I have been going to Pan Asian for years. I love their hot and sour soup and also their egg rolls. The staff is always polite and kind to me and my family when we go there for dinner. This is the place to go in Green Cove Springs for Asian food!

I usually go here for Lunch - from my previous experiences at lunch I would give this place 4/5 stars - its reliable but not unique or spectacular. However, tonight we did dinner. The Food and Sushi were good - better than expected for the sushi. The salad is always good, that ginger dressing is awesome. That said - the server (I always seem to get the same dude who does not seem to care about life what so ever) - he leaves so much to be desired. Zero Personality, zero care to communicate, say hi, have any discussion what so ever. He spent more time in the BOH than in the dinning room. He delivered us water glasses with just ice, and made us pour our own waters from a "fancy" water container. He did not pre-buss what so ever, I literally had to stack all of our trash and used plates and such on the table next to us because the server only came to the table to take our order and drop off our food - and he did not pick up one thing when dropping off our dinner. And he NEVER came back. Some of our food was spicy so we actually we ran out of water, and we were not able get more because no one cared to check on us after we got our food. After waiting more than 10 minutes after we had finished our dinner and stacked all of our plates neatly to get them out of our way, I told my wife and kid to head home (separate cars) and I waited another couple minutes to pay the bill. Ultimately I had to go to another server to pay because our guy never came back to the dinning room. Before tip, for 2 adults and 1 child, our bill was $82. I don't mind spending the money on decent food - especially food I could not make better at my house - but but to receive such poor service is frustrating. Someone needs to train the server up on what their job is.

I got seated at 3:00pm and I was literally alone in the restaurant. The two “chefs” were eating at the sushi bar with no regard to making a paying customers food. They didn’t leave the bar until 3:35 to start making rolls for myself and two other parties. Service is absolutely terrible to say the least. Food is mediocre. Do better Pan Asian.

Very fresh, very very good food

DO NOT EAT HERE! TERRIBLE SERVICE! OLD FOOD WRAPPER ON PLATE UNDER APPETIZER! DISGUSTING! Ordered appetizers, salad, and main meals. Appetizers came.... no other food... for over 30 minutes. Two other tables came in and got food. Only 3 tables in the entire restaurant. We asked where our food was... no answer.. got up and left after 45 minutes.

Very good, small town restaurant. Quite the variety of dishes, from Chinese, Japanese, Korean, and Thai.

We visit PanAsian often and will continue! Service, staff and food are far above average!

Just passing through the area and were looking for something different for a change. So very glad we stopped here. It’s nicely decorated inside and the staff is so nice and very personable. The food…..OUTSTANDING! If we lived in the area we’d be here once a week. If you’re around this area…do yourself a favor and stop by … you will not be disappointed!

It is not on the menu, but they do sell ramen now. I got the Tonkotsu and it was delicious. It was $15.99. I've been here multiple times and also got the lunch meal of bourbon chicken with salad (ranch dressing), salmon skin sushi roll, and miso soup. Everything was delicious, hot, and fresh. The atmosphere is cozy and has cool decor. The staff are friendly and attentive.

My wife and I went in to have a lovely meal. We placed our order, which was 6 rolls. As the server was putting in our order he decided to talk about the fact we got 6 rolls with 2 other employees. My wife heard what he was saying and asked him to repeat it. Mind you we are the only 2 customers at 4:45pm on a Thursday night. He said he was joking and wasn't talking about us. We will never come back to a place that allows their servers and cooks to openly shame people for the food they order. This server lost out on probably a $50 tip because of the choices he made.

Unfortunately I have been disappointed several visits in a row. Items forgotten in our order, no veggies at all in fried rice (white rice with soy sauce and a little egg)-no shrimp sauce with order unless you order sushi or hibachi, no fortune cookies anymore, no crispy strips for egg drop soup anymore. Prices go up, but quality has gone down. Always lovely service, but please give us our $$ worth.

The “Fried Rice” is borderline white rice. DEFINITELY not what you expect when you get Hibachi. Vegetables were undercooked and it seems like they didn’t drain them at all because they’re sitting in a pool of water. Then they put the chicken on top of it instead of in its own section. The chicken is Super bland and under seasoned. By far the worst hibachi I’ve ever had !

