Insane restaurant in all aspects. It is huge and able to accommodate big parties without waiting no matter how busy they are. The food comes out fast. They make their own beer, I tried the porter, and it was great. Burguer patties are excellent, and the boxtys are a must. It is also impressive how they have over a million dollars in souvenir one dollar bills hanging from the ceiling throughout the restaurant.

my goodness what an unexpected experience. We thought this would be a run of the Mail regular dive, but it was amazing. The walls are full of dollars the ceilings are full of dollars. The service is amazing, staff is fantastic, food is delicious. They give you popcorn while you're waiting for your dinner and the drinks are diverse. What an amazing fine place

This is such a great experience when in Destin. My parents took me here 20 years ago on a visit and my dad said the food hasn’t changed when it comes to the steak it was very tender and the amount of food you get with the dish. We also got the loaded chips, large pretzel, brie and blueberry burger must add bacon, the beer cheese burger added bacon and onion rings, and a Mac and cheese burger all were very delicious. The bean soup was good as well for the low price of it per bowl. The portions are huge. Two people around us got ribs and it’s a whole slab of ribs and they looked very tender and saucy. Highly recommend get there early and arrive hungry.

It was our first time here and we were blown away. Our server was Casey Eryn (ask for her, you won’t regret it). Everything she recommended was amazing. Some of the best food we’ve had. We really enjoyed the bean soup, pretzel, filet mignon and pork chops. Serving portions are huge. More than enough to share and take home leftovers.

Mcguires is always our go to and Logan and Natalie at the bar were phenomenal! The pub style beer nachos are our favorite :)

Second to none. Hands down the best Irish food we have ever had. The atmosphere was intoxicating with Irish culture. The staff was absolutely amazing. Our waiter Nathaniel was the best! Extremely attentive. I can’t say enough. Thank you Nathaniel!!!!

Awesome service by Michael-Brandon. Fish and chips were excellent. Staff was accommodating on placing our stroller where we could see it while we were eating. The manager came and checked on us too. Great experience here.

Only warning, large portions of incredible food! So good, must try the Irish Wake and steak. We did get the brownie a la mode and only wish there was a little more ice cream to accompany the giant brownie. We will be coming back!

I am absolutely disgusted with the service at this location. I went to meet one of my friends at this restaurant and left from the rude treatment from our server. My friend is over the legal drinking age and she was denied a drink only because she used a valid Mexican passport. We all work in the restaurant industry so we are well aware of what forms of identification is required to order a drink. When we asked to speak with the manager the manager told us that “not everyone here speaks your language so we can’t serve you.” This level of discrimination is absolutely unacceptable. Not only that but my friend does in fact speak English so this is an issue that needs to be addressed and resolved immediately.

Bean soup just like grandma used to make, it is a must get. Make sure you go on fried chicken day, probably some of the best I've ever had.

Great service , food and food proportion size. We went with a party of 16 and they were able to accommodate us pretty quickly with waiting less than 10 minutes ( we had called ahead). Portions are good services is great and pricing is reasonable.

Michael Brandon was our server for this visit and it was a great meal and service for our time here. Excellent food and a whole lot of it! Best service we have had during our week visiting. Will be back!

The restaurant was so dark we had to use our flashlights on our phone to read our menus. They had the tables packed in so tightly (and ours was beside a pole) that every customer who passed our table had to turn sideways and shimmy through or they just couldn't see us and literally fell on our table. We quickly learned to hold onto our glasses of tea after the first spill because of this. My husband got corned beef and hash (a signature dish), and while it was edible, it wasn't anything to rave about. I played it safe and got a grilled chicken sandwich and mashed potatoes. I thought it would be a foolproof dish. It wasn't. I ate one bite, literally one bite of the sandwich. It was beyond awful. The mashed potatoes were garlic, and while not my favorite, being the only thing I could eat, I ate maybe 1/4 of the potatoes. The bread they give you with honey poured over it was grotesque. I'm a huge bread lover, and I have rarely found a bread that I don't like, I took one bite of this bread and spit it into my napkin; I couldn't even swallow it. Our waitress was Lyndsey (unsure of spelling). I'm not sure if she had on a name tag, neither myself nor my husband saw one, but she was so inattentive. We literally had to raise our entire arm up into the air to get her attention. Luckily, my husband is almost 6'6" and has the longest arm reach I have ever seen. When the server did stop by our table and asked how everything was, I told her mine was inedible and she said "Good, that's good". She may have stopped at our table physically, but she either was not present mentally to take care of her customer, or she just did not care. Either way, my meal consisting of a glass of unsweet tea and 1/4 of mashed potatoes cost a lot. It shouldn't have been like this. When servers get to the point that they don't care, they need to quit their jobs. As we were getting ready to leave, a couple was being seating in the table directly behind us, the table were crammed in caddy corner so I had to pull my chair up all the way until our table was into my ribcage. Since they were so close, I heard their waitress greet them, go over the gist of the menu, since they had never been there (neither had we and we told our waitress it was our first time there--all she did was laugh at us for using the light on our phone so we could read our menu). The waitress behind us was a blonde with a ponytail, and I told both her and my husband that if she had been our waitress, I feel like our experience would have been much better. So, this restaurant was a TOTAL FAIL in my book and I will never waste my time (so much of my time was spent trying to be super nice to the waitress because you never know what someone is dealing with) nor my money there again.

