So we just ate lunch here. Out front there’s a sandwich board that says that you buy 10 wings and you get 10 wings and half price so we thought what a great deal we went in to have lunch. The server never mentioned that the celery was extra and the ranch and the blue cheese was extra. We just got totally ripped off because the wings advertised on the menu or 1395 for 10 wings. so at half price one of the wings was seven dollars. They charged us $7.50 for the celery and the blue cheese and ranch were $.50 more than the original 1395. Plus we have tax and gratuity on top of that which we ended up getting hosed. I want Mallory the owner to know that she has lost a customer for life because of this and the bartenders were so rude About it . We will not be coming back and we will not be recommending.

Place smells nasty and the bar manager Amanda is a very disrespectful bar maid Owner allowed her to talk to me with a very demeaning attitude so I politely grabbed my stuff and Left the building immediately and I definitely will not be back I’ve never walked into a restaurant and been attacked in such a way before in my life Food is very overpriced for quality I left before I ordered my food this trip because I was treated so poorly But at least I was able to find a nice place where the food was amazing and the people were very friendly and nice to me I do not recommend This restaurant for the Three reasons stated in my review It smells bad. The food is overpriced for quality and most importantly staff and management is very rude.

This place is literally the best spot to eat in Green Cove Springs. Not only accompanied by amazing food, the service is a solid 10/10. To be specific the manager named Amanda gave me and my family the best restaurant experience we have ever had. She was the perfect combination of friendly and professional which will have my family coming back for as long as we reside in Green Cove. After our meal I decided to stay and enjoy a drink at the bar where my amazing experience actually got better. I met tenders Stephany and Kitana who were the most efficient and customer caring workers I have ever seen in the industry. My hats off to whoever trains and maintains the staff because they are absolutely on point. To say the whole staff I dealt with at Roger That was the best service I have ever had is a massive understatement. Shout out to the owner for having such a professional and perfectly ran business to pair with a perfect staff.

Mallorie has made this a great place to eat and enjoy the atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Great food options and friendly service. Comfortable atmosphere

My wife and I ate here the other day. Looking for something light to eat so I ordered the chicken fingers. To start out with they were very dry. Also tasted like they were fried in old fish oil. They were battered in fish seasoning as well, which I might suspect is because this is a seafood style eatery...but using the same oil is not good.

Nice little spot for a local place in green cove. springs. I shall return again for more wings ! As promised I did return ! This was another good experience of service & vittles. Service was fast, employees are nice. I did enjoy the food that I ordered Rodger That got another STAR from my earlier post !!!

Came for a quick lunch from work today with the family. Gizzards were undercooked and a table that sat down after us that was a bigger table got served before. Typically wouldn't pay much attention to that if I wasn't on a time constraint. Asked for order to go and went to eat at Spring Park. Probably won't come back.

So there I was doing my normal people watching in the park and picking flowers when I came across Roger That! I saw they had “wings and things” - now I’ve had a lot of wings in my time but what got me even more interested was these “things”! So I started pulling on the door and it wouldn’t open and that’s when I realized they weren’t open yet so I ran back over to the park and started playing in the spring until they opened. You know the usual just splashing around and pretending I was a baby seal. Nothing weird. I’m so glad I waited until they were open and went in. Best customer service on this side of the bridge! I had a nice crisp Coca Cola to start with some of the best fried pickles I’ve ever had! Then I ordered the BBQ bacon burger which is phenomenal and perfectly cooked with some fries and ranch. 10/10 recommend and will return! PS - JLY ;)

Been going here forever! Love the wings accept the last couple times they've been okay. My husband boneless wings were just okay and needed to be not so burnt crispy but the service is always great!

My friend and I happened upon this place as we were looking for a parking space for a different restaurant. Wow, we were both glad we made the decision to go here! The food was great! I had the French dip sandwich, which was the special of the day and ordered mine with a side of onion rings that our server promised would be crispy and boy she was correct. My friend had the grilled Mahi sandwich and said it was about the best she ever had. It was grilled perfect and was about an inch thick and more than enough for two people. We will definitely be going there again. Lunch was a bit pricey but well worth it!

