Has down the best bento sushi place in orlando..unexpected delicious

Had spicy salmon roll, imitation crab roll, and chicken fried rice. Accompanied by a milk Thai tea boba. For the price point it's pretty uneventful flavor and quality I would say is on the low end. The chicken was flavorless didn't even have salt and some pieces looked raw. I wouldn't recommend this place if you want to eat raw fish (sushi) or fried rice, probably the highlight was the Boba tea. I think the new owners don't care about the food quality and it shows. All the employees were nice and happy to suggest food but I won't be back.

Food isnt what it used to be since owners changed. Greasier, no veggie sides, too many items and not focusing on core menu items that made them so good. Tea is still good though.

They don’t follow their hours they post, don’t get your hopes up because if says there open online they might not be.

East Orlando, FL. Evidently this business has changed owners and the booths are now black leather. Chinese pop music played in the background. My picky husband said they did it right with the shrimp tempura batter and panko; he used to work in San Francisco with great tempura nearby his office. We had lunch bento boxes ($12.95 today, June 27, 2024) with fresh, good shrimp tempura; pan fried teriyaki chicken; jasmine rice; 3 pieces of California roll (without wasabi or ginger slices); light and crunchy spring rolls deep fried in fresh oil; a sweet, gingery tempura sauce; a fruity mayonnaise-based wannabe yum yum sauce; a fruity sweet and sour sauce; and good mango green tea with mango popping boba. “Now that’s what I’m talking about!” my husband exclaimed after taking a sip of his mango boba tea. “We will be back!” he told the staff.

food was good but we waited over 30 mins for 2 sushi rolls even tho the restaurant was almost empty :(

Food: We ordered the sashimi deluxe, which was visually stunning with its vibrant colors and tasted fresh. We also tried two specialty rolls: the Y2K and the Naruto. The menu is impressively extensive, offering bento boxes, ramen, noodles, lo mein, sushi, sashimi, rice bowls, teriyaki entrees, milk tea, smoothies, among other items. Given the high quality of their sushi and sashimi at a reasonable price, I believe they should focus more on these items to emphasize their expertise in sushi. Initially, I was skeptical about the quality of their sushi and sashimi due to the long menu, but it turned out to be a positive experience. Ambiance: The ambiance is typical of a sushi restaurant in the $15-$30 per person price range. We entered the restaurant right at opening on a Sunday, and the bathroom was clean. :) Service: While we didn't encounter any issues, the server could have been a bit more friendly. ;)

I love ms.teas bento! I usually get noodles but I’ve heard the rice bowls are really good too. I loveee their Yakut drinks they are always perfect! The staff are super nice too 😄 edit: i don’t like this place anymore since the owners changed. i tried it twice but my food was not good! i got the beef noodle soup and the beef was so hard and chewy. the broth just tasted like chicken broth.

Clean and inviting food was excellent lunch classic rolls 3 for 14.95 with soup also have really good smoothies. My daughter added Boba to her.

Wonderful dining experience. The miso soup and sushi are excellent (best spicy tuna roll in central Florida) and the matcha milk tea was so good I almost cried. We also tried the tea boiled eggs, delicious! New favorite restaurant.

It was late so we went here by default, it was really good. Good size portions and the prices were fair.

Good quick full service boba and Asian fusion

This place used to be my absolute favorite in Orlando and then they recently changed ownership and everything has gone down hill ever since. There's no love that goes into the food anymore, there's no passion, it's just uninspired at the bare minimum concoctions that make me really miss the original ownership and food this place used to serve. The fried chicken katsu with curry that used to be in my opinion the best in Orlando is now nothing but a shadow of what it once was. Watery curry with chicken that lacked the flavor and texture that made it one of the best. I'm not sure how the sushi is here, but this place in my opinion is a victim of offering too much and by doing so has bitten off more than they can chew.

It's really hard for me to give five start to anyone, but you can't go wrong with Ms Tea. Everything is fresh and go in to your stomach so well. The chicken wings are to die for with some secret sauce that takes hours to prepare. I had almost every bento box in the menu, and at this point, it is really hard to decide what to get when I come in. They blend all flavors so well. I'm so happy they opened this place. It's casual dining at It's best. ***Update*** They are still as consistent as the 1st day I when. I'm a regular there now. lol Love the food. ***February 2024 update*** Restaurant was sold last year and not even close to what used to be. Food is not the same. Service takes longer. Not as friendly. A complete 180-degree change.

Great option for some Taiwanese homestyle dishes with pretty good boba. I would recommend anything that involves their fried chicken or either of their beef noodle soups because the meat is so tender. It isn't amazing, but it's one of the only places that is open late in the area. Prices are reasonable as well. Service was friendly and efficient. Edit: Owners changed and food quality plummeted. We don't come here anymore.

This is a nondescript restaurant. The milk tea and bento are extremely unpalatable. As a Chinese, I don’t recommend coming here.

If I can, I am not willing to give a heart, the food is poor, the rice is not cooked, the hygiene is very poor, the waiters and staff are not professional, basic communication is very difficult, all the dama, this kind of garbage shop almost has to close down

Teas and food are absolutely amazing. However, not enough boba is added to the teas or smoothies, it’s not even a full scoop.

sushi is amazing, i love that they added a sushi menu. They also had really great house roasted peanuts, definitely recommend this place.

Fantastic food and sweet people!