A must stop place if you’re in town. Massive portions on the food. Must try the Rueben eggrolls. Will come back for sure next time.

Vinny McGuires is a good spot if you can't wait to get a table at the main restaurant. The pizza was good, but I wished they had 2 or 3 basic pizzas to order from instead of having all make your own.

Callie was great!! So friendly and attentive. Food was delicious, service was fast, atmosphere was enjoyable. It’s everything I look for in a restaurant.

Cannot beat the service or hospitality of McGuires bartenders during their Sunday brunch! Special shout-out to Nina whom has been nothing but bright, providing my friends and I with great recommendations and welcoming joy! 10/10 recommend grabbing a seat at the bar (if you can!) to experience their awesomeness but the overall ambience and great food that McGuires has to offer!!

Great restaurant with an interesting concept and a pleasant atmosphere. The ribeye steak is incredibly delicious, and the shrimp Alfredo pasta is a real treat! Portions are big, leaving you full and satisfied.

Shaina- made our experience here at Destin the best! Super attentive, super hospital, she knew the menus, specials, and was passionate about what she was doing. She made my wife and i’s first trip to Destin special while at the same time hustling through a Friday night crowd. Food was incredible and everything else with Shaina was icing on the cake. A favorite! Staff knows how to treat it's customers and wonderful food and drinks. For lunch I recommend the Ruben or French Dip or any of the burgers. For dinner, best steaks or treat yourself to the Jamieson Pork Chops.

I wanted to share my recent experience at Maguires Bogdan. Our server, Bogdan, was incredibly helpful in describing the dishes, especially the prime steaks. I ordered the Ruben sandwich, and it was phenomenal. The corn beef was stacked high, and I was able to get my thousand island on the side. Bogdan also shared some great activities to do while on vacation in the area, as he's new to the area himself. He told us about things he's enjoyed while being here. Bogdan's service was fast, friendly, and when the kitchen brought out something wrong, he was quick to make it right. We plan on coming back again to try the steaks.

Amazing place!! We loved the pretzel, the Reuben's, fish and chips and all the amazing drinks! We had 14 people and they had a round table to fit us all. It was grand!

Great Burgers, steaks, calamari, 19¢ bean soup and tons more!! 😍 The atmosphere is definitely one of a kind they have over 3.5 million dollars in ONE dollar bills ALLLL over the inside(walls, ceiling, etc!) the roof top is one of a kind!!! Definitely recommend!!

The service, the food and the phenomenal place

The food at McGuire’s Irish Restaurant was fabulous—no complaints there. However, the service left much to be desired. Our server seemed unfriendly and almost gave off the impression that she didn’t want to be there. As for the meal, while the corned beef was delicious, the cabbage served with it was a bit tough, which made me wonder if it was out of season or just not cooked properly. One more thing to note: if you’re visiting on a hot, humid day, think twice about sitting on the second floor. It was sweltering up there, and I would have much preferred the comfort of the downstairs air conditioning. Unfortunately, that was my mistake for choosing the view. Lol. Burgers were great, it was too hot to sit upstairs without any breeze

We returned to McGuire's because the last time we visited, I wasn't ready for their portion sizes. Guess what? Although we ate a light lunch to make room for our dinner, we still weren't ready for those enormous portions. You get enough food to feed an army. The live music was on point. Most of all, McGuire's serving staff runs like a well oiled machine. When I tell you we only waited 5 minutes to be seated and they had a huge crowd. I was extremely impressed. Our server came right over took our drink and appetizer order of pub chips and beer cheese, served other customers, and got right back to us to take our entree order of Salmon, house salad, baked potato and Shepherd's pie. Everything was delicious, hot, and cooked just right. So if you want to visit a restaurant that you can full, have a great time and be served by a wonderful staff, go to McGuire's Pub in Destin, Florida. We will return. Next, we will stop and have lunch to ensure our stomachs are on E so we can be well fed.😁

This place is so dark and dingy…you can’t even read the menu. The food was so gross, everything besides the free bread. Don’t understand all the good reviews?

Honestly, I come here every time I am in Destin. I love everything about this restaurant, and I grew up on a beach near Clearwater. Steaks are ridiculously good! Vibe is awesome for a guy in his mid to late 40's but I think would be great for any adult. Go there and truly enjoy yourself. Also,my said it was the best pork chop she has ever had

As a tourist in the past and more recently as a newer local I can tell you with certainty. You can’t go wrong with this place. Always special time, amazing service and food. Keep in mind portions are gigantic! You can probably easily split any of their portions. Sunday brunch is top notch also. If you happen to get Kayla as your server. You found the best. She’s amazing and always so friendly.

Visiting from Europe and we loved it here. We had the table in front of the podium. There was a guy playing live music… Awesome! Waitress was super sweet and gave us a wonderfull experience. And off course the food was amazing and they where very fast! See you next time!