We had a great time stopping here impromptu on my boyfriend birthday with his 2 daughters. . The 4 of shared a large appetizer platter! Love trying many different fried foods since I enjoy them all, so was a perfect start ! Greek salad 🥗 beautiful. I loved my philly cheesesteak, burger was delicious and the little one enjoyed her kids spaghetti! & Loaded potato salad best ever. Server was lovely .Also, my boyfriend daughter snuck up to the bar to buy a few shots & the bartender stopped over & surprised him with them Thanks again ! Definitely be back soon! 👍🍻🍷

The owner and staff have been amazing every single time we have ordered takeout or eaten in. I have experienced -Dine In- and -Take Out- from this establishment. It is a favorite that the local community chooses to experience on a regular basis and Ive even known people to travel long distances based on the amazing reputation of the business, the owner and the staff. Prices are very fair, and the food has always been fresh and provided with excellent service. From the kitchen to the floor, the staff is always friendly and makes it easy to feel like family, in this family friendly environment. If you have kids, they even have a small arcade section with reasonably priced games to keep the youngins entertained until the food arrives. This restaurant is a staple of Green Cove Springs and I highly recommend everyone to enjoy the experience. You’re missing out if you don’t!!!

1.Just want to start of by saying the manager and employee cancelled my payment after when the receipt said authorization approved, then it stated that I payed at 12:35 pm and they cancelled my payment at 1:00 pm 2 she stated that she was a manager she stuck a straw in my drink with out notice and attempting to drink my alcohol beverage while on the job, 3 employee was talking bad about us behind our back while I can hear them 10-20 feet, 4 they had 2 employee sticking a straw in my friends drink and had a little sip(prohibits the consumption of alcoholic beverages by employees during work hours in establishments with a license to sell alcoholic beverages). Lastly they charge me gratuity of 18% for 7 people clearly I only dine with one person which equals to too possibly false advertisement and the should have it o

I would give this place -5 stars, but thats not an option here.. Ordered a long Island that tasted like water. Waitress had an attitude the whole time. When I said the drink tasted like water and requested to have it removed, the manager came and placed a straw into my friend's drink and tried to taste it. All of this before we even got our food. I do not recommend, and would advise going elsewhere to enjoy your day. This was on March 30th 2024 during the lunch rush. EDIT: After seeing the review, the manager caught an attitude with my friend, telling us that she doesn't want us back. Do yourselves a favor and find somewhere else to eat.

Clam strips were hand breaded and cooked perfectly,cole slaw was creamy and seasoned nicely,beer was ice cold,service was outstanding, facilities were spotless, stop by ,see for yourself,you won't be disappointed

Wings were absolutely awesome. I recommend getting the Cajun ranch. All the appetizers are great and the salads are also awesome. Service was outstanding!

Everything from start to finish was incredible!!! An adorable spot for family and friends, great location!!! Ordered the seafood combo with Mahi, the scallops were cooked best I ever had and the blackening seasoning was out of this world!!!! The boneless wings were hand breaded, juicy, tender and amazing!!!! The owner Mallorie came over and made us feel like family and our server Addison was attentive, friendly and all around pleasant!!! We traveled two hours to eat here and will travel again!!! Wish we were closer we'd be by every day!!! Thank you for the amazing experience!!!

Came back again today Tuesday for the Wing Special, buy 10, and get the next 10 at half price. Had the Honey BBQ and Garlic Parmesan both very good. Im not a Hot Wing guy, but the BBQ has a tang to it. Their blue cheese dressing was good as well. The Maui fish dip is very good as well.Service was very good as it was the first time. Friendly atmosphere; we told the manager Amanda that she is stuck with us since we will become regulars. Took a drive from the westside of Jax to go to Spring Park. They are right next to the park across from the spring. Decided to give them a try, and I'm glad we did. We had the small appetizer sampler, and it was very good. Mozzarella sticks, fried zucchini, fried mac and cheese, jalapeño poppers. They were very good. For dinner, we had the fish sandwich and the Mushroom Swiss burger. It was one of the best burgers I've had in the Jax area. Service is very good as well. Will be back to try out the wings next time. Highly recommend coming.

