This McDonald's used to be really good. I don't know what has changed, but my experience there yesterday tells me that it's gone to the bottom.

Drive through seems to always take forever…25-30 minutes in drive through at dinner time for fast food ain’t fast at all…employees seem miserable to be there.:.

Yummy iced coffee... sandwich was good, staff was nice. For Fast food not bad.

Ordered a big mac meal and didn't get any meat on the sandwich.

Food was fine as usual. Went to the restroom though and seen an employee skip washing her hands!

Good place for 1/4 pounder. Fries were over cooked badly. U pour ur own drink +-+-?

Why bother. Slow service Rude employees Always something not working Never opens up on time This time drink machine down Also, employee sleeping in one of the booths!

It is getting too expensive to eat here anymore.

The first thing I would like to say is, Please be patient. Like every other business in America, they are short staffed. Most of the employees are high school age or a little older. Think of how you would want people to treat your child. The only menu items I get is #1, big Mac meal or the #6,the filet of fish meal. Yes, I am a creature of habit. As many times that I have been in the store, I have always found it clean including the bathroom. Sorry I can't help you better. Have a wonderful day.

Tryed to come through the drive-thru this morning and order a steak McMuffin that I always get all the time and a woman told me they can't make it that way they make it for me all the time though must be a new girl at the window and she was too lazy to figure out how to make the order and very rude about the second line was also moving twice as fast I waited at the speaker for 2 minutes before she even tried to take my order this happened Friday 7:45 a.m.

Got food poisoning from here yesterday. Do not recommend.

Food was actually super good but the woman who was taking orders for breakfast was superrrr rude - very few manners and bugged me a bit. Been going here for a while so not sure if she's new or what, but definitely has a feisty attitude. People giving food were very kind.

Food was warm only complaint is they forgot straws

Just went through the drive through. Food was upside down in happy meal and bag. Not a single napkin. This was our large fry, not even half full. Y’all suck.

This mcdonalds makes great looking sandwhiches (hint the sarcasim).. Today i go there and they give me a small fry in a hashbrown sleeve. Really?

Went inside. Forgot 20 nuggets. Forgot cheese on big Mac. Cold fries after waiting awhile. Forgot pickles on other sandwich.

The drive-thru time was ridiculous we sat in the Drive-Thru and then after we ordered our meal they had us pull up to one of the drive-thru I guess you would call it a pull a up waiting spot where two other cars were already waiting as well and this was only at 2:06 p.m. in the afternoon they had two people running together giving out condiments instead of breaking up and getting other people's food pretty poor management

I had recently entered this McDonald’s in search of a good burger, but what I found is much more. As soon as I entered this establishment, I was friendly greeted by the cashier behind the counter. While I was sitting down, I had the pleasure of speaking to the assistant manager Connor who took the time to make sure the order was cooked to perfection, order taken accurately, and if there was anything else that can be done to make my visit more memorable. The Big Mac was great, the fries being filled to the brim is even better, but the customer service I received at this location was something that truly made a difference in my day.

I ordered a steak bagel meal this morning at the McDonald’s in Gulf Breeze at 3308 Gulf breeze pkwy and I paid for my meal then was told to pull up and wait.I waited for about 15 minutes before they brought my food so I’m thinking I’m getting some fresh food.Boy was I wrong,I got to work and opened my bag to find out they forgot my hashbrown but that’s not the worst part.I opened my Steak bagel and they put it on a hamburger bun and the meat looks a week old.The bun is hard as a brick and the sandwich was so cold the cheese wasn’t even melted.I paid $11 for something I can’t even eat.I tried to call the number on the receipt and it goes to fax machine.What a waste of money and time

HORRIBLE service! Sat in drive thru after paying for 20 minutes and 5 vehicles went around me after getting their food. Only ordered 2 egg McMuffins. Went inside to see a manager and a kid about 16 years old said he was the manager and said they were just busy….soooorrrryyyy. Won’t be going there again! You’ve been warned.

What a mess. They didn’t wrap the food properly and everything was all soggy around

I went in today and got the new wicdonalds nuggets and sauce a very nice young lady I belive her name was Noah handed me my food and was very pleasant to deal with if I could give it 10 stars I would!!!!!

