the new store, and the bathrooms were clean too. I choose there’s Sheetz over the Fishersville one.

Shut the store down. Everytime I ordered something there is wrong. Simple order bacon , egg, and cheese on sub roll. Only eggs in sandwich. Then bacon sandwich, it came with no meat. WTH? Not that hard to make a sandwich. Not one time but Everytime. Shut the place down so I don't have to deal with it. It's not they make it wrong one time , but Everytime. Come on. I try to go to the fishersville store but I live down the road from this stupid store. One time I called curb side and they never bring it out, one time they microwaved my sandwich so long it's not eadible. Now, so you just make a sandwich with nothing on it I never know weather the store have any common sense. Paying almost $4.00 and get a piece of bread. I get gas there so it is convinent, but, come on, fire the managers and get some people who can manage to work this store. I hope sheetz is not pay top wages for these bunch of incompetent managers. Oh, and the fountain drink station was a mess. No cup lids, no longe straws, liquid everywhere. This place is unreal. It's a mess.

The employees are rude in here anymore and it seems like every time you ask them for something they say we don't have any more of it until the truck comes. Something simple as just the French Vanilla creamer is always out. Do they not stock order enough?

Found a bunch of hair in my food. Probably won’t eat here anymore.

Now i usually stop here for lunch. But today the manager making food in the brown shirt cussing and saying slanderous things about her employees while little kids are in the store is unacceptable. The level of what she was doing is harasment in the work place. I love sheetz but i dont think such a reputable establishment should have such a foul person working for them. Plus maybe if she wasnt yelling and screaming maybe my order would have come out right. Meatball sub was dripping out of the wrapper and was so saturated it was unedible. Plus my turkey sandwich was missing several ingredients. Would really like if sheetz could reach out to me about this fiasco so we may find a common resolution. Will not be coming here to eat until they do.

Yikes! What happened? The MTO wrap should be an easy task -it’s what they do!!!Couldn’t get the order correct and it was absolutely unpresentable. Try again tomorrow… Unbelievable! Today they didn’t even get the order to the correct customer Overcharged. Granted it’s cheap but how can you ruin a cheese and veggie wrap twice in a row. Will not try again. Glad they don’t need my business, patronage or money. Sheetz is a no go permanently.

We love this sheets and the way the staff call us "honey", respond to our requests or inquiries quickly and deliver a service friendly environment. Today we were stranded with a dead battery and the manager provides us a jump. Thank you W'boro sheets for treating us like family!

Never had any issues here. My orders are pretty much always correct and made well. Check out service is usually quick and staff is friendly, but when the line gets long I just use the app to scan my items and check out instead.

Was a bit disappointed to find that there were barely any ready to go healthy snacks, like fruit. Grabbed an MTGo parfait only to find out that it had close to 500 calories!! I feel betrayed :)

We order here A LOT. I get they're under staffed most the time, but would it kill you to get orders right? Some people wait 30-40 mins and orders were still wrong. I've been missing items from my orders a few times these past few months but didn't notice til I got home, usually Fried items. Foods good, staffs usually friendly. Yall are becoming the only place open on third shift now, prepare for it.

I have been using these stores since I was a kid. Spent lots of time in PA. Only time had to wait long on food they were slammed with customers. My wife and I now order from our phones fill up on gas food is there when you ask them to have it ready. Makes life smoother. Every convince counts.

Great place to grab gas and a quick snack or meal. They have a lot of choices and the prices aren't bad. I was happy to see that they had drink options without dairy. The staff is always friendly. We almost always make this a stop when we travel through the area.

Sharon was hands down the nicest cashier I’ve ever seen at a gas station. She seriously did go above and beyond to make sure her customers had what they need. Trays to carry drinks. Spoons for food they may have needed it. I know this may be part of her job but that’s not usually the service you get at a gas station. Well done Sharon!! Hope she reads this.

Wonderful staff and good food. I love that my sheetz card gives me a discount on gas.
