So new owners, very friendly, same great food but bigger portions! New decor looks really nice, improved the atmosphere.

Good food normally. Had a couple curries and noodle dishes from here recently with very strange flavors and a sandy gritty residue left in to-go boxes and containers. I think I will be taking a break from here and hope it gets resolved.

'Thai hot' is too hot. 'Medium' is hot but awsome. Red or green curry, can't go wrong.

This place was phenomenal. It's kind of tucked away, so without specifically googling it you'd never find out. Had eggrolls and pad thai. Would definitely eat here again.

I don't typically leave reviews but I have to share how amazing this place is. The food was off the charts delicious and absolutely authentic Thai. The owner came to each table and talked with her guests. It is clean neat and the service was very good too. 5 star all the way.

I have been going here for years and always loved the food. The dine-in area is small and hours of operation have decreased since I first dined there. I eat here when I am in the Youngsville area every month or two. The food was good but not their best. Not sure if it was an off day or a decrease in overall quality. Anyway, I still recommend trying the place out.

This place is soooo good, but heed this warning. Rori got the pad Naman Nga (chicken) and I got the soft shell crab pong gharee. Off the charts good!

I crave the food almost everyday. It's probably in my top 3 favorite places of all times. Food is beyond top notch.

I recently found out that the owner of the old Pimon Thai restaurant on Johnston Street in Lafayette owns this place. The gaeng panang with fried catfish was my favorite dish at Pimon Thai, and I had it for the first time in about fifteen years last night. It was still amazing.

Best Thai food I have ever eaten, some really unique items. Service with a smile and the owner is extremely pleasant. Love the place and wish I could go above the 5 stars. Highly recommended

I had the gaeng dang, red curry, and it was delicious. I definitely want to go back for more. There's not much to say for the atmosphere. It's a very small restaurant with very limited seating but it was nice and quiet. Focus seems to be on to-go orders, so it does not appear that many people sit to eat. Everything was clean. The service was great. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the limited hours. I've been wanting to try the resteraunt for a while, but I have a hard time making it during open hours.

The best Asian restaurant number 2 in Lafayatte after Saigon Noodle, everything was amazing. I always come here anyway 😂 My favorite fried rice, pad thai, curry, coconut ice cream, and tom yum soup so delicious 🤤

Delicious is an understatement. The order was hot, plentiful, and amazingly good. It got here delivered on time and was steaming. Better than other Thai Lafayette places I've tasted.

Went for lunch for the 1st time 6/14/23. We haven’t eaten Thai in years, and never in Lafayette. Didn’t expect to be blown away, we were prepared for mediocre. This place was far from what we expected! FINALLY! Service/staff were super nice and the food was incredible. I ordered the drunken noodles….flavor was fantastic! I cannot wait to go back! What a gem in this town!

Always a great experience, whether I call in and pick up or dine in. I suggest calling ahead if you are in rush. Food is cooked as order so sometimes you’ll have to wait. But their food is worth the wait!

I was blessed enough to work for these amazing people when I was younger and the location was on Johnston. They sold the name but the real Pimon Thai is now NamWan, named for Phil’s grandmother. These people serve the best Thai food I have ever had, and I have even been to Thailand. It will be very sad when they close down one day, and I hope that Phil continues the tradition of great people serving great food. Also, these wonderful people who I have been knowing for over 20 years now, helped me out in so many ways in my life… and they have done this for so many people that you would not believe. If you want the absolute best food as far as Thai goes… I dare you to find a better place! You will not! When I worked there many years ago as a waiter, I used to tell the patrons who were there the first time, “ just trust me, and I will bring you out food and if there is anything you do not like I will pay for their entire meal”! Never once did I have a customer that did not love this cuisine. It is always and forever will be my favorite restaurant! You will have a bad meal there…. I warn you also, you will become addicted and want to eat there every day!

This is a wonderful establishment, but WHY DOES THE NAMWAN NOT SELL NAMWAN. Best restaurant evah baby! Henri put too much fizz in my drink though.

Seriously think this is the best Thai in Acadiana. They will happily make it vegan for you if they ask.

Superb! Don't eat out too often but when I'm craving some spicy curry this is one of my go-to spots. Thai hot is quite spicy and has a comparable spice level to other thai restaurants in the area.

Usually Google Maps will ask me to rate a place after I visit it, so I do. This time I opened Google Maps to give a 5-star review. It is so good.

Spring rolls are good. Food cooked as expected.. Medium was a little spicy but tasted good.
