what a good pizza, the best one

I’m not one to do this but I’ve worked in service industry for many years in many positions… the amount of incompetence and unprofessionalism that spews out of this place is beyond me. First time and last time there. I did get a free piece of cheesecake out of the deal though for having to drive there and back twice… was argued with about not having the items I paid for (pasta for my chicken parm or the stuffed mushrooms I ordered) THEN came back up there for the supposed “right order” and it was wrong again! Then I was told to go home and eat my dinner! Lmfao! What a joke

Delicious homemade dishes. We enjoyed going to celebrate someone’s birthday there.

I come to this pizza shop once a week for my personal pepperoni pizza, always fresh and delicious. Highly recommend not too mention how affordable they are as well :)

This place makes an amazing chicken parm. The pizza is great and the people are friendly. Doesn’t look like much from the outside but give it a shot and you will be impressed.

We went there with a fairly large group after a day long class. They were expecting us, and we were the first ones through the door. We were one of the first tables to get our orders in. From then on, the service was downhill. My water glass sat empty for 15 minutes. Roughly 1/3 of our group were served, finished eating, paid, and left before we got our food. By the time we finished, the rest of the group were done and out of there, but there was no sign of our server. The people who wanted take-home boxes had to go beg for them. I had to stand by the register for close to five minutes to pay. I know that we had a big group, but there is no excuse for that much of a delay for our table.

My husband and I came here for the first time, we were very impressed with the delicious food, cleanliness, friendliness and wonderful personality of Sarah (yes my husband eats his calzones and pizza with bleu cheese lol). Will surely be back!

The Quality of the Food is Amazing! Chicken Saltimbocca was so delicious. They are understaffed but are hiring !

In my opinion they don’t charge enough the food and customer service by itself warrants your respect I went there yesterday for the fist time and I was highly impressed with them wow I’m definitely coming back.

This is the place to go for good food and service.

Not attentive to customers. You could walk in and sit for 20 minutes. This place is not a business. It is only a hobby for bored wife.

I've read some of the other slightly negative reviews and they are not from this restaurant. I've been coming here for 20 years or more! I will drive a half hour to come here for lunch the crust on the pizza so amazing you could eat it just by itself. The prices are very inexpensive to the point where they're hurting themselves I'm sure! Do yourself a favor and come here eat the chicken parm or the chicken alfredo or the pizza and you won't be disappointed

I'm giving it a two because my plate was half full and it was dinner and I'm paying double and there is a pre tip on the bill in bold letters. Won't go back.

Pizza 6 out of 10. Kinda reminded me a fancy version of a chuck e. Cheese pizza. The place is nice, the atmosphere is good for hanging out.

Best lunch ever! They have a lunch special pie for under $5! Super friendly staff and delicious food. What more could you ask for?

The atmosphere is cozy and the service is exceptional. The food is tasty and reasonably priced. This Greek restaurant takes us back to a little piece of Greece and its flavors.

Easy solid four or more, this old school Italian spot. It's getting harder and harder to find family run places like this anymore. Affordable. Good. Warm, doting hospitality. We came on the recommendation of a friend, and I'm so glad we did. Absolutely Loved the Perona stuffed sub. Reminds me of the kinds of sandwiches I found dotted throughout small places in Michigan. You don't see them around here, that's for sure and well worth the trip in just for that. Delicious. Everyone else was also happy with their food. Chicken parm, small pizza, and garlic knots were all very good. Happy, happy, happy!

I’m really sorry about this but the chicken parm and chicken picatta we ordered was like 37$ and was the size and quality of a lean cuisine. I work at a nearby hospital which serves a larger portion of both and is much better quality. I don’t usually like to post bad reviews but the food quality we received was just downright sad

Been coming here for years, decades actually. They make some of the best pizza you can get anywhere.

That was great I ordered the sausage and peppers and came with a side of spaghetti. Mmm. Definitely returning and a great value.

Food is fair at best way over priced

Loved it. Got the cheese pizza at lunch at a great price and totally enjoyed the crust, sauce, and ooey gooey cheese. What more could you ask for? :)

Quaint little hole in wall Italian restaurant. The service is excellent, and the menu includes typical Italian fare. I ordered the antipasto salad, which is quite large and delicious.

Pizza was good. Service was better than most. Overall good experience.

Place is very outdated, very dark and looks unclean. We ordered garlic knots; they were homemade small garlic knots, Looked undercooked. We got the bruschetta which was a long piece of bread with melted slices of mozzarella cheese and a couple of pieces of tomatoes. You could literally count the tomatoes in the bread. The cheese pizza was not good at all. The cheese was chewy and pizza was very bland. Not even my pizza loving 7 yr old could finish his slice. Wouldn't give it a second chance. If you can't get the basics right.

