We LOVE this place! I was so surprised when the nutrition/calories were labeled. It really helped me decide what to allow for lunch or dinner and what I preferred. We come at least once a week, sometimes three! Great employees, LaLaine the manager works hard.

I went through the drive through at 9pm on Saturday and they didn’t have anything I had requested. Everything I asked for they did not have cooked, so I asked “don’t you guys close at 9:30?” They said “yes” But they didn’t have much left. Also, I asked since they didn’t have what I requested could I get the only thing they had available which was the honey walnut shrimp could I get it for free since they had nothing else I came for. They said no, and that it would be an up charge. So I had no choice but to get that, and I asked for white rice they said they only had fried rice. So I said cancel my order and left. I was highly disappointed with the unprofessionalism, and being out of everything when you still have a 30 minute window is also unprofessional. I will not be back.

Closed in the middle of the day. This location is terrible

Earlier today, I had the absolute pleasure of talking to Lukas while ordering from the drive through. He greeted me with an utmost positive tone, quickly took my order, and cashed me out with a smile on his face. Not only was the order speedy, but fantastic as always. Thank you Lukas!

The manager refused to serve the side of a family meal on the side due to a food allergy. They told me that it would be a weight for the side to be prepared and would not allow me to have the meal while waiting for the side to be an extra five minutes to be prepared. Then the manager drove away laughing and tried to refuse service. She stated she did not understand what I was saying. I offered to speak in another native language and was accused of being a racist and was denied service. This occurred at 3:20 on this afternoon. This is the first and 49 years of age anyone is accused me of such. This is the first bad experience I’ve had at this restaurant.

Food seem warmed over or maybe in warmers too long

Food was ok, could have been a little more fresh, and the girl fixing our food could have been a little more friendly than she was. She acted like she was in a hurry, didn't really want to give me a chance to look and decide what I wanted, just kept kind of rushing me.

Twice I’ve had issues with this location! They never have anything there and then google says they close at 9 but I have gone by at 8:30 and they are shut down completely no one there. Not good service

They do not have orange chicken??!!! Unacceptable!! It’s like mcd not having a big Mac. What the heck is this?we got here at 7pm. Everything was empty. They were closing down already. Andrew. You’re rdo and ACO must be better!

This store consistently messes up orders and forgets items. We have to ask for chopsticks EVERY visit and half the time, they either don’t have any or act like we should be charged for them. Abysmal service, we won’t be back.

Not sure why GB Panda is so bad. It's even worse than the one in Dothan. Do not go here. Yuck

We got a Family Special for 30.00. All the food was cold and tasted old. The noodles were zero flavor and all clumped together. We will be going elsewhere. If you like tasteless cold food this is your place. Never ask for extra sauce.....it is not in your bag.

If ONLY the food wasn't COLD. 20 dollars wasted for small portions. My first and LAST time fir this location. I guess it answers my question as to why there was not one person sitting in the lobby but myself

I came thru the drive thru late, they were out of most things so they made fresh food for me..

This is the second horrible experience I’ve had with this Panda Express. There is no costumer service with the general employees or the managers. I order the teriyaki chicken and it was slimey and mostly fat. I asked to exchange it for something else (something cheaper or equal price) and they said they shouldn’t have to exchange it Just because I dont like it. Eventual the manager came out and decided to exchange it for more teriyaki chicken but it was not much better.

Criminally small portions. They filled my bowl only half full.

This spot used to be pretty good back in 2022 when I first moved to gulf breeze around July of last year we had an absolutely horrible experience orders were wrong and the one cashier was a bit rude when I tried to get my order fixed to the point I asked to speak to the manager so I didn’t lose my cool. He came over and asked how he could help we got our orders correct and he gave us a card for a free plate and signed his initials to verify it. Well apparently the turn over rate is so high he obviously doesn’t work at this location and the cashier was less rude than the last one but kept up for a minute so I simple swiped my card and paid…. I have been standing nearby well away from the counter to prevent myself from being rude or inconvenience other patrons as I waited……. So the been 20 minutes I literally had to walk up to the counter again to ask for my good but then they wanted me to show my receipt…. IM COMPLETELY WITHOUT A DOUBT FINISHED with this place I doubt I’ll go to panda again after being treated this way twice… and let’s be honest there food really isn’t all that great anyway you can get much better food from a local mom and pop place not to far from Walmart if your at this location

Waited 20 minutes at the drive thru and my food was still cold. Like wth? Food tastes ok. Other panda express places are far better.

40+ minutes to complete a drive through order. No wonder yall want people to pull forward so you can trick your boss and earn a bonus. A delay happens to us almost every time. Almost always out of something. Fuggg.

Inside seating could be cleaner & bathrooms.

I am sitting here with my food right now. I ordered a bigger plate (3 entrees and 1 side) I was handed 2 soy sauce, when I asked for more the worker told me 2 was the limit per person. I told her I would pay for extra, she told me it was company policy 2 per guest. The food is sub par and needs soy to cover the plastic taste. Will NEVER return to this store again for this reason alone.

