We ordered two bowls but served instead on a to go plate because they were out of bowls. So when I got home and opened the two boxes only chow mein was in the two and they didn't serve the entree and I paid for the whole bowl.

Quality and portion has gone downhill. The beef in the broccoli-beef was grey and slimy (the 3 pieces that were actually in the container)

The food was ok. The atmosphere definitely could have been better. The employees were loudly carrying on personal conversations with no hesitation or consideration for the customers. Very immature and impolite. Btw, just before leaving work, why was an employee taking credit card sales slips out of the trash and putting them in her purse?

Food is alright, you would think that the employees pay for the sauces. I ordered 12 wontons and got 3 sweet and sour sauces? Every time I order from here they’re food is super mid and the employees are dumb as hell…

Hey everyone it's Food Guy here checking out food here and there. This is my review for Panda Express in Greeley colorado. I have been to this location numerous of times and I will continue to frequent this location. Each time that I have come here the service has been very good, the food tasty, and the restaurant is always clean. For a fast food Chinese restaurant it is quite good. I really don't have much to say negative regarding this restaurant so if you were looking to get some quick Chinese food at reasonable price I definitely recommend Panda Express in Greeley Colorado. The actual customer service of the employees is acceptable (although not notably good) during the day. The lack of options within the last 30 minutes of the store being open are atrocious. I tried to go through and order two items, both of which, to my understanding, are some of the most popular items on their menu: orange chicken and chow mein. I was told they were out of those for the night, and only had: fried rice, grilled teriyaki chicken, and mushroom chicken. In the 2 minutes I was in the parking lot/drive through, three other cars, not including myself, rolled up to the speaker box, found out what they were still serving, and left the line without purchasing anything. Clearly a huge loss of revenue for their business, not to mention a major disappointment as a customer. Many other food and drink establishments nearby continuously serve anything and everything on their menu until officially closed. I will be going to those restaurants moving forward instead.

Cashiers need to be trained and proficient in basic math. My bill was $25.15. I gave the cashier $100.15. He tried to give me my change back telling me I didn’t need it. I told him I did because I didn’t want coins back. He looked at me like I’ve lost my mind. He then spend 30 seconds looking at the one fine and 5 pennies I gave him not knowing what to do. I had to tell him I just needed $75 back. It was so confusing for him. This is the math of a 2nd grader. Please make sure your staff is competent enough to run the cash register. This should not have been so confusing. Food was good.

I wished this location would close at 10pm! The location in Loveland closes at that time! Food is good and always satisfies my Chinese hunger cravings.

This most recent visit the food was mediocre. The fried rice was on the burnt side, and it had that burnt taste. Normally the food is pretty good for a fast food outlet. Pricing seems pretty fair, even with others going way up in price these days. Staff was very friendly as usual. Place was clean and tables were not dirty. Perhaps, this was just a one off on the fried rice. I will be back, of course.

Last couple times I've been by for a late night dinner they have been completely out of food, several hours before listed close.

Odd experience, the order taker was making weird jokes that were borderline sexual and then when we asked for more sauce he gave us some and said, “sweet and sour was in the bag by the way.” Which it absolutely wasn’t.

Imagine having 3rd grade level customer service skills and answering the phone as “Bill Collector” and laughing the entire time speaking to a customer on the phone. Thought you had to have a diploma or at least a GED to handle food and money.

Amount of food is far less and for the same price than any other location I’ve been at. Food is dry and sometimes burnt and without the vegetables in the chow main. After the change to paper plates it’s even more dry than before and the chow main gets stuck. If I untuck it the paper gets stuck to the chow main. Lastly the manger at this location is rude and dishonest. I asked for sauces when I ordered at the drive through and when I got home there was no sauces at all.

This location truly sucks, food is cold, food is dry, food has no flavor. Horrible choice

The firecracker shrimp was actually really good, and the orange chicken was good as usual. I wish the firecracker shrimp was on the munu permanently! For $8 bucks and some change for a bowl (choice of main dish and a side) you get a pretty decent meal.

I feel going inside, you get more food. The service was fast. The only suggestion is to put some who smiles in the front. Customers need good energy

I usually enjoy Panda Express, but this one had very poor quality food and very poor service. The young lady taking my order struggled to understand what I wanted, probably because she was to distracted with her friends talking right in her ear the entire time. The food was not good, especially the shrimp, the tea was so disgusting that I almost threw up, and the trash cans were literally overflowing while multiple employees stood behind the counter chit-chatting.

