I'm from NJ and this pizza is the closest I've had to NJ / NY pizza. Very good, friendly staff, cute restaurant. Would recommend ! We'll be back !

Tried this for the first time and it was delicious! The only issue I had was that I couldn’t find a menu anywhere! Even their website and online ordering didn’t have a full menu, so I took the liberty of posting pics! Definitely a must try!

The service was absolutely horrible. The staff was in a hurry to go home and were extremely rude and tacky. We will never recommend this restaurant to anyone.. ever.

Service was very poor. We ordered pizza at 8pm. They close at 9. Pizza was rushed out of the oven and not done all the way. Time we got our pizza at 830 they started stacking chairs. By 840 they were standing over our shoulder to get us out. Manager was standing by the counter doing nothing about it. We will not be back and we live in Bartow. Wouldn’t not recommend going here.

Whoa! The entire meal was worth the drive from Lakeland. The employees are very friendly and food hot, fresh and so delicious.

The pizza toppings were not fresh tasting. The dough was not let rise enough. The anti pasta salad mostly consists of mozzarella and lettuce. Next time forget the picked cauliflower and carrots and maybe add a couple more thin slices of tomatoes. Maybe cut up the meat instead of just rolling it into a big roll on top.the wings were greasy yet very hard. I stopped after 1 wing. I will not be back.

I am a pizza fanatic, and will always choose this place over any chain in the area. Keep in mind the place can fill up quick if you're looking to dine-in.

We had Palace Pizza for home but never went inside, I must say area is kind and beautiful to walk, it is easy to park, the building reminds me of home- it has such a nostalgic feel to it.. if you know you know- now I know where to go for our pizza, we are from CT and it is HARD to find a good pizza, this met all of our expectations!!! We love your staff so kind warm and welcoming! Thank you Muchas Gracias por todo!

This place has been the best place for pizza in Polk County. Absolutely awesome. Fast and friendly.

Pizza was good. The dinners delivered to the other tables looked like generous portions and very good. We must go back and try them.

Fresh and ready to go I always order a whole pizza because I dnt like to have from the ones they have on shelf but have never disappointed I'm a regular costumer.

Service was awful acted like they did no want to serve me or take my order I’ll go to little Cesar’s and spend money they act very racist towards blacks so

Palace hardly ever disappoints! We love their bowl of chicken and get it every time with a slice of pizza to share. It's perclfectly seasoned and juicy! Thanks palace for a memorable date night.

We drive 20 miles to eat there a couple of times a month. Best pizza outside NYC. Other menu items are great. Wonderful huge salads. Nice people. Good service.

I took my parents out for lunch at Pizza Palace --The atmosphere, food and service were all excellent. The pizza was light and tasty with plenty of flavor. Also, the eggplant parmesan was fantastic. Can't wait to go back again.

Great pizza, great service, great atmosphere the murals painted on wall reminded me of Naples Italy where my family and I spent 5 years.

Great food and great Gluten Free Pizza. Be aware though that if you're Celiac or very Gluten sensitive they cook their Gluten Free Pasta in the same water as their regular pasta. We happened to ask and I'm so glad we did or I would have been sick for days. Other than that you won't regret eating there.

This is a great place and great food

Great pizza! We went for lunch so it was busy. I had the stuffed pizza and a Sicilian slice. Both were delicious. Cheesy, hot,and fresh. Crispy crust and a good size. I ordered the tiramisu and it was one of the better ones I've had in a while. The cream was light and not too sweet and it balanced the strong coffee flavor. Absolutely worth it!

I've eaten at other Palace Pizza locations and loved them and the food here was no different, absolutely delicious! Hot and fresh with quality ingredients. And at a great price. My only regret is that I must say the attendants at both the cash register and taking the orders were unbelievably rude. Hopefully this was just a fluke and the other workers are well mannered.

The people are very friendly and you almost always see someone you know there. Not the fanciest, but the pizza is delicious.

