First time helicopter tour and it was amazing! Top notch customer service! Will come back for longer tour. We are a family of 4: 2 adults and 2 kids (3 and 6 yo). It was an outstanding experience! Will recommend! Thank you Orlando HeliTours!

Had a great experience with the guys on I-Drive, sorry I can’t remember names but the pilot was very chatty and engaging as was the photographer. Would totally recommend doing this trip to anyone in the area, take in the parks from a different view. Great job.

Great experience, great organization. However, you shouldn't expect too much from above when it comes to Orlando. It remains a gray on gray.

The person who directs you to the helicopter is very rude and does not know how to treat people.

The trio: Andrew, Ross, and Zack. Highly recommend these gentlemen. And with high recommendations for the sea world/universal studio aerial tour, definitely don’t skimp out in the cheaper package. Splurge and enjoy the extra few minutes.

My fiancé and I visited after seeing multiple advertisements, including a sign on the side of the highway, promoting a $25 per person helicopter ride with a minimum of 2 people. However, when we arrived, we were told that the minimum is actually 3 people and that the ride would only last 1 minute. I'm not really sure how much that's even possible considering the cost of fuel to take a helicopter for a minute and I'm wondering even when the minute starts the staff also mentioned that hardly anyone takes the $25 tour because of how short it is and then tried to upsell us to more expensive tours starting at around $65 per person. This experience felt like a bait-and-switch tactic. The $25 offer seems to be nothing more than a gimmick to get people in the door, only to push them toward higher-priced options. The fact that they advertise this rate so prominently, including on a sign right by the highway, is deceptive and misleading. I hope others are aware of these practices and consider their options before visiting.

As the matron of honor for a friend's wedding, my husband and I booked a heli-tour for the bride and groom to be. They are both scared of heights but we broke that fear today! Ashley was great, she booked us and got us in immediately. Ian was the pilot and he was so awesome to give this couple a tour of Orlando! Such a great event for those who have never been to Orlando or on a helicopter, such as this couple! Very enjoyable experience! Thank you, Ashley and Ian for a great time!

great experience and reasonable price. My friend and I decided to get a helicopter ride when we were bowling. Called another place which was 25+ mins away and been told they only accept walk ins. After further browsing we noticed HeliTour was 4 mins away from that bowling place so we headed right over. There were 2 other groups waiting but wait time wasn't bad at all. Photographer took nice pictures for us and I ended up buying them(yes I love them😭) We were so grateful that we checksd out this place. We did the 8-9 mins tour and pilot guided us through UP IN THE SKY. First time got an aerial view of the orlando eye and theme parks. Overall a very cool experience.

I have never flown a helicopter, so the experience was great. Came on my own, and after 30 minutes, I was able to join someone on the flight. I would not say the views are stunning, but the experience is great. If you have flown helicopter before, maybe you will not be super impressed, but if you haven't- im sure you will.

I highly recommend Orlando HeliTours. They offer affordable rates and a variety of tours according to your budget and preferences. Additionally and most importantly, the customer service is amazing, it started raining and they gave us the chance to wait a couple of hours just to make some time and wait for the rain to stop, so we came back and my friends took the tour and it was awesome! Additional points for being fans of Metallica! Thank you guys!

We started off 45 minutes late, which wasn't tragic considering the pleasant lounge and the friendly ground crew. In the helicopter there was very good forward visibility compared to our sightseeing flight in Miami. The problem: There is little of interest to see from above in Orlando. I found the theme parks from above rather boring. And I wouldn't spend $90 per person on that again. The almost 30 dollars for photos is on top. Quite a disappointment for me.

A great way to see Orlando, at a fairly decent price. I paid $65.00 for about a 15 minute tour. The pilot was great, he pointed out a lot of interesting things.

Very challenging and but surprisingly **pleasant**

What a fantastic experience! I took my 15yr old daughter on the 15 min fly over Universal Studios and it was awesome! The pilot "Maverick" (lol) was full of knowledge, answered any questions and loved his "job" !! Very warm welcome , nice drinks bar while you wait , although we didn't have to wait very long at all! Got some great photos from the guys too and you are allowed to film whilst up there!! A great opportunity to make fantastic memories!!

Great place to have an aerial view of Orlando around Universal and Disney. Cost depends on the duration we select which is available from 2 minutes to 25 minutes. They also click photos with the Helicopter and make the ride more special by getting them onsite within a few minutes of the ride. Overall, a must visit place.

Super recommended, unmissable plan in Orlando!

It's $15 + $4 surcharge and if you're talking the $19 it's 1 minute. Probably worth it for the prize.

Fake prices on their big sign out front saying $25

Very Quick rides... everything happens so qui kly.. half of the pinturas you purchase fro. Them need editing. Rhe pilot we had was excelente, very smooth ride. Piloto can not interact so much, i think it is unsafe, so don't expect a very skilled tourguide as a pilot

This was a fun experience. We did a short ride over Universal, and it was so interesting to see the parks in a new way.

Called over and Ross said he can get us up in 10 minutes. 10 minutes later Zach was giving us our tour! Outstanding customer service inside with Ross. Zach gave us more than expected with a very smooth flight and a gentle landing.

Very thankful for these guys, we had originally booked a different helicopter tour company that canceled on us at the last second. We had very limited time and I was trying to salvage the day and I just began to call tour companies I found in the area on google maps. These guys got me right in, the helicopter was very nice, the tour over the theme parks was awesome and it was actually cheaper than the one that canceled on us. So it all worked out great. Wish I would have booked here in the first place and saved the hassle.