It's fast food, but I can get a tasty, healthy meal for just slightly more then what I would pay at McDonald's or any other fast food place

Usually, I have a good experience with this Panda Express, but I did not have one today. The worker took the girl behind me after he acknowledged what I wanted. I said I will wait for the fresh noodles to come out. And when they came out, he proceeded to take her instead of me. I had to repeat my order of items that I wanted up to five times. He did not know how to do a free item or a gift card. The gentleman that was behind me even said that this guy needs to have more training he acted like he did not even wanna work today. He was more concerned about the online order that were coming through then the customers in line . I was afraid to ask for any thoughts because he might forget. Like one customer asked for a cupholder, and he proceeded to give him all kinds of utensils. I had to speak up for the gentleman say a cupholder, and he still didn’t acknowledge it.

The beautiful workers are very friendly, they great you as you go in and the foods are very tasty. By the way the GM Jo and Manager Mae are really awesome they both are so kind always wearing with a beautiful smile, that’s the kind a place you wanna be and very neat place. Thank you so much❤️👍

Delicious food and great service! I love their chicken with green long green beans and beef broccoli is just perfectly cooked. The GM Jo and Manager MaeMae did a great job. I love the people that work there, always smiling and welcoming faces! Happy tummy! Also the place is very clean! Love it!

We went through the drive thru. There were two of us, and they gave us only one set of silver ware. The broccoli beef was cold, and the meat was fatty. Not impressed at all.

So I come here often because this is the only one around. I love the food. But have no idea why in the world they don't understand my drink order 3 times now. Everytime lately I've ordered a coke in the drive thru and either have gotten diet or coke zero. How do you mess that up over and over.

The manager "Mae Mae" treated her employee like garbage right in front of me, not to mention couldn't Help him when they were trying to find my order. Not to mention, she didn't do anything to try and help the situation. Or try and descalate the situation not that I was being rude or anything. But I was starting to get frustrated. Considering this was the second time in one day, a panda express employee was rude to me or rude to somebody else in the store.

The food tasted like typical Panda. Now, the portions were a joke, as well as the service. An older worker was yelling at a teenager girl. Super uncomfortable! Done with this location!!!!

Waited 20 minutes in the drive thru. Well they say there is a first for everything.

Server: Naomi V Absolute atrocious customer service. Upon pulling up to order, I was offered to try something from their menu but because the poor quality of the drive thru speaker, I didn’t understand what was said and asked them to repeat. Her tone immediately changes and rudely asks what I want. I ask for the 3 entrees, 1 side. The side is only rice or stir fry, which I didn’t know and am met with a fierce attitude that my order is wrong because I wanted rangoons. I ask for a side of rice + rangoons which leads to more confusion. Her attitude gets worse and keeps saying “I just said this…” I place my full order and I ask to have the order repeated back to which I’m met with the reply “we just went over this.” Okay, can I not verify? Well, even with my incredibly inconvenient request, she still gets my order wrong… apparently I ordered two entrees of rice and two sides of shrimp and chicken (as pictured) instead of the three entrees and a side of rice. This is why I was trying to verify…

Crazy how they ask you to round up your bill and when you tell them no, they keep your change anyway! Then give you attitude when you ask for your change. Like your the one that was wrong for wanting to keep what you work for! This location is seriously the worst. I have never had the kind of problems from the location in Loveland or in Littleton.

Ran out of teriyaki chicken so I had to wait for them to make some. They were not friendly when they told me they ran out. Customer service skills were not there. When I did get the chicken they just threw it in there they didn't cut it up it was burnt and hard to eat I'm really disappointed with how this transaction went.

As soon as walk in closes, the food and service plummet in quality. Going through the drive through no matter the time is a gamble for your money. Not always worth the risk.

Its panda. The Beijing beef and orange chicken were good. The chicken eggroll was meh. But it's consistently meh, and we love it 😀

Normally, I am very happy with this panda express, but today I got delivery for lunch, and it was just awful. Kung pao chicken and Angus steak really lacked today. The chicken was bland, almost didn't seemed cooked all the way through, no spice despite there being chili in there. I was not impressed with today ended up throwing out chicken altogether, angus was toerable. Perhaps some other time, but their lunch staff did not meet expectations.

Good Chinese food at a good price.

They were super busy and made a mistake with our order. When we called, they we super understanding and Jessica came to deliver the correct order to our house. I have never seen this type of service from a place like this before and was amazed. They are definitely willing to correct mistakes they make, and as a customer I appreciate this a lot!

This is the worst Panda Express I've ever been to. The food is always soggy tasting or the flavor is way off. The portions are half the size of other locations but the cost isn't half the cost, you'll be luck to get a full scoop of anything. I have been here twice now and will not go back, I'd rather drive 30 mins to another location.

I feel like the orange chicken here is always overdone and more breading than chicken. I've had better orange chicken at other Pandas.

If I order Teriyaki Chicken and I get no Teriyaki sauce, it's just chicken! And I'm not driving clear across town to fix their mistake.

