Best place for breakfast! So cute and clean and so friendly and caring.. I work M-f so I’ve only been twice when I had to take time off. If they were open weekends I’d be there every weekend. Everything was perfect both times! I will definitely order something for pick up on my way to work.. Not enough words to say how great this place is #1 for sure and I’ve told so many people how great mom and pops is ! Truly the best I’ve ever experienced anywhere!!!

Excellent spot for breakfast or lunch! I get their breakfast pizza regularly, which is delicious. I don't know what they use for the dough but it doesn't have as much chew as standard pizza dough. It's almost more of a biscuit texture, which is awesome for the breakfast pie. They have daily specials, home made soups, great sandwiches and tons of other items. Surely something for everyone at this little place with big flavors! You can call your order in ahead of time or go right in and sit because the food comes out pretty quick. I have never waited more than 10-15 minutes when ordering on the spot. Either way, it's worth the wait!

We had an even catered by mom & pop's... Sunday event for local vets in the area. VERY helpful, courteous, and flexible. And the food was great - especially the home made chips. Would recommend to anyone in the area - support your local businesses!!

A friend and I visited today. I had heard some truly outstanding comments from people about Mom & Pop's Cafe so I thought I'd see for myself. We had lunch, but that breakfast menu was tempting! Those glowing reviews were legit! Food, outstanding!!!! The menu had so many great choices, it was very tough to decide on just one! I had the roastbeef and Gouda panini. It was incredible!!! The servings are generous ( and yes, I am guilty of checking out every plate that went past our table) the prices are more than reasonable, the food is delicious and the staff treats you like family. Welcoming and friendly. If you haven't been yet, you really should give it a try, you won't be disappointed!

Service was very slow. My companion's pancakes were bland and rubbery. My corned beef hash eggs Benedict was mediocre. The corned beef hash was excellent (it saved the dish), but the hollandaise sause was thin and unremarkable.

Great food, service and prices in a small, homey atmosphere. Can be noisy at times but it's worth it. Not open weekends but that's ok. It's nearby and always a pleasant visit with super food.

Been driving by this location for years now, and a recent event presented an opportunity for me to eat out for breakfast instead of my regular routine. Was originally going to try the Route 50 Diner, but it turns out they changed their hours and don't open till 6:00AM, and since Mom & Pop's is closer to my office, I decided this was the better option. Arrived a bit early but found their open sign was lit and it all looked to be good, but trying the door I found it to be locked. Suggest they keep the open sign off until they are actually open. Once I did get in at 6:00AM sharp, I was the first there, and put my order in straight away. A short stack of Pancakes, two scrambled eggs, and a decaf coffee. All together coming to just over $14 before tip, quite the deal if I do say so myself. As for the meal, well the coffee was fresh and there was plenty of creamer and sweetener to pick from. The eggs were perfectly cooked, though I do prefer mine a bit burnt, but I didn't specify any weird requests like that. As for the pancakes, well, they were super thirsty. I poured three containers of syrup and five butter packets on them and they were still pretty dry, I even had them add blueberries to the pancakes but that only helped to break up the bready flavor a little. Still, they were a good size and thickness and filled me right up before I could polish off the second few bites. Overall a nice little place to stop in, but this was a one off since I need a diner that is open a bit earlier for my morning commute to work right.

This place is a gem. Lots of great options. The Mac and Cheese is a hidden powerhouse, the Mama's Favorite is a great sub that reminds me of being in New Jersey. Food is always made with a pinache that the humble exterior of the restaurant would not lead you to expect. Staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is cozy and relaxed. Great stuff!

Classic little old eatery right next to Curtis lumber. And I do mean little. Owners are so very friendly and regularly come out to mingle with their customers.

Anyway, the food is great, staff friendly, broccoli salad my favorite, The Rachel sandwich knee-ice (nice). Mom + Pops may not be a place for a marriage proposal, a place for folks with hearing aids or trying to get your baby to nap it's a great place for breakfast and lunch!!

Had the Italian panini and broccoli salad. Absolutely delicious! It's all about the bread and the meats. The place has them. Smoked ham and broccoli slaw ... amazing!

Tiny little establishment owner is cook w 2 waitresses who are friendly . They have a nice menu many options. Sadely they're only open Mon - Fri 6am -2pm. Catering available Sat / Sun . They're located opposite Curtis Lumber on Rt 67 . If your looking for good dinner food w nice portions it's the spot especially during tourist season it's one if the local secret places .

Mom and Pop's catered my wedding this past June and we could not be happier with their food and service! We received so many compliments about our food from our guests. Mike and Donna are so great to work with and are very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them for your next big event-- you will not be disappointed!

My wife drove by to get gas first and she said why don’t we try that place and we stopped for lunch and my wife said it was one of the best burgers she has had in a long time! She wanted me to try it and it was very good. You could tell it was cooked on a opened flame grill. It tasted very good. Service was very good the lady that waited on us had a great personality. Nice conversation as if I was an old friend or something, which I am not even originally from the area.

Best thing on the menu is the chill worst thing is they close at 2 pm

Great food the only downsides is that they close it too daily and are not open on the weekends. Family run business (love those kind). Right off the I87 Northway, you can get right back on, free parking.

Mom and Pops, as the name implies is a small family cafe that serves well prepared meals. Excellent wait staff is there for any need. Wait time can be a bit long when busy, but the food is well worth the wait.