After a long week at work, I was really dreading having to come home and make dinner. My friends had been raving about this restaurant claiming that its their favorite spot since moving to the neighborhood. Now I love sushi. I was a little skeptical about ordering it in a small town, but this place blew all expectations. My wife and came for an early dinner around 5 after she finished with errands for the day. This place was rather unassuming from the outside located in between several shops and hole-in-the-wall shops, but once through the door, the ambiance was nice. The place was quaint and nicely decorated. Surprisingly, we were the only customers they had at that time. We were greeted and seated promptly. Service was amazing between the two gentlemen working last night. Drinks came out very quickly. Now for the most important part: the food! We started with fried gyoza. It was very flavorful with a light crisp on the outside and a perfectly juicy and savory inside. My wife ordered the hibachi steak fried rice. It was seasoned well and a great value for the portion she received. Perhaps the only thing that could have made it better would have been to include veggies as well like many place offering hibachi do. As for myself, I ordered a rainbow roll and a volcano roll. Both were some of the freshest I've had as well as the best I've had since moving to the area. They're reasonably priced as well for what you receive. The staff was nice enough to provide two complimentary housemade donuts free of charge as a dessert too! They were very tasty. Give these guys your business and you won't be disappointed! They certainly deserve more customers.

My mom and I went in for an impromptu girls date and we were not disappointed at all!! The food was 10/10, we had a few items off the lunch menu just to give them a taste. If we could, we would still be there eating right now it was that good! The katsu, the sushi, the soups, the sauces- all delicious. We also loved the staff and the cleanliness of the entire restaurant. It’s a must visit if you’re in Green Cove Springs!!

Our first time here and Robert the sushi chef was amazing , great food , atmosphere and very friendly fun people . I can't wait to get back and hangout at the sushi bar with Robert again and try the Yellow tale KAMA !!!

Have been here many times and always enjoy it. The wait staff is so friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is subdued enough to carry on conversations but not dull and lackluster. Brought friends with us this time and they raved about the food and the service. Great stuff all the way around!

My VERY favorite sushi place in North Florida😍 Omg I've been going here religiously for almost two years and I've NEVER had a bad meal! They have everything you could want on the menu, it's not just sushi! They have seafood hot-pots, Pad Thai, Korean dishes, and even full on Chinese dinners. My dad orders the pork won-ton appetizer, and the bourbon chicken ... It'll last him almost three meals 🤣 I like their Kani salad, the Calamari is 10/10, and the fried rice! Their Yum Yum sauce is so good they sell bottles! Seriously go here asap! It's right behind the Hardee's

I'm usually apprehensive about a place that serves Asian food from so many regions. However the array of dishes we tried all were excellent. The bulgogi was excellent as was the wonton soup. This shashimi was extremely fresh in excellent.

Pam the owner is one hard working lady who has been an important part of green cove for many years starting with China Wok right next door!! This lady cares about her food and her community and continues to strive to make everyone happy!! If it’s not on the menu just ask and more than likely she will make whatever your hearts desire!!!

This was my first time here and I can tell you that It's the freshest sushi in Putnam or Clay County. My wife and I were one table out of 3 that were occupied. Nonetheless, the service was great. The beers were ice cold. They sell these 2 bottles of homemade sauces, one was a yum yum sauce, and one was a ginger spice sauce. For about 7 or 8 dollars, you could take it home with you. The atmosphere was cosy.

My wife and I ate here last night. Sushi was really good. Waitress was great. The host seemed rushed or new maybe.

I lived in Hawaii for a year and a half. You can imagine all of the fresh and amazing different types of food while I had on island- it was magnificent and I never imagined I’d have something similar back in the small town of Green Cove Springs. Everything I’ve tried from Pan Asian is fantastic, fresh and delicious. They really need to expand there seating inside to accommodate more people. This place is one of the best kept secrets of GCS!!

This place is an absolute go to, loved the environment and the friendliness presented by the staff. They made sure my food was how I ordered it and that my drinks were filled. Even when busy they do there best, if your looking for a friendly and enjoyable dinner/lunch I would recommend this place highly on my list.

We eat at Pan Asian at least once or twice a month. My husband and I enjoy the tons of options available. Plus, everything very fresh.

While I have eaten here many times by getting the food to go, this was my first time dining in. It's not a huge restaurant but was perfect for lunch. I went with the steak & shrimp hibachi special, which came with choice of soup or salad. Normally at hibachi places they offer you clear or miso soup. At Pan Asian you can get egg drop & even wonton. Ummm....YES PLEASE! It was fantastic & so was the sushi roll! I hope to start dining in more often. Large portions & great pricing.

Family friendly, great food selection and taste and Sushi is wonderful. It’s worth every penny and any wait to be seated.