I’m originally from NY and at first glance I felt like a kid looking into the past. The pizza options are amazing and taste just as good but for me the star of the show was the chicken parmigiana. The chicken was so fresh and flavorful it brought back memories of my Italian aunts home made pasta and chicken parmigiana. Every bite was just as amazing as the last. There is so much love in this food that you can really feel it. Highly recommend! Though this is far from me I will commute just for another plate! Those garlic knots are incredible too!

Great Bartow gem. Fun hometown feel. Pizza, knots, and salads never disappoint! If you haven't stopped in yet, you should! Order at the counter and then have a seat. Let them do the rest.

We visited for the first time. My husband had a 10” Hawaiian pizza and I had a 10” stuffed meat pizza and we had 10 wings garlic, butter. I recommend this place 100% everything was delicious and the service was great. We didn’t wait long for the food and it was amazing. We would definitely be back and would tell our family and friends about this place!! 😋🤤❤️

In my opinion it's the best pizza around.

We were there for the parade. We got the meat lovers and it did not disappoint. I really loved the meatballs and what seemed like a pound of meat per slice. Awesome pizza!!

This is the BEST pizza spot! The prices are amazing, the food is unbeatable, and the staff is above wonderful. We got an extra large pizza, drinks, and garlic knots for about $20! It was enough for 3 very hungry adults to enjoy dinner and lunch the next day! Can't beat the value here! Palace Pizza is that perfect small town spot where you'll find kids grabbing a slice after school and families enjoying an evening meal. They are huge supporters of the community and deserve the same in return!

If you're looking for authentic Italian, this is where you need to be. If I could change one thing, I'd like to have a bucket for beer. It's aggravating to have to go to the counter every time I want another one.

First time trying this place and have to say probably one of the best pizzas I've had in a while. Not too crowded services was great, and got our food pretty quick. I'lll definitely be going back.

Sooooo yummy! I drive 45 minutes one way to eat here. Never disappointed. The lady that cleans the dining room area is on it!! Never see dirty tables or floors, for that matter. You won't be sorry you stopped in!!!

I'm a frequent customer of this pizza place. Yesterday I stopped by to purchase two pizzas. We did not check it once we received it, but a few minutes afterwards - we got the chance to take a look at them. We noticed that they were completely cold, unpleasant, and distasteful. It seems that these pizzas were left out for a few hours, or were recycled from a previous customer who didn't pick them up. Very disappointed, will not be purchasing again.

Best PALACE Quality in Polk County!!

Love this place! It's fast, easy to get to, and their prices are very reasonable. The staff is always wonderful too. My kids would eat here every night if they could, so I highly recommend!

This place is the best place I found in Florida. I’ve been here for four years and I’m from the they have the best food that I’ve tasted down here anywhere the pizza the food is unreal. I don’t go to any other place with this place when people come here I take them to this place and my family comes or friends we go to this place you want good Italian food and the best pizza do you have to come to this place and seethe owner Giordano very nice person. He will take care of you. I’ll guarantee it.

Best Italian restaurant in Bartow.

Stopped in to pick up dinner to go! They went above and beyond. They saw that I was in a walking boot not only did the extend well wishes but had an employee walk me to the car and carry my food. It's the little things that mean so much. A gem of Bartow!

The best pizza in Central Florida.

It was our first time eating at Palace Pizza, and it was great. The garlic knots and Supreme pizza we ordered were fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be coming back.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. I am originally from upstate NY and I’m a pizza fanatic. The food is all delicious it’s hard to say what my favorite is. The Philly steak and cheese (minus the onions) is to die for. The garden salad with the marinated vegetables is so tasty. The Raviola Alla Vodka and Penne Palace Pasta add spinach is so delicious. Now for the pizza I love the Supreme of course and if you haven’t tried the Rustica and the Veggie pizza it’s a must. It’s not your average veggie pizza and it’s not your average pizza place I haven’t even touched on how professional and friendly all of the staff are. Awesome customer service.
