The 1964 Earthquake Shake was amazing! My son’s ice cream was already melting and dripping down the cone when it came out of the window. It melted so fast he had it running down his hand and all over the ground. Not sure what type of ice cream they use, but do not recommend getting it on a cone. He said it tasted great though! Service was fairly slow with only one person working, but we had nowhere to be and it was nice out. They only accept cash, but there is an ATM at the Safeway next door.

Ah-mazing ice cream (if you can handle it given the cold and wet microclimate of Valdez) - perfect follow-on to a lunch at The Potato! Try the parfaits, they are out of this world.

Simple ice cream place with vanilla, chocolate and twist soft serve. Reasonably priced and fast service. They also have milkshakes and other specialty sundaes that we didn’t try.

Please post the exact dates when your trailer will be parked, open and running at the address posted. Google says you’re open until 10:00 .. we couldn’t find your trailer .. we just found the gravel pad.

I got a milkshake and added a shot of espresso, drank the whole thing. It was so good!

love this place..the ladies are super cute and awesome ..always come here for the soft serve swirl cones while on the way to Ruth Pond with the kids..dnt forget to TIP🤑🤑

Great ice cream and drinks for the summer heat or summer wet. Clean place with picnic table seating. Fast and friendly service. Easy access and parking.

My husband and I went to Valdez on our incredible Alaskan honeymoon. The city of Valdez rocks, as does this phenomenal ice cream/coffee stand. I had the pine shake and my boo had the polar shake. The service was great and there was even a sweet surprise from a dog named Cooper. Wish we could live here and visit this shop every day!

Really good! Not the best soft serve I've had, but it's good enough! They have many options to choose from. Their prices are steep. Staff are friendly.

A nice, small ice cream/shake shop. The two staff members there were super friendly and the shake I got was decently priced and very delicious. Service is fast. Would recommend if you are in Valdez!