Okay so I decided to try something different, I had the shrimp and fries. It was delicious cooked perfectly and I love their fries. So go down there and show your love for one of Green Cove Springs fantastic place to eat really good food!

Had the fried oysters. They said they are fresh and breaded in house. They were pressed flat and flattened? They were literally like eating rubber absolutely the worst seafood I had ever had. Manager could care less and I will never go back. My stomach was hurting before we left and I only had a couple. Do yourself a favor and do not go there. The wife had there boneless wings and not very appealing either. I have seen reviews about soggy food I would have to agree.

Though my last experience was good, tonight's was even better. Once again, they were pretty busy but not packed. The service, like last time, was excellent and very friendly and attentive. The food, though good last time, was a step up and even more enjoyable. The Teriyaki Chicken Wings were very tasty, as well as the fries. The wife's spaghetti was also very good and she got plenty of it. A good amount of sauce with a generous portion of meat in it. The atmosphere was the biggest improvement with all the TVs working tonight. It wasn't overly loud and the service staff kept everything running smoothly. A really enjoyable dining experience 👌

Our first visit. Everyone was warm and friendly. We were there for a friend's memorial and they did fine job making us feel at home. The owners did a fine job of making this space fresh and new while still being familiar.

Best restaurant in Green cove springs hands down

It was great! We got the medium buffalo wings and my partner said they were very good (trust the wing connoisseur!). I got the caesar salad and it was so cheesy. 10/10, it was the ultimate caesar, haha! The beer was extremely cold and super reasonably priced, especially for a Friday night. Would we come back? Heck yeah. Totally recommend y’all give it a shot. Fun fact— my partner’s dad made a lot of the wooden elements to restaurant around 27 years ago to buy an engagement ring for his mom! A slice of Green Cove history for ya’! (The bar, the booths and the restroom partitions)

Amazing wings and great atmosphere.

The atmosphere is comfortable and relaxing for individuals who don't want the corporate cookie cutter stuff. There are multiple TV's with sports playing and sitting areas around the bar, in booths, tables, and high top tables. The food was served quickly and nicely prepared hot. Service was a little slow even on a slow day and they ran out of "to-go" cups but the price remains high for the drinks. Of note, they have Coke products (yay!) and the dispenser setting were properly set. If you are in the area and want a relaxing place to sit and enjoy a traditional 'merican meal, this is a great place to come. Parking is in front and on the right side of the building.

Great place! Our party of 6 had wings, shrimp, and a burger. All was good and perfectly cooked. Service was great. Busy, but not packed so much we couldn't get in on a Friday night. It was clean and nicely decorated. Great location. Highly recommend!

Fast and friendly service. The food is delicious. I ordered the fried shrimp dinner, nice large sized too and some blackened Mahi Mahi. Came with coleslaw and asked for some potato salad as one of the sides. It was very good but small portions. I reheated the fries in an air fryer when I got home due to water buildup in the takeout container. They were perfect. I was greeted with a friendly smile and felt welcomed.

It's been a while since we last ate here. No bad reason just been busy. I have to say I was very impressed with the customer service and how great the food was.

I am thankful I experienced this place before I read these reviews. I live 30 miles away and had a great 1st time so I gave it another visit. A light lunch and a cold beer was on my mind after a visit to the military museum. I was solo and seated myself at bar next to a female who turned out to be a local a very nice individual. I was waited on promptly, bartender professional and welcoming ! The place is bright, no seedy dark dive....no smoke A table full of local equipment workers enjoying a lunch had a wide variety of food choices so I could get a quick view of served food.....generous portions and beautiful plating. The workers were digging in and enjoying. A good sign of good food !! I had a generous house salad with a delicious homemade ranch dressing. ...I left nothing on that plate.. yum yum...I Will drive back 30 miles for another house salad!!!! I had wings on previous trip and they were great, I look forward to going back again and glad I didn't go by previous reviews.