Second time here, my daughter left without eating, waited 45 minutes for one sushi roll. Got salad myself, asked for utensils, finally found some on another table. Then my curry came, before the rest on my family’s meal. Fifteen minutes later wife got her noodles. We had finished eating and waited for for another twenty minutes. At this point cancelled the order. On our 1st the owner ensured we had good service, food was better and meal deliver to entire family. Not this time, she just walked thru and did not assist the staff and make sure her customers were taken care of

I had lunch here earlier today with a co worker. It was both of ours first time eating here. The server was very friendly and knowledgeable on the menu. He helped both of us find something, the food came out quickly and hot. Our sushi roll was perfect, also recommended by our server. We both had a fantastic experience and plan on becoming regulars here. Our servers name was Matt and hopefully we get him again next time as we explore the menu. I’ve been in Florida for going on two years and am an avid Japanese steakhouse eater. My fiancé and I tried this location after I’d seen them at the orange park farmers market. I cannot say enough good things about this place! My food was absolutely phenomenal!! I ordered the dumplings(fried), the crab sticks(10/10 best fresh crab I’ve had!!), the clear coup, the ginger salad, and the hibachi combination. The steak was cooked to perfection and the sauce is the best I’ve tasted in years. The clear soup and ginger salad are a PERFECT start to the meal and both came out in the perfect time. If I could give this place a 10 I would! I will for sure be a regular and recommend everyone to this location! (This is all my personal experience)

I am told the food is very good, however the lack of service did not allow me to confirm such. A couple waiting for a to go order and three old ladies shooting the breeze after their meals were the only other customers. The sushi chef told us to sit where we like and asked the older gentleman clearing tables to give us a menu. The older gentleman communicated to the chef via grunting type sounds. We did not get a menu. We walked out.

I went without much expectation, but the service was so delicious and good. I highly recommend it.

Best Asian in Ne Fl. The Korean Stone Pot was phenomenal

Used to be our favorite restaurant for oriental cuisine but this last visit was a nightmare and we will not be returning. My girlfriend ordered a Ramen dish which was ok at best. Our Gyoza appetizer was very cold and we had to send them back and was disgusted so we asked for them not to be brouhgt back. I ordered the Mango chicken and my frist bite was cold as well!!!!! They took it back and very obviously just put it in the microwave due to the chicken being soggy after and plate being extremely hot. Myself, friends, and family have bee eating here for years and it's sad i have to tell them this experience and post on here. I wouldn't want anyone to experience what my girl and I experienced tonight. December 21st 2022.

It was all awful 😖. Just bits of pork in the newt noodles. Got sick afterwards. So did my friends I was with.

Food is tasty however we never get appetizers before meal wait staff puts in order and food sits in back when we say we want appetizers first!! Very disappointed last night was a waste of our money!!! You need better sushi chef and seared tuna was over done !!

I do not think the sashimi or sushi was fresh on my first visit Tried again, it was better, although the California roll was on par with grocery store quality - obviously prepared earlier and kept in fridge, unfortunately service was unprofessional, although the young man did his best, employees doing backroom prep on empty table. I hope to try this restaurant again and hopefully improve the review.

Always a pleasant experience, the attention to detail and service is great. The teapot is big, the food nutritious and tasty. We have enjoyed the food and the atmosphere with real plants and soft lighting for 10 years.

Do not trust the website prices for the Pan Asian Restaurant in Green Cove by AutoZone... My order was 16.99 on the Website and 25.99 when I picked it up. I called them and let them know. They made no attempt to remedy the error. They just said sorry... BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! They knew of the error and still offered no remedy. Food was good and that is why they have two stars. It was not worth $25.00!!!

First time in for dinner. Table cloth had stains(if you can't properly wash them don't have them) Restaurant was super hot inside when asking, our noticeably sweaty server, they said the owner likes to keep it on 75*, (I'd rather be cold and not have sweat in my food but ok...) Silverware given to our table was not clean, mine had old grain of rice stuck inbetween fork tines. Ordered chicken and vegtable tempura dinner. Very small portion for the price(3 small chicken strips(crab stick size prolly the same chicken they use for the chicken tempura sushi roll), 2 small onion rings, 2 small broccoli florets, 2 paper thin zucchini pieces 1 paper thin sweet potato piece, and 1 green bean 17$) my wife ordered hibachi it was alot better bang for your buck portion wise. But she said it was bland $17, and we ordered a mango shrimp sushi roll to split. It was the saddest roll for way too much money. Almost 9 bucks for 6 pieces of overripe mango and the smallest steamed shrimp. Save your money and time and venture elsewhere for your "Asian cuisine", cause this is merely overpriced take out...

Every time you order they tell you 20 minutes and you end up sitting there for 45minutes to an hour. Usually the order is missing things, and they are not apologetic when you call back. Complete disregard for the customers that continue to return. You guys need to do better at giving accurate times. We would be less upset if you didn’t lie about the time and just told us it would be an hour.