Quick efficient but variety isn’t always available

The food isn't terrible, however I've had better experiences at other Panda Express locations. The food doesn't taste as good and they allow food to run out more often at this location than others. Furthermore, the portions are not as big as other locations either. Serviceable if you need a quick fix, but there are better options in the area.

This is the first Panda Express that has refused to prepare food 1 hour before they even close, The cook left was their excuse, There were about 4 other employees there, don't they get trained to also cook. Seems as if the owners tell this crew to prepare only small portions, because most of the menu items were not even available. Owner needs to step up and fix the way he runs his business.

I eat here all the time for lunch. The food is always good and the staff is always so helpful and friendly. Super clean inside too! Thanks Panda!!

Jay greeted me today with a beautiful smile on his face eager to welcome and say, "welcome to Panda Express and how can I help you today?" He went out of his way to help me with my purchase for a gathering of 4. He was soon very helpful and nowhere in Gulf Breeze have I had such a pleasant experience at any restaurant. Thank you Panda Express for such a wonderful employee eager to happily be so helpful with the suggestions of your vast array of delicious items. I will return.

If you want to pay double for the amount of food you get go here they skimp on everything and forget parts of your order. I got just about a half scoop of everything I ordered.

In my opinion, this is one of the better Panda Express in the area. The food is often pretty fresh, tasty, and they make missing entrees pretty fast. The price is a bit much, but that's more on corporate than this establishment itself. A nice spot to stop and get lunch quickly and is honestly better than most Chinese places in Gulf Breeze.

People are very nice and friendly. Food was great as always!

Welp, Didn’t think I’d EVER write a review but here I am.Okay so this is more about the service that the food. The food at Panda Express is really good and other Panda Express restaurants are really good! But this restaurant, eh. So, we were on a road trip, y’know, to get food.(and use the bathroom, it was closed but we still wanted to eat.) It was exactly 10:51 am and we pulled the door. We thought that because there were 2 doors, one of them would open. Keep in mind that they open at 10:30 am. You can even check their hours. It could have been accidental, but there were workers inside of the restaurant, but the door was closed! I mean, I understand being 5 min late to opening, but 20? Im sorry but please open on time to get a good review. Maybe, just maybe I’ll give this restaurant a last chance later on.But Panda Express over all is a pretty good restaurant.

Original Post: Fast friendly service. Super clean dining area and facilities. I just wish they had general tso chicken Updated post (4/6/23): The picture with my original post is what I was expecting to receive tonight. Unfortunately that was not the case. I wish I would have taken it a picture to post...it was about 2/3 the size of the posted meal. And if I could have tasted the sweet fire chicken before ordering it (apparently taste samples are not a thing anymore), I wouldn't have ordered it. It's was soggy and bland. I was there around 8pm. The food was probably better when it was freshly cooked. I'll try again next year.

Foods great but come on guys.. its 45F outside today and you have the AC on… very uncomfortable

Tried it again. Ordered for pickup. It was ready 15 minutes late. Chicken mushroom is wayyy to salty. Rest of food was acceptable.

My first time eating at a Panda Express and it was amazing!! Mark took our order and was very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. Food was fresh everything even the bathroom was spotless clean and right after lunch! If you're craving some high end Chinese cuisine at VERY reasonable prices try here!

Had a family meal, food was good, we had leftovers. It's well kept and clean.

Overall a good Panda Express location. They typically run low on a lot of the more common/popular food selections. You'd think they would plan accordingly and prep more of that, but that doesn't seem to be the case. It's still a good spot, customer service is always friendly and courteous, wait time is usually not too extravagant, unless your waiting on a new batch.

My son is in love with this place. Always gets the Panda Bowl with orange chicken and fried rice. He is a picky eater but enjoys this meal A LOT. He particularly likes the very cheerful gentleman taking orders at the drive through. Service is good and orders are correct. Had a bad experience onced and it was dealt with satisfactorily.

Never fails to be one of the worst panda locations in NW Florida. Noodles are ALWAYS dry, entrees are always soggy. I have 2 stars because the staff is always friendly. Something needs to be done with the food though..

My wife and I decided to go get some American Chinese food and the food was simply awesome. They do dine inside. And the staff was very friendly.

The establishment in gulf breeze is clean, organized, and you can watch chefs prepare the food 🤤. I like all food styles, I like to eat ya know what I mean, but the fried rice was bland, the customer service was the best I have seen in awhile. They are very attentive and comforting. The spicy beef was not spicy but the spicy shrimp was tooooo die forrrrr! That was soooo goooood! And big pieces of shrimp! The fried rice was bland ( I can do better by adding fresh green onions and addtl seasonings), but I had the house teriyaki sauce which helped. All-in-all, I would come back for the shrimp and to see what else they have to offer.

One of the worst Panda Express I’ve been to. Probably worst next to Niceville location. The wait is horrendous for food entrees. I don’t know if the manager needs time management training or what. They request to make food as they’re already ran out of things. Poor management!

Food is good, however about every 3rd time I go to get chicken teriyaki and white rice they are either out of white rice or like today at 11:30 am they haven't made it yet and it will be some time before they do. It's getting to the point I'm not going to spend my time or the crazy gas money to eat there.