An experience like this IN Orlando at THIS low price?? Why are you even looking at reviews? GO! It was such a phenomenal time due to amazing views, safety, staff, price, information, etc. They even offer photo package super quick AND awesome keepsakes for a reasonable price too! Business was sufficient clean and convenient. Literally this was awesome. I went with my husband and we straight up can't stop talking about it. Go.

WHAT A TRIP 🚁 we booked this place on a whim literally headed to the airport with our suitcases. AWESOME!!!! First time in a helicopter and it was an invaluable experience, but it first started with the staff. When we entered the staff was all smiles, super fun, made it easy to feel comfortable and not pressured or upsold. The photographer (I believe it was Michael) was great and our photos were incredible - and VERY inexpensive. The ride with the pilot Sean was relaxing and exhilarating simultaneously. He made us feel at home, explained everything to us, gave us a wonderful tour of the city and all of the best landmarks! We felt safe the entire time and not for one second did I question my decision to ride. I can tell this is the beginning of my helicopter journey.. thank you!

Well, the truth is that I went very hard and when we went up I was quite scared by what is known as the Olympic cold hahaha. It was my first experience of pure adrenaline and as always with my husband who was fascinated by it. Prices vary depending on the minutes. The photos tell you that there are 32 photos for one price, but when you look at them you realize that they are the same from closer or further away. I found that half expensive. In the end, it's worth it. Cheer up!!!!🙏

My 1st time in a 🚁. Totally worth it! Reminded me of an amusement ride. The staff was awesome. They answered all my questions. Pilot was very polite, courteous, & professional. Highly recommend.

If you have a spare 10 minutes during your vacation, stop in and take a helicopter tour. You will not regret it. We did the universal parks. Omg. The views were fantastic. The owner dog was there loving life. There's top gun playing and you can sit on the comfy couch and watch whileyou wait. U can also have a beer wine or water. We booked the tour and they give a 4 hr window to arrive. They take your pic when you stand in front of the helicopter, while your in with doors open, with the doors closed and some pics while your taking off. Awesone experience. We chos to take the pkg home. We'd would like to do another one over disney because we had so much fun.

Except the pilot and his driving other customer service was ridicolous and rude !! Please improve the customer service.

I don't know how these people get their great reviews judging from my experience with them. But you are better off going somewhere else with your money. Horrible Horrible rude service here. The pilot was nice and patient. But every other person was so rude and the way they ask for the tip is crazy even after giving horrible service. The photographer needs to go!

It's a short ride but affordable! Excellent pilots and aircraft. It is a good office to support the land operation with some snacks and a bathroom. It also has a free parking lot.

I recommend Good cost-benefit. A quick tour, but for the price, it allows you to have a different experience and escape the common Orlando tours.

Walked in today to celebrate my mom’s birthday and it was a very cool experience! The crew (Ross and Andrew) were very helpful and kind. Special shout out to our pilot Zach who was knowledgeable and made the experience fun and easygoing. We purchased the $90 per person experience which overlooked the major Orlando attractions and it was worth it! The pictures they take outside the helicopter were great as well. Thanks again and would definitely recommend this location 😁

Bad experience. They set the lowest price (25 dollars) and when we opted for the same they refused to do so, claiming that it wasn't worth taking the flight and they wanted to push the higher price. When we said we wouldn't do it because of the price, they were super rude. Anyway, I don't recommend it.

Great experience with professional pilots 🌺

Helpful, knowledgeable and friendly personnel. Took a sunset flight over the Disney, Sea World and Universal parks. The pilot was young but very well experienced and pointed out all of the points of interest as well as a few other tidbits. A little windy but the turbulence added a flair of danger that made the flight more exciting! It's a bit expensive for the longer flight but hey, you only live once! 🚁😎🤘🏻

Absolutely amazing experience for my young grandchildren. They absolutely loved it and out of all the parks they went to on holiday from Scotland this was their best thing they had done and at $65 For 5 minutes it didn't break the bank. 😁

Experience is good but they are changing the basic level packages whenever they want. They should keep all the packages without blocking on specific dates and holidays.

Literally great experience ! It was my moms, aunt, boyfriend and I first time on a helicopter. We chose the Disney bundle for $65 per person, 10mins felt like 20! The pilot was amazing at flying super nice and mentioned some overview points for us to look at. The younger gentleman (with dark brown hair) who took our pictures and helped at the desk was also so sweet, took beautiful pics made our experience one to remember.

It wasn’t scary even for people who are scared of heights you just feel like you’re sitting in a car but 200 ft up lol

Worth the wait on Dec 25. My kids thoroughly enjoyed the flight, they enjoyed being able to talk with the headset too. Was told it was busier than normal but we were able to leave and come back in an hour. Smooth ride, clean aircraft and the pilot pointed out locations for us.

Such an excellent service, $125 for 20-25min all tour. Absolutely worth ever second. Done this once before. This trip my partner and me took the flight just after 7pm for sunset. Beautiful, beautiful views. I would highly recommend everyone to do this.

Amazing experience with Orlando HeliTours from start to finish. Upon arrival we were helped and told there was 1 group in front of us. The wait was no longer than 15 mins so I loved that! Brandon was our pilot and he was so nice and knowledgeable about the helicopter in general as well as the parks/areas we were flying over. I 100% would recommend this experience to anyone.

Such a good experience! Great tour, and we got to fly within 20 mins! We wasn’t expecting to get to go the same day! They let you film the experience but the pictures they took were so reasonably priced and air dropped to our phone we just had to go for it!
