Service was great, thanks Steve. We had the salad with Pecorino Romano and the Zappa Tuscans. Chicken Marsala and Spaghetti with meatballs in a meat sauce. The Tiramisu was a delight as was the Sangria! Very happy!

The best service I’ve ever had, the server James was very attentive and helpful. There was not a wait and he came over as soon as we were sat. He was very chatty and friendly but also did his job. I hope we get him again next time, give that man a raise!

Disgusting food, cold and unappetizing

Big thumbs up to Darden Restaurants for keeping this true family oriented classic around for years. This Lakeland location offers great service and food. Great responsive staff willing to go above and beyond to provide everyone a good experience.

Olive Garden has mastered consistency. This location like so many others has a large selection to dishes. The specials where refreshing and the Alfredo sauce with the bread sticks so indulging. Not far from the highway. A good location if you are traveling across Florida.

Our waitress, Amanda, was awesome. She had a party of 19 and was still very attentive to her others tables. Food was delicious, service was amazing 10/10

Normally, I love Olive Garden, so it was very disappointing when we went this time. This is the first time I had gone to this specific Olive Garden, and the place smelled bad, like something wet was rotting, and we had to wait an hour for our food to come out. The manager did come out and apologize to us, and we got a free salad, which I appreciate.

Food was hot and quick for our party of 10. Our server was very attentive and friendly!

We just had soup and salad, sat at the bar. We got our drinks, took like 10 mins to get a straw. Got our delicious cuppa toscano soup and salad. Then another 10 mins before someone else went and got us silverware!! And she was just stocking the bar, not a waitress. Ours was very inattentive, talking to others and such. I did not get her name, but it was unusual for an Olive Garden employee. We don't get to go often as we don't have one near us. So other than that, the food was amazing as always.

Food came out quick and tasted great, but the best part was our waitress Chelsea (Chels). One of the best serving experiences my family and I have received from any restaurant. She is phenomenal!

Our waitress, was great, shame that I can't remember her name from beginning to end of visit she was very attentative to our needs and meet each one. Keep up the great work. . But atmosphere was fantastic, had a great lunch.

The Service was quite good, but the food was mediocre. The chicken marsala was finally brought back, but it was much inferior to the way it used to be. The chicken was dry and a lot less favorable. Update: Karen was an amazing Server. One of the best I've ever had.

The service at this place is terrible, on 07/19 I showed up at this restaurant and stayed for lunch. When I finished lunch I forgot my bag with money inside, I barely realized what happened, I didn't take a second and call the place. A girl helped me who was not very friendly and she told me that the bag was with everything inside, I asked her to please keep it for me and that she was going to pick up the bag as soon as possible. When I went to get my bag, a boy helped me, who handed me the bag and gave it to me. When I checked the bag the money was not there, I wanted to make a complaint and they gave me a number. In conclusion, the place does not have bad food but the service is very bad. When it came to helping me with this problem, the people's help was very poor, they did not give a hand.

Trash place that card a 50y old man with gray hair, by waitress that is full of piercings on the face around 40s in a Tuesday shift, lol and a manager that it’s in diapers still. Go if you want a terrible treatment.

Anna was very nice and took good care of me. She is very nice person. I didn't miss anything. My food was on time and she made sure Ia had refills as well. She is a was great server.

My (now Ex) and I came for the never ending pasta promo and it was well worth every penny. Our server Tosh made it even better by providing the best service I've ever gotten at an olive Garden. She was polite and engaging with the best customer service. The food was stellar and she even had amazing suggestions on things to try, which were all amazing to eat. I absolutely want to return to this location any time Tosh can be my server :)

I hadn't been to Olive Garden I a while I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised. Our server was in training and did a wonderful job very attentive. The food was delicious. Will definitely be returning.

Went there for our Monthly Ladies Luncheon. They put us in a side room away from others so we could have privacy. Food was exceptional and service was outstanding. We had a blast. We will go back.

The food was good and area was clean. However the most standout part of our meal was our server Laura!! She is amazing. Truly a delight and I would come back just to see Laura again.

After a long day of bowling, my teammates and I wanted something simple for dinner, so here we are tearing up the endless soup and salad. The service was great; very attentive. Our waiter was always there when we needed him. At first we were told a 5-10 minute wait, but that turned into a 20 minute wait. Was not happy about that. Saw other people being seated before us even though we were here first. Did not like that AT ALL. but I calmed down afterwards when our food came out quickly. I do recommend this place, but get here early if possible and have patience.

Went here for a late lunch. Order drinks, soup and an entree. It took over 25 minutes for the waitress to initially address us. Then we don’t receive our drinks until after the main course.

We had a great lunch and visit with friends. It wasn't busy and our waitress told us to take our time visiting which was nice. She was an awesome server.

I finally tried the Chicken Parm and it was excellent. The sauce on the speghetti was a little Spicy for me so next time I will ask for a marinara or speghetti sauce. Definitely will be back.

I had the unlimited soup and salad, everything was very good. The service was excellent, establishment was clean.

