Crazy to go and when I finally could, total disappointment. There was no variety of sweets to choose from. The butter bread I bought, the next day if it hit someone on the head they would crack it because it was so hard. It's not a big deal 🙄

I ordered a pastrami sandwich and a pound of water bread, the pastrami sandwich if you can call it that because it was empty for what one pays I felt cheated.

The bakery should take away our flag first of all, it is not a Boricua bakery, the sweets are not at all like before, it seems that the owner changed or the Boricua who prepared everything delicious left, the Puerto Rican cashier has not been very friendly for a long time. The bread has never been the same and the coffee tastes terrible.. I will not recommend it again before, very good and very good service. A few months ago, here I give it 0.

Great bread! Egg ham and cheese sandwich hit the spot. Donuts have been soft and delicious each time.

I placed an order of Tostones with brisket And on top of that, they lasted 50 minutes (there were only 2 customers) they gave me the food super cold and the tostones (which are obviously frisafos) were super hard, I couldn't eat them, the breast was super stretchy, white and supposed to have been grilled). When I complained, they told me to reheat it after 1 hour, a cold and poorly cooked meal should be reheated. Another day I ordered a sandwich with tomato and lettuce (I paid for it separately) they didn't put it in Honestly, I will not return as a customer to this place!

First time in and really cute place and good food friendly service and atmosphere! Definitely will be back.

Called to ask a question about the price of a pastry (as I wanted to buy the full pan), but I was hung up on. Called back in case it was a mistake, they let it ring... Arrived the next day, bought 9 pastries, and tried to buy 4 SMALLS of a dessert they had available. I was given 2 large and 2 small. I assumed it was because smalls sold better in-store, so I agreed to be nice. I was then charged for 4 LARGES. I am incredibly disappointed and don't understand the poor treatment I received.

I found this spot and love the service and the food. Fresh bread baked daily. I recently ordered the quesito and pastelillos de guava platter for work and they were gone in less than 10 minutes.

Just went to this restaurant with my father. Ordered two Cubans. They were the best! Met the owner and his wife, they were very gracious. I highly recommend this place.

Nice, cozy little place. A small piece of Puerto Rico in the heart of Lakeland. I've visited multiple times and have yet to have a subpar experience. Their service is superb and their sandwiches are very good. Will continue visiting.

This place is disgusting! I know someone that purchased some food and it was rotting!! She posted the review and they delete bad reviews. I purchased a donut and it was hard like old as it can be. Do not recommend.

Great place needed this in the northside the bread in the morning is awesome I pick up one atleast twice a week lol sweet and regular. The have a few deserts as well.

I'm very disappointed. I've ordered a couple times and everytime there's an issue this time, We ordered from here only to have everything arrive wrong we ordered pan de Agua and got sobao the lettuce in the tripleta was brown and obviously old. The eggs in the breakfast had black stuff on it like their burners are dirty or they dropped it or something idk needless to say I did not feel safe eating the food. It's sad cause I would really like them to succeed and to have a good puerto rican bakery close but they really need to pull it together. The quality is not there

If you are looking for a quick bite to eat, a nice hot coffee… or even an iced coffee, This is the spot. It has a nice relaxed environment and the owners are the ones cooking. Which make it more personal as they want to ensure people are satisfied. Was only able to try the turkey ham pressed sandwich and the pastrami, but was impressed with the puertorrican bakery style taste of their bread. (Agua or sobao-both as good as the Island) wish they had pastries at that moment, but we came close to closing and they were out of things (good for them, means people are liking their product) we will surely be back to try more things! Thank you for taking care of us! Congratulations on your spot! Puerto Rico lo hace mejor!!

Things were fresh but it was the typical puertorrican sandwiches, won't go back. Don't get me wrong, if you like those types of foods, is good. It's just not what I like.

I went to this supposedly Puerto Rican bakery expecting to enjoy a good cup of coffee and quesito. The coffee was so bad that I actually asked for my money back; the quesito was also not good. Cheap souvenirs (supposedly from Puerto Rico) made in China were also on display for sale. The fact that this bakery represents itself as authentic Puerto Rican when it is so clearly lacking is embarrassing and a slap in the face to my culture and heritage.

I travel around Central Florida for all my construction work and always try to find a place to enjoy lunch and prevent eating on FATFOOD restaurants. Very good food and service, definitely will come again! Thank you Pan4u!

Es la primera panaderia boricua aqui en Lakeland que hacen un buen pan. Sus sandwish son muy deliciosos y si quieren un postrecito como un quesito o un garguelo a nada mas $1.50. Los precios son muy rasonables y el servicio excelente gente muy humilde como tu y como yo. Dios me los bendiga mi gente muchas bendiciones pa lante.