Went into the restaurant with for my coworkers all five of our lunches were messed up. One guy's chicken sandwich the bone was hard as a rock another spicy chicken deluxe just had mayonnaise on it mine and another co-worker had quarter pounder with cheese with no cheese on it. Then one of the guys ordered a ice cream cone and when the girl pulled the ice cream cone she said there was two in there and the manager said serve it. The problem with that is there's paper that divides the two cones so his ice cream cone had paper in it

I ordered my meal online through the app no issues, the first girl at the window was so nice she told me to pull forward and wait for my food which i had no problem with but when my food was ready the girl who brought it out was very rude she pushed the bag into my hand and let go and walked away super fast. i know her name is noah and i believe she’s a manager. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE especially as a manger. if i could give this place a ZERO for service i would!

The best McDonald's I have ever been to. The food was cooked perfectly.

All in all a great experience. However, some training may need to be done to teach the new and maybe old staff what a large fry looks like. This means that when filling the fries you pay for a large fry, you get a large fry. Not a small. I know times are tougher and pinchin pennies's is a more important thing these days due to covid. But McDonald's is known for that goodness. Please don't let that magic fall to the waist side. Still, yall are better than most in this area.

Typical McDonald's, pretty easy to get in and out of considering all of the construction, on Hwy 98, currently going on in GB. Fries are decent, at least more golden and firm than several of the McDonald's in Pensacola.

the food is ok they do occasionally forget to take the pickles and mustard off my burgers but if that happens i tend to just pick them off or rub the mustard away as best as possible

I didn't have to try and use the kiosk, she offered to take my order. The rude people on Davis tried to force me to use it, so I just walked out.

Stop there for lunch today. It was delicious. Service was fast and easy to get with a drive-up window. Very nice restaurant.

My daughter had a soccer game and we thought the would be food there. There wasn't. My other children were "starving" so we had to go find sustenance before they withered away. McDonald's was close by. There was a long line at the drive thru, but the line moved very quickly. They got our order correct, which only happens like 75% of the time in a drive thru, and everything was hot and fresh. I wish we lived closer to this McDonald's!

Katie took my order and made sure I had everything I needed and more. I see a big change in this place is why I've decided to change my review from a 1 to a 5 star. Never thought you guys would get it together but you have. Great job!👏🤝

This was honestly the nicest mcdonald’s i’ve ever been too. me and my boyfriend were shocked by how polite they were. everyone of them even at 6am was bright and happy ! They even gave us an extra hash brown because we had to wait in line a little longer! we

It's nice that the lobby is open again, HOWEVER, their performance is obviously measured only by the time to serve drive thru customers!! How about treating dining room customers with the same consideration & timeliness??

This store NEVER gets the orders right. My hubby drove thru and they LEFT OUT his QUARTERPOUNDER W CHEESE…everyone else got their food, except him. I hate that! Especially when they charge ya for it… SHAMEFUL. Gives McDonalds a bad name. (And yes, I remind him to check his order before driving off but…😥

Everything was cooked perfectly and instructions were followed.

When I step in this men was picking up garbage leads and He did not wash his hands or put gloves before serving food. He did it anyway. Never again Mc Donald

Consistently good food and service, but the owner continues to keep the lobby closed where most restaurants are open. They remodeled a few years ago but failed to fix their drive-through ramp

I never have had an experience with a McDonald's that still had workers who had souls. Today that changed though. All of the girls all over the restaurant were friendly and talkative and it was so refreshing and relaxing. The food was hot and fresh too, but with their personalities they probably could have served me cold food and it would have STILL been a 5 star experience.

Slow and sometimes cold, but on occasion their food is very good for a McDonald’s and if you had to pick one it should be this.

Was gonna take my son to get nuggets in the drive thru at 9:05pm and....they are closed. Supposed to be open til 10pm. This is the second time in the past month that we have gone up there only to find they closed an hour early.

Your typical McDonald's, drive-thru lines aren't usually very long although they can be busy in morning times. Staff is friendly.

McDonald's is pretty consistent with their food quality. I had a quarter pounder with cheese and it really hit the spot!
