3 places on your website says you're open till 10:00 pm. It's 8:30 on Sunday, July 28th and after driving all the way here, we find you're closed. Not very good customer service.

Got in line for ice cream on a Sunday night, after waiting in line for several minutes, staff informed me they won't serve me since I got in line after 10pm. Just rude to kick out patrons waiting in line, maybe you should lock the door, or better yet take care of the customer.

Went in today and the atmosphere of the shop was so much different than what I was used to. I remember coming in as a kid and it was fun family place, does not have the same feel anymore. The workers had an attitude. I was serviced by the such a rude young woman. I ordered a vanilla malt and while she was making it, I watched as she put in too much milk and then when it was “being spun” it was going everywhere which seemed to annoy her more. She gave me the drink and I paid $7, took a sip and it tasted sour. I could have had her remake it, but I didn’t want to stay any longer especially if I knew the next person making my malt was going to possibly be rude as well. When I look at the malt in the car, I can tell it’s almost all milk with a hint of ice cream. I threw it away and went to Great Lakes Bay Ice Cream where I got great service and a malt worth the money. Never coming back, no longer the same.

This was my first visit here, and prior to going, I had only heard positive things! For a summer Friday night, the shop was hopping! There was a great selection of ice cream, and the staff were friendly and quick - doing a great job keeping up with the long line. Make sure to bring cash or check!

If I could leave less than one star I would. I have never been waited on by a group of more incompetent people in my life. Incompetent, rude and so unprofessional. I can't imagine this business surviving much longer with a type of employees they have working there.

GREAT place for ice cream! It was a little daunting at first when I arrived to a line that made a U-turn in the store and out the door, but it really moved quite fast....it was maybe at 10 minute wait from walking in the door to being serviced at longest! As a little warning though, they only accept cash or check, no plastic payments. Thankfully I happened to have cash at the time. Great people, great seating with a very ma&pa feel. Would highly recommend!

Brought the kids. Complete chaos especially if you haven't been here before and no signage as to where to go....where the line starts or ends. No explanation/examples of sizes. One of the employees yelled at the top of her lungs for us to move down to the end of the counter. Not necessarily in a rude way but I've never been yelled at in a place of business before. I know some people love this place but definitely not for us. We won't be back.

The girls were so amazing today the last visit! They were so welcoming!!! The service here is always so Wonderful! My son Jackson even won a banana split!! I love the atmosphere. My kids always have a good time. Ice cream is a decent price and they do such a good job. Thank you ladies!

My ice-cream was Xtra soft. I didn't stand a chance in the heat. The cashier had the slightest idea why.

I have a dairy allergy, I went to this place specifically because I've been here before and ordered their vegan chocolate ice cream in a waffle cone and it was great. This time, the woman who served me was very rude about my choice, complained to me about the product, and proceeded to have an attitude when I told her she'd prepared my order incorrectly. She handed me my waffle cone and said "good luck". Around 8pm on 5/8/2024. As a person who's worked in customer service under much worse conditions, a little common decency goes a long way, especially with a very hungry pregnant woman who just wants some chocolate ice cream that won't make her sick.

Brought my 99 year old Grandma here for ice cream. Staff was very kind. Grandma really enjoyed the atmosphere, many, many, many people came and went while we sat and enjoyed our treat. This was obviously the happening place in town. Don't let the line intimidate you, it moved quickly.

Great place for ice cream but they will only accept cash to avoid transaction fee's. They do have an ATM but then YOU get a transaction fee for using it 🙄

Single scoop is like a triple any place else and they charge for that. Easy to share one serving if you both decide on the same flavor. Staff very friendly!

Ironically, their prices have gone to the Moon. I just can't justify this cost for a night out for treats anymore. 5 stars=>3 stars unfortunately.

This is my favorite place to get ice cream and Saginaw. I love taking my kids here. The staff is always very friendly and they definitely have the lowest prices in town.

Wonderful experience every time I go here! It’s been 8+ years and in tradition to every birthday in the family we pick up an Icecream cake. They have wide variety and if given enough notice they will accommodate your needs.

Deffff has the best non-dairy ice cream in the area. I just got chocolate with Oreo pieces but it was so delish! My dairy eating friends were also raving about the cones they got. Such a good place to go for ice cream!

Mooneys ice cream is the very best in the world!! They have been around for over a half a century in Saginaw Michigan and they are family oriented and the staff is awesome!! You can tell they take pride in their jobs and treat their customers like family, I highly recommend Mooneys ice cream 🍦 😋