I was hopeful going in and that may have been part of the problem. I got a sashimi bento box and the fish was super tiny (not exaggerating at all). The rice was barely room temperature. Was the rice cooker off? We got there around 7:15 which is like optimal dinner time. The eel roll was 6 pieces of the smallest sushi I have ever seen. The spring roll was also not very hot. I’m not sure why this place is highly rated. There’s also two boxes of microwaves in the back which is very suspicious. I personally would not go back again.

Very nice I ate here with my boyfriend and got coconut milk tea with jelly + chicken katsu curry box with fried gyoza :-) good portion, good price and very yummy, nice waitresses as well.

Boba was refreshing but not service. As I asked Questions the cashier acted as she was annoyed at what I was Asking and when I asked What something was on the menu she repeated the name but no explanation I said I’m not sure what that is and she stared at me with blank stare. I love to come to places where even if they have been around awhile they still welcome people with a smile. Hopefully I can Come back another time where perhaps they are friendlier.

Place was quite and awkward, we didn’t understand how to order and it was confusing. They food was disappointing, my salmon bento box was pathetic and kinda nasty, and my boyfriends sushi was sour tasting??? I don’t know overall an awkward experience and the food was terrible considering we paid 30 dollars.

I have been there many times. The food and the environment was amazing. I love going there for lunch and sometimes dinner. The workers are very friendly and nice to the customers. I totally recommend this play. I love the new ideas they add on recently. The sushi is amazing especially the drinks are freshly made each day. The young lady who made the drink can control the perfect sugar levels every time I order. Cold ice boba drink is always refreshing at this place. I have been to many Asian restaurants and this place is still my favorite to go. I always bring my friends here a lot, we all love the food. My friends love this place as well especially the drink.

We had the chicken katsu curry bowl and the stew pork rice bowl. I had a jasmine cheese tea with double boba, and my grandpa had a honeydew milk tea. Everything was delicious. The chicken was audibly crunchy every time I chewed, which was asmr. The pork from the rice bowl was delicious. The milk and cheese tea were amazing. It is relatively open and rather bright, but the wooden seats are not very comfortable. The booth side was very comfortable, according to my grandpa. The food and tea came out in a good timeframe. 10 out of 10 would come back.

First place I tried after moving here, and it did not disappoint. Teriyaki chicken and Jasmine tea were perfect. A side of fried gyoza as well. Every bento dish is great!

Updated Review 09/13/23: I’ve gone here twice recently and the quality had gone down a lot. Both the drinks and the food. I ordered the chicken and that was fine but the rice had zero flavor. I ordered Creme Brulee Milk Tea with boba and the boba tastes nothing like it used to. I’m guessing there was a change in ownership or management. This was one of my favorite places to grab a quick bite for lunch. Sad to see the quality depreciate like this. Review from two years ago 5 stars: I found this absolute gem on UberEats and I am so happy to have this in my rotation. Service is amazing and the food is mouthwatering and authentic. I have talked about this restaurant to anyone with an ear in the past few weeks! Don’t think twice! Get some tea and food— you will not regret it.

The customer service was nice but they have a little struggle speaking English, it's understandable though. The popping boba and the tea tasted phenomenal! The ascetic was cute and calm. The food was great and yummy! We ordered the seafood ramen and the pork bowl. Both were great! Would come here again.

Stopped in to pick up my order and was met by the sweetest lady who told me it would be a few minutes. Got my order quickly and let me tell you, it is basically like solid gold on a plate! I had the twice cooked pork and Taiwanese fried chicken. If I could give them more than five stars I would. This is definitely a special gem among the Orlando food scene!

I absolutely love and adore this place. Both the food and the drinks are phenomenal. I have not had anything bad here and have tried many things off the menu. Highly recommend getting the tea eggs and for drinks try the Peach Yakult drink. Last time I got the garlic chicken which was as usual delicious. The atmosphere is super cute and cozy, definitely somewhere you can sit and enjoy a meal for a while with some friends. The staff is extremely kind and get you your food quickly. I will always recommend Ms Tea’s Bento this place is truly a hidden treasure in Orlando.

Our new date night of choice. Cute spot that feels like you're eating at your aunts place. The food is wonderful and fresh. The chicken katsu curry and the beef bowl were dopeee. There is boba, of course, on hand and we'd recommend Thai Tea and Oreo Brulee. Do yourself a favor and stop in!

Ahh! This place is absolutely amazing. The food, the boba, the atmosphere, the staff??? They’re all sweat hearts with incredible service. If you haven’t tried… you need to!!

I have been coming to Ms. Tea's for over a year now. The service, food and drink has been top notch. However, we went to the restaurant recently and noticed that some of the decorations changed and the usual ladies were not there. It was busy. We've been here on busy nights before and never had a problem but the service was slower and longer than usual this time. The teas took awhile and they came out a couple of seconds before our food. The food was great as always but the tea quality was subpar. I thought it was just an off night so i went there again but the teas did not improve. This led me to believe that they may have changed owners. The tea was diluted, it was as if i was drinking water. The cheese float had no flavor and it wasnt has creamy as before. I was very disappointed with the teas, this has been my favorite tea spot and I don't think I will be ordering the teas here anymore. Miss the ladies.

Notice: The OWNER and chefs are DIFFERENT now!!!! Used to be a regular at this place. Haven’t been here for almost a year and the taste of the food became completely different!! They’re not authentic Taiwanese restaurant anymore. Food was very salty and taste full of msg. The portion of the bento was not as big but I have to say their tea stayed pretty good even after the change of the owner. Will only be back for their tea Not Food.

Wow! Amazing food and flavors. Had to write a review before i finished eating. Spicy pop corn chicken is great as well as the curry katsu chicken. Sooo good