Food was good. Took a while to get my food, but took way longer to pay for it. Lady at the register stopped helping the customer in front of me to put new food on the bins. Theresa is not good at running a register.

Get a receipt!!! When asked if I wanted to round my total up for children hospital I responded not to day... My total was 19. 30 and my acct says even 20! I wondered why she didn't give me a receipt yet it's food didn't question it... Now I see why!! I don't have a problem donating on my terms yet won't for large companies who take my money and get tax write off for it! Stealing from customers not matter what the amount is... Is wrong!!! Well..C' Mon guys. Seriously..just got back from a long road trip ( didn't want to cook) .. thought I would give you another chance because the staff has been friendly in the past. Unfortunately, every time I go to this location something gets left out, made incorrectly, it's been sitting too long (old food) or you guys are out of something. This time you guys were out of hot mustard packets..no biggie...but the mixed super greens didn't taste right (the sauce was like pure corn starch & too much oil with no salt/ seasoning and really soggy. Yuck) I was looking forward to the peanuts in the Kung Pao Chicken ( it really makes the dish) but, there were no peanuts in it. Any who. The girl who gave me my food was very friendly/ smiley..so..I gave a 2 for that. Just felt I needed to write a review because I rarely have money to eat out..$10. wasted..not worth going to this location.

Really good food and it didn't take too long in line bit the place was kind of sticky and a little dirty and in the bathrooms the stall door barely even locked, the room was sticky and dirty, and the sink sprayed everywhere. So go before you eat. Other wise pretty okay.

Everytime I come to this location, they never have anything I want. The first time I went, the chicken wasn’t even cooked. When I went tonight, they gave me crab rangoons instead of the spring rolls I paid for. Also, barely got any of the side. Definitely not going to this location again.

Waited in the drive thru for 20 minutes... was told to park by the front cuz the order wasn't ready... had to go inside to get the order and was surprised by shrinkflation cuz the box is considerably smaller 😂😂 Ya... done with this place. It sucks

I have ordered a few meals worth 40 dollars and all off it was wrong. I called to notified that my order was not right. And they wanted to argue that I was. And then I went in to the store and also were being rude. Lastly I’m still waiting for my return money that was like two months ago.

Some unacceptable treatment today. I don't even care that we weren't served right away, which we didn't even get served even though there were people who could have served us. (We eventually just left). I can't believe everyone would just look us in the eyes, ignore us to our face when we tried to make contact. Like its fine if you would rather talk gossip with your crew mate or whatever (after the fact you just did that) . Just show some respect at least. We even partnered with this establishment for delivery services. On this very day. That isn't right. I hope management calls everyone in who was working on this date.

Fantastic people. My friend and I had been out all day doing errands and, though we showed up right as they were about to lock up, they let us order and sit down in the lobby to enjoy our meal. They were super helpful with making sure we were able to rest a moment and, what's more, they even helped me out by allowing me to charge my phone up a little so we could use the tap to pay service and pay for our meals!! Always wonderful to have people willing to help and work with you!

Panda Express never fails to disappoint. Their signature orange chicken is absolutely delicious and it's easy to see why it's their most popular dish. I am also a big fan of the Bejing Beef, which is also quite tasty. They have a meal size to fit any appetite and they give you nice portions as well. The pricing is a little on the high side but still reasonable considering the amount of food they give you. I had to take away a star because their drive thru is hit or miss. Sometimes it's nice and fast, other times, it can be as slow as molasses. I have seen people pull out of line at times, due to the slowness. If they can work that out, I will gladly give them 5 stars. That stated, I still recommend giving them a try.

Ordered 4x entrée walnut shrimp with rice and vegetables sides. Shrimp was soggy with only 3 walnuts on entire order, vegetables were actually burnt tasting. You pay extra for the walnut shrimp....Never again. You lost another customer

This is by far the worst Panda Express location. If you like waiting forever to be told they don’t have what you want this is the place for you.

We arrived as they were about to close the doors, and we were fine with leaving but the manager waved us to come in and order to-go - which we did. Everything was delicious, we had lo mein noodles, Kung pao chicken, broccoli beef, orange chicken, and crab rangoons. Thanks for serving us even though it was inconvenient for you. Much appreciated!

If they worried about making sure the cream cheese was in my CREAM CHEESE WONTON, as much as they worry about getting that donation for the children’s hospital they might have gotten a better review.

I've been in lots of Panda's in the country. This was the absolute worst 9 completely confused people including two managers. Clueless. I stood for over 5 minutes waiting for someone to acknowledge me.ugghh..

Was excited to get some dinner after working a long day, however I ordered a bowl with sweet fire chicken and they barely put any chicken in it, it's mostly rice. Very disappointing.