Best steak in town and the Irish Cuisine is top rate. Try the Irish Boxties they're a delicious idea on how to make use of leftover mashed potatoes! If you get their corned beef and cabbage keep in mind you get a half a head of cabbage with your corned beef and cabbage. And for 18 cents you'll never find anything better than the bean soup!

Hannah was our server & she is top-notch! Very attentive. Food was on point & I enjoyed a house stout with my steak & mushroom pie. My hubs had a smoked prime rib, he gives 5 stars. We shared an appetizer of buffalo chicken thighs, mmm!

Good stiff drinks! Amazing food awesome atmosphere. Busy, but you can get drinks outside while waiting. Egg rolls are amazing. Ribeye was tender and flavorful. Great service. It may be a touristy place but the food, service and atmosphere is top notch. I had a lot of fun. This place is a must on every vacation visit.

Service was absolutely terrible, food was all red meat or high merc. Fish (not allergy or pregnant friendly) Defiantly wouldn’t ever get potato skins, ever. And the kids meal was incredibly small (two half slices of pizza equaling the size smaller than 1 normal slice.

Our waiter was Marco. We had a Ribeye and the Black pepper chicken Alfredo. Excellent food. Marco was an excellent waiter. We really enjoyed our dinner.

Fantastic Irish pub with great Shepard's pie and corned beef and cabbage. It's a little bit unusual to have tiki drinks at a pub but they're great and fitting for the beach. The Irish Wake is very good

This was hands down the Best pizza Ive had in a long time.. the place has a very calm and peaceful atmosphere upon walking in and seeing tables with candles and dollars upon dollars on every inch of the restaurant. Why? Well its part of what makes this place special and unique. People who visit this place can sign a dollar bill and staple it to the wall or ceiling. Like a momento of your visit.

I want to praise the best bartender in the world, his name is STU and he is a very kind and careful bartender, my friend and I had a situation where a drunk guy approached us and he asked him to move away for us, but he saw that it's embarrassing for us, I'm very grateful that he did it and he blew me away with it!!! Surely the best service at STU!! I recommend it to everyone!!

Love this place! We try to go here every year when we come to Destin. Tonight we had Paul B. as our server and he was amazing! We had a table of 10 he was super friendly, and even interacted with my crazy boys which most servers don’t pay much mind to kids when they try to talk to them in my experience, but he was totally happy to go back and fourth with mine. Definitely recommend this place and him as a server!

We eat STEAKS The food is delicious. Get a great waiter every time and he is great. I tell the tourists u have to go but we love the food.

Here on vacation again this year and had the spring lamb chops, absolutely amazing. Melted in my mouth. Our server Samantha was the best. We had a table of 8 and she didn't miss a beat. Then had the cheesecake for dessert and it was the best I ever had. Can't wait to come back again.

Interesting atmosphere, random bagpipes playing, delicious food. Best Caesar Salad I ever had. Had the fish on top with bacon and eggs with no croutons.

Great food. Always plenty of food. From free bread, cheap beans, side salad, and main entree. Never could finish it all. I recommend the pork chops, great value, super naturally juicy pork chops. The chops comes in 2 whole thick cuts. The place is always packed with at least an hour wait. Recommend coming before 5pm.

Food was really good and the service was terrific. Came in with a party of 7 and everyone was very happy.

We went for dinner. I will say that this is a very popular place to eat. The food was good and I had an Irish Wake to drink. I do recommend both. I don't know about the day but at night there seems to be a lot of people but it didn't feel crowded. It is a little pricey but I do recommend eating here. It is an experience you won't want to miss.

Recently spent a summer living in Ireland and this food is 1000 times better than anything I had in actual Ireland. The pork chops and the Reuben eggs rolls are to die for. I go for that combo every time, but you honestly can’t go wrong with anything you get here. They also have great homemade root beer. The vibe is just the best! I love their dollar bills they have everywhere and every place to sit is a good place. This place feels more like Ireland than actual Ireland! One of my favorite restaurants in the whole world, a must-not miss place!

Recommended by many people before we even left to come to Destin. Now we know why! We loved everything about it. Got drinks at vinnies pizza which is somehow McGuires related too on site. We were seated up top and were amazed at the dollar bills everywhere, daughters still talking about that lol. Our food was outstanding, so much food. Each ordered burgers, I had the hb steak. 3 of the four of us had take away for lunch the next day, so much food. Atmosphere, cool statue outside the pub and great location. We’ll be back

I had just gotten cheated on by my boyfriend, i’m not from florida, i was there due to my uncle passing and was there for a funeral, the hostesses in the front heard me crying and sobbing in the bathroom and were so sweet and caring, and attempted to console (which was impossible) but the effort is what matters, they gave me a free brownie and were so so sweet, it’s not often you come across a restaurant where the employees actually genuinely care about the well being of a customer, but these ladies did. I will never forget this experience.

Steak was delicious. Server was totally overwhelmed. Long excessive waits for drinks. Forgotten drinks. Apps and dinner came within minutes of each other. Manager was defensive and argumentative. Terrible, terrible, terrible

So yummy and great ambiance. Great every time. Best steaks in Destin! And def get the pretzel!!!