It took 24 minutes for our food to come out. We had to ask 3 times for refills on drinks and sauce. When I went to use the lady's restroom the tolite paper holder was being held on by (Masking Tape) While I was on the toliet trying to wipe my bum. The holder came open and fell on my leg . I was literally trapped trying to wipe my bum. I have picture. Great birthday. Use duked, or gorilla tape next time

The waiter was great, I just got the salad, breadsticks, and soup. Hubby got the chicken parm. He said it was good. We didn't have to wait long for refills on anything (soup/drink/breadsticks).

The bartender, I forgot her name, put our main course in two different dishes for us. We didn't ask. She just did it, and I thanked her tremendously for it and for thinking of my friend and I. That is a great waitress/bartender, thinking outside of the box.

Food was great, service from Sid was excellent and promptly.

Good food just expect a little wait depending on the time you go in but overall it was great especially for a family of 6. Wait time for food was 25-30 min. Just keep in mind they will place hot food next/infront of your toddler so watch there hands or grab the plate before they put it down.

Second time a Olive Garden dinner during our Florida roadtrip. again we liked the food and service. Not like in Italy but at least a proper salad and no fries ;) One star deduction due to big confusion with the kiosk tablet thing, expenses from next table popped up on our bill. Was sorted out after only after quite a while. Not sure what the benefit of these devices are beside confusion, creating strange upsell and child distraction. Too cold AC even with a jacket

Our party of five had a very nice experience! It was cold in the side room they seated us at, so we asked if they could make it warmer. Christina, the service manager, gladly had the temperature adjusted. She was obviously concerned about our comfort. Our server, Ashley, was very attentive. The food was served warm and we always had hot breadsticks. The only hiccup was that the lunch menu listed the soup and salad as $9.99, but we were told that on Saturday, the cost is actually $12. It would’ve been nice if Ashley had mentioned this when we ordered. The different price should be shown on the menu.

Ordered take out from South Lakeland Olive Garden my chicken scampi had no scampi sauce(I MEAN NONE!!!) ORDERED TWO SIDES OF PLAIN PASTA (PLAIN NOTHING ON THE PASTA BOTH WERE SWIMMING IN OLIVE OIL. Called and was told by management that this is how they fix there PASTA in the mornings. WHAT THE FOOD ISN'T FRESH. I'VE ORDERED IN THE RESTAURANT AND IT DIDN'T HAVE OLIVE OIL ON IT. AND I WAS CHARGED $5.29 FOR EACH NON FRESH SIDE OF PASTA. I SHOULD HAVE JUST ORDERED A BOTTLE OF OLIVE OIL WITH A PIECE OF PASTA. 🙄 🙃 😩 THE ENTIRE ORDER WAS UNEDIBLE AND IT ONLY COST $72.82

Very disappointed with this service tonight. Arrive around 7pm and was no wait, however we were seated in lounge and that’s where the decline began. We received our water and placed our order. We were served our soup right away but that was the last time our waitress came back to the table. We sat there waiting for a refill of our drinks and a request from the server if we would like another bowl. The restaurant was not busy nor the lounge, Two people at the bar waiting on takeout and two other booths were occupied. Our waitress was also the bartender and prepared the takeout. It was wrong of management to sit guests on in the lounge when half the tables were empty. Your guests will receive far less service than what you would expect in the main dining room. We were never offered refills of anything until the food arrived. I understand sitting guests in the lounge of your dining room was full but that was not the case. I’m not blaming our waitress for having to multi task, but it did prevent her friend being able to attend to guests that were seated in the lounge. My question to management, is that how you would like to be treated? I did not ask for any compensation or a free meal, it’s not about that, its about treating your guests as if they were family, isn’t that what you say in your commercials?

Always a great time and delicious food

I asked for Splenda and one of the servers said that they only have sweet and low and regular suger. The men’s bathroom was filthy dirty. And I thought this place being in Lakeland along side many restaurants would try and gain business just by providing basic needs. Shame shame.

Recently, I went with my family an hour before they closed. Service was fast and friendly, and we didn't feel rushed at all. Can't remember our waitress's name, but she was accommodating friendly, attentive, and down to earth.

We were here for our community ladies' luncheon. 23 of us. The wait staff was amazing every step of the way. Extremely attentive and friendly, too. The only "issue" overhead music was wayyyyy tooo loud.

ALWAYS clean & efficient. Staff is very helpful & accommodating to dietary requests. The food is consistent with Olive Garden branding & I would consider this location to be on the “fresher” side of production. Pro-tip: get the black tie chocolate mousse cake!

ATTN: MANAGER TYLER BENEDICT For this review I’m stating Do not use the credit card kiosk on your table. This devise will tell you, you still owe the balance from the debit you used. I put in another debit card. I looked at my on line banking and both charges are listed. I ask for the manager and they tell you, they can’t do anything. We were there 1/20/24. Went in to see the Manager today and was told the same thing. Went to my bank and they told me Olive Garden has to release the double charge back to my debit/credit card. Which the manager is still telling me their hands are tied. No offer of a gift card on their error or anything. I will not go back to this Olive Garden on 98 North in Lakeland Florida. They rip you off to charge you twice for your meal. Plus they don’t even care to fix their mistakes or remove the machines from the tables.

I would like to give more stars but there's only five... The manager came to greet every table and I tell her how excellent was everything. The girl who take care of us was amazing , the food and drink, Mmmm. This is like my 7 time going. I took some food to go also.