Fun atmosphere with great service and DELICIOUS food! Our server was Addi S. and she was very helpful and friendly! We had the boneless wings and they were a good size. The fried pickles were hands down the best I’ve ever had!

Spent $40 and the fries, fish and shrimp was soggy. Fries appeared to be cooked in old grease. This was not my only time getting sub-par food, but tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. This was my last time eating here. I wish I could figure out how to upload pictures.

First time I have been since owners have changed. (Previously, restaurant was known as Ronnie's). The food was excellent, the service was awesome, and atmosphere was nice and simple. Traditional sports type bar, but good place if want to get away from the crowds. Had tried the alligator tail as appetizer, and was very good! (Wish I had gotten photo before jumping into getting few pieces). The service was excellent, hostess was nice and waitress was very helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was welcoming, open, and clean. Great for family lunch or dinner, or get together with friends or group for sporting event, or just a reason to go out for an evening. Also just across the street a few short steps is Spring Park (Park in green cove) that is nice to walk after lunch or dinner if weather is nice!

Food is always great, but the drinks are not. The margaritas are not properly made. Most other drinks you ask for are not properly made. You are not getting the alcohol that you pay for. Great atmosphere, but would rather go to corner pocket for drinks. The waitress took a long time getting our drinks, food and check. Wasn’t a pleasant visit.

Food was good. We had to wait quite a while for our oyster order. The waitress did not realize it was ready and waiting for her to bring to us. Nevertheless, we enjoyed the restaurant and highly recommend to others.

My wife and I frequented this place for wings when it was Ronnie's. It was a good place we enjoyed. Over the years, especially during the last couple of years as Ronnie's, it went downhill. The servers worked hard, but were continuously understaffed, the place got dirtier and dirtier, and every other time we stopped, waiting times increased and the wings were undercooked to a dangerous level when they did arrive. We eventually stopped going. We decided to revisit after not going for a year and a half to see if things had improved. I am happy to say things did improve in a big way and it was apparent as soon as we walked in. There is new ownership, and the difference is night and day. We ordered wings, and they were not huge, but were spot on and very good, and the food arrived hot, and that is important to me. I will take a medium sized wing prepared properly in good sauce over a larger wing in lackluster sauce, soft, and undercooked There was plenty of servers, the place was clean and remodeled, and one of the owners 'Mallory' was there. visible, working, and made it a point to stop at our table to make sure our visit was what it should be. Their service was great, the wings were great, the atmosphere was great, and we will be going back for sure.

Polite staff great atmosphere reasonably priced food. Had the wings the first time I was there. They were wonderful cooked and crisp. Second time I had the Philly cheesesteak it with jalapeños great sandwich fries were crisp.

AN ABSOLUTE MUST! Mallorie and Nate have complely changed this place from a dive to an absolutely amazing establishment! Everything we ate definitely had a touch of exacting specifications to it (fried mushrooms, hot wings, fries, and long Island ice teas). AMAZING! 👏

We showed up and the table was dirty. The waitress only spot cleaned the sticky drink ring and didn't wipe the whole table. They were out of bone in wings and bacon. A wing place with no wings. I wanted the BBQ Bacon burger but had to settle for a BBQ Burger. Then the waitress didn't know the menu items...it's not really that much on the menu. The bbq burger is a specialty burger with specific items on it, one of them is pepper jack cheese. She asked me if I wanted the ingredients that don't normally come on the burger. I asked for it just like it comes on the menu with the onion rings and pepper jack cheese. She brought me the food and it was really good. The waitress was really nice and polite but didn't know the menu as she should. When the bill came they didn't discount the missing bacon (even McDonald's discounts $1.49 for not having bacon because that's what they charge to add it) and they charged me for the pepper jack cheese that regularly comes on the burger... Because she didn't know the menu items and upcharge me for items that came on the burger I only tipped her about 11% instead of the normal 20% or more that I normally tip.