This is hard for me to be critical to such nice people. But this was my honest experience. It was our first time ordering from this restaurant. I got the chicken parmesan which was alright, my wife got the shrimp scampi which was far from. The shrimp was either bad, or overcooked and bad. It was very smelly, had a VERY strong fishy taste and it was very chewy and rubbery. It did not look undercooked because the colour was good but it was unedible and ultimately thrown out. A lot of food for the money that you pay. Speaking of which, the prices on the website are not accurate because according to one of the staff members it is not their website. It was created a long time ago by a 3rd party. I recommended that they remove the website from their google page. I was quite surprised to see my dinenr increase in price by several dollars. I believe it was 10$ more than anticipated. Overall, very good staff, reasolably large portions. Shrimp was sadly discarded. Chicken was alright. Garlic breat was good. Food was scalding hot which is always nice when ordering takeaway. I might give this restaurant another chance in the future, solely because the staff seemed very nice.

Love love their staff and white pizza my husband loves their calzones and their portions are huge and prices are awesome. This is definitely our ho to for pizza and or italian salads are great too!!!

The best Italian food in the area. the pizzas are perfect every time. Pasta dishes are delicious and sauces are fresh. The mozzarella sticks are hands down the BEST I’ve ever had. They are made with fresh, not frozen mozzarella cheese and perfectly battered & fried. The house Italian dressing on the salad is fresh and made from scratch. Our waitress is always Sarah and she is amazing,funny, personable, she knows our order as soon as we sit down she bring our drinks without us even ordering. This place has been in the area for decades and is a greasy spoon type spot but seriously if you’re looking for some home cooked feel type of Italian definitely try out Napolis.

Starting with that if it were just the owners personality they would get a 5 she was such a nice lady! Unfortunately the food was less than average by a lot. Had chicken piccatta the sauce was brown so either burned the butter or it was old. The pizza was extremely doughy and the spaghetti sauce tasted like old prego. The garlic bread was definitely delicious though!

I always order the garlic knots! I'm never disappointed.

Ordered takeout. The portions from appetizers to entries and dessert are perfect. Combination platter is perfect for a small family. Grew up in a Italian restaurant and the Fettuccine Alfredo took me down memory lane. Food was ready fast. Worth every penny, we plan on eating in next time.

We’ve lived in the area forever and recently decided to try Napolis Our server Sarah was very helpful, friendly and humorous. The food came out at a good pace and was delicious. A classic neighborhood pizzeria. I highly recommend.

Napolis is great! The portion sizes are enough for dinner and lunch the next day. The chicken parmesan is to die for in my opinion. We have only had takeout, but the food was still hot by the time we got home and sooo good. It’s not pictured, but the garlic toast with just cheese is also great! The prices are very affordable and you get a bang for your buck.

Best Italian in the Winter Springs area. I have ALWAYS had a great meal at a fair price. Best pizza in the area too. I’ve easily visited this restaurant 30 times in the last year. Take out is easy. The staff is great. I wish I could give six or more stars.

Buyers Beware, I Order fettuccine chicken Alfredo . It was disgusting, never again, not there best dish. Cook has very poor skills in Italian dishes. Maybe a good pizza shop that’s it. My experience not a wow factor. And very poor customer service. Very dysfunctional.

Had a Philly Cheese steak today that was fantastic. I asked for extra cheese and mayo. The bun was nicely toasted. The cheese soft and gooey. Glad i asked for extra cheese. Top round beef cooked to perfection. I have tried many sub shops and my favorite used to be Kappy's in Maitland. Napoli's Pizza is the place for your next sub. Prices are reasonable and this is a full service Italian eatery in the Winter Springs plaza on 434. Yes, i still love Kappy's among other sub locales, but this was an awesome sub..check em out.......

Ordered take out here. Customer service from start to finish was outstanding. I had the chicken parm dinner and it was fantastic. Having moved here from the northeast finding good Italian food is difficult. But I found a spot. I'll be stopping in here anytime I in winter springs.

My parents told me they went here often when i was younger. I moved into the area and unfortunately didn't notice it until recently. Really wish I knew of this place because it is very good. Subs for as low as $6, awesome quality. Cant ask for better.

People like you are a problem, you fatten up on a restaurants good food and ONE time they make a mistake you show your colors. If only they were robots, your pizza would be the same every time you fat lard. F your birthday.

Love there pizza greasy through. Needs to be updated for sure .But the food is good .

Food is always made fresh and always comes out of the kitchen hot.