This is an old fashioned diner in Ballston Spa NY. The food is great , and so is the service. They serve both breakfast and lunch with an assortment of coffee, hot chocolate and soft drinks . Good food , well done ! Right next to Curtis Lumber!

Went for breakfast, cute little place. The service was great. Very clean area. I ordered eggs and bacon. Eggs were fine. Bacon tasted like pre-cooked heat and serve. Hash potatoes prob same as well. Nice idea to save from wasting product with slow turnaround. But you compromise on the taste. Wife said sausage gravy was very good.

I don't see too many reviews about the catering - I ordered from them for my daughter's baby shower back in August. Honestly, I was a little disappointed. When I had called with questions regarding people vs serving sizes, I feel I was misled. I was a little disappointed after picking up the food. We were having approximately 30 - 35 guests. After discussing this with the establishment, they suggested certain size trays which I went along with. You would think they knew what they were talking about, right? Well...not. The trays I received could have served a 100 guest wedding. I paid double the price for trays with food that was much too much for the small baby shower - so much waste of both money AND food. I also ordered "finger sandwiches.' These sandwiches are listed on their catering menu as just that - Finger Sandwiches. What I received were two trays of full size bulkie roll cold cut sandwiches. Again...disappointment. To me, finger sandwiches are delicately cut slices of bread, variously filled. And I would have been perfectly fine with miniature sized rolls - but full sized bulk rolls are NOT Finger sandwiches. The saving grace was that the food was good, but if I were to ever order from them again, especially if for a smaller group, I definitely would go the lower end. I feel like I wasted a lot of money paying for the biggest trays they had when that amount of food was in no way needed - not even close.

We liked the food and were glad that we got there before closing time because we always arrived after they closed. Just don't go too close to closing time because you'll get the staff rushing to clean up & close. Salads to go were so so.

Overall very average. Welcoming atmosphere with friendly although not great service. Table wasn’t wiped down. Many flies in the restaurant bothered us throughout the entire meal. Italian wedding soup was pretty tasteless. They forgot crackers and I was told they’d be right back but was never brought any - had to ask another waiter. For my meal I got the Gobbler sandwhich special, which was also nothing noteworthy. It came without cranberry sauce on it, although this at least was brought out quickly. Fries and onion rings both are offered as a side, however we found out later on the receipt that they were upcharges. Suggested gratuity was calculated with tax included. Wouldn’t come back, $35 for two mediocre sandwiches and one cup of soup.

have been procrastinating to get to this place for a long time now and I finally made it!! I wanted to cone here with someone special but they didn't like the ambience in the place amd kept me away. Though this special person finally wanted to get here, we vanished from each other's lives. Though some treasured relationships disappear, Mom's and pops cafe still stands, where "great food, family, and friends come together". We ordered Andes mint chocolate pancake and Mediterranean omlette. I'm not a big fan of pancakes and this pancake was excellent. The place has a big menu and the prices are reasonable. I was here new years eve and they were closed for vacation. I sent them a message on Facebook and got a reply instantly. I'll probably be here again to try more tasty food.

Been wanting to try these guys for a while. First thing I noticed is how cozy the place is. Walked by the desserts on the way to the table, they looked good. Ordered eggs Benedict, hash, a margarita pizza and a ham club. The sauce in the eggs Benedict had a lemon flavor and tasted like it was homemade. Eggs were a little undercooked for my tastes, kinda runny. Home fries were average. The hash had good flavor. It tasted like they doctored up the cheap hash you get from the store. For a breakfast place, I was surprised how good the margarita pizza was. Sauce tasted like real tomatoes, cheese was thin but fresh. The dough had a flavor I couldn't put my finger on. Really enjoyed the crust. Imported swiss cheese on the Ham Club balanced out with average grade ham. It was well made and tasty. Service was good. Only had two waitresses on, yet they handled business when the place was busy. Still attentive and friendly. Would recommend 👍

My sister and I had a terrific time at Mom & Pop's Cafe today. Food was fantastic and good coffee but the best part was the family atmosphere and staff was great. We will definitely be going there again.

I absolutely love Mom & Pop's. Mike and Donna run this Cafe more like a place for family and friends to eat, instead of strictly as a business. Their food is all made by scratch and absolutely delicious!

Nice little place. Very homey vibes. My only complaint is my overeasy eggs were overcooked... which honestly is not that big a deal it happens all the time. What hurt was staring at my spouses GORGEOUS, PERFECTLY cooked overeasy eggs. Really nice experience other than that.

The place is very clean and well managed. I mostly order for pickup, the personnel here is courteous and will fulfill your order the best possible way.

Food is good. Service is pretty quick, even when busy. Prices are really good 2 complaints:. It's small, though Ive only waited once and it was short. It's loud. Small space - just a big open spaced square. Still, it's worth it for sure.

They are one of the best hole in the wall diners ever. Which is a compliment. I am a diner person and the food is on point every time. And the service is too. Clean place, easy to do takeout, and I order all the time! I will continue to spread the word and love for this place! Great breakfast and service for a good price.

Makes breakfast! Had the special of the day and was a little TOO cheesey... usually not a bad thing but I lost the corned beef hash flavor because of it. Also, got the veggie frittata that comes with a side of potatoes and there were boiled potatoes and very few mushrooms in the meal. Not the greatest, but will return for convenience and friendly atmosphere.
