Food is very nice here. Very flavorful and everyone is so friendly. Glad my family and I stopped by after a long day. Definitely recommend!!

WOW! First time coming here and this place DELIVERED FOR SURE! 100/10!!! First time having rice and peas and I don’t think I will taste anyone else’s rice and peas! Oxtails, we’re phenomenal!!! The tender meat great seasoning, but the star that also put it all together was the Mac and cheese!!! This place is to die for and the owner, she is such a sweetheart. God bless her soul! PLEASE come and eat here, never will go to any other Jamaican restaurant again if it’s not Mr. Mack’s

This food was utterly disgusting. I am honestly not sure were all the 5 star reviews come from. Is your best chef off on Sundays? Ordered stewed fish with cabbage, rice and peas. Firstly there were no peas in the bland rice thrown on the plate. Second, the cabbage literally tastes like they just boil it and put it on your plate. Most importantly the fish was AWFUL! No flavor, no taste, no spices NOTHING!!! Every item that I tasted was a disgrace to the Jamaican community. There is no way this food was cooked by anyone who know's what they are doing. I will NEVER step out on faith again. I am in complete disbelief after wasting almost $40 on something that got thrown in the garbage. Do better, seriously!!!! Would not recommend to a dog.

Excellent really huge portion. Sooo creamy and cooked perfect.

I called in to inquire about sides and the woman on the phone said she’s busy and that I should pick sides when I got there. In ordered fried fish and got rice and cabbage. The fish tasted old and had no flavor. The rice was definitely old and mushy. The only thing I liked was the cabbage.

Mr. Mack's has delicious food and friendly staff. The Jerk Chicken with rice and peas is very tasty.

The worst !!!!!! I just went there to pick up an order and an old lady pcame at me asking what was is my order. I told her I ordered online, they should have my order. She asked for receipt. I went to my car, picked up my phone, and went back inside to show her my receipt. This is when she started to tell me a bunch of things that have nothing to do with me. I told her that what she is saying about how her system works is not my concern; I'm here to pick up an order. But she wouldn't stop talking. I wouldn't recommend that place to anyone. That lady doesn't know what customer service means. The client doesn't have anything to do with your business. keep it for yourself.

The owner is warm and welcoming. She is very professional, kind and friendly. Food is well season and tasty. The jerk chicken is legit... straight out of the jerk pan into your plate, no oven roast thing as others do. Definitely my number one what I am in Palm Beach County

I’m from Jersey and I eat a lot of Caribbean food back home. This is by far the best Caribbean food I’ve had since I been in West Palm Beach. I had the jerk chicken yesterday and the brown stew chicken today. They’re both so good I can’t choose which one was better. Also, the staff is very polite. When I go back to Jersey, I’ll miss this place!

We had Mr Mack's catering for our jobsite lunch event where we had around 90 people. Service was pleasant and food was enjoyed by everyone. Would definitely recommend.

My oxtail were tuff taste like rubber do not eat the oxtails. I paid 20 for trash. All I can say is order something else

Busy place the food is good and they are consistent, they run out of food but it's good when you get what is ordered or wanted.

Couldn’t leave a review on Uber, entered the restaurant and the wait to collect my online order was super long. Host took more time making sure I wasn’t stealing rather than making sure all items were packed. I didn’t receive 2 items and the food is mid.

Was recently in town, visiting from Atlanta. Ate lunch there on a Sat while my car was being repaired in a nearby dealership. Excellent choice!! Super nice people. Great food. Thanks Mr Mack!

Delicious! Got the jerk chicken... Probably should have got the regular because the spicy was SPICY, but still enjoyable! The lady was very sweet and friendly with a beautiful smile! The homemade rum cake was so moist! I definitely recommend this joint and will go back the next time I'm in WPB!

When I say this food is good, I mean it's more than good. I want to thank the cook, man, you put your foot in this food, as the Jamaican proverbs would say. If you visit West Palm Beach, make sure you find this place. First buying, and I am over my heels. Highly recommended. I am not paid to right this; I have experienced this for myself I'm staying at the Hampton Inn because my flight on Delta Airlines was canceled. The place to spend your money is right here.

Large portions. Decent service. I got the curry shrimp. The sauce was very delicious but the shrimp was lacking. My sister got the oxtail which was very meaty but a little too fatty.

I have had Jamaican food before, but Mr Mack’s is THE BEST Jamaican food I have ever had. This was my first time here and they blow away everyone else. The food is AMAZING and they are so nice! I highly recommend going here. The brown stew chicken is awesome and by bf always gets the ox tail and it is great. You will thank me later! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!!!! I would take a picture of my good but it is half devoured already!!

We had a very authentic Jamaican dinner. I had to have some of that chicken off the grill, that I smelled blocks away ! My wife had the oxtail and she loved them! We live in Broward county, and will be coming back soon! It was clean and the locals were patronizing very well. I see why.👍🏾

Better tasting Jamaican food elsewhere. The curry chicken was fine. Rice and peas were fine as well. The Mac and cheese was not edible. Looked like something out of a box and tasted like it was going bad.

This restaurant serves one of if not the best stewed chicken I've ever had. As a chef and a foodie I can't compliment this food enough. The chicken was fall off the bone delicious with just enough heat to make my mouth water the Mac n cheese was perfect the potato salad was delicious and the red beans and rice was cooked to perfection. If you like Caribbean cuisine this place will knock your taste buds out cold. My new go-to place for Caribbean cuisine.

I was coming from the airport and I was hungry. I pulled up Google Maps, and the first thing I saw was Mr. Mack's! I haven't had Jamaican food in a good while, so I decided to hit them up. I initially thought it was just a food truck based on the images but no, there's an actual building there as well. The building was small, but to me, comfy. You can literally talk to the crew from any part of the place. So the food I got was a medium jerk chicken with mac & cheese and white rice. I thought it was pretty good. Mac & cheese was creamy, the jerk chicken had a nice kick, and the rice had gravy/sauce over it and made it even better. It was really good and if I ever come back to WPB, I'm definitely coming back here.

Matter of fact I loved it so much I started to call them just to tell them how good it was...lol Highly recommended will be going back... They're probably my new favorite Jamaican restaurant is West Palm Beach now..! Last but not least big healthy plates you can eat twice off...! Will be back again and again and again..!

Clearly my experience doesn't match that of most patrons. The staff is friendly, service is fast, atmosphere is okay, but the food - terrible. Ordered the jerk pork; let me just say, there is absolutely no danger of trichinosis from the pork. I could have used any of the pieces for a tire patch. Fried plantains were also cooked to the consistency of baby food. The spice was excellent, but I can only hope they had a substitute cooking the day I visited. Out of about a dozen pieces, only one was less than 25 percent fat. Some fat is great, yes, but I didn't order fatback. Very disappointing. I'll try it another day for another dish, but if this is standard fair...wow.