Always a great experience my family has been going here almost monthly, and we will continue to do so.

Great sushi, great atmosphere, great staff. It's a hidden gem in Green Cove. I will always suggest this place for anybody looking for sushi.

You ever eat something and in the back of your head you keep thinking, "I hope I don't get sick from this?" Yaaaa, it's that bad.

I would give it 5 stars for the food, however, the waitress that was waiting on us didn't appear to care about her table. She was more interested in talking to various customers that were leaving (10 or more minutes with 3 sets). She also worked the phones/checkout. All other tables appeared to get great service though. Will check it out again and request to NOT have her again. We spent over $150, and when paying alot, you should get better service.We still would recommend it. Awesome food.

Mine and my husband's favorite restaurant. Amazing hibachi and sushi!! Laid back atmosphere but top quality food. We've have been going for years and always always have an excellent meal! Can't speak highly enough about Plan Asian!! 😀

The food was delicious! Wide variety of sushi, Vietnamese, Chinese, etc etc! The owner was extremely kind with our kids and a joy as our server. The food came out within 10 minutes and we all ordered different cultures of food.

The location is very small and crowded with mediocre food at best, terrible at worst. The sushi was alright maybe a little fishy. The General Tsos wasn't spicy at all even when requested and the flavor wasn't good at all. The restaurant seemed to care more about having a large selection of plates rather than making a few taste good.

This resturant was amazing!! If you're looking for a sign to go this is it!! Friendly staff, hot food, lots of food for the price! And very clean as well! I will be returning

Absolutely amazing! My daughter offered to bring dinner over for the family tonight and she chose this restaurant. We were blown away by the quality of the food and the more than generous portions. Absolutely delicious. And the care of packaging for the take out (including sauces and such) was really appreciated! We will definitely be back.

Terrible terrible terrible! The only really good thing was our server. We ordered 4 appetizers for a party of 9, which we had reservations for but then we’re set at separate tables, near each other at least. The appetizers came out in a timely manner. Crab Rangoon was very good. Calamari was average, nothing to write home about. We also ordered two types of dumplings. They were alright. Several us ordered hibachi meals. The serving size was not much for what you pay. The noodles were runny. Rice was good. I ordered medium rare steak and twice I had to send it back because there was no pink at all in the steak. The owner came over and insisted they cook me another one even though I had told the server I just wanted to not be charged for that part of the meal. They bought me out more and while it was better, it definitely was not medium rare! My daughter ordered her toddler boys fries and nuggets and while we were almost all done, my daughter told the server we had not received the items and to please not get them unless they were already cooked. Needless to say, we got them and they were super hot just out of the fryer. We ended up taking them to go because the boys couldn’t eat them. I will not be back and would not recommend them.

My rolls literally fell apart and the avocado pieces were more brown than green. Over all taste was okay. Disappointed

This is a wonderful gem in Green Cove! Been there 3 times now and the fish involved has been absolutely wonderful. Always fresh and Grade A quality. All ingredients in everything I have eaten is fresh as can be! Not to mention the service is great. The owners are so nice and care about you as people not just money. I highly recommend Pan Asian Cuisine, they have extensive menu so I am sure you suffer from having to make a decision out of so many wonderful dishes!! It was hard but I have never had a bad meal here!!!

Visiting family in the area & this place has something for everyone and every taste! We will return!

Family owned business with good food! We go here at least once a week and when we are not, we think of what we will eat when we go! Pam and Jason are great people and Robert, Sushi chef, takes pride in his food and presentation. They offer dine in and take out! I got out of class pretty late and wanted some food Asian food... Was my first time in the restaurant, staff was super sweet and the food was absolutely amazing. They have a very large variety of sushis and roles. I look forward to coming back!

I've been here before and it's been great...they have downsized their menu and the food was just mediocre. My companion had the sushi and said it was good...I may or may not go back.

Pam and team are the best. All of their food items are top shelf. Service and great food at a reasonable price. What more could you ask for. Sushi is out of this world. New volcano roll. You won’t be disappointed.

Hibachi from the kitchen was good, however I ordered white rice and was given fried. No server ever checked on us as we at though and paying took quite a bit of time. I got the lunch portion of the Combiation Hibachi and only got 3 shrimp, majority of protein was chicken.

Ive been going here for years! This is always the place to go for good Asain food. The right side is the your normal Chinese take out style. The left side (Pan Asia) is a nice sit down (or to go) restaurant that has top notch Asain food and sushi. Massaman curry is my favorite but there isn't anything on the menu that I haven't liked or loved. Mrs Pam (the owner) will always take care of you and puts a lot of love into the food.
